they do not show consistency of citations. The reference manager training used in community service is Mendeley's application. Participants in this activity were 20 teachers at SDN Sumur Welut III Surabaya with a series of mentoring activities for creating accounts and installing Mendeley, installing Plugins for Microsoft Office Word, installing Plugins for Web Browsers, using the Mendeley application, adding references from files , adding manual references, adding references from Web Browsers, changing reference details, adding citations to documents, adding references, adding citation styles, and changing citation styles. It can be concluded that this mentoring activity makes a good contribution to teacher professionalism in utilizing reference managers when writing scientific papers, this is evidenced by the teacher's ability to use reference managers of more than 95% in the minimal category quite well.

Abstrak: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan untuk membantu guru agar dapat mensitasi karya ilmiah. Kegiatan ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan para guru di sekolah sasaran yang masih menggunakan sitasi karya ilmiah secara manual sehingga tidak memperhatikan konsistensi pengutipan. Pendampingan reference manager yang diajarkan melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa aplikasi mendeley. Peserta pendampingan adalah para guru di SDN Sumur Welut III Surabaya sebanyak 20 orang dengan rangkaian kegiatan pembimbingan mendaftarkan akun, menginstalisasi Mendeley, menginstal plugin untuk Microsoft Word, menginstal plugin untuk Web Browser, mempraktikkan penggunaan perangkat lunak Mendeley, menginput referensi dari arsip file, menginput referensi manual, menginput referensi dari Web Browser, mengganti detail referensi, menginput kutipan pada dokumen, menginput daftar pustaka, menginput gaya pengutipan, dan mengganti gaya pengutipan. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pendampingan, dapat memberikan kontribusi yang baik kepada profesionalitas guru dalam memanfaatkan reference manager saat menulis karya ilmiah. Hal ini terbukti dengan kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan reference manager lebih dari 95% dalam kategori minimal cukup baik.

This study aims to describe community participation in the implementation of the Green Open Space Reforestation (RTH) program in Gunung Anyar, Gunung Anyar Village, Surabaya City and the obstacles faced. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach where data collection is done by observation, in-depth interviews with informants, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that there is a community called Griyo Maos. Griyo Maos is a community that is active in social activities such as establishing a free reading park and contributing to the maintenance of Green Open Space in the Gunung Mud Volcano area in Gunung Anyar, Surabaya. The Griyo Maos community has made a major contribution to caring for and protecting the environment in the Gunung Anyar mud volcano area. In this study, there were 3 stages that were passed, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. Based on these 3 stages, the participation of the community represented by Griyo Maos is considered to have contributed optimally to the implementation of the Green Open Space Reforestation program, while the surrounding community is still less contributing to these activities.

Abstrak: Reboisasi yaitu penghijauan kembali hutan yang sudah gundul atau tandus yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan hidup. Reboisasi ini dilaksanakan pada wilayah Mud Volcano kelurahan Gunung Anyar Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan program Reboisasi Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) di Gunung Anyar, Kelurahan Gunung Anyar, Kota Surabaya dan kendala yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan informan, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sebuah komunitas yang bernama Griyo Maos. Griyo Maos merupakan suatu komunitas yang aktif dalam kegiatan sosial seperti mendirikan taman baca secara gratis dan berkontribusi dalam pemeliharaan Ruang Terbuka Hijau di kawasan Gunung Mud Volcano yang berada di Gunung Anyar, Surabaya. Komunitas Griyo Maos ini memiliki kontribusi besar untuk merawat dan menjaga lingkungan di kawasan mud volcano Gunung Anyar tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 3 tahapan yang dilalui yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan juga evaluasi. Berdasarkan 3 tahapan tersebut maka partisipasi masyarakat yang di representasikan oleh Griyo Maos dinilai telah berkontribusi secara optimal dalam pelaksanaan program Reboisasi Ruang Terbuka Hijau, sementara itu masyarakat sekitar masih kurang berkontribusi dalam kegiatan tersebut.

