This study aims to analyze the electrical installation condition of SDN 002 Bontang Utara through the evaluation of lighting systems, power requirements, conductors, protection systems, and air conditioning based on PUIL 2011 standards and DIALux simulation. The study employed a field research method with a quantitative descriptive approach through observation, technical measurements, documentation, and lighting simulation analysis. The findings indicate that the school’s electrical installation still exhibits several discrepancies with actual technical requirements, particularly regarding the number and capacity of lamps, air conditioner capacity, and electrical power demand. DIALux simulation revealed that several rooms have not yet met the required lighting standards, while power analysis demonstrated that the actual demand of 25,794 VA exceeds the installed capacity of 22,188.8 VA, thereby necessitating adjustments to the protection and conductor systems to enhance installation safety and efficiency. The study concludes that the electrical installation of SDN 002 Bontang Utara requires improvements in lighting, cooling systems, power capacity, and electrical protection. The novelty of this research lies in its integrated evaluation of elementary school electrical installations through field analysis, PUIL 2011 technical calculations, and DIALux simulations across rooms with diverse functions, thereby producing more comprehensive and applicable recommendations.

ademic, social, and mobility activities of the academic community, which heavily depends on pedestrian facilities. Field observations reveal several key issues with the pedestrian facilities in this area, including the sidewalk width not meeting the minimum standard, lack of accessibility features for people with disabilities, absence of vegetation or shade, and insufficient signage and road markings to guide users. These conditions result in discomfort and insecurity for pedestrians, as well as failing to support the principles of inclusivity in infrastructure planning. The research employs a descriptive qualitative and quantitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through field observations, questionnaires, interviews, and literature reviews. Based on the analysis, the majority of respondents expressed the need for improvements to the sidewalk quality, addition of shade trees, enhanced accessibility for people with disabilities, and the installation of supporting facilities such as street lighting. The study then recommends several improvement measures, such as widening the sidewalks to at least 1.5 meters, providing ramps and Guiding blocks, planting vegetation along the pedestrian routes, and installing road signs and markings. These recommendations aim to improve pedestrian comfort and safety. It is hoped that the results of this study can serve as a reference for Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu in creating a campus area that is more friendly, safe, comfortable, and inclusive for all users, while also supporting sustainable mobility.

Therefore, a decision support system is needed that can assist the school in determining the priority of bullying prevention strategies. This study aims to design and implement the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method in a decision support system to determine the most appropriate bullying prevention strategy. The criteria used include program costs, target scope, resource requirements, and speed of implementation. The system was developed web-based to facilitate data processing and analysis. The results showed that the strategy of Integrating Bullying Material into Learning was the most appropriate strategy with a value of 0.0464. With this system, the resulting bullying prevention strategy recommendations are more measurable and data-based.

Abstrak: Perundungan di lingkungan sekolah merupakan permasalahan sosial yang perlu mendapat perhatian serius karena dapat berdampak pada kondisi psikologis dan proses belajar siswa. SMP Negeri 1 Sei Kepayang masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam menentukan strategi pencegahan perundungan yang paling tepat, karena pemilihan strategi masih bersifat reaktif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang mampu membantu pihak sekolah dalam menentukan prioritas strategi pencegahan perundungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan metode Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) pada sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menetapkan strategi pencegahan perundungan paling tepat. Kriteria yang digunakan meliputi biaya program, lingkup sasaran, kebutuhan sumber daya, dan kecepatan pelaksanaan. Sistem dikembangkan berbasis web untuk mempermudah proses pengolahan dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi Integrasi Materi Perundungan Ke Dalam Pembelajaran menjadi strategi yang paling tepat dengan nilai 0.0464. Dengan adanya sistem ini, rekomendasi strategi pencegahan perundungan yang dihasilkan menjadi lebih terukur dan berbasis data.

