The research method used is the waterfall model. The problem with ordering goods is that customers are still using Whatsapp and those who order are still in the local area, not far from the mini market, thereby reducing sales. In addition, standard writing instruments are still used to record the delivery and receipt of goods. When delivering goods, customers buy directly from the convenience store, and it is difficult for customers to track the location of the goods ordered. Therefore, it must be built and designed with a software system that facilitates transportation registration, the processing of sales invoices, and the preparation of reports. Program design modeling applies to data flow diagrams and entity relationship diagrams. The software used is the PHP programming language and the MySQL database. The research artificial achieved are a web-based goods delivery service system that must overcome the problems that exist in goods delivery services at 212 Mart Serang-Banten Minimarket.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas sistem informasi pengiriman barang minimarket 212 Mart. Minimarket 212 Mart merupakan salah satu usaha ritel modern. Maksud dari riset ini adalah untuk mempermudah dan mempersingkat proses pelayanan pendistribusian barang secara terkomputerisasi untuk mencegah terjadinya kesalahan input data, mengurangi kekecewaan akibat kekeliruan pelayanan atas pelanggan dan melancarkan serta mempermudah prosedur servis antar operasional pemilik barang serta memudahkan owner menerima ringkasan informasi pengiriman. Metode riset yang dipakai adalah model waterfall. Kendala pemesanan barang masih menggunakan Whatsapp, pelanggan yang memesan masih berada di area lokal yang tidak jauh dari mini market, sehingga mengurangi penjualan. Selain itu, alat tulis standar masih digunakan untuk mencatat pengiriman dan penerimaan barang. Saat mengirimkan barang, pelanggan membeli langsung dari minimarket, dan sulit bagi pelanggan untuk melacak lokasi barang yang dipesan. Oleh sebab itu, harus dibangun dan merancang sistem perangkat lunak yang memudahkan pendaftaran pengangkutan, pengerjaan faktur penjualan, dan penyusunan laporan. Pemodelan desain program menerapkan Data Flow Diagram dan Entity Relationship Diagram. Perangkat lunak yang dipergunakan adalah bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Artifisial penelitian yang dicapai merupakan sistem layanan pengiriman barang berbasis web yang harus melampaui permasalahan yang ada pada layanan pengiriman barang di minimarket 212 Mart Serang-Banten.

In this article, forecasting the number of new debtors uses the Simple Moving Average and Double Exponential Smoothing methods based on actual data on the number of new debtors per month for 2019-2021. Furthermore, the performance of the two methods is compared by comparing the Mean Absolute Deviation and Mean Square Error values. The comparison results conclude that the Simple Moving Average method is better than the Double Exponential Smoothing for predicting the number of new debtors.

Abstrak: Realisasi kredit yang diajukan oleh nasabah adalah salah satu faktor yang penting di dunia perbankan. Terlebih disaat adanya pandemi Covid-19, realisasi kredit memperlihatkan kondisi usaha para calon debitur, apakah dalam keadaan baik atau tidak. Sehingga penting untuk memprediksi berapa capaian jumlah debitur baru. Dalam artikel ini dilakukan peramalan jumlah debitur baru dengan metode Simple Moving Average dan Double Exponential Smoothing berdasarkan data aktual jumlah debitur baru per bulan tahun 2019-2021. Selanjutnya, dilakukan perbandingan performa kedua metode tersebut dengan cara membandingkan nilai dari Mean Absolute Deviation dan Mean Square Error. In managing current financial flows, DKM Masjid Al Ashlah Kopo Bandung still uses conventional manual recording methods. Such a system raises problems, including documentation of donors, calculations of zakat to be paid by congregations that are not in accordance with procedures. This makes the management and recording of cash flows less effective and efficient and also makes the management of the Bendahara DKM limited. SiKeMas is a system that has the goal of providing convenience in facilitating various DKM needs in managing financial flows, as well as informing DKM about the management of financial flow data. The research method used is the Object Oriented approach with various tools the design uses the UML. The system development is carried out using the prototype method. The results of this research are an application based on Desktop Client-Server with JAVA NetBeans IDE 7 and MySQL DBMS.

