The early western period with philosophy as the main reference made religion something that was put aside, the middle period of the western dark ages became very radical in religion which was dominated by the church, while in the final period religion was again put aside with the growth of philosophical culture. Philosophical culture in western civilization, in the author's analysis of various sources, has actually produced various forms of thought and action in western society towards religion, the most important of which is secularism and the nihilization of the concept of God. Secularism is a form of effort to eliminate religion in the context of western civilization, in line with the development of thought with efforts to nihilize the concept of God and the scientific culture of western society.
Agama menjadi salah satu unsur yang penting dalam kehidupan manusia, sebab manusia dalam penciptaannya memang disengaja dalam bentuk terbatas, sehingga tergantung kepada Dzat yang Maha tidak terbatas. Barat, sebagai salah satu wujud peradabaan besar umat manusia telah mengalami berbagai fase periodesasi dengan berbagai pergolakan pemikiran dan aksi terhadap agama. Periode awal barat dengan filsafat sebagai acuan utama menjadikan agama sebagai hal yang dikesampingkan, periode pertengahan abad kegelapan barat menjadi sangat radikal dalam beragama yang didominasi oleh gereja, sedangkan dalam periode akhir agama kembali dikesampingkan dengan tumbuh berkembangnya budaya filsafat. Budaya filsafat dalam peradaban barat, dalam penelahaan penulis dari berbagai sumber nyata-nyata telah menghasilkan berbagai bentuk pemikiran dan aksi masyarakat barat terhadap agama, yang paling utama adalah sekularisme dan nihilisasi konsep tuhan. Sekularisme yang merupakan bentuk upaya menghilangkan agama dalam konteks kehidupan peradaban barat, seiring sejalan dengan perkembangan pemikiran dengan upaya nihilisasi konsep Tuhan dan budaya keilmuan masyarakat barat.

In the midst of the hustle and bustle of emotional and psychological problems that do not escape the process of transferring knowledge in the realm of education which can affect the crisis of exemplary as a figure in terms of education, the Qur'an, will be felt to be a solution that is able to provide one-one solution in the world of education today. This type of research is a library study (library research) analysing the interpretation of the Qur'an related to verses about emotions and psychology in educating children. Furthermore, in obtaining data carried out by investigating various literature earlier using the content analysis method, this study concludes that the internalisation of al-Qur'anic values on emotioanal quotient and psychology can produce al-insan al-kamil conditions, that one way to deal with the test is to manage the emotions of patience (Patience), shukr (Gratitude), Taubah (Repentance), Khusnul Khuluq (Good Character), Muraqabah (Self Awareness), Tawakkul (Trust in Allah), Istighfar (Seeking Forgiveness).

he research method used is the library research research method, library research is research carried out using library literature. The data collection process focuses on collecting various sources and relevant data, scientific literature, and other writings related to thoughts on educational reform in Minangkabau. The results of the research show that there are thoughts about educational reform carried out by several prominent figures in Minangkabau such as Abdul Karim Amrullah, Abdullah Ahmad, Rahmah El-Yunusiyah, and Sheikh Sulaiman Ar-rasuli. The results of the thinking of these figures were to change the education system from halaqah to madrasa, organizing the place of study with a classroom system, using classical books as the main learning source, adding general subjects such as arithmetic, natural sciences and so on. Among the legacies of figures who contributed greatly to Islamic education in Minangkabau are Sumatra Tawalib Padang Panjang, Adabiah School, Diniyah Putri Padang Panjang, and MTI Canduang. It is hoped that the results of this research will be able to guide progress in the field of education, especially Islamic education in Minangkabau, then this research is also expected to be able to become a reference and benchmark for further research on different topics.

The research uses a qualitative case study approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings reveal that PKH implementation generally runs according to schedule and targets the right beneficiaries, despite some technical difficulties and challenges in data updating and public understanding. Coordination among stakeholders, continuous socialization, and optimal assistance are key factors for the program’s success. Moreover, PKH has significantly improved the welfare of poor families, especially in education and health sectors. However, improvements in monitoring and evaluation mechanisms and program flexibility are needed to better respond to social changes. This study recommends enhancing administrative systems and increasing the capacity of facilitators to ensure that PKH can be more effective and sustainable.

e authentic assessment offers various advantages that should not be taken for granted. This study aimed at investigating, 1) the assessment practice in the classroom, 2) the effectiveness of authentic assessment practice for assessing writing skill, and 3) the challenges of the practice. This study was a descriptive case study. The population of the study encompassed 31 learners in grade-5 elementary school. The instruments used for collecting the data were field notes yielded from classroom observation, transcript interview, and related documents. The result of the study performed that (1) the teacher employs several types of assessment, yet authentic assessment is the most preferrable in the practice, (2) the authentic assessment practice in the classroom is effectively depicting learners’ actual competence, comprising real-world relevance, and encouraging evaluation, and (3) the teacher encounters the challenging experience in designing acceptable assessment for learners with diverse level of English competence and the sufficient time, as well. In summary, this study has torched a light on the practice of authentic assessment in originally realizing the function of assessment. The different school setting, teaching experiences, learners’ language proficiency skills, and classroom environment might bring about a distinct result.