Abstrak: Pembinaan pemanfaatan software aplikasi untuk administrasi dan dokumentasi ini bertujuan agar pengurus organisasi dan anggota PKK Perumahan Hanglekir Batam Center Kota Batam Kepri bisa memahami dan memanfaatkan software aplikasi tersebut dan mengetahui cara penggunaan software aplikasi di kemudian hari. Oleh karena itu, pembinaan software application ini akan sangat dibutukan bagi pengurus Organisasi dan anggota PKK yang berminat untuk mempelajarinya. Target utamanya dari pembinaan ini bisa menghasilkan masyarakat yang bisa akan teknologi dan memahami penggunaan Software aplikasi tersebut. Jenis dan kapasitas program aplikasi yang diperlukan tentu akan berbeda satu sama lain. Tidak sedikit orang menggunakan program aplikasi sebagai bahan untuk memperoleh hasil pencarian dari suatu pokok permasalahan. Pengaplikasian tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara diantaranya adalah sistem terkomputerisasi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas suatu aplikasi, hasilnya memberikan solusi serta mengambil keputusan untuk beberapa pengurus organisasi dan anggota PKK yang belum mengerti pemanfaatan aplikasi komputer serta menggunakan aplikasi komputer untuk administrasi dan dokumentasi. Metode yang digunakan dengan melakukan pembinaan pada pengurus dan anggota PKK dengan dua pertemuan selama sebulan. This study aims to design and evaluate an end-to-end automated meeting summarization architecture that directly integrates Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) via OpenAI Whisper for transcription and the IndoT5 language model for abstractive summarization. IndoT5 was fine-tuned using a dataset of 486 Indonesian spoken language transcript pairs. Testing was conducted on a CPU infrastructure using MP4, MP3, and WAV formats. Results show the optimal fine-tuning configuration significantly improved accuracy, achieving ROUGE-1 (0.4167), ROUGE-2 (0.1973), and ROUGE-L (0.2701) scores. Computationally, the system achieved a Real-Time Factor below 1, processing data faster than the actual recording duration. Conclusively, integrating Whisper and IndoT5 shows potential in producing coherent meeting summaries with lightweight computational overhead, making it viable for local infrastructure implementation to ensure data privacy.

Abstrak: Dokumentasi rapat manual rentan menghilangkan informasi penting akibat keterbatasan kognitif. Meskipun model peringkas otomatis telah berkembang, implementasi sistem terintegrasi (end-to-end) khusus percakapan lisan berbahasa Indonesia masih sangat terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengevaluasi arsitektur peringkas rapat otomatis end-to-end yang mengintegrasikan langsung Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) melalui OpenAI Whisper untuk transkripsi dan model bahasa IndoT5 untuk peringkasan abstraktif. Adaptasi domain dilakukan melalui fine-tuning IndoT5 menggunakan 486 pasang dataset transkrip lisan berbahasa Indonesia. Pengujian pada infrastruktur CPU menggunakan format MP4, MP3, dan WAV. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan konfigurasi fine-tuning optimal berhasil meningkatkan akurasi, dengan skor ROUGE-1 (0,4167), ROUGE-2 (0,1973), dan ROUGE-L (0,2701). Sistem mendemonstrasikan efisiensi komputasi dengan nilai Real-Time Factor di bawah 1, mengindikasikan waktu pemrosesan lebih cepat dari durasi rekaman asli. Kesimpulannya, integrasi Whisper dan IndoT5 menunjukkan potensi dalam menghasilkan ringkasan yang koheren dengan beban komputasi ringan, sehingga layak diimplementasikan pada infrastruktur lokal organisasi untuk menjaga privasi data.

achine learning algorithms Support Vector Machine (SVM), Random Forest, and Naive Bayes for automated sentiment classification of Indonesian-language mobile application reviews. A dataset of 3,000 user reviews from the RupaRupa application on the Google Play Store was collected and preprocessed through normalization, tokenization, stopword removal, and stemming. TF-IDF vectorization was applied for feature extraction, while the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) was used to address class imbalance across three sentiment categories: positive, negative, and neutral. The results show that SVM achieved the highest accuracy of 90.02%, while Random Forest obtained the best F1-score of 88.08% when sufficient training data were available. Naive Bayes demonstrated relatively stable performance across varying training data sizes. Furthermore, TF-IDF keyword analysis revealed that negative reviews were primarily associated with delivery issues, technical problems, and pricing concerns. These findings demonstrate the effectiveness of machine learning approaches for sentiment classification and provide practical insights for improving mobile application services.

