Abstrak: Salah satu kunci keberhasilan suatu perusahaan atau instansi dalam mencapai tujuan tertentu adalah tenaga kerjanya. Namun, menemukan Mitra ideal yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi atau instansi memang sulit. The aim of this research is to create a tool for prospective hotel guests in making decisions on hotel selection recommendations using the TOPSIS and SAW methods. This research uses 8 hotel data points in Laweyan District, Surakarta, and hotel data obtained from the Tourism Office. The results of the McCall Test with 5 indicators, namely accuracy, reliability, efficiency, integrity, and usability, average 86%, so this system is categorized as very good.

Abstrak: Kota Surakarta menjadi salah satu kota yang ramai dikunjungi wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara karena terdapat berbagai macam wisata budaya yang menarik. Banyaknya hotel dengan pelayanan dan fasilitas yang banyak membuat wisatawan kebingungan dalam memilih hotel, sehingga calon tamu hotel memerlukan waktu yang lama untuk memilih hotel terbaik sesuai kriteria yang diinginkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat suatu alat bantu bagi calon tamu hotel dalam pengambilan keputusan rekomendasi pemilihan hotel menggunakan metode TOPSIS dan SAW. Penelitian ini menggunakan 10 titik data hotel yang ada di Kecamatan Laweyan Surakarta dan data hotel yang diperoleh dari Dinas Pariwisata. Hasil Uji McCall dengan 5 indikator yaitu akurasi, reliabilitas, efisiensi, integritas, dan kegunaan rata-rata 86%, maka sistem ini dikategorikan sangat baik.

A problem that often occurs for prospective buyers is the difficulty in determination which used motorbike is superior from several choices based on predetermined criteria. This results in potential buyers feeling confused in making their choice. The difficulty in determining used motorbikes is the reason this research was conducted. In this case, the decision support system will be used as a tool in providing superior used motorbike choices for potential buyers. The method offered in this research is to use a combination of the CoCoSo and SAW algorithms. The criteria for determination a used motorbike consist of 8 criteria namely mileage, price, brand, accessories, tire condition, body condition, engine condition and completeness of documents. In the results of this decision support system research, ranking results using a combination of CoCoSo and SAW methods show that the red Suzuki F1 alternative (A39) is ranked with the highest score.

Abstrak: Sepeda motor bekas merupakan kendaraan bermotor yang digunakan oleh sebagian banyak masyarakat dalam berbagai kalangan. Bagi seseorang calon pembeli sepeda motor bekas, sebelum datang ke tempat pembelian mereka memiliki beberapa ketentuan pilihan yang berdasarkan pada beberapa kriteria yang telah ditentukan sesuai dengan sepeda motor bekas yang ingin dibeli. Permasalahan yang sering kali terjadi bagi calon pembeli ialah kesulitan dalam menentukan sepeda motor bekas mana yang unggul dari beberapa alternatif pilihan berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Hal ini mengakibatkan, calon pembeli merasa kebingungan dalam menentukan pilihannya. Kesulitan dalam penentuan sepeda motor bekas tersebut menjadi alasan penelitian ini dilakukan. Dalam hal ini sistem pendukung keputusan akan digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam memberikan pilihan sepeda motor bekas yang unggul bagi calon pembeli. Metode yang ditawarkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan kombinasi algoritma CoCoSo dan SAW. Kriteria-kriteria dalam penentuan sepeda motor bekas terdiri dari 8 kriteria yaitu jarak tempuh, harga, merek, aksesoris, kondisi ban, kondisi body, kondisi mesin dan kelengkapan surat. Dalam hasil penelitian sistem pendukung keputusan ini, memberikan hasil perangkingan dengan kombinasi metode CoCoSo dan SAW menunjukkan bahwa alternatif Suzuki F1 merah (A39) adalah peringkat dengan nilai tertinggi.

l expenses, such as storage costs and demand costs. On the other hand, if there is too little stock of robes, it will result in losses because potential buyers do not get the items they need. In this case, the forecasting system will be used as a tool to solve the problem of robe accumulation. The WMA method prioritizes the most recent data points while smoothing out fluctuations. The advantage of this method is increased responsiveness to recent changes in demand patterns, contributing to more accurate forecasts by considering current information more prominently than historical data. By implementing the WMA method, it is hoped that the accumulation of robes can be avoided. From the results of prediction calculations in January 2024, it is predicted that there will be 143 adult robes, with a MAD of 7.685185, MSE 74.79938 and MAPE 5%. For small children's robes, it is predicted that there will be 56 shirts, with MAD of 8.388889, MSE of 91.16358 and MAPE of 12%. It can be concluded that the WMA method can make it easier for Fashion Gallery to predict demand for adult and children's robes in the following month.

