Ruth Nora Luthan Br Pardosi, Siti Azizah
Abstract: Honey consumption in Indonesia is still relatively low, at only around 10–15 grams per capita per year, far behind developed countries. This low consumption presents a challenge for honey industry players, including PT.… . Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya, which actively welcomes educational visits from young children. These visits have the potential to shape healthy consumption habits through direct interaction with the beekeeping process and education on the benefits of honey. This study aims to analyze the social factors that influence young visitors' interest in honey consumption, including product appeal, destination image, and knowledge. The study used a quantitative method with a convenience sampling technique on 50 respondents who were parents or guardians of children aged 4–5 years who visited PT. Kembang Joyo Sriwijaya for educational purposes. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations, then analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the influence of each variable on consumption interest. The results showed that all three social factors product appeal, destination image, and knowledge play a significant role in shaping young children's interest in honey consumption. Product appeals such as packaging, flavor, and interactive experiences have been shown to increase children's interest. The image of a clean, safe, educational, and child-friendly destination strengthens visitors' positive perceptions. Meanwhile, knowledge about the benefits of honey and its production process increases parents' motivation to introduce honey as a healthy consumption. This research provides strategic recommendations for PT. Asrijal Bintang, Ismail Rasulong, Kahar
Abstract: This systematic literature review explores the interconnected dimensions of digital innovation, gender equality, and sustainability in women-owned small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The primary aim is to synthesize… ze existing knowledge to address integration challenges these enterprises face. The researchers analyzed 436 peer-reviewed articles from the Scopus database, published between 2010 and 2025, using bibliometric and qualitative thematic techniques based on the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) methodology. Findings highlight that digital innovation significantly enhances market access, operational efficiency, and resource mobilization, empowering women entrepreneurs to overcome structural barriers. Gender equality initiatives play a crucial role in creating supportive ecosystems, promoting diverse leadership styles, and fostering inclusive organizational cultures conducive to sustainable business practices. Thematic analyses reveal specific success factors including robust social networks, targeted mentorship programs, and inclusive financial mechanisms. However, systemic barriers persist, notably limited access to capital, entrenched sociocultural biases, and insufficient digital literacy. Methodologically, research predominantly utilizes quantitative approaches, suggesting a need for integrated mixed-method frameworks to better capture nuanced entrepreneurial experiences. Geographical disparities indicate that women entrepreneurs face different challenges and opportunities across developed and developing contexts, underscoring the necessity for context-specific policy interventions. This review adds to our understanding by combining ideas from entrepreneurial ecosystem perspectives, Gender Empowerment Theories, and the Resource-Based View, providing a complete look at sustainable, fair, and digitally innovative business practices. Future research should focus on intersectional methodologies, longitudinal studies, and comparative analyses across diverse contexts.

Rama, Putu Nina Madiawati, Arry Widodo
Abstract: The increasing popularity of slow bar coffee shops in Indonesia reflects a shift in consumer preferences towards more personalized, immersive, and educational coffee experiences. This study aims to examine the effect of… Experience Value, consisting of Customer Return on Investment (CROI), Service Excellence, Aesthetics, and Enjoyment, on Brand Love and Customer Loyalty through the mediating role of Customer Satisfaction among customers of Lajeng Coffee Shop in Bandung. A quantitative survey was conducted using purposive sampling, collecting 251 valid responses through a Likert scale questionnaire, and the data were analyzed with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS. The results show that Experience Value has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (β = 0.721; p < 0.001). Customer Satisfaction acts as a partial mediator in the relationship between Experience Value and Brand Love and Customer Loyalty. Furthermore, the effect of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty (β = 0.462; p < 0.001) is stronger than its effect on Brand Love (β = 0.441; p < 0.001), indicating that satisfaction is more easily translated into loyal behavior than into emotional attachment. These findings extend customer experience research in the slow bar context and offer practical guidance for managers to prioritize experience investments that strengthen loyalty and brand love.

Rita J D Atarwaman, Muza Syahraini Prabowo, Natalia Evernande Gomies, Putri Zahra Thahir, Muhammad Arya Kabalmay
Abstract: This research is motivated by the low level of compliance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in preparing financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards. This study aims to understand the… he meaning of financial reporting requirements for MSMEs, analyze behavioral aspects that influence compliance with financial reporting, and examine the use of financial reports in the business decision-making process. This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with MSMEs and analyzed thematically to explore the informants' subjective experiences. The results show that MSMEs interpret financial reporting as a simple recording tool that functions to control cash flow and business continuity, rather than as a formal administrative obligation. Compliance with financial reporting is influenced by the perception of ease, experience, and habits of business actors. Furthermore, financial reports are used only to a limited extent in business decision-making and are often combined with intuition and personal experience. These findings emphasize the need for a behavioral approach to improve the quality of MSME financial reporting.

Jusmaeni, Jusmaeni, M. Agus, Andi Adam
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of the application of Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) on the learning interest and ability to write narrative texts of grade IV students of UPT SDN 21 Bangkala, Jeneponto Regency.… ncy. The research background is based on the needs of Indonesian learning that is closer to the students' local cultural experiences so that learning becomes meaningful and relevant. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experiment design of the non-equivalent control group design that involves two groups, namely the experimental group that received CRT treatment and the control group that used conventional learning. The research instruments included learning interest questionnaires, narrative text writing tests, observation sheets, and documentation. The results showed a significant difference between the two groups after the treatment was given. The average post-test score of the experimental group's writing ability reached 82.14, a significant increase from the pre-test score of 58.71. Meanwhile, the control group only increased from 57.42 to 69.28. The learning interest of students in the experimental group also increased from 62% to 86%, much higher than the control group which only increased from 60% to 71%. The t-test showed a significance value of < 0.05 on both variables, which means that CRT had a significant effect on students' learning interest and narrative text writing ability. Normalized gain analysis corroborated these findings, where the experimental group was in the high improvement category. Overall, this study emphasizes that the integration of local cultural elements through the CRT approach is able to increase student participation, motivation, and academic performance, especially in writing narrative texts. The results of this study imply that CRT is feasible as an alternative to Indonesian learning strategies that are more communicative, contextual, and in favor of the cultural diversity of students
