The research method applied is a double linear regression analysis of a case study involving 67 information system projects that have been completed by various organizations and companies in Indonesia. Some of the major findings of this study cover critical aspects that have a significant impact on the performance of information system projects. Analysis of project information system requirements is identified as one of the key factors affecting the success of the project. Team capabilities, both in terms of technical skills and interpersonal coordination, are also important elements that correlate with project outcomes. The involvement of stakeholders throughout the project cycle has also proved to have a positive impact. It is understood that involving stakeholders actively can enhance a better understanding of user needs and minimize the risk of change of requirements in the middle of the way. By gaining in-depth insight into these key factors, this research makes valuable contributions to the planning, development, and implementation of future information system projects in Indonesia.

This study employed a quantitative descriptive approach using secondary data sourced from audited financial statements. The Springate model, consisting of four key ratios (working capital to total assets, EBIT to total assets, EBT to current liabilities, and sales to total assets), was applied to evaluate the company’s financial stability. The results show fluctuating financial performance. PT Pertamina Patra Niaga was categorized as financially healthy (safe zone) in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2023, but experienced financial distress in 2022 due to severe liquidity pressure and increased short-term liabilities. The overall average S-Score of 0.9453 places the company in the grey area, indicating potential vulnerability to financial instability. The findings highlight the importance of improving liquidity management, strengthening working capital, and increasing operational efficiency to prevent future distress. Thematic synthesis and reflexive analysis produced a circular puzzle architecture representing these dimensions and their interconnections. Findings reveal that integrated people-centric policies, robust knowledge management, embedded innovation practices, continuous learning, and distributed decision-making create synergistic capabilities that enable rapid adaptation while maintaining long-term viability. Critical enablers include psychological safety, holistic wellness initiatives, adaptive learning programs, and outcome-based empowerment. The framework addresses gaps by showing sustainability and agility as complementary imperatives rather than competing priorities. Future research should validate the framework through multi-level and longitudinal studies, incorporate diverse language sources for broader context, and explore the impacts of AI-enabled HRM on each dimension. A total of 90 teachers were sampled, comprising 30 teachers for instrument try-out and 60 teachers as the primary research participants. Using a quantitative method with a correlational approach, this study examines the individual and simultaneous contributions of each variable.The findings indicate that teachers’ professional competence which includes mastery of subject matter, pedagogical skills, and managerial abilities enhances job satisfaction by strengthening confidence and task effectiveness. A strong and consistent madrasah culture characterized by discipline, collaboration, religiosity, and a harmonious work climate also contributes significantly to teacher job satisfaction by fostering a supportive institutional environment. Teacher work commitment likewise plays an important role, as highly dedicated and loyal teachers tend to experience greater job satisfaction. Collectively, the three variables demonstrate a significant combined relationship, reinforcing the notion that job satisfaction results from the interaction of professional, cultural, and psychological dimensions within educational institutions. The formulation of the research problem includes: (1) how HR competency influences the effectiveness of marketing educational services, (2) the influence of HR motivation and job satisfaction on service quality, and (3) the role of HR integration in educational marketing strategies. The results of the study indicate that HR has a strategic role in shaping the image and quality of educational services; HR competency and training improve marketing and service capabilities; HR satisfaction and motivation influence the quality of interactions with students and parents; and HR integration in marketing strategies is a key factor in the success of institutional promotion and branding. In conclusion, the success of marketing educational services is highly dependent on HR management and development, so educational institutions need to pay special attention to improving the quality, competence, and professionalism of HR to support competitiveness and customer satisfaction.

egeri 3 Tapanuli Selatan. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) design using the 4-D model, which consists of four stages: defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. The research subjects were 36 seventh-grade students in the second semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. The instruments used included expert validation sheets, teacher and student practicality questionnaires, classroom observation sheets, and mathematical problem-solving tests. The results revealed that the developed learning device achieved an average expert validation score of 4.25 in the very valid category in terms of content, language, and presentation. The practicality test showed that the teacher’s response reached 89% and the students’ response reached 91%, categorized as very practical, indicating that the device was easy to use and engaging for students. The effectiveness test showed an average N-Gain score of 0.52 (moderate category) with 86.11% of students achieving mastery learning, signifying that the learning device was effective in enhancing students’ mathematical problem-solving abilities.
The integration of the realistic mathematics approach with local cultural elements (ethnomathematics) successfully created meaningful and contextual learning experiences while fostering students’ appreciation for their cultural heritage. Therefore, the developed learning device is feasible to be implemented as an innovative mathematics learning medium based on cultural contexts in junior high schools and madrasah.

This initiative was motivated by the 2022 PISA results, which revealed that more than 99% of Indonesian students could only solve problems at lower levels (Lower Order Thinking Skills), while less than 1% reached higher levels (Higher Order Thinking Skills). One of the underlying causes is the prevalence of a fixed mindset among teachers—the belief that intelligence is innate and difficult to change. This training aimed to cultivate a growth mindset based on Carol S. Dweck’s (2006) theory, which emphasizes that abilities can be developed through effort and learning strategies. The method employed was a reflective andragogical workshop involving material presentations, microteaching simulations, and collaborative reflections. The results indicated a significant improvement in teachers’ understanding of the growth mindset concept and its implementation in deep learning. Teachers began providing process praise, applying The Power of Yet strategy, and creating emotionally safe and collaborative classroom environments. Furthermore, the establishment of the Growth-Oriented Teacher Community of Mandailing Natal (KGB-Madina) emerged as a sustainable platform for sharing best teaching practices and fostering continuous professional growth.

Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity was verified using source triangulation and technical triangulation. Data analysis included data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that (1) management of educational facilities and infrastructure in high schools throughout Merauke Regency has been carried out. This has been done in SMAN 1 Merauke, SMAN 2 Merauke and KPG Khas Papua Merauke. This is done by managing BOS funds, managing facilities and infrastructure such as providing fans in each class and conducting workshops for teachers to improve their abilities in the teaching process and the quality of education. Supporting factors for management of educational facilities and infrastructure in high schools throughout Merauke Regency such as in SMAN 1 Merauke, namely the principal has a high commitment to managing and prioritizing infrastructure, in SMAN 2 Merauke such as recruiting competent teachers in their fields, in KPG Khas Papua Merauke such as the commitment of solid leadership & team, collaborative culture. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with teachers who were members of the Kenanga KKG. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of training activities and the implementation of Canva in the learning process. The results indicate that the use of Canva can improve teachers' abilities in designing creative and communicative digital learning media. Furthermore, the collaborative training and mentoring activities within the KKG also fostered increased digital competence and teachers' confidence in innovation. Thus, the integration of Canva within the Kenanga KKG environment has proven effective as an effort to strengthen teacher professionalism in the digital era.

Objective : This study aims to determine the process of mental nursing care for patients with sensory perception disorders: visual hallucinations with a focus on conversation interventions at Dr. Soedjarwadi Klaten Regional Hospital. Method : The design of this study uses a case study method consisting of stages of assessment, determination of nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The subject in this study was Mr. P, a patient at the Dr. RM Soedjarwadi Klaten Regional Mental Hospital. Results : The results of the study showed that consistent implementation of conversational strategies during treatment can reduce the intensity of hallucinations, increase awareness of reality, and rebuild patients' social interaction abilities. Counclusion : Conversation intervention is an effective approach in treating visual hallucinations in mental disorders patients.