At CMC Cell, the determination of data package stock is still based on intuition without systematic data analysis, resulting in stock accumulation for certain products and stock shortages for others when demand increases. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) using the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method to determine the optimal stock of data packages. The MOORA method is applied to rank data package alternatives based on several criteria, including data package demand, sales history, remaining stock, selling price, and validity period. Sales data are analyzed using the calculation stages of the MOORA method. The results show that the Telkomsel V 3 GB data package achieves the highest preference value of 0.1498 and is therefore recommended as the top-priority data package, with an optimal stock quantity of 200 units. With the implementation of this system, the recommendations for determining data package stock become more measurable, objective, and data-driven.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah meningkatkan kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap layanan digital, khususnya paket data sebagai sarana utama akses internet. Tingginya permintaan tersebut menuntut pelaku usaha penjualan paket data untuk mampu mengelola stok secara optimal agar ketersediaan produk sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan. Pada Toko CMC Cell, penentuan stok paket data masih dilakukan berdasarkan intuisi tanpa analisis data yang sistematis, sehingga sering terjadi penumpukan stok pada beberapa produk dan kekosongan stok pada produk lain saat permintaan meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis web menggunakan metode Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) dalam menentukan stok optimal paket data. Metode MOORA digunakan untuk melakukan perangkingan alternatif paket data berdasarkan beberapa kriteria, yaitu permintaan paket data, riwayat penjualan, jumlah stok tersisa, harga jual, dan masa aktif. Data penjualan paket data dianalisis menggunakan tahapan perhitungan metode MOORA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paket data Telkomsel V 3 GB memperoleh nilai preferensi tertinggi sebesar 0,1498 sehingga direkomendasikan sebagai paket data dengan prioritas stok tertinggi, dengan jumlah stok optimal sebanyak 200 pcs. Dengan adanya sistem ini, rekomendasi penentuan stok paket data yang dihasilkan menjadi lebih terukur, objektif, dan berbasis data.

his research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to provide objective, fast, and accurate drug recommendations. The assessment criteria used in this system include cough type, side effects, age, and drug price, which are adjusted to clinical needs and consumer preferences. TOPSIS was chosen for its ability to rank drug alternatives based on their relative closeness to the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance from the negative ideal solution. The system development process involved problem identification, literature study, and data collection through interviews and direct field observations. The results indicate that the implementation of the TOPSIS method is effective in producing a list of cough medicine recommendations tailored to the specific conditions of pediatric patients. With this web-based system, the drug selection process becomes more transparent, systematic, and efficient, thereby enhancing the quality of pharmaceutical services at Apotek Keluarga.

Abstrak: Pemilihan obat batuk anak di Apotek Keluarga saat ini masih bersifat subjektif dan sangat bergantung pada pengalaman apoteker, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakkonsistenan dalam pemberian rekomendasi kepada pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) guna memberikan rekomendasi obat secara objektif, cepat, dan akurat. Kriteria penilaian yang digunakan dalam sistem ini meliputi jenis batuk, efek samping, usia, dan harga obat, yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan klinis serta preferensi konsumen. Metode TOPSIS dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam meranking alternatif obat berdasarkan kedekatan relatif terhadap solusi ideal positif dan jarak terjauh dari solusi ideal negatif. Proses pengembangan sistem dilakukan melalui tahapan identifikasi masalah, studi literatur, serta pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode TOPSIS efektif dalam menghasilkan urutan rekomendasi obat batuk yang paling sesuai dengan kondisi spesifik pasien anak. Dengan adanya sistem berbasis web ini, proses pemilihan obat menjadi lebih transparan, sistematis, dan efisien, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan farmasi di Apotek Keluarga.

This study aims to apply the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method to support the decision-making process for selecting the best housing based on five main criteria: location, price, security, public facilities, and environment. Each criterion is analyzed quantitatively through the assignment of weights and scores to each housing alternative. The WASPAS method generates a final ranking, where the alternative with the highest score is considered the optimal choice. The results show that the WASPAS method is effective in simplifying the multi-criteria decision-making process and provides accurate and rational recommendations for selecting housing that best meets the needs of the community. This study is expected to serve as a reference for prospective buyers and property developers in planning and marketing strategies.

