IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PEMASYARAKATAN DALAM PEMENUHAN HAK PELAYANAN KESEHATAN WARGA BINAAN DENGAN HIV DI LAPAS NARKOTIKA KELAS IIA JAKARTA

Devy Elzanila Rahmah Dhany, Rahmawati, Rahmawati
Abstract: Pelaksanaan kebijakan pemasyarakatan dalam pemenuhan hak pelayanan kesehatan warga binaan dengan HIV/AIDS masih menghadapi persoalan mendasar yang bersifat menyeluruh. The implementation of correctional policy faces ongoing systemic obstacles in fulfilling the health service rights of inmates with HIV/AIDS. Despite Law Number 22 of 2022 on Corrections mandating equivalent health services for inmates, practical challenges persist, including a shortage of medical personnel, inadequate dissemination of regulations, misaligned bureaucratic procedures, and limited support from non-governmental organizations. This study argues that these barriers significantly hinder the realization of humane and dignified health services for inmates with HIV/AIDS. Using George C. Edwards III's policy implementation model, the study examines these issues at the Class IIA Narcotics Correctional Institution in Jakarta. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, it draws on in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis with 13 informants. Findings indicate that while policy implementation is underway, it is not yet fully optimal; disposition emerges as a strength, but medical resource limitations and weak regulatory communication remain significant barriers. Through Edwards III’s four dimensions—communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure—the study identifies gaps and strengths to guide more effective health service delivery for inmates with HIV/AIDS. THE INFLUENCE OF HEDONISM ON THE APPLICATION OF THE DEEP LEARNING MODEL ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF EARLY ADULTHOOD IN STUDENTS

Paputungan, Frezy
Abstract: Development is a continuous process of qualitative change towards maturity, marked by increased organ function, cognitive, emotional, motoric, and behavioral abilities. Early adulthood is a period of human development from… om adolescence to adulthood. Early adulthood begins between the ages of 16 and 40. In the human lifespan, adulthood plays an important role as a phase in which individuals experience various changes and adjustments. In this developmental process, several possible behavioral changes are very influential, including hedonism. The view of hedonism is often associated with consumptive and hedonistic behavior. People who adhere to hedonism will always seek ways to obtain pleasure, whether material, physical, or spiritual pleasure. Related to the increasingly advanced world of education, various learning models are implemented as an effort to adapt to the times. One of them is the deep learning learning model, deep learning is a pedagogical approach that focuses on understanding substantial concepts in depth, not just the breadth of material, through meaningful, conscious, and enjoyable (holistic) learning experiences. This study aims to analyze how hedonism in the application of the deep learning learning model influences the development of students' early adulthood, using qualitative descriptive methods. The research results show a significant influence between hedonistic attitudes in the application of deep learning and early adulthood development, as seen through observations and interviews conducted directly during the learning process. One observation revealed that students appeared relaxed and enjoyed group assignments, as some paid to be relieved of responsibility for completing them.

Wildatul Umah, Muhammad Ma’dinul In’am Al Kamil, Erma Fatmawati, Mu'alimin
Abstract: Lesson Plan (RPP) is an important component in the learning process that functions as a guide for teachers in conducting teaching and learning activities. This study aims to analyze Social Studies (IPS) lesson plans in the… the 2013 Curriculum and the simplified lesson plans, as well as to examine the differences, strengths, and weaknesses of both in supporting the learning process. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a library research method and comparative analysis. Data were obtained from official documents, books, and relevant scientific journals. The results show that the 2013 Curriculum lesson plan has complete, detailed, and systematic components, providing structured guidance for teaching, but it tends to be complex and burdens teachers administratively. Meanwhile, the simplified lesson plan only consists of three main components, namely learning objectives, learning activities, and assessment, making it more flexible, practical, and efficient. In Social Studies learning, the simplified lesson plan is considered more relevant as it accommodates contextual and student-centered learning. However, the effectiveness of the simplified lesson plan highly depends on teachers’ pedagogical competence in designing and implementing learning activities. Therefore, teachers’ skills and creativity are required to ensure that the simplified lesson plan can optimally achieve learning objectives.

Kadhapy, Moh., paputungan, frezy, B. Jassin, Iwan
Abstract: Digitalization in education continues to increase, particularly in the use of learning media. However, various challenges associated with the emergence of eras based on birth years often lead to differing perspectives on… improving the quality of education today. The process of integrating Powtoon learning media with a sense of responsibility in Gen Z students requires a comprehensive effort, considering that the assessment indicators for this attitude are crucial for learners in the modern era. Gen Z students (born 1997-2012) are digital natives who are pragmatic, creative, and highly dependent on technology for learning and personal branding. They favor visual-interactive methods, care about mental health/the environment, and focus on practical career outcomes (side hustles), but are prone to distraction and anxiety. Meanwhile, types of student attitude assessments generally include direct observation by lecturers, self-assessment, peer assessment, and daily journal entries. Aspects assessed include discipline, responsibility, honesty, cooperation, politeness, and initiative. This technique often uses a Likert scale or descriptive rubric. Therefore, it is crucial to pay attention to these items in the learning process at university. Powtoon is a web-based online animation and presentation creation platform that allows users to create engaging visual content, such as explainer videos, without requiring advanced graphic design skills. This application uses drag-and-drop features, ready-to-use templates, animated characters, and is supported by AI-based tools. This research uses a descriptive method, namely a research approach that aims to describe, explain, or map the characteristics of a phenomenon, situation, or population systematically, factually, and accurately based on data collected during the study. The results show the successful integration of Powtoon learning media with the responsible attitude of Gen Z students, evidenced by the existence of an orderly, understandable learning process and a high quality of understanding.
