tative approach with data collection techniques through closed questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were selected randomly. The results of the partial test analysis (t-test) show that self-efficacy has a significant effect on academic stress, with a significance value of 0.001 (p <0.05) and a calculated t value of 3.300 which is greater than the t table of 1.98472. This indicates a positive influence between self-efficacy and academic stress. In addition, the coefficient of determination (R square) value of 0.316 indicates that 31% of the variation in academic stress can be explained by the self-efficacy variable, while the remaining 69% is influenced by other factors outside the study. The normality test using the Monte Carlo approach produced a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.249, which means that the data is normally distributed. Thus, this study confirms the importance of the role of self-efficacy and social support in reducing students' academic stress.

in this study was carried out using purposive sampling. The sample was taken as many as 45 respondents from a total population of 244 auditors working at 20 Public Accounting Firms in Medan. The independent variables in this study are accounting information systems (X1), audit quality (X2) and knowledge (X3), while the dependent variable is the accuracy of audit opinion provision. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the Accounting Information System has a significant effect on the accuracy of audit opinion provision at Public Accounting Firms in Medan. Audit quality has a significant effect on the accuracy of audit opinion provision at Public Accounting Firms in Medan. Knowledge has a significant effect on the accuracy of audit opinion provision at Public Accounting Firms in Medan. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method using a literature study. The results of the study indicate variations in the framing of the OP M conflict in Papua by social media. Some media provide different views; some provide support to the TNI-Polri in the OPM eradication operation, while others provide views on the many cases of crime committed by the Armed Criminal Group (KKB), most of whose victims died. This finding indicates a difference in approach in reporting conflicts that can influence public perception in the conflict. The results of this study are the importance of awareness of the discussion and views used by the mass media in reporting on conflicts and acts of violence and the need for analysis of news received by the public in order to understand the broader context of the Eradication of the Papua Merdeka Organization by the TNI-Polri Apparatus.

The success of these innovations is influenced by management support, an innovative organizational culture, the use of technology, and employee engagement. However, several challenges remain, including resistance to change, skill gaps, and budget constraints. Therefore, organizations need to increase investment in HR technology, adopt digital-based training models, build an adaptive organizational culture, and develop flexible career development programs. By implementing these strategies, HRD innovation can be more effective in supporting organizational growth and preparing the workforce for the ever-evolving industry dynamics.

Populasi yang digunakan yaitu nasabah pada periode Bulan Juni 2022 – Bulan Desember 2022 sebesar 13.002 nasabah, Sampel mengunakan rumus slovin dengan Presentase Kelonggaran ketelitian kesalahan pengambilan sampel yang masih bisa sitolerir Nilai e = 0,1 (10%), maka sample yang di ambil adalah transaksi yang berjumlah 100 Nasabah (Resphonden). Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai R Square sebesar 0,824. Hal ini berarti bahwa seluruh variabel bebas yakni Kualitas Pelayana (X) mempunyai kontribusi bersama-sama sebesar 82,4% terhadap variabel terikat yaitu Kualitas Pelayana (Y). Patient satisfaction with laboratory services is not solely determined by the availability of sufficient healthcare personnel but also requires strong commitment and dedication from healthcare workers to provide professional services, supported by adequate facilities and medical equipment. This study aims to assess the level of outpatient satisfaction with laboratory services at RSUD Klungkung. The research employs an observational method with a cross-sectional design. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, with a sample of 97 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data analysis in this study was performed using the Chi-Square test. Based on the five service quality dimensions—reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles—the results showed a p-value < 0.05. Among these dimensions, responsiveness had the lowest p-value (0.005 < 0.05), indicating its stronger influence. These findings conclude that there is a significant relationship between service quality dimensions and the level of outpatient satisfaction with laboratory services at RSUD Klungkung. Furthermore, the responsiveness dimension, which had the lowest p-value compared to the other four dimensions, indicates that it has the most significant impact on patient satisfaction with laboratory services provided by the staff at RSUD Klungkung.

With quantitative descriptive methods and path analysis using SmartPLS and SEM-PLS, this research involved employees in the planning and finance fields. The variables studied include work competency, IT utilization, financial report quality, and operational efficiency. The research results show that IT utilization has a positive impact on operational efficiency, while work competency has a negative impact. However, work and IT competencies contribute positively to the quality of financial reports, which ultimately increases operational efficiency. The quality of financial reports has also been proven to mediate the relationship between work competency, IT utilization and operational efficiency. These findings confirm that increasing operational efficiency is very dependent on the quality of financial reports as well as optimizing information technology and work competencies.