Abstrack: Pemilihan perumahan merupakan keputusan penting yang memerlukan pertimbangan berbagai kriteria secara objektif. Di Kota Kisaran, pertumbuhan pesat di sektor properti menghadirkan beragam pilihan perumahan dengan karakteristik yang berbeda, sehingga calon pembeli sering kali kesulitan dalam menentukan pilihan yang paling sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) dalam membantu proses pengambilan keputusan pemilihan perumahan terbaik berdasarkan lima kriteria utama, yaitu lokasi, harga, keamanan, fasilitas umum, dan lingkungan. Setiap kriteria dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pemberian bobot dan penilaian terhadap masing-masing alternatif perumahan. Hasil dari metode WASPAS menghasilkan peringkat akhir dari alternatif perumahan yang dianalisis, di mana alternatif dengan nilai tertinggi dianggap sebagai pilihan terbaik. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode WASPAS efektif dalam menyederhanakan proses pengambilan keputusan multikriteria dan memberikan hasil yang akurat dan rasional dalam memilih perumahan yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi calon pembeli maupun pengembang dalam perencanaan dan strategi pemasaran properti.

However, limited access to experts poses a challenge for parents in obtaining adequate information and consultation services. This study aims to develop a web-based expert system capable of analyzing stunting symptoms in infants using the forward chaining method. This method works by tracing the facts provided by users to reach a conclusion about the likelihood of stunting. The system is expected to assist parents in identifying stunting risks and providing appropriate prevention and treatment recommendations. The system is developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The research findings indicate that the expert system can analyze stunting symptoms quickly and accurately, making it an effective tool in supporting stunting prevention efforts.

Abstrak: Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan serius pada balita yang terjadi akibat kekurangan gizi kronis selama 1000 hari pertama kehidupan. Kondisi ini berdampak pada pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan kognitif anak, yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas sumber daya manusia di masa depan. Kota Tanjungbalai masih menghadapi angka prevalensi stunting yang cukup tinggi, sehingga diperlukan langkah-langkah pencegahan dan penanganan yang lebih efektif. Namun, keterbatasan akses terhadap tenaga ahli menjadi hambatan bagi orang tua dalam memperoleh informasi dan layanan konsultasi yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pakar berbasis web yang mampu menganalisis gejala stunting pada balita menggunakan metode forward chaining. Metode ini bekerja dengan menelusuri fakta-fakta yang diberikan oleh pengguna untuk menghasilkan kesimpulan mengenai kemungkinan stunting. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu orang tua dalam mengenali risiko stunting serta memberikan rekomendasi pencegahan dan penanganan yang sesuai. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar yang dirancang mampu menganalisis gejala stunting secara cepat dan akurat, sehingga dapat menjadi alat bantu yang efektif dalam mendukung upaya pencegahan stunting.

Another issue is the unequal allocation of logistics, where some locations receive more logistics than needed, while others experience shortages. A Decision Support System (DSS) is a computer-based system designed to assist decision-makers in analyzing data, evaluating various alternatives, and providing recommendations. DSS aims to simplify the decision-making process to make it more effective. Various methods are used in the decision-making process, one of which is the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. This system aims to reduce subjectivity, increase efficiency, and ensure a more equitable allocation of logistics based on needs. It is expected that this DSS can serve as a solution that facilitates faster, more accurate, and transparent decision-making.