Dalam mengelola aliran keuangan saat ini, DKM Masjid Al Ashlah Kopo Bandung masih menggunakan metode pencatatan manual yang konvensional. Sistem seperti itu menimbulkan masalah, antara lain dokumentasi donatur, perhitungan zakat yang harus dibayarkan jamaah tidak sesuai prosedur. Hal ini membuat pengelolaan dan pencatatan arus kas menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien serta membuat pengelolaan DKM Bendahara menjadi terbatas. SiKeMas merupakan sistem yang bertujuan untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam memfasilitasi berbagai kebutuhan DKM dalam mengelola aliran keuangan, serta menginformasikan kepada DKM tentang pengelolaan data aliran keuangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Object Oriented dengan berbagai tools perancangan menggunakan UML. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode prototype. Mitra Sejahtera is a beauty business venture that sells brand products such as, wardah, emina, implora, garnier, etc. One of the efforts in improving services is by applying the concept of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and implementing Up-Selling and Cross-Selling strategies. The goal achieved in this stage is the operability of the results of the system design that has been made. With this CRM design and Up-Selling and Cross-Selling strategy, it can increase sales in meeting customer needs. Mitra Sejahtera belum menerapkan layanan yang memudahkan pelanggan untuk membeli barang dengan mudah dan masih menggunakan layanan secara manual, data laporan penjualan masih digunakan dalam buku besar sehingga tidak efisien untuk melakukan pencatatan yang tertata rapi, pelanggan harus datang langsung ke toko untuk mengetahui produk apa yang dijual maka pelanggan tidak mengetahui diskon terbaru dan produk yang dijual di toko. Mitra Sejahtera adalah usaha bisnis kecantikan yang menjual produk brand seperti, wardah, emina, implora, garnier, dll. Salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan pelayanan adalah dengan menerapkan konsep Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dan menerapkan strategi Up-Selling dan Cross-Selling. The problem that is often faced by the Department of Industry and Trade at this time is the difficulty in making decisions to determine recipients of micro business loans. The purpose of this research is to facilitate the Department of Industry and Trade in selecting micro business credit customers. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in this study aims to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives to be used based on specified criteria. The results of this study are micro business credit decision support systems, where the application of this system shows that the results of the ranking process with the SAW method are the same if calculated manually. The calculation uses 7 criteria where the highest alternative is the Asmah alternative (A7) with a preference value of 1.

Abstrak: Dalam membangun kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat, tiap tahunnya DISKOPDAGIN mengadakan kredit usaha mikro yang bersumber dari dana Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Kabupaten Asahan yang bertujuan untuk membantu penguatan modal kepada pelaku usaha mikro. Namun dalam memberikan kredit usaha mikro juga mempunyai syarat-syarat atau kriteria tertentu agar pihak DISKOPDAGIN dapat menentukan apakah nasabah penerima kredit usaha mikro tersebut layak menerima kredit atau tidak. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh pihak DISPERINDAG saat ini ialah kesulitan dalam mengambil keputusan untuk menentukan penerima kredit usaha mikro. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memudahkan pihak DISPERINDAG dalam menyeleksi nasabah kredit usaha mikro. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif yang akan digunakan berdasarkan kriteri yang ditentukan. Hasil penelitian ini sistem pendukung keputusan kredit usaha mikro, dimana penerapan sistem ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil dari proses perangkingan dengan metode SAW sama jika dihitung secara manual. Perhitungan menggunakan 7 kriteria dimana alternatif yang tertinggi adalah alternatif Asmah (A7) dengan nilai preferensi 1.

