vailable AI tools makes it difficult for teachers to select the most appropriate tools for their instructional needs. This study aims to analyze and generate recommendations for AI utilization using a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods. The AHP method is used to determine the weight of criteria based on their importance, while the SAW method is applied to rank alternative AI tools. This study involves teachers at SDN 15 Padang Genting in identifying criteria and evaluating alternatives. The results show that the proposed DSS model is capable of generating appropriate AI tool recommendations based on predefined criteria. This approach contributes to more objective and systematic decision-making in utilizing AI for developing English teaching materials in elementary education.

Abstrak: Perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pendidikan memberikan peluang dalam penyusunan bahan ajar Bahasa Inggris di sekolah dasar. Namun, banyaknya pilihan tools AI menyebabkan guru mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan tools yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menghasilkan rekomendasi pemanfaatan AI menggunakan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode AHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot kriteria berdasarkan tingkat kepentingannya, sedangkan metode SAW digunakan untuk melakukan perangkingan alternatif tools AI. Penelitian ini melibatkan guru di SDN 15 Padang Genting dalam proses identifikasi kriteria dan penilaian alternatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model SPK mampu menghasilkan rekomendasi tools AI yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Pendekatan ini memberikan kontribusi dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih objektif dan sistematis dalam pemanfaatan AI untuk penyusunan bahan ajar Bahasa Inggris di sekolah dasar.

This study aims to develop a decision support system using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method to assist the selection process objectively and systematically. The study applies four evaluation criteria, namely education level, age, work experience, and interview, with a dataset consisting of 31 training candidates. The system is developed as a web-based application using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The TOPSIS method is applied through decision matrix normalization, weighting, determination of positive and negative ideal solutions, and preference value calculation to produce a ranking of candidates. The results show that the proposed system can provide objective recommendations for selecting training participants, improve the efficiency of the selection process, and support decision makers in producing more accurate and reliable decisions.

Proses pemilihan calon peserta pelatihan di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Asahan selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan subjektivitas dan kurang efektif dalam menentukan peserta yang paling layak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk membantu proses seleksi peserta pelatihan secara objektif dan sistematis. Penelitian ini menggunakan empat kriteria penilaian yaitu pendidikan, usia, pengalaman kerja, dan wawancara dengan jumlah data sebanyak 31 calon peserta pelatihan. Sistem dikembangkan berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Metode TOPSIS digunakan untuk melakukan normalisasi matriks keputusan, pembobotan, penentuan solusi ideal positif dan negatif, serta perhitungan nilai preferensi untuk menghasilkan perankingan peserta pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu memberikan rekomendasi peserta pelatihan secara objektif, meningkatkan efisiensi proses seleksi, serta membantu pihak dinas dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih akurat.

This study aims to design and implement a Decision Support System (DSS) for selecting fast-moving drug suppliers using the Weighted Product (WP) method. The WP method is applied because it is capable of processing multiple criteria simultaneously through structured weighting, including demand frequency, delivery lead time, remaining shelf life, purchase price, and profit margin. The system is developed as a web-based application using PHP and MySQL. The results show that the implementation of the Weighted Product method successfully produces preference values and accurate supplier rankings, enabling the system to correctly determine the most optimal fast-moving drug supplier based on the defined criteria. Therefore, the developed system can assist the owner of Annisa Pharmacy in making more precise, objective, and structured inventory procurement decisions.

Abstrak: Pengelolaan stok obat fast moving di Toko Obat Annisa memerlukan ketepatan dalam menentukan supplier agar ketersediaan obat tetap terjaga dan risiko overstock maupun out of stock dapat diminimalkan. Selama ini, proses pemilihan supplier masih dilakukan secara konvensional berdasarkan pengalaman, sehingga berpotensi menghasilkan keputusan yang kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) pemilihan supplier obat fast moving menggunakan metode Weighted Product (WP). Metode WP digunakan karena mampu mengolah beberapa kriteria secara simultan melalui pembobotan yang terstruktur, meliputi frekuensi permintaan, lead time, sisa masa kedaluwarsa, harga beli, dan margin keuntungan. Sistem dikembangkan berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Weighted Product mampu menghasilkan nilai preferensi dan perankingan supplier secara objektif, sehingga sistem berhasil menentukan supplier obat fast moving yang paling optimal sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Dengan demikian, sistem yang dibangun dapat membantu pemilik Toko Obat Annisa dalam mengambil keputusan pengadaan stok obat secara lebih tepat, objektif, dan terstruktur.

ssion in this study aims to optimize the selection process for candidates for Student Council President at SMP Negeri 11 Tanjung Balai through the implementation of a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis) method. The MOORA method is used to normalize values, weight criteria, and calculate optimization values to produce the best alternative ranking. Data were obtained through observation, interviews with school officials, and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that the MOORA method is able to provide objective and transparent ranking results, where M. Asril Sitorus Pane obtained the highest score of 0.347 (Rank 1), followed by M. Rian with a score of 0.333 (Rank 2). The implementation of this system is expected to be able to provide recommendations for the best candidates regularly and accurately, so that it can support fairer and more accountable decision-making in the next Student Council President election.