Abstrak: Dalam penelitian ini akan membahas prediksi permintaan baju gamis pada Fashion Gallery. Permasalahan yang terjadi sering terjadinya penumpukan pada jumlah baju gamis yang disediakan pada toko, sehingga meningkatkan beban tambahan, seperti biaya penyimpanan dan biaya permintaan. Sebaliknya, apabila stok gamis yang terlalu sedikit, mengakibatkan kerugian yang disebabkan karena calon pembeli tidak mendapatkan barang yang dibutuhkan. Dalam hal ini sistem forecasting akan digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan penumpukan baju gamis. Metode WMA, lebih mementingkan titik data terkini sambil memperlancar fluktuasi. Kelebihan metode ini meningkatkan daya tanggap terhadap perubahan pola permintaan terkini, berkontribusi pada perkiraan yang lebih akurat dengan mempertimbangkan informasi terkini secara lebih menonjol dibandingkan data historis. Dengan diterapkannya metode WMA, diharapkan dapat menghindari terjadinya penumpukan baju gamis. Dari hasil perhitungan prediksi pada bulan Januari 2024, untuk baju gamis dewasa diprediksi sebanyak 143 baju, dengan MAD sebesar 7.685185, MSE 74.79938 dan MAPE 5%. Untuk baju gamis anak kecil diprediksi sebanyak 56 baju, dengan MAD sebesar 8.388889, MSE 91.16358 dan MAPE sebesar 12%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode WMA dapat memudahkan Fashion Gallery dalam meramalkan permintaan baju gamis dewasa dan anak-anak pada bulan berikutnya.

POLRES Asahan is still lacking systematic timing delays in making decisions in managing the disbursement of loan funds. Therefore, an efficient and effective method is needed to minimize risks and maximize profits for the cooperative and its members. One method that can be used is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, which has been proven effective in various decision-making contexts. This study aims to apply the SAW method in the process of disbursing loan funds for Primkoppol members, and to evaluate the performance of this method in selecting eligible loan recipients and optimizing fund allocation. The loan disbursement process uses the SAW method, which calculates the relative preference value for each prospective loan recipient based on predetermined criteria. The results of this study indicate that by applying the Simple Additive Weighting method to 10 loan applicants, 3 applicants successfully applied for loans with a preference value > 0.7, in line with the requirements. The implementation of the SAW method in loan disbursement for Primkoppol members has successfully increased efficiency and accuracy in selecting loan recipients.

Abstract: Pemberian dana pinjaman merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota Primkoppol (Koperasi Polisi). Proses penentuan kelayakan pemberian pinjaman di PRIMKOPPOL POLRES Asahan masih kurang sistematis keterlambatan waktu dalam menentukan keputusan dalam mengelola pemberian dana pinjaman. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu metode yang efisien dan efektif untuk meminimalkan risiko dan memaksimalkan keuntungan bagi koperasi dan anggotanya. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan adalah metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), yang telah terbukti efektif dalam berbagai konteks pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode SAW dalam proses pemberian dana pinjaman bagi anggota Primkoppol, serta untuk meng-evaluasi kinerja metode tersebut dalam memilih penerima pinjaman yang layak dan meng-optimalkan alokasi dana. Proses pemberian dana pinjaman menggunakan metode SAW yang menghitung nilai preferensi relatif bagi setiap calon penerima pinjaman berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan menerapkan metode Simple Additive Weighting dari 10 calon pemohon pinjaman, 3 calon berhasil mampu mengajukan pinjaman dengan nilai preferensi > 0,7. sesuai dengan persyaratan. Implementasi metode SAW dalam pemberian dana pinjaman bagi anggota Primkoppol berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dan keakuratan dalam pemilihan penerima pinjaman.

In terms of the report produced, it does not display the criteria for potential recipients clearly and in detail. In solving the problem, a decision support system will be used using the simple additive weighting method. So this research produces a computerized system to support decision making that determines people's suitability as recipients of direct cash assistance. With this computerized system, it will make it easier to determine the eligibility of people receiving Direct Cash Assistance and produce effective reports with calculations that comply with existing criteria. By implementing this computerized decision support system, 7 people are recommended who are eligible to receive direct cash assistance with the highest score of 2,875 and the lowest score of 2,750 so that these results can assist the village head in determining the community's suitability as recipients of direct cash assistance.