Salah satu program pemerintah yang digunakan untuk menanggulangi kemiskinan adalah KUBE. Secara umum permasalahan yang terjadi di KUBE masih belum optimal dan belum tepat sasaran, sehingga terkadang banyak warga yang protes karena warga yang seharusnya menerima bantuan tidak mendapatkan bantuan dan sebaliknya warga yang seharusnya tidak berhak mendapatkan bantuan dari Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE). Dengan mengetahui kekurangan yang terdapat pada perhitungan manual yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Asahan. Sehingga dapat ditentukan penerima manfaat sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan oleh Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Asahan. Tujuan dibuat sistem dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Product untuk melakukan perhitungan yang akurat dalam pemberian bantuan yang dibuat dengan bahasa pemograman PHP dengan Database MySQL, untuk membuat pendukung keputusan terkomputerisasi baru yang merupakan alternatif yang baik dengan mengutamakan efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam penentuan pemberian bantuan Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE). Maka perancangan sistem keputusan bantuan Kelompok Usaha Bersama dapat membantu pegawai dinas sosial Kabupaten Asahan dalam menentukan pemberian Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE).

The sample of this research are users of the MySooltan application, namely MSMEs in Labuan Bajo City. The total sample is 102 respondents. Data was collected using a Google Form questionnaire distributed from October to November 2022 and measured using a Likert scale calculation. The evaluation results found that MSMEs, assisted by Rumah BUMN in Labuan Bajo City, were very satisfied using the MySooltan application during the pandemic. However, PT Telkom still needs to improve the guarantee of confidentiality and protection of user data so that MSMEs can use this application optimally.

Abstrak: Tujuan riset ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis kepuasan pengguna aplikasi MySooltan sebagai single digital touch Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) menggunakan PIECES framework. Metode ini dipilih karena telah terbukti secara empiris dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi untuk melihat peluang dan perbaikan dari sistem informasi yang dikembangkan. Sampel riset ini adalah pengguna aplikasi MySooltan, yaitu UMKM di Kota Labuan Bajo. Total sampel sebanyak 102 responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner Google Form yang disebar dari bulan Oktober hingga November 2022 dan diukur menggunakan perhitungan skala likert. Hasil evaluasi menemukan secara keseluruhan, UMKM binaan Rumah BUMN di Kota Labuan Bajo sangat puas untuk menggunakan aplikasi MySooltan selama pandemi. Namun demikian, PT Telkom masih perlu meningkatkan jaminan kerahasiaan dan perlindungan data pengguna, agar aplikasi ini dapat digunakan secara optimal.

development has been widely carried out by technology companies. The agile method has the main principle of communication between employees, requiring skills to face these principles. The method used in this study is the systematic literature review (SLR) method to know how the use of agile methods can develop interpersonal skills in karyawan. In the initial search conducted using the Publish or Perish application, 740 journals were found in the range of 2015 to 2022. Next, journal filtering and cluster search continued using Microsoft Excel, Zotero, Mendeley, and VOS Viewer applications, resulting in 53 journals selected based on Q1. In the final stage of screening, researchers re-screened 9 journals that were used as a reference regarding the use of agile methods to develop employee interpersonal skills. The results showed that the agile development method can affect the development of employee interpersonal skills. 11 skills develop because of the use of this agile development method including team working, emotional intelligence, negotiation and persuasion, problem-solving, communication skills, conflict resolution, decision making, time management, organizational skills, listening, and relationship building. Of the 11 skills, the most mentioned is team working.

