determine the estimated equivalent dose received by accompanying caregivers of pediatric patients and the safest points during conventional radiology examinations. The method used in this research is a field survey, involving the measurement of equivalent radiation doses inside and outside the examination room using a personal dosimeter, as well as measuring the radiation dose rate at 6 points using a surveymeter. The data was processed to obtain the highest and lowest values, as well as the percentage of equivalent dose obtained compared to the established Dose Limit Value (DLV). The results showed that the highest radiation dose received by accompanying caregivers inside the examination room reached 13,46 µSv, with a percentage of 0,27% relative to the DLV, while the lowest dose recorded was 1,12 µSv, with a percentage of 0,0224% relative to the DLV. Analysis of the radiation dose rate distribution revealed that the greater the distance of the measurement point from the radiation source (tube), the smaller the dose received. In conclusion, the radiation dose received by accompanying caregivers is still below the Dose Limit Value (DLV) for caregivers, which is 5.000 µSv. However, to minimize stochastic effects, the implementation of additional protective measures, such as the use of lead aprons and selecting safer locations within the examination room, is highly recommended. These findings are expected to serve as a guide in enhancing the safety of accompanying caregivers of pediatric patients in conventional radiology units.

ed on ICD-10 according to the 2023 National Medical Practice Guidelines (PNPK) at Udayana Hospital II in Denpasar. The research method used was quantitative descriptive with a total sampling approach of 72 medical records of pneumonia patients during the period from October 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. The research instrument was a checklist for assessing the accuracy of diagnosis codes based on the provisions of ICD-10 and PNPK Pneumonia 2023. The results showed that 51 files (70.8%) were coded accurately, while 21 files (29.2%) were coded inaccurately. The inaccuracy in coding was due to a lack of supporting tests, such as microbiological tests, as well as the excessive workload of the coders. These findings indicate the need for an analysis of coders' workload to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of their tasks, time management, and priorities. This study is expected to serve as evaluation material to improve the quality of service and efficiency of hospital administration.

Approximately 190,000 AI patents were granted globally between 2000-2022, reflecting increasing technological importance. In Indonesia, AI implementation must align with Law No. 13 of 2016 on Patents as amended by Law No. 65 of 2024. The landmark Thaler v. Vidal case confirms AI cannot be an "inventor" but can serve as an assistive tool with significant human contribution. Drawing on Satjipto Rahardjo’s progressive legal theory, the research argues for a functional, transformative approach that aligns domestic copyright doctrine with globally harmonized open-licensing principles and substantive justice. The analysis reveals that, under Indonesian law, permissibility hinges on strict adherence to each license’s specific terms; however, current regulations lack clarity, generating legal uncertainty for both creators and users. To address these gaps, the study proposes interpretative guidelines and legislative reforms that (1) define “derivative works” in accord with CC International’s porting model, (2) reconcile non-commercial provisions with legitimate digital markets, and (3) institutionalize attribution standards. Such measures would safeguard creators’ moral and economic rights while fostering equitable digital access and innovation, thereby enhancing Indonesia’s knowledge economy.

s several challenges, such as limited human resources, inadequate infrastructure, low community awareness, and insufficient promotion strategies. This study aims to analyze the role of the Tourism Office in optimizing destination management, identify influencing factors, and formulate strategic efforts towards sustainable tourism management. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with stakeholders (government, private sector, community, academia, and media), and document studies. The results show that the Tourism Office of Solok City plays a key role in four main functions: planning, implementation, coordination, and evaluation. Programs conducted between 2021 and 2024 include destination development, tourism promotion, human resource capacity building, and cross-sector partnerships. Internal and external factors such as budget constraints, infrastructure limitations, community participation, and destination competitiveness influence management effectiveness. The implementation of Good Governance principles participation, transparency, accountability, and efficiency along with Destination Management approaches, has guided policy and program implementation. However, some aspects, particularly cross-sectoral integration and innovation in tourism promotion, still need improvement. Effective communication has been shown to improve students' understanding of the subject matter and strengthen their character and discipline. Data were collected using a descriptive quantitative method through in-depth interviews with program managers and grant recipients, supported by direct field observations. The Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices were used to determine the program’s strategic position, while the Cartesian SWOT diagram identified the appropriate development quadrant. The results show that the program is situated in Quadrant II, indicating strong internal conditions but significant external threats. With IFE and EFE scores of 2.9252 and 3,1333 respectively, the analysis suggests that the program should implement Strength–Threat (S-T) strategies, including consistent quarterly reporting, increased technical staff, and public reinforcement of the program’s catalytic function. These findings are expected to guide the formulation of more effective strategies for sustainable livestock empowerment in Kediri Regency.

ollows the 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) model, starting with an analysis of the needs of students and teachers that shows students' tendency towards visual and interactive learning media. This media is designed to present short story writing material in an interesting and easy-to-understand way. The research methods used in this study are research and development or Research and Development (R&D) with descriptive quantitative analysis methods, data collection techniques include media validation questionnaires, practical observations, and short story writing skills tests before (pretest) and after the use of media (posttest). This media prototype is designed with excellent features such as storyline templates, character illustrations, and interactive and visual step-by-step guides. The results of expert validation show a very high level of validity in the material and media aspects. The practicality test showed that the score increased from 0.73 (practical) to 0.97 (very practical). The results of the effectiveness test showed a significant increase in the short story writing skill score, with an average pretest score of 65 and the posttest increased to 90-98. So, it can be concluded that Canva Magic learning media with the AI-based Magic Write feature is effective and practical to improve short story writing skills in a creative, systematic, and meaningful way for students.

Employing a literature study method, this research collects, categorizes, and analyzes hadiths concerning noble character, then correlates them with the current socio-cultural context. The findings indicate that the values in hadiths are not only relevant for forming Muslim personalities during the Prophet’s time but are also highly applicable in addressing moral challenges in the modern era. The thematic approach aids in systematically summarizing moral messages, while the contextual approach enriches understanding of the original spirit of the teachings. This study recommends integrating hadith-based character values into education as part of an effort to build a generation with strong ethics and integrity.

This study aims to explore how Islamic ethical values—sincerity (ikhlas), trust (amanah), and halal compliance—can be integrated with clinical responsibilities such as sterilization protocols, informed consent, and therapist competency. A thematic qualitative literature review was conducted using Islamic jurisprudence, fatwas (DSN-MUI), WHO and Ministry of Health (Indonesia) guidelines from 2015–2025. Findings reveal that neglecting the maqashid sharia principle of hifzh an-nafs (protection of life) contradicts both Islamic ethics and medical safety. Sunnah cupping services rooted in both spiritual values and professional protocols are more trusted by Muslim patients and improve therapeutic legitimacy. This study highlights the urgent need for national SOPs, certified training, and the development of Islamic cupping clinics with integrated protocols. These clinics can serve as models of sharia-compliant, clinically responsible health services. The research offers practical recommendations for Islamic medical institutions and policy-makers in strengthening Islamic-based complementary therapies in modern healthcare systems.