Sehingga hal seperti ini akan memperbesar kemungkinan masyarakat miskin atau kurang mampu akan kalah dengan masyarakat yang kehidupannya lebih baik dan juga memakan banyak waktu karena masih menggunakan sistem manual. Dari segi laporan yang dihasilkan, tidak menampilkan kriteria calon penerima secara jelas dan rinci. Dalam penyelesaian masalah akan digunakan sistem penunjang keputusan dengan metode simple additive weighting. Maka dengan penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem yang terkomputerisasi untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan menentukan kelayakan masyarakat sebagai penerima bantuan langsung tunai. Dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi ini, maka akan memberikan kemudahan dalam menentukan kelayakan masyarakat penerima Bantuan Langsung Tunai dan menghasilkan laporan yang efektif dengan perhitungan yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang ada. Dengan penerapan sistem pendukung keputusan yang terkomputerisasi ini maka direkomendasikan 7 orang yang layak menerima bantuan langsung tunai dengan skor tertinggi 2,875 dan skor terendah 2,750 sehingga hasil tersebut dapat membantu kepala desa dalam menentukan kelayakan masyarakat sebagai penerima bantuan tunai langsung.

This research focuses on STMIK Royal Kisaran, which faces challenges in increasing the number of doctoral-educated lecturers. To address this limitation, the study explores the implementation of a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Profile Matching method. Lecturers in higher education play a crucial role in providing education, conducting research, and contributing to society. In an effort to enhance the qualifications of lecturers, this research designs a Decision Support System using the Profile Matching method. The aim of this research is to provide recommendations for prospective lecturer candidates to pursue a Doctoral degree based on criteria factors such as length of service, functional position, research score, dedication score, age, and recognition score. Data from 46 lecturers at STMIK Royal Kisaran who meet the criteria are used to test the validity and effectiveness of the Decision Support System (DSS). Through structured analysis, it is demonstrated that the Decision Support System using the Profile Matching method successfully provides recommendations for suitable lecturer candidates to pursue doctoral studies.

Penelitian ini berfokus pada STMIK Royal Kisaran yang mengalami kendala dalam meningkatkan jumlah dosen berpendidikan Doktor. Untuk mengatasi keterbatasan tersebut, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (DSS) dengan menggunakan metode Profile Matching. Dosen pada pendidikan tinggi mempunyai peran penting dalam memberikan pendidikan, melakukan penelitian, dan memberikan kontribusi kepada masyarakat. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kualifikasi dosen, penelitian ini merancang Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan menggunakan metode Profile Matching. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi kandidat calon dosen untuk mengejar gelar Doktor dengan berlandaskan faktor kriteria seperti lama kerja, jabatan fungsional, nilai penelitian, nilai pengabdian, umur, dan nilai rekognisi. Data dari 46 dosen STMIK Royal Kisaran yang memenuhi kriteria digunakan untuk menguji validitas dan efektivitas Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK). Melalui analisis terstruktur, menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Pendukung Keputusan menggunakan metode Profile Matching berhasil memberikan rekomendasi calon dosen yang layak direkomendasikan untuk melanjutkan studi ke jenjang Doktor.

Metode yang digunaakan dalam pembuatan landing page dan website adalah metode waterall, dengan cara pengumpulan data, analisis data, pembuatan desain dari data yang dianalisis, pembuatan program, dan pengujian terhadap landing page dan website. Pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML dan PHP dengan framework Laravel yang mudah diterapkan saat ini dan jangka panjang. Dengan dibuatnya landing page dan website Dechefdefinzs diharapkan dapat memperluas dan menyebarkan produk-produknya secara luas di masyarakat, seperti kue tradisional, kue loyang, roti, menu nasi dan kue kering. Id to meet community's needs for high-quality construction materials and services, also aims to enhance company's product sales and brand recognition. A system with quality provides ease of use in order to achieve customer satisfaction. Build Id merchant for architects website requires user-friendly design recommendations to increase the user experience when it gets distributed to the market. To achieve this goal, Task-Centered System Design (TCSD) method is being used to focused the design process. TCSD is a method in Human Computer Interaction (HCI) used to identify task and user requirements. The method consists of 4 stages, namely, identification, user-centered requirements analysis, design through scenarios, and walkthrough evaluation. In this study, identification was carried out by conducting system observations and interviews with Build Id team at Digital Marketing Unit of PT Semen Baturaja Tbk and architect as the prospective system users. The interface design results were evaluated using System Usability Scale (SUS) and received final score of 69.615, indicating that the interface design made using TCSD method is feasible for users to use.

Sistem yang berkualitas memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan dalam penggunaannya demi mewujudkan kepuasan pelanggan. Build Id merchant untuk arsitek memerlukan rekomendasi desain atau prototype user interface yang user friendly demi meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna ketika didistribusikan ke pasaran nantinya. Metode Task-Centered System Design (TCSD) digunakan untuk membantu proses perancangan lebih terarah. TCSD adalah metode dalam Human Computer Interaction (HCI) yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan task dan pengguna. Metode TCSD terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu, identification, user-centered requirements analysis, design through scenario, dan walkthrough evaluation. Identifikasi dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara bersama tim Build Id dan calon pengguna sistem yaitu arsitek.
