Jamkrida Bangka which issues a surety bond certificate as an additional agreement to the main agreement between the project owner and the contractor. The system for submitting surety bond guarantee certificates at PT Jamkrida Bangka is still done manually starting from applying, completing the supporting document requirements, checking the suitability of the applicant's supporting documents, paying the guarantee fee, and printing the surety bond certificate as proof of guarantee. The system currently running will be developed into a web-based system to increase the speed of the administrative service process when applicants submit applications for surety bonds. The web-based system was developed using the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design method and Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a tool to develop in line with user needs. Abstrak: Pada pengerjaan proyek yang beresiko cukup besar, maka pihak pemilik proyek meminta surat jaminan kepada pihak kontraktor sebagai bentuk kesungguhan melaksanakan pekerjaannya selama waktu tertentu. Di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, salah satu Perusahaan penjamin adalah PT. Jamkrida Bangka yang mengeluarkan sertifikat surety bond sebagai perjanjian tambahan dari perjanjian pokok antara pemilik proyek dengan kontraktor. Sistem pengajuan sertifikat jaminan surety bond di PT Jamkrida Bangka masih dilakukan secara manual mulai dari mengajukan permohonan, melengkapi persyaratan dokumen pendukung, memeriksa kesesuaian dokumen pendukung pemohon, pembayaran biaya jaminan, dan pencetakan sertifikat surety bond sebagai bukti jaminan. Sistem yang saat ini berjalan akan dikembangkan menjadi sistem berbasis web untuk meningkatkan kecepatan proses layanan administrasi saat pemohon mengajukan permohonan jaminan surety bond. Sistem berbasis web dikembangkan dengan metode Object-Oriented Analysis and Design dan Unified Modelling Language (UML) sebagai alat bantu, agar sistem dapat berkembang selaras dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Sistem yang dirancang juga mampu memberikan kemudahan akses bagi pemohon yang secara geografis cukup jauh dari kantor PT. Jamkrida di Pangkalpinang.

The prototype method allows developers to design and develop application prototypes that can be tested by users (teachers, students, and parents) before implementing the actual application. This will help identify user needs, collect feedback and ensure that the resulting Smart School application meets the expectations and needs of all stakeholders. The Smart School application has many features, such as student data management, lesson schedules, homework and test management, communication between teachers, students and parents, and tracking student learning progress. This application is designed with a web interface like computers, tablets and smartphones. The resulting Smart School application using the Prototype approach will be better able to meet changing user needs and help improve the quality of education in schools. Apart from that, web technology will make it easier to access and use applications by all stakeholders in the world of education.

Abstrak: Kemajuan teknologi informasi sudah meninggalkan efek yang substansial terhadap dunia pendidikan. Salah satu dampak tersebut adalah munculnya konsep sekolah cerdas. Aplikasi Smart School merupakan solusi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan prosedur pendidikan di sekolah. Riset ini bermaksud untuk merancang aplikasi Smart School dengan menggunakan metode Prototype berbasis Web. Metode Prototipe memungkinkan pengembang merancang dan mengembangkan prototipe aplikasi yang dapat diuji oleh pengguna (guru, siswa, dan orang tua) sebelum menerapkan aplikasi sebenarnya. Hal ini akan membantu mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, mengumpulkan umpan balik dan memastikan bahwa aplikasi Smart School yang dihasilkan memenuhi harapan dan kebutuhan seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Aplikasi Smart School dirancang dengan banyak fitur yang beragam seperti pengelolaan data siswa, jadwal pelajaran, pengelolaan pekerjaan rumah dan ulangan, komunikasi antara guru, siswa dan orangtua, serta pelacakan kemajuan perkembangan pembelajaran siswa. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan antarmuka web seperti komputer, tablet, dan smartphone. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Prototype, diharapkan aplikasi Smart School yang dihasilkan akan lebih mampu memenuhi perubahan kebutuhan pengguna dan dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah. The purpose of this study was to design an infusion control device by detecting the volume of infusion water based on the weight of the infusion using a Wireless Sensor Network. The Wireless Sensor Network used by the load cell sensor functions to detect the weight value of the infusion water in the infusion bag. The buzzer becomes an indicator indicating that the infusion bag is ready to be replaced and also through the Stuffing Machine the Internet of Things will inform the nurse via the Telegram application to inform that the infusion bag is worth replacing. examine and describe how the use of healthy food suppliers contributes to improving public health by making healthy food accessible to obtain and deliver it quickly. The development of mobile applications with the aim of providing healthy food and ingredients for the community is the subject of this research. The aim of this app is to provide original responses to issues related to raising awareness of quality of life and the value of nutritious food in everyday life. The User Centered Design (UCD) method needs to be applied to categorize various user information needs and package them into a mobile application design model. The results of the application design showed that the interface design for the pioneer food and health food raw material application was successfully created using the implementation of the UCD method with a number of revisions that have been updated since the evaluation as one of the feature developments in the application. The food recording feature and personalized recommendations implemented in this mobile application provide users with awareness and guidance in adopting healthier eating patterns.

