has a weakness: it quickly declines in quality if not managed properly. In the face of increasing demand, it is crucial to meet the need for fish with an optimal level of freshness. Methods have been used to maintain the freshness of fish, such as salting, freezing, and using plant ingredients. However, the use of natural ingredients from plants often has a low shelf life and can cause a decrease in fish quality. The method used in community service activities in Air Genting village is counselling. Counselling is carried out through the delivery of material, discussions (in the form of questions and answers), and explanations about tools capable of producing ozone. This activity aims to inform the public about technology with the ozone system. This technology can increase the shelf life of mackerel and keep the quality of the fish good and still suitable for consumption.

This is because MSMEs have a similar business, namely a culinary business. This unsuitable selling price determination will result in suboptimal profit achievement because each business has a different total cost. For this reason, this service carries out four training sessions to guide MSME players in deermining the appropriate selling price. The four sessions covered the delivery of concepts and materials, discussions, training in calculating CoGS, and evaluation. This community service is expected to increase understanding and skills in calculating CoGS so that optimal profit can be achieved.

Abstrak: pelatihan akuntansi biaya dan penghitungan Harga Pokok Penjualan (HPP) pada pelaku UMKM di Desa Wisata Ponggok dilaksanakan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pelatihan penghitungan HPP. Berdasarkan survei awal yang dilakukan tim pengabdian, didapatkan informasi bahwa para pelaku UMKM di Desa Ponggok tidak melakukan penghitungan HPP karena mendasarkan harga jualnya sesuai harga pasar. Hal ini dikarenakan para pelaku UMKM memiliki usaha yang sejenis, yaitu usaha kuliner. Penentuan harga jual yang tidak sesuai ini akan menyebabkan pencapaian laba yang tidak optimal karena setiap usaha memiliki berbagai total biaya yang berbeda. Untuk itu, pengabdian ini melaksanakan empat sesi pelatihan untuk memandu para pelaku UMKM menentukan harga jual yang sesuai. Keempat sesi tersebut meliputi penyampaian konsep dan materi, diskusi, pelatihan penghitungan HPP, dan evaluasi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat menambah pemahaman dan ketrampilan menghitung HPP sehingga laba yang optimal dapat tercapai.

This is compounded by the very strict working hours that leave workers no time to utilize the blessing as additional income. In dealing with this situation, breeding catfish using tarpaulin method is likely the most appropriate alternative solution for the locals to earn more income without having to leave their main job as factory workers. This is possible as the catfish cultivation using tarpaulin method is effortless and does not consume much time to manage it. Moreover, with the annual increase in demand for catfish consumption in the surrounding regions as well as competitive selling prices (ranging from IDR14,000 to IDR17,000 per kilogram) making tarpaulin cultivation of catfish solution for the locals in Dukuh Rejosari. The method used in this service was socialization by providing outreach and training from the catfish cultivation expert. The result shows that villagers are enlightened to have a new source of income in the midst of busyness working as laborers.

Abstrak: Berlokasi di kaki gunung Merbabu, Dukuh Rejosari dianugerahi dengan pemandangan yang indah, cuaca yang sejuk, dan lahan yang subur untuk bercocok tanam seperti kopi, teh, jagung, dan tembakau. Namun hal belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal oleh para penduduk dikarenakan kesibukan mereka sebagai pekerja buruh harian yang bergantung pada upah pabrik. Hal ini diperparah dengan jam kerja yang sangat padat membuat para pekerja tidak memiliki waktu lebih untuk memanfaatkan lingkungan sebagai tambahan penghasilan. Dalam menghadapi situasi tersebut, pengembangbiakan ikan lele dengan menggunakan terpal merupakan solusi alternatif yang paling tepat guna memberi para penduduk penghasilan lebih tanpa harus meninggalkan pekerjaan utama mereka sebagai buruh pabrik. Hal ini dimungkinkan karena budidaya lele terpal sangat mudah dilakukan dan tidak memerlukan banyak waktu untuk merawatnya. Juga, dengan peningkatan tahunan permintaan ikan lele konsumsi di daerah sekitar serta harga jual yang kompetitif (berkisar Rp. 14.000,- – Rp. 17.000,- per kilogram) menjadikan budidaya ternak lele terpal sebagai alternatif paling ideal untuk memberikan tambahan penghasilan kepada masyarakat Dukuh Rejosari. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode sosialisasi dengan memberikan pelatihan dari pembudidaya lele terpal berpengalaman. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu masyarakat mendapatkan kesempatan untuk membentuk sumber pendapatan baru ditengah-tengah kesibukan bekerja sebagai buruh pabrik.

d by various factors, requiring investors to determine the appropriate timing for buying, selling, or holding stocks. Therefore, this study aims to predict stock prices in the materials sector using a combination of CNN–BiLSTM algorithms. The research data were obtained from Yahoo Finance and processed through min–max normalization, data splitting, sliding window, model implementation, and evaluation stages. Testing was conducted on INTP and SMGR stocks with data split scenarios ranging from 60:40 to 90:10. The results show that CNN–BiLSTM performs best with a 90:10 data split, with minimum MSE and MAPE values of 0.000153 and 2.471% for INTP, and 0.000199 and 2.208% for SMGR, respectively. These findings indicate that increasing the proportion of training data improves the model's ability to learn historical patterns and produce more stable predictions.

