consumers in Tanimbar Islands Regency. Employing a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis through SmartPLS software, data were collected from 385 respondents selected via purposive sampling based on consumers who knew and had purchased Tanimbar woven products. The research tested direct relationships and moderating effects of premium price, education, and gender variables. Results revealed that environmental attitudes (β = 0.349; t = 5.306; p = 0.000) and green product attributes (β = 0.207; t = 3.014; p = 0.003) significantly and positively influence green purchase intention, with the model explaining 60.7% of the variance (R² = 0.607) and demonstrating strong predictive relevance (Q² = 0.539). However, the three moderating variables—premium price, education, and gender—did not significantly strengthen or weaken these relationships, indicating that environmental consciousness and product perception remain dominant factors regardless of demographic or economic considerations. These findings provide practical implications for traditional craft entrepreneurs in developing sustainability-based marketing strategies and empowering the local creative economy, while contributing to the sustainable development goals through cultural preservation and environmental conservation in Indonesia's eastern region.

ot only a political–traditional leader but is also regarded as a representation of cosmic power that must be respected. In this perspective, the delivery of the first harvest becomes a kind of “rite of passage” from the profane world (the field) to the sacred world (the palace). Within Lamaholot tradition, this relationship is known as the 4A: Atadiken (Human), God, Nature, and Ancestral Spirits.
The findings show that the procession of delivering the first harvest has been practiced for generations since the establishment of the Adonara Kingdom. The procession is carried out for two consecutive days, Tuesday and Wednesday, during the harvest week and month, usually March or April. On Tuesday, the ritual takes place in the fields during the first harvest, the yields of which are taken to the King of Adonara in Sagu. On Wednesday, the procession takes place in Lewo Sagu Atu Matang – Tanah Kota Dolu Wewang (the palace of the Adonara king), the site of the migration of King Arkian Kamba (the first Islamic King of Adonara). Both processions are preceded by traditional ritual prayers (Bao Lolon) addressed to God, Nature, and the Ancestral Spirits (3A). The equipment involved in the procession includes the harvest yield, tuak (palm wine) in bamboo containers, coconut-shell cups, gongs and drums, spears, machetes, and traditional clothing. In the procession, the king and his kin receive the harvest in a ceremonial welcome marked by traditional rituals, during which the king wears royal attire: the lipa sarong, a jacket, and a cap. The harvested produce is not only given to members of the royal family for consumption but also distributed to the wider community (ribu ratu). A tradition that remains preserved to this day—and considered the most essential—is the distribution of the first harvest by the king and his family to widows, the poor, orphans, and abandoned children. This symbolizes love, fairness, and equitable sharing—values that continue to be upheld today.

financial condition of traditional traders. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to explore the experiences and deep perceptions of the affected traders. The research informants consisted of 5 shop owners (textiles, shoes, and cosmetics) in the Gorontalo City Central Market who have been running their businesses for many years. The results of the study consistently show that the presence of online shops has had a very significant negative impact on the financial condition of offline store traders in the Gorontalo City Central Market.Before the rise of online shops (around 2018 and below), offline store sales conditions were very good and stable, with an average daily turnover ranging from IDR 1,000,000 to IDR 2,000,000, even reaching up to IDR 5,000,000 during the high season. After the emergence of online shops (around 2018-2020), merchants' income experienced a sharp decline.

Melalui observasi dan sesi tanya jawab, evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman siswa. Mereka tidak hanya lebih memahami nilai-nilai Pancasila, tetapi juga mampu mengaplikasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Selain itu, siswa juga tampak aktif dan antusias saat mengikuti permainan ular tangga dengan kombinasi soal-soal Pancasila.

literature search in five international databases for the period 2021-2025, resulting in 20 high-quality articles for analysis. The findings show the evolution of supervision models from a traditional hierarchical approach to a collaborative-transformational paradigm. Four effective supervision models were identified: transformational supervision, instructional leadership supervision, collaborative supervision, and distributed leadership model. The transformational supervision model showed significant changes in teachers' attitudes toward inclusive education, while instructional leadership had a 63.7% correlation with student academic achievement. Components of effective supervision include academic aspects through curriculum and IEP adaptation, professional aspects through teacher self-efficacy development, and organizational aspects through systematic management. Internal factors such as supervisor competence and an inclusive culture, as well as external factors such as policy support, determine successful implementation. Key challenges include issues of bullying, technological barriers, and the complexity of AI integration in supervision. The study recommends developing a contextual supervision model for Indonesia, taking into account local cultural characteristics and resource availability.

The research employs a qualitative multi-site case study method with data triangulation from international literature (FATF, OECD, IMF, Chainalysis, Cambridge) and national regulations (OJK, PPATK, DJP). The findings indicate that cryptocurrency platforms serve as key actors in detection and enforcement; however, their effectiveness is constrained by the sunrise problem, the migration of illicit activities into DeFi and OTC ecosystems, and legal sovereignty tensions arising from the dominance of global platforms. This study introduces the concept of Platform-Embedded Enforcement as a novel theoretical framework, integrating monitoring and enforcement mechanisms directly into platform architectures, thereby enabling compliance to be enforced automatically, in real time, and across jurisdictions. These findings contribute to the development of more adaptive, holistic, and effective cryptocurrency regulation in emerging markets.

The findings suggest that while the adversarial system traditionally restricts judges to a passive role, the notion of an active judge has emerged to prevent procedural abuses and ensure substantive justice. For Indonesia, integrating aspects of the active judge model may contribute to enhancing transparency, protecting defendants’ rights, and harmonizing procedural justice with societal expectations. Nevertheless, challenges remain, particularly concerning judicial independence, consistency of application, and potential conflicts with established inquisitorial practices. This study concludes that the adoption of active judge principles must be carefully contextualized, reinforcing Indonesia’s hybrid system rather than replacing its legal traditions.

The research method uses a literature review by reviewing 30 articles in several published national journals. The results of the study indicate that the main challenges include low digital literacy among educators, limited technological infrastructure, and the dominance of traditional learning methods that are less attractive to Gen Z. However, on the other hand, there are great opportunities through the use of technology such as social media, interactive learning applications, gamification, and blended learning approaches that can increase motivation and learning participation. This study recommends the need for curriculum development that is adaptive to the needs of Gen Z, digital competency training for teachers, and the integration of digital media that is relevant to the learning styles of the younger generation. The results of the study showed that Choi Pan has significant allure due to its rich heritage and the innovative used of ingredients like as jicama, chives, taro, bamboo shoots, and young papaya, which provided a tender, chewy texture and a savory-sweet flavor. The unique consuming experience was enhanced by an addition of chili sauce and garlic oil, which intensify the sensory experience and strengthen the connection between entrepreneurs and Choi Pan lovers. The nutritional benefits of Choi Pan contributed to the survival of this dish within a healthy local culture. The results indicated that the success of establishing Choi Pan as a culinary tourist destination depended not just on its flavor and texture, but also on its sustainability of its fundamental philosophy and culture. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 55 finance professionals occupying leadership roles across various organizations. The study assessed their levels of AI literacy and examined its relationship with their perceived leadership effectiveness. The results reveal a significant positive correlation between AI literacy and leadership effectiveness, indicating that leaders with higher AI literacy are better equipped to drive innovation, make strategic decisions, and successfully adapt to technological change. These findings highlight the importance of integrating AI literacy into leadership development programs and fostering a culture of continuous learning to ensure sustained organizational agility and competitiveness in the finance sector.