Abstrak: Interpersonal skill pada karyawan menjadi bagian penting bagi perusahaan teknologi dalam mencapai tujuannya melalui berbagai pengembangan keterampilan. Penerapan metode agile untuk pengembangan aplikasi sudah banyak dilakukan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan teknologi. Metode agile memiliki prinsip utama berupa komunikasi antar karyawan sehingga membutuhkan keterampilan untuk menghadapi prinsip-prinsip tersebut. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode systematic literature review (SLR) dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan metode agile dapat mengembangkan interpersonal skill pada karyawan. Pada pencarian awal yang dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi Publish or Perish, ditemukan 740 jurnal pada rentang tahun 2015 sampai 2022. Selanjutnya, penyaringan jurnal menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel dan Mendeley Desktop yang menghasilkan 53 jurnal yang dipilih berdasarkan penilaian kualitas. Pada tahap akhir penyaringan, peneliti menyaring kembali menjadi 9 jurnal yang digunakan sebagai acuan mengenai pemanfaatan metode agile untuk mengembangkan interpersonal skills karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa metode agile development dapat mempengaruhi pengembangan interpersonal skill karyawan, faktanya terdapat 11 skill yang berkembang karena pemanfaatan metode agile development ini diantaranya adalah team working, emotional intelligence, negotiation and persuasion, problem solving, communication skills, conflict resolution, decision making, time management, organizational skill, listening, dan relationship building. Dari 11 skill tersebut yang paling banyak disebut yaitu team working.

Komponen pada jaringan Postal meliputi: Man Power, Kendaraan, Pengendalian Operasional Postal, dan Biaya Operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji permasalahan dan akar masalah yang menimbulkan potensi kejadian risiko pada komponen Jaringan Postal khususnya pada komponen manpower (driver) dan mengetahui seberapa tinggi dampak risikonya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dan semi kuantitatif dengan melakukan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara/FGD, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa risiko pada manpower berada pada level high dan very high. Hasil penelitian akan memberikan rekomendasi terhadap komponen manpower (driver) berupa mitigasi risiko dan dapat digunakan perusahaan dalam pengelolaan risiko operasional pada jaringan Postal khususnya pada komponen manpower (driver).

Jimmy Fish UMKM has several activities to support its business, one of which is determining how much stock of fish fry is needed for each period. Jimmy Fish SMEs have problems in determining the amount of fish seed stock, Jimmy Fish SMEs still use estimates without definite calculations to determine the number of fish seed stocks. As a result of this problem, when someone wants to buy fish seeds, the number of stocks is not fulfilled (less), the number of fish seeds is depleted, and there is even an excess stock of fish seeds (only a few sold), so that activities at Jimmy Fish SMEs become less effective. The solution to the existing problems is to build an e-forecasing application using the wieghted moving average (WMA) method. The e-forecasting application is very important because it can predict the number of fish seed stocks for the next period using calculations from previous data. The e-forecasting application also provides convenience, speed and as a support system for making decisions on how many fish seed stocks must be fulfilled for the next period.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan dari penelitian sebelumnya, dimana hasil dari penelitian sebelumnya baru sampai pada tahap desain aplikasi. UMKM Jimmy Fish merupakan usaha yang menjual bibit ikan adapun bibit ikan yang dijual yaitu: ikan lele, ikan nila, ikan emas, ikan mujaer, ikan patin, dan ikan gurame. UMKM Jimmy Fish mempunyai beberapa aktifitas untuk mendukung usahanya salah satunya penentuan berapa jumlah stok bibik ikan yang diperlukan untuk setiap periodenya. UMKM Jimmy fish mempunyai permasalahan dalam menentukan jumlah stok bibit ikan, UMKM Jimmy Fish masih menggunakan perkiraan tanpa perhitungan yang pasti untuk menentukan jumlah stok bibit ikan. Akibat yang ditimbulkan dari permasalah tersebut, ketika ada yang ingin membeli bibit ikan jumlah stok tidak terpenuhi (kurang), jumlah stok bibit ikan habis, dan bahkan ada jumlah stok bibit ikan yang berlebih (hanya terjual sedikit), sehingga aktifitas pada UMKM Jimmy Fish menjadi kurang efektif. Solusi dari permasalah yang ada, dengan membangun aplikasi e-forecasing menggunakan metode wieghted moving average (WMA). Aplikasi e-forecasting sangat penting karena dapat prediksikan jumlah stok bibit ikan untuk periode selanjutnya menggunakan perhitungan dari data-data sebelumnya.
