However, its effectiveness is often influenced by the conditions of the work environment and the leadership style applied by the organization. Through a literature review of Scopus-indexed journals from 2020–2025, this study identifies the relationship between performance appraisal, work environment, management style, and employee performance. The review results show that a fair and transparent appraisal system can enhance employee motivation and performance. The work environment acts as an important mediator because comfortable and supportive conditions influence employees' responses to feedback. UX) approaches. The study used a descriptive qualitative method through in-depth interviews with four developer users of the application. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the BTN Properti for Developer application is generally well received by developers because it is considered easy to use, has a clear application flow, and is able to improve the efficiency of time, costs, and energy through a digital process. However, several obstacles were still found, such as limited document upload size, navigation that is not fully intuitive, and delays in status updates outside of operating hours. Support from BTN was considered quite responsive through training and direct communication, although improvements in the communication features in the application are needed. Based on the TAM analysis, application acceptance is influenced by perceptions of usefulness and ease of use, while from a UX perspective the application shows good usability and usefulness quality, but still requires development in the aspects of interactivity and accessibility. This study concludes that the BTN Properti for Developer application plays an important role in supporting the digital transformation of mortgage applications, with a note that continuous development is needed to optimize services and be user-oriented.

This banking security education campaign successfully garnered more than 100 million views through its unique storytelling approach, engaging audiovisual elements, and relevant humor, making it an interesting phenomenon to be examined scientifically. This research employs a descriptive quantitative method using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach. The research population consists of Indonesian individuals aged 17–40 years (Generation Z and Millennials) who are BCA customers and have been exposed to the “Don’t Know Kasih No.!” advertisement. The sample size was determined using Cochran’s formula, resulting in a minimum of 100 respondents, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using an online questionnaire developed based on a five-point Likert scale containing 47 statement items. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 4.0 to evaluate validity, reliability, and structural hypothesis testing.

Employing a qualitative case study design, data were collected through classroom observations, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis involving four STEM teachers who participated in a year-long CPD program. The findings reveal that CPD fostered significant changes in teachers’ beliefs toward student-centered learning and encouraged more interactive, inquiry-based classroom practices. However, challenges such as limited institutional support and resource constraints still hindered full pedagogical implementation. The study highlights the importance of contextualized CPD programs in developing reflective and adaptive STEM educators, offering insights for policymakers and practitioners seeking to enhance teacher professionalism in developing-country contexts.

ugh megascopic observation of rock outcrops and microscopic observation of thin sections using a polarizing microscope. The results show that the carbonate rock units in the study area are dominated by bioclastic limestone (biomicrite) and dolomitic limestone (biogenic dolomite). The bioclastic limestone consists of foraminiferal and shell fragments bound by micrite and sparry calcite cement, whereas the dolomitic limestone displays fine- to medium-crystalline textures with well-developed intercrystalline porosity formed through dolomitization. Partial to advanced dolomitization occurred due to the circulation of magnesium-rich fluids in a restricted marine environment during the post-depositional stage. The mineralogical transformation from calcite to dolomite enhanced both porosity and compactness, making these rocks potential reservoir rocks for natural asphalt accumulation. Overall, the petrological and petrographical characteristics indicate that the carbonate rocks in the Winning area underwent a complex diagenetic evolution and play a significant role in the formation and entrapment system of Buton Rock Asphalt (Asbuton).

The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample consists of 120 teachers selected through proportional stratified random sampling. The research instrument is a Likert-scale questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using Spearman correlation tests and non-parametric regression with the aid of SPSS version 29.00. The results show that all independent variables are positively and significantly related to teacher work team effectiveness (Transformational Leadership: ρ = 0.757; Work Climate: ρ = 0.795; Skill Variety: ρ = 0.767; p < 0.05). Non-parametric regression testing indicates a significant simultaneous effect (ρ = 0.000). Partially, Transformational Leadership (p = 0.253; p = 0.000), Work Climate (ρ = 0.355; p = 0.000), and Skill Variety (ρ = 0.282; p = 0.000) significantly influence teacher work team effectiveness. Work climate is proven to be the dominant factor affecting team effectiveness. The implications of this study affirm that improving teacher work team effectiveness must be carried out holistically through strengthening school principals’ transformational leadership, creating a conducive work climate, and developing teachers’ skill variety.

becomes highly strategic. This study aims to analyze and describe the role and influence of principals’ Islamic integrative leadership on improving the performance of educational staff within SMA IT. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological method was employed. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with principals and educational staff as well as participant observation. Analysis was conducted interactively through data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that Islamic integrative leadership which combines modern leadership models such as transformational, instructional, democratic, servant, and distributive leadership with Islamic values such as exemplary conduct (uswah hasanah), consultation (syura), trustworthiness (amanah), justice, and a clear vision significantly enhances the performance of educational staff. The integration of these values creates a work culture imbued with a spirit of worship, collaboration, and quality orientation. Educational staff become more motivated, loyal, and productive as they view their work as part of worship. This study concludes that Islamic integrative leadership is not merely a leadership style but an effective organizational culture foundation at SMA IT. Its implementation has been proven to empower educational staff, improve their performance, and support the achievement of sustainable Islamic educational goals. This leadership model is recommended for broader development in Islamic educational institutions.

literature search in five international databases for the period 2021-2025, resulting in 20 high-quality articles for analysis. The findings show the evolution of supervision models from a traditional hierarchical approach to a collaborative-transformational paradigm. Four effective supervision models were identified: transformational supervision, instructional leadership supervision, collaborative supervision, and distributed leadership model. The transformational supervision model showed significant changes in teachers' attitudes toward inclusive education, while instructional leadership had a 63.7% correlation with student academic achievement. Components of effective supervision include academic aspects through curriculum and IEP adaptation, professional aspects through teacher self-efficacy development, and organizational aspects through systematic management. Internal factors such as supervisor competence and an inclusive culture, as well as external factors such as policy support, determine successful implementation. Key challenges include issues of bullying, technological barriers, and the complexity of AI integration in supervision. The study recommends developing a contextual supervision model for Indonesia, taking into account local cultural characteristics and resource availability.