Abstrak: Pemilihan Ketua OSIS merupakan proses penting dalam membangun budaya kepemimpinan yang demokratis, bertanggung jawab dan berintegritas di lingkungan sekolah. Selain itu, melalui pokok pembahasan pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengoptimalkan proses seleksi calon Ketua OSIS di SMP Negeri 11 Tanjung Balai melalui penerapan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan berbasis metode MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis). Metode MOORA digunakan agar dapat melakukan normalisasi nilai, pembobotan kriteria serta perhitungan nilai optimasi guna menghasilkan peringkat alternatif terbaik. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dengan pihak sekolah serta dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode MOORA mampu memberikan hasil peringkat yang objektif dan transparan, yang dimana M. Asril Sitorus Pane memperoleh nilai tertinggi sebesar 0,347 (Peringkat 1), diikuti oleh M. Rian dengan nilai 0,333 (Peringkat 2). Penerapan sistem ini diharapkan mampu memberikan rekomendasi kandidat terbaik secara sistematis dan akurat, sehingga dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih adil dan akuntabel dalam pemilihan Ketua OSIS selanjutnya.

This study aims to classify toddler stunting status by comparing three machine learning methods: Random Forest (RF), K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The dataset comprises 345 toddler records from Puskesmas Indramayu (2025), including weight, height, and nutritional status based on WFA, HFA, and WFH indicators. Preprocessing steps include data cleaning, StandardScaler normalization, One-Hot Encoding for categorical features, and splitting the training and testing data with a ratio of 80:20. The comparison results are that KNN achieved the best performance with an accuracy of 71.01%, a precision of 0.69, a recall of 0.69, and an F1 score of 0.67, while RF and SVM both had an accuracy of 69.57% with F1 scores of 0.67 and 0.68, respectively. Thus, KNN demonstrated superior effectiveness in classifying the stunting status of toddlers compared to RF and SVM on this dataset.

Abstract: Stunting adalah kondisi gizi kronis pada balita yang ditandai dengan pengukuran Tinggi Badan menurut Usia (HFA) di bawah ambang batas pertumbuhan standar, sehingga memerlukan deteksi dini untuk mencegah konsekuensi jangka panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasfikasikan status stunting pada balita dengan membandingkan tiga metode pembelajaran mesin: Random Forest (RF), K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), dan Support Vector Machine (SVM). Kumpulan data terdiri dari 345 catatan balita dari puskesmas indramayu (2025), termaksut brat badan, tinggi badan, dan status gizi berdasarkan indicator WFA, HFA, dan WFH. Langkah-langkah prapemrosesan meliputi pembersian data, normalisasi Stand-ardScaler, One-Hot Encoding untuk fitur kategirikal, serta pembagian data pelatihan dan pengujian dengan rasio 80:20. Hasil perbadingan adalah KNN mencapai kinerja terbaik dengan akurasi 71,01%, presisi 0,69, recall 0,69, dan skor F1 sebesar 0,67, RF dan SVM keduanya memiliki akurasi 69,57% dengan skor F1 masing-masing sebesar 0,67 dan 0,68. Dengan demikian, KNN menunjukkan keefektifan yang lebih unggul dalam mengklasifikasikan status stunting balita dibandingkan dengan RF dan SVM pada da-taset ini.

from the large number of grant applicants compared to the available budget, as well as the absence of clear and objective evaluation standards. The ANP method was chosen because it allows the interdependence between assessment criteria such as institutional feasibility, performance and achievement, social and educational impact, and accountability and transparency to be analyzed comprehensively. Data were obtained through interviews, documentation, and observation at the North Sumatra Provincial Education Office. The results of the ANP model show that the criterion with the highest weight is accountability and transparency (0.44), followed by social and educational impact (0.31). Among the three alternatives, community-based education foundations (A2) obtained the highest total weight (0.30), indicating that they are the most eligible recipients of education grants. The implementation of the ANP-based decision support system produces valid and consistent ranking results (CR < 0.1), enabling faster, fairer, and more transparent decision-making. Therefore, the ANP method contributes significantly to improving governance, objectivity, and accountability in the distribution of education grants in North Sumatra Province.

lt to apply in real time. Therefore, this study proposes a real-time multi-face emotion detection system designed for classroom learning environments. The system integrates a CNN-based Tiny Face Detector for multi-scale face localization with a convolutional neural network to classify seven facial emotions: angry, disgust, fear, happy, sad, surprise, and neutral. Experimental evaluation was conducted using classroom video data under varying lighting conditions, face orientations, partial occlusions, and different numbers of detected faces per frame. The proposed system achieves stable real-time performance with processing speeds ranging from 10–20 FPS, depending on face density. The results show higher recognition performance for expressive emotions, while subtle emotions remain more challenging. Overall classification accuracy reaches above 80% when emotion predictions are aggregated across multiple faces and time windows. These results indicate that the proposed system is suitable for objective analysis of emotional dynamics in classroom environments and supports the deployment of lightweight emotion-aware monitoring systems for educational applications.