Abstrak: Aplikasi Pemasok Makanan Sehat yang memperkenalkan inovasi terobosan untuk meningkatkan akses publik ke dan pengiriman makanan sehat, telah muncul sebagai fenomena baru di sektor makanan. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengkaji dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana penggunaan pemasok makanan sehat berkontribusi dalam peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat dengan membuat makanan sehat dapat diakses untuk mendapatkan dan mengantarkannya dengan cepat. Pengembangan aplikasi mobile dengan tujuan menyediakan makanan dan bahan makanan sehat bagi masyarakat menjadi pokok bahasan penelitian ini. Tujuan dari aplikasi ini adalah untuk memberikan tanggapan orisinal terhadap masalah yang terkait dengan peningkatan kesadaran kualitas hidup dan nilai makanan bergizi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode User Centered Design (UCD) perlu diterapkan untuk mengkategorikan berbagai kebutuhan informasi pengguna dan mengemasnya ke dalam model desain aplikasi mobile. Hasil perancangan aplikasi didapatkan bahwa desain antarmuka aplikasi pelopor makanan dan bahan baku makanan kesehatan berhasil dibuat dengan menggunakan implementasi metode UCD dengan sejumlah revisi yang sudah diperbarui sejak evaluasi sebagai salah satu pengembangan fitur pada aplikasi. Fitur pencatatan makanan dan rekomendasi personal yang diterapkan pada aplikasi mobile ini memberikan pengguna kesadaran dan panduan dalam mengadopsi pola makan yang lebih sehat.

The analysis process for this study is based on the Business Intelligence Roadmap methodology, which includes the inference or business justification, planning, and analysis phases. The study analyzed plans to implement a business intelligence system to manage alumni data in a way that meets the information needs of decision makers. Dashboard menjelaskannya secara visual, baik dari segi navigasi peta maupun diagram yang mudah dibaca. Dapat dilihat sebaran alumni di seluruh Indonesia yang ditandai dengan warna yang diarsir yaitu tersebar di wilayah Republik Indonesia Bagian Tengah dan Barat. One contributing factor is the difficulty in obtaining loans with high interest rates.Crowdfunding has been considered a potential solution, but it has not been fully utilized due to the lack of literacy and negative cases surrounding it. In this context, the development of a Shariah-compliant crowdfunding application is seen as a suitable solution, given the government's efforts to strengthen the Shariah economic ecosystem. To support this application's development, the Laravel framework and the Extreme Programming method, emphasizing simplicity and accelerating the development process, are employed. The result of this research is the implementation of the UML design and system logic, resulting in the Tasha Crowdfunding application as a funding solution for MSMEs. It can accelerate the development process. The research outcomes include the backend implementation of the UML design and system logic, with a 100% successful blackbox testing result, leading to the creation of the Tasha Crowdfunding application as an MSME funding solution.

Abstrak: Di Indonesia Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) mempunyai peran yang sangat penting bagi pertumbuhan perekonomian negara. Meskipun demikian, ternyata kontribusi yang diberikan oleh UMKM belum mencapai angka yang maksimum dikarenakan lebih dari 40% UMKM masih mengalami banyak permasalahan salah satunya adalah pendanaan. Permasalahan pendanaan yang dihadapi oleh Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia telah menjadi penghambat pertumbuhan sektor ini. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah kesulitan dalam memperoleh pinjaman dengan suku bunga yang tinggi. Crowdfunding telah dianggap sebagai solusi potensial, namun belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal karena kurangnya literasi dan kasus negatif yang terjadi. Dalam konteks ini, pengembangan aplikasi crowdfunding syariah dianggap sebagai solusi yang cocok, mengingat penguatan ekosistem ekonomi syariah yang sedang dilakukan oleh pemerintah. Untuk mendukung pengembangan aplikasi ini, digunakan framework laravel dan metode Extreme programming yang menekankan kesederhanaan dan percepatan proses pengembangan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa implementasi perancangan UML dan logika sistem yang menghasilkan aplikasi Tasha Crowdfunding sebagai solusi pendanaan UMKM.dapat mempercepat proses pengembangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa implementasi backend dari perancangan UML dan logika sistem yang telah dibuat dengan hasil pengujian blackbox testing 100% sukses dan menghasilkan aplikasi tasha crowdfunding sebagai solusi pendanaan UMKM.

al caries is an infectious disease that damages the hard lining of the teeth. The presence of bacteria or germs found in the oral cavity causes cavities in the teeth. Medical images are useful for seeing the extent of the damage to cavities. Not all images have good quality detection results or have noise. Therefore, Image Processing is used by applying the Canny and Sobel method of edge detection to an image in order to process the results of segmentation and object identification in dental caries images. There are many operators in edge detection, including the Roberts Operator, Prewitt Operator, Laplacian Operator and Laplacian of Gaussian (LOG). The purpose and benefits of establishing an image processing application using Matlab software with the Canny and Sobel method to produce the appearance of an object's boundary line in an image. The results of this study can be concluded from the two operators regarding the advantages and disadvantages of the two operators.

