The population of this study is Shopee application users in Indonesia, especially generation Z (1997-2012), with 285 respondents taken using non-probability sampling techniques. The research results show that Sales Promotion, Utilitarian, Self-Esteem, and Hedonic Motive have a positive effect on Purchase Decision. Apart from that, Sales Promotion also has a positive effect on Impulse Buying and Behavior Intention. The implication of this research is that companies can utilize the Self-Esteem motive to improve purchasing decisions. Personalized product recommendations and price offers that match consumer preferences can be implemented to increase consumer satisfaction and trust. Implementing algorithms can help companies provide better shopping experiences, improve purchasing decisions, and strengthen consumer behavioral intentions

The sampling technique used in this study was the Slovin formula. The sample processed in this study consisted of 80 people. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. In this study, the data sources used in data collection included primary and secondary data. The research instrument used in this study was the Likert scale method. The results of the study were processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 27 application. Based on the results of the study, it was found that leadership style and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

(3) Identify factors inhibiting the management of educational facilities and infrastructure in senior high schools throughout Merauke Regency. This study is a qualitative study. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity was verified using source triangulation and technical triangulation. Data analysis included data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that (1) management of educational facilities and infrastructure in high schools throughout Merauke Regency has been carried out. This has been done in SMAN 1 Merauke, SMAN 2 Merauke and KPG Khas Papua Merauke. This is done by managing BOS funds, managing facilities and infrastructure such as providing fans in each class and conducting workshops for teachers to improve their abilities in the teaching process and the quality of education. Supporting factors for management of educational facilities and infrastructure in high schools throughout Merauke Regency such as in SMAN 1 Merauke, namely the principal has a high commitment to managing and prioritizing infrastructure, in SMAN 2 Merauke such as recruiting competent teachers in their fields, in KPG Khas Papua Merauke such as the commitment of solid leadership & team, collaborative culture. Inhibiting factors for the management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of education in high schools throughout Merauke Regency, such as at SMAN 1 Merauke, are many old and damaged infrastructure, at SMAN 2 Merauke, such as disagreements regarding the policies made, at KPG Khas Papua Merauke, such as budget limitations & price/logistics fluctuations.

inguishing between real and unreal stimuli, which can lead to risky behaviors such as harming themselves or others. One non-pharmacological intervention that can be applied to address hallucinations is the rebuke technique, which is a firm and directed verbal action to reject perceived hallucinations. The purpose of this study is to describe nursing care for patients with sensory perception disorders: auditory hallucinations with the application of the rebuke technique as the main intervention. This study uses a descriptive case study approach on one patient in the Flamboyan Ward of Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi Klaten Mental Hospital. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation studies, then analyzed based on the stages of the nursing process. The results showed that after the rebuke technique intervention was consistently implemented for three days, there was a decrease in the frequency of hallucinations from 3-4 times to 1-2 times a day. The patient also showed an increase in the ability to recognize and reject hallucinations independently. Furthermore, the patient began to engage in social interactions and participate more actively in daily activities. The conclusion is that the reprimand technique has proven effective as a nursing intervention in addressing auditory hallucinations. This intervention is simple, easy to implement, and can improve the patient's coping skills in dealing with hallucinatory symptoms.

The findings show that: (1) The local government’s strategy for developing tourism in North Galesong focuses on infrastructure development, digital promotion, and community empowerment through Pokdarwis (Tourism Awareness Group) training. Although there are still challenges such as limited facilities, insufficient promotion, and uneven mentoring, this strategy demonstrates the government’s commitment to achieving sustainable tourism. However, more systematic planning, technological support, and active community participation are needed to enhance tourism attractiveness. (2) The process of formulating the tourism development strategy begins with identifying obstacles such as limited funding and human resources, which are addressed through collaboration among the government, community, academics, and private sector. Strategic priorities are determined by considering economic factors, local culture, and environmental sustainability. Furthermore, the community is empowered through Pokdarwis and supported by village funds, culminating in the implementation of a pentahelix collaboration model to ensure that the strategy is well-directed, participatory, and sustainable.

One of the interventions that can be applied is the deep breathing relaxation technique. Objective: To describe the nursing care from assessment to evaluation for Mrs. A with a risk of violent behavior, focusing on the deep breathing relaxation intervention. Method: This scientific paper uses a descriptive research method in the form of a case study. Results: After three days of nursing interventions for patient with a risk of violent behavior using deep breathing relaxation, the client showed reduced tension and was able to control her emotions well. Conclusion: Deep breathing relaxation for patient was effective in reducing the risk of violent behavior.

rol hypertension. The study aims to investigate the relationship between self-care and the decrease in blood pressure among hypertensive patients in Sukamakmur Public Health Center. The population was 110 hypertensive patients, and 86 respondents were selected as the sample using a random sampling technique. The research was conducted from 15 to 21 April 2025. A quantitative correlational research design was used with a cross-sectional approach. The research instruments were the Hypertension Self-Management Behavior Questionnaire (HSMBQ) and blood pressure assessed using a digital sphygmomanometer. The data that was analyzed from the Chi-Square test analysis showed a p-value of 0.020 (p<0.05). This finding indicated a relationship between self-care management and blood pressure decline in hypertensive patients at the Sukamakmur Community Health Center. This study suggests that patients should be more active and consistently do self-care management to help maintain stable blood pressure levels.

The research instrument utilized the matching method, in which students were required to match pictures with the corresponding vocabulary items. The study was conducted at SMA YPPK St. Thomas Wamena, selecting the seventh-grade students as the population for the 2025/2026 academic year. The researcher applied a cluster sampling technique and selected 30 students as the research sample. Pre- and post-tests were given in order to gather data. Before and after the treatment, students' initial vocabulary mastery was measured with a pre-test, and their performance was evaluated with a post-test. The independent variable in this study was the use of posters, whereas the dependent variable was students’ vocabulary achievement. The findings of the data analysis of the students' vocabulary knowledge in the pre- and post-tests revealed that the t-test value was 17.40 and the t-table value was 2.045. Students' vocabulary competence improved significantly, as evidenced by the t-test value being greater than the t-table value (17.40 > 2.045). This result implies that the pre- and post-test results varied significantly.

lyze the extent to which mass media exposure can influence the formation of public opinion regarding government policies in the Social Services Agency of Gowa Regency and to determine the extent to which public opinion influences the implementation of government policies in the Social Services Agency of Gowa Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a data collection technique, namely a questionnaire, administered to 100 respondents. The focus of this study is the extent to which mass media exposure can influence the formation of public opinion regarding government policies at the Social Services Agency. The data analysis techniques used in this study were simple linear regression, T-test (partial), F-test (simultaneous), and coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that, partially, the mass media has a positive and significant effect on public opinion, while public opinion has a negative effect on the implementation of government policies.