Abstrak: Pemahaman terhadap kondisi emosional mahasiswa penting untuk mengevaluasi keterlibatan dan suasana pembelajaran di kelas. Namun, metode evaluasi konvensional umumnya bersifat subjektif dan sulit diterapkan secara real-time. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengusulkan sistem deteksi emosi multi-wajah secara real-time yang dirancang untuk lingkungan pembelajaran di kelas. Sistem mengintegrasikan Tiny Face Detector berbasis CNN untuk pelokalan wajah multi-skala dengan jaringan saraf konvolusional untuk mengklasifikasikan tujuh emosi wajah, yaitu marah, jijik, takut, senang, sedih, terkejut, dan netral. Evaluasi eksperimen dilakukan menggunakan data video kelas dengan variasi kondisi pencahayaan, orientasi wajah, oklusi parsial, serta jumlah wajah yang berbeda dalam satu frame. Sistem menunjukkan kinerja real-time yang stabil dengan kecepatan pemrosesan antara 10–20 FPS, bergantung pada kepadatan wajah. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan kinerja yang lebih baik pada emosi ekspresif, sementara emosi dengan ciri halus lebih menantang untuk dikenali. Akurasi klasifikasi keseluruhan mencapai di atas 80% ketika hasil emosi diagregasi berdasarkan banyak wajah dan interval waktu. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang diusulkan berpotensi digunakan untuk analisis objektif dinamika emosi di kelas serta mendukung pemantauan lingkungan pembelajaran berbasis kecerdasan buatan.

Therefore, a decision support system is needed to provide assessments that are objective, measurable, and accountable. This study aims to optimize the Posyandu cadre selection process in Lubuk Kilangan District through the development of a decision support system based on a hybrid method: Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The AHP method is applied to determine the weight of each selection criterion based on its level of importance through pairwise comparisons. Subsequently, TOPSIS is used to rank candidates according to their proximity to the ideal solution. The methodology includes a literature review, primary data collection through interviews and questionnaires with stakeholders (community health centers, cadres, and village officials), as well as the implementation and testing of the AHP–TOPSIS–based system.

Abstrak: Kader Posyandu memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung layanan kesehatan masyarakat di tingkat desa dan kelurahan. Namun, proses pemilihan kader terbaik masih sering dilakukan secara subjektif tanpa acuan kriteria yang jelas dan terstandarisasi. Kondisi ini dapat mengakibatkan penurunan kualitas pelayanan serta rendahnya motivasi kader. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu sistem penunjang keputusan yang mampu memberikan hasil penilaian yang objektif, terukur, dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan proses pemilihan kader Posyandu di Kecamatan Lubuk Kilangan melalui pengembangan sistem penunjang keputusan berbasis metode hybrid Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Metode AHP digunakan untuk menetapkan bobot masing-masing kriteria pemilihan kader berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan melalui perbandingan berpasangan. Selanjutnya, metode TOPSIS digunakan untuk melakukan pemeringkatan calon kader berdasarkan kedekatannya terhadap solusi ideal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup studi literatur, pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara dan kuesioner kepada stakeholder terkait (puskesmas, kader, dan perangkat desa), serta implementasi dan pengujian sistem berbasis AHP-TOPSIS.

This study develops a Decision Support System (DSS) that integrates the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to support objective and transparent student selection. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation at two state junior high schools in Banjarmasin City. Seven assessment criteria were applied: attendance, behavior, uniform neatness, extracurricular participation, academic grades, competition achievements, and disciplinary records. AHP was used to determine the weight of each criterion, while TOPSIS ranked students based on these weights. The web-based system was developed using PHP and MySQL and evaluated using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Results show that academic grades had the highest weight (28.5%), followed by attendance (22.3%) and competition performance (15.2%). The TAM evaluation yielded average scores of 4.32 for Perceived Ease of Use, 4.40 for Perceived Usefulness, 4.15 for Attitudes Towards Use, and 4.28 for Behavioral Intention to Use. The DSS produces accurate rankings, is well-received by users, and offers an efficient, fair, and replicable solution for data-driven educational governance in the digital era.