Abstrak: Pada tubuh manusia ada bagian yang berperan sebagai alat untuk merobek dan mengoyak makanan yang biasa disebut dengan gigi, gigi merupakan bagian tubuh yang tajam dan keras. Karies gigi adalah istilah medis dari gigi berlubang, karies gigi merupakan penyakit infeksi yang merusak jaringan lapisan keras gigi. Adanya bakteri atau kuman yang terdapat pada rongga mulut menjadi penyebab gigi menjadi berlubang. Citra medis berguna untuk melihat sejauh apa kerusakan pada gigi yang berlubang. Tidak semua citra memiliki hasil pendeteksian yang bagus kualitasnya atau memiliki derau (noise). Oleh sebab itu digunakanlah Pengolahan Citra dengan menerapkan deteksi tepi metode Canny dan Sobel pada suatu citra guna untuk memproses hasil segmentasi dan identifikasi objek pada citra karies gigi. Ada banyak operator dalam deteki tepi, diantaranya yaitu, Operator Roberts, Operator Prewitt, Operator Laplacian dan Laplacian of Gaussian (LOG). Tujuan dan manfaat dari dibentuknya sebuah aplikasi pengolahan citra menggunakan software Matlab dengan metode Canny dan Sobel untuk menghasilkan penampakan garis batas suatu objek pada citra. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan dari kedua operator mengenai kelebihan dan kekurangan dari kedua operator tersebut.

With the GIS, it is hoped that it will provide information regarding the location of the posyandu in the Asahan area which can make it easier and save time for puskesmas officers and the health office in finding posyandu locations, and can monitor the development of the number of under-fives who are malnourished. This study uses a qualitative method by explaining the analysis based on observation and documentation related to posyandu. The research results obtained, the application of geographic information systems to determine the location of posyandu and display posyandu information easily and accurately in Asahan District. With this concluded, the application built can facilitate the Health Service in searching for Posyandu locations in Asahan District.

Abstrak: Posyandu sebagai wadah bantuan kesehatan yang di laksanakan di Puskesmas, pelaksanaannya dilakukan di kelurahan/RW dan di kelola oleh Bidan Desa. Permasalahan yang terjadi belum mempunyai sistem yang dapat memberikan informasi terkait lokasi posyandu yang tersebar di wilayah Asahan dengan akurat dalam bentuk peta digita, data posyandu dikelola masih belum cukup menginformasikan titik lokasi posyandu yang dituju. Dengan adanya SIG ini diharapkan memberikan informasi mengenai lokasi posyandu di wilayah Asahan yang dapat mempermudah serta menghemat waktu bagi petugas puskesmas dan dinas kesehatan dalam mencari titik lokasi posyandu, dan dapat memantau perkembangan jumlah balita yang kurang gizi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menjelaskan analisis berdasarkan obsevasi dan dokumentasi berkaitan dengan posyandu. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan, penerapan sistem informasi geografis untuk mengetahui lokasi posyandu dan menampilkan informasi posyandu dengan mudah dan akurat di Kabupaten Asahan. Dengan ini disimpulkan, aplikasi yang dibangun dapat mempermudah Dinas Kesehatan dalam melakukan pencarian lokasi posyandu di Kabupaten Asahan.

The conducted research focuses on the design of Enterprise Architecture of the Smart Village concept, with a focus on Village Services' dimension that specifically targets Education Services in a village in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research method utilized the TOGAF ADM 9.2 framework. The focus domain in this study includes the preliminary phase, architecture vision, business architecture, data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, opportunities and solutions, and migration planning for the Education service in the Pagerharjo Village Government. The research result is an Enterprise Architecture blueprint as a solution to the issues that occur in the Education service in the Pagerharjo Village Government, along with an IT Roadmap as a reference for the village government in project development. It is hoped that the recommendations provided can enhance the Education services offered by the Pagerharjo village, thereby aiding the Pagerharjo Village Government in improving its score for the fourth SDGs, Quality Education.

Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan berupa blueprint Enterprise Architecture sebagai solusi dari permasalahan yang terjadi pada layanan Pendidikan di Pemerintahan Desa Pagerharjo serta IT Roadmap sebagai acuan Pemerintah Desa dalam melakukan pengembangan proyek. This research aims to perform sentiment analysis on user reviews found in the Google Play Store review column. The methods used for sentiment analysis are Naive Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN), and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The test results show that with a 10% test data and 90% training data proportion, the SVM method achieves the highest accuracy of 95%. Naive Bayes follows with an accuracy of 87%, and K-NN with an accuracy of 75%.

Aplikasi ini telah diunduh lebih dari 10 juta pengguna dengan 484 ribu ulasan beragam positif, negatif, dan netral. Rata-rata rating yang diberikan pengguna adalah 4,5 bintang dari 5 bintang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis sentimen terhadap ulasan pengguna yang terdapat di kolom review Google Play Store. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis sentimen adalah Naive Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN), dan Support Vector Machine (SVM). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan proporsi data uji sebesar 10% dan data training sebesar 90%, metode SVM mencapai akurasi tertinggi sebesar 95%. Diikuti oleh Naive Bayes dengan akurasi 87%, dan K-NN dengan akurasi 75%.