Abstrak: Distribusi logistik kepolisian melibatkan berbagai lokasi dengan kebutuhan yang berbeda-beda, yang membuat pengambilan keputusan menjadi sangat kompleks. Pengambilan keputusan secara manual sering kali menghadapi tantangan, seperti banyaknya faktor atau kriteria yang harus dipertimbangkan, misalnya jarak lokasi, tingkat kebutuhan logistik, jumlah personel di lokasi, dan ketersediaan logistik di gudang. Selain itu, sering kali ada kesulitan dalam menentukan prioritas lokasi yang harus didahulukan dalam situasi darurat atau bencana, serta adanya kerentanannya terhadap kesalahan subjektif akibat keterbatasan manusia dalam menganalisis data yang kompleks.Permasalahan lain yang muncul adalah ketidakmerataan alokasi logistik, di mana beberapa lokasi menerima logistik melebihi kebutuhan, sementara lokasi lain mengalami kekurangan. Sistem Penunjang Keputusan (SPK) adalah sistem berbasis komputer yang dirancang untuk mendukung pengambil keputusan dalam menganalisis data, menilai berbagai alternatif, dan memberikan rekomendasi. SPK bertujuan untuk mempermudah proses pengambilan keputusan agar lebih efektif. Terdapat berbagai metode yang digunakan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, salah satunya adalah metode Multi Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA). Sistem ini bertujuan mengurangi subjektivitas, meningkatkan efisiensi, dan memastikan alokasi logistik yang lebih merata berdasarkan kebutuhan. hool faces challenges in selecting PRAKERIN locations related to costs, distance, and the imbalance between the number of available placements and students. To address this, the study uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to design a decision support system. This method assigns weights based on specific criteria for each alternative, through steps such as determining criteria, assigning weights, rating suitability, normalization, and final normalization. The goal of the study is to assist SMK Negeri 3 Tanjungbalai in selecting PRAKERIN locations that meet the established criteria and ranking the alternatives based on those criteria. This way, the school can choose the most suitable PRAKERIN placements for its students. The results of system testing using the SAW method show the top 10 alternatives out of 16 available options, with the highest values as recommendations: A15 (1,000), A14 (0,896), A16 (0,813), A10 (0.718), A13 (0.729), A3 (0.708), A11 (0.698), A4 (0.25), A2 (0.604) dan A10 (0,594).The alternatives with the highest values are considered the most suitable and are prioritized as recommended PRAKERIN locations.

Namun, sekolah menghadapi tantangan dalam pemilihan tempat PRAKERIN terkait biaya, jarak, dan ketidakseimbangan antara jumlah tempat dan siswa. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, penelitian menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk merancang sistem pendukung keputusan. Metode ini memberikan bobot berdasarkan kriteria tertentu pada setiap alternatif, melalui langkah-langkah penentuan kriteria, pemberian bobot, penilaian kecocokan, normalisasi, dan normalisasi akhir. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk membantu SMK Negeri 3 Tanjungbalai dalam memilih tempat PRAKERIN yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan dan meranking alternatif berdasarkan kriteria tersebut. Dengan demikian, sekolah dapat memilih tempat PRAKERIN yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. However, managing reading interest from various levels of society is not an easy task. Each individual has different reading preferences and interests. Therefore, a systematic and efficient approach is needed in identifying reading interests to be able to manage the addition of book collections. Currently, in the process of adding a book collection, the library only makes employee recommendations, and the latest books, as a reference in increasing the number of book collections, without considering which books are most in demand to increase the collection. This can have a negative impact if there is an addition to the collection of books that are not in demand to read, which can cause problems in terms of service and finance. Based on this, the application of data mining, especially the K-Means method, will be carried out, to support the management of book collection additions, by grouping the reading interests of library visitors who have the same identity, so that libraries are more precise in managing book collections in grouping books that are rarely borrowed, often borrowed and very often borrowed.

Diberikannya layanan seperti pinjaman dan sirkulasi, dan penambahan koleksi buku setiap tahunnya. Mengetahui dan memahami minat baca pengunjung menjadi kunci utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan perpustakaan. Namun, mengelola minat baca dari berbagai lapisan masyarakat bukanlah tugas yang mudah. Setiap individu memiliki preferensi dan minat baca yang berbeda-beda. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu pendekatan yang sistematis dan efisien dalam mengidentifikasi minat baca untuk dapat mengelola penambahan koleksi buku. Saat ini, ketika perpustakaan meningkatkan koleksi bukunya, mereka hanya bergantung pada rekomendasi karyawan dan buku terkini untuk menambah jumlah buku. Mereka tidak mempertimbangkan buku mana yang paling diminati untuk menambah koleksi mereka. Hal ini dapat berdampak negatif jika terdapat penambahan koleksi buku yang kurang diminati untuk dibaca, yang dapat menimbulkan masalah dari sisi pelayanan maupun finansial. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka akan dilakukan penerapan data mining khususnya metode K-Means, untuk mendukung pengelolaan penambahan koleksi buku, dengan cara mengelompokkan minat baca pengunjung perpustakaan yang memiliki kesamaan identitas, sehingga perpustakaan lebih tepat dalam mengelola koleksi buku dalam mengelompokan buku yang jarang dipinjam, sering dipinjam dan sangat sering dipinjam.