Abstrak: Sektor materials merupakan salah satu sektor saham yang diminati investor karena tingginya aktivitas pembangunan di Indonesia yang mendorong pertumbuhan jangka panjang. Pergerakan harga saham dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor sehingga investor perlu menentukan waktu transaksi yang tepat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan memprediksi harga saham sektor materials menggunakan kombinasi algoritma CNN–BiLSTM. Data penelitian diperoleh dari Yahoo Finance dan diproses melalui tahapan normalisasi min–max, pembagian data, sliding window, implementasi model, serta evaluasi. Pengujian dilakukan pada saham INTP dan SMGR dengan skenario pembagian data 60:40 hingga 90:10. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa CNN–BiLSTM menghasilkan performa terbaik pada pembagian data 90:10, dengan nilai MSE dan MAPE minimum masing-masing sebesar 0.000153 dan 2.471% untuk INTP, serta 0.000199 dan 2.208% untuk SMGR. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan porsi data latih meningkatkan kemampuan model dalam mempelajari pola historis dan menghasilkan prediksi yang lebih stabil.

Currently, SNM Store places orders by contacting suppliers one by one via telephone to inquire about item availability. This method is time-consuming and may lead to delays in fulfilling item requirements. To address this issue, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed to assist in efficiently determining the best supplier. One method that can be used in this system is MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis). MOORA is known to be effective in handling multi-criteria decision-making by simultaneously optimizing multiple objectives. This method also reduces subjectivity by assigning weights to each criterion and uses simple and fast calculations to evaluate the available alternatives. The objectives of this research are to identify the key criteria in supplier selection, apply the MOORA method in an efficient and user-friendly evaluation and selection process, and improve the operational efficiency of SNM Store in procurement so that item availability can be ensured in a timely manner.

Abstrak: Dalam dunia bisnis, pemilihan supplier memegang peranan penting dalam memastikan kelancaran operasional perusahaan. Supplier bertanggung jawab menyediakan bahan baku dengan kualitas konsisten, pengiriman tepat waktu, dan harga kompetitif. Proses seleksi supplier memerlukan evaluasi terhadap berbagai kriteria seperti kualitas produk, ketersediaan, pengemasan, harga, dan garansi. Toko SNM saat ini melakukan pemesanan dengan menghubungi supplier satu per satu melalui telepon untuk menanyakan ketersediaan barang. Metode ini memakan waktu dan dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan barang. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan (Decision Support System) yang dapat membantu dalam menentukan supplier terbaik secara efisien. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam sistem ini adalah MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis). MOORA dikenal efektif dalam menangani keputusan multi-kriteria dengan mengoptimalkan berbagai tujuan secara bersamaan. Metode ini juga mengurangi subjektivitas melalui pemberian bobot pada tiap kriteria dan menggunakan perhitungan yang sederhana serta cepat dalam mengevaluasi alternatif yang tersedia. adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kriteria-kriteria penting dalam pemilihan supplier, menerapkan metode MOORA dalam proses evaluasi dan seleksi yang efisien dan mudah digunakan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional Toko SNM dalam hal pengadaan barang agar ketersediaan barang dapat terjamin tepat waktu.

This was also complained about by the director and staff of the Unilak waste bank. Therefore, this study was conducted to design a waste bank transaction management information system and software that will support its business processes, starting from calculating waste prices, managing customer savings to final reports. The research method used is qualitative, using information system analysis techniques and websites that are currently running at the Unilak waste bank. While for the SDLC (software development life cycle) development method, the XP Agile Methodologies cycle is used which is simpler and can be completed in a short time. There are 4 stages, namely Planning (requirements), design, implementation and testing. This study resulted in a customer transaction system design and software development that can help manage customer transaction activities at the Unilak waste bank.

Abstrak: Berdasarkan observasi dan analisis terhadap sistem informasi dan website bank sampah Unilak yang berjalan saat ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perlu dilakukan pengembangan terhadap perangkat lunak maupun sistem informasinya. Aplikasi belum mendukung kebutuhan transaksi di bank sampah. Meskipun ada fitur-fiturnya, namun tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Hal ini juga dikeluhkan oleh direktur dan pengelola bank sampah Unilak. Maka penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk merancang sistem informasi transaksi nasabah bank sampah dan perangkat lunak yang akan mendukung proses bisnisnya, yaitu mulai dari perhitungan harga sampah, pengelolaan tabungan nasabah hingga laporan akhir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, menggunakan teknik analisis sistem informasi dan website yang sedang berjalan di bank sampah Unilak. Sedangkan untuk metode pengembangan SDLC (software development life cycle) menggunakan siklus XP Agile Methodologies yang lebih sederhana dan bisa diselesaikan dalam waktu singkat. Terdapat 4 tahap yaitu planning (requirements), analys, design, dan implementation. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan sistem transaksi nasabah dan pengembangan perangkat lunak yang dapat membantu pengelolaan aktivitas transaksi nasabah di bank sampah Unilak.

The company's harvest yield estimation still uses a traditional approach based on the average bunch weight (BJR), considering the year of planting and the planting area. However, this technique is less effective and efficient. If the company's estimates are incorrect, it can potentially lead to losses or increased production budgets. The purpose of this research is to obtain a comparison of forecast results for the next month with the best alpha accuracy measure using the Single Exponential Smoothing method. The research method used is based on qualitative and quantitative data from interviews and observations of data from December 2022 to November 2023. The forecasting results with an alpha accuracy value of 0.9 using the Single Exponential Smoothing method show a forecast for December 2023 of 13,835.57844 with a percentage error rate (MAPE) of 9.28%, MAD of 1,021,423.6, and MSE of 174,130,366.

Abstrak: PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Tinjowan sebagai unit usaha BUMN yang beroperasi di industri perkebunan kelapa sawit. Dalam upaya meningkatkan produksi, perusahaan perkebunan, peningkatan efisiensi produksi agar harga produk sawit lebih kompetitif dengan menentukan hasil panen. Pada perkiraan hasil panen perusahaan masih menerapkan pendekatan tradisional berdasarkan berat janjangan rata-rata (BJR) dengan mempertimbangkan tahun tanam dan luas area tanaman. Namun, tehnik ini kurang efektif dan efisien, Apabila perkiraan yang dibuat perusahaan salah berpotensi menyebabkan kerugian atau peningkatan anggaran produksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan perbandingan hasil peramalan pada bulan berikutnya dengan ukuran akurasi alpha terbaik menggunakan metode Single Exponential Smoothing. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif dari hasil wawancara dan observasi data bulan desember 2022 - november 2023. Hasil peramalan dari ukuran akurasi nilai alpha 0.9 menggunakan metode Single Exponential Smoothing diperoleh peramalan untuk periode desember 2023 sebesar 13.835578,44 dengan tingkat persentase error MAPE sebesar 9,28%, MAD 1021423.6 dan MSE 174130366.

many factors such as the price of other precious metals, the price of crude oil, the performance of the stock exchange, and the exchange rate of currencies. This study discusses gold price forecasting using the multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that the best model is in the data distribution of 70%: 30% for training and testing, with a MAPE of 4.7% Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of multiple linear regression method produces a fairly good model for gold prices forecasting. Besides, the correlation analysis show that the price of other precious metals greatly influences the price of gold where in this case the silver price whose correlation value is 0.87.

Abstrak: Peramalan harga merupakan bagian dari pengambilan keputusan ekonomi. Melakukan peramalan terhadap kenaikan dan penurunan harga emas harian dapat membantu investor memutuskan kapan harus membeli atau menjual komoditas. Harga Emas bergantung pada banyak faktor seperti harga logam mulia lainnya, harga minyak mentah, kinerja bursa saham, dan nilai tukar mata uang. Penelitian ini membahas peramalan harga emas dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear ganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model terbaik terdapat pada pembagian data pelatihan 70% dan pengujian 30%, dengan MAPE sebesar 4.7%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan metode regresi linear ganda menghasilkan model yang cukup baik untuk peramalan harga emas. Selain itu, analisis korelasi menunjukkan bahwa harga logam mulia lainnya sangat mempengaruhi harga emas dimana dalam hal ini variabel harga perak yang nilai korelasinya 0.87.

Aplikasi yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemprogram PHP dan database MySQL. Apilkasi marketplace hewan qurban dan aqikah berbasis website menjadikan penghubung peternak kambing dan sapi di desa Kota Pari dengan pembeli yang dapat dijangkau dari berbagai daerah dan seluruh penjuru dunia. Pada Aplikasi juga di sediakan berbagai jenis qurban dan aqikah, baik pembelian hewan qurban dan aqikah seperti biasa ataupun pilihan paket qurban dan aqikah yang sudha dimasak oleh penjual. Abstrak: Informasi tentang ketersediaan bibit budidaya ikan laut sangat penting bagi pelaku pembudidaya ikan laut, karena ketersediaan mempengaruhi harga dan keberlangsungan operasi yang sedang berlangsung yang membutuhkan pasokan ikan laut. Selain itu, pemasok dituntut untuk dapat memenuhi permintaan penawaran dan menjaganya tetap seimbang dengan permintaan pasar agar harga pasar tetap stabil. Permasalahan yang paling mendasar adalah proses order atau request yang dilakukan oleh pembudidaya ikan laut masih melakukan order langsung ditempatkan di lokasi tersebut. Selain itu, pasokan ikan mungkin tidak mencukupi. Tentunya hal ini akan menyita banyak waktu saat proses pemesanan atau request antara pelaku pembudidaya ikan laut dan supplier. Masalah lain dengan pemasok adalah ketika mereka siap memanen industri ikan, mereka juga harus bisa menyediakannya kepada semua pihak yang membutuhkan pasokan ikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sistem supply and demand produk budidaya ikan laut berbasis web, yang diharapkan dapat mendorong proses supply and demand produk budidaya ikan laut. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan / kebutuhan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis terstruktur untuk mendapatkan hasil perancangan berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna.