Abstrak: Pertumbuhan pesat aplikasi mobile e-commerce telah menghasilkan volume ulasan pengguna yang sangat besar, sehingga analisis sentimen secara manual menjadi semakin tidak praktis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan efektivitas tiga algoritma machine learning Support Vector Machine (SVM), Random Forest, dan Naive Bayes dalam melakukan klasifikasi sentimen otomatis terhadap ulasan aplikasi mobile berbahasa Indonesia. Dataset yang digunakan terdiri dari 3.000 ulasan pengguna aplikasi RupaRupa yang dikumpulkan dari Google Play Store. Data kemudian diproses melalui tahapan preprocessing yang meliputi normalisasi, tokenisasi, penghapusan stopword, dan stemming. Ekstraksi fitur dilakukan menggunakan metode Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF), sedangkan ketidakseimbangan kelas ditangani menggunakan Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) pada tiga kategori sentimen, yaitu positif, negatif, dan netral. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SVM mencapai tingkat akurasi tertinggi sebesar 90,02%, sementara Random Forest memperoleh nilai F1-score terbaik sebesar 88,08% ketika tersedia data pelatihan yang memadai. Naive Bayes menunjukkan performa yang relatif stabil pada berbagai ukuran data pelatihan. Selain itu, analisis kata kunci berbasis TF-IDF mengungkapkan bahwa ulasan negatif terutama berkaitan dengan masalah pengiriman, kendala teknis aplikasi, dan isu harga. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan machine learning efektif untuk klasifikasi sentimen serta memberikan wawasan yang bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan aplikasi mobile.

xpectations for fast, accurate, and technology-based services require businesses to innovate and undergo digital transformation. One widely used approach is the implementation of automation-based Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM). This study aims to analyze the implementation of E-CRM automation and its impact on service efficiency at Toko Diah Fashion, a fashion retail business that still faces service challenges due to manual systems, such as customer data duplication, delayed responses, and difficulty in monitoring transaction history. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research focus is limited to aspects of service efficiency, including service speed, accuracy in managing customer data, and ease in customer follow-up. The E-CRM automation system studied is designed using PHP programming language and a MySQL database. The research results indicate that the implementation of E-CRM automation can significantly improve service efficiency. This system facilitates integrated customer data management, speeds up the service process, and supports more personalized communication through notification features and transaction history recording.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi digital yang semakin pesat telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam pola konsumsi dan perilaku pelanggan, khususnya dalam sektor ritel fashion. Persaingan yang semakin ketat serta meningkatnya ekspektasi konsumen terhadap layanan yang cepat, akurat dan berbasis teknologi menuntut pelaku usaha untuk melakukan inovasi dan transformasi digital. Salah satu pendekatan yang banyak digunakan adalah penerapan Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) berbasis automasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan automasi E-CRM serta pengaruhnya terhadap efisiensi pelayanan pada Toko Diah Fashion, sebuah usaha ritel fashion yang masih menghadapi kendala pelayanan akibat sistem manual, seperti duplikasi data pelanggan, keterlambatan respons, dan kesulitan dalam pemantauan histori transaksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Fokus penelitian dibatasi pada aspek efisiensi pelayanan, meliputi kecepatan pelayanan, ketepatan pengelolaan data pelanggan, serta kemudahan dalam tindak lanjut pelanggan. Sistem automasi E-CRM yang dikaji dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan automasi E-CRM mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan secara signifikan. Sistem ini mempermudah pengelolaan data pelanggan secara terintegrasi, mempercepat proses pelayanan, serta mendukung komunikasi yang lebih personal melalui fitur notifikasi dan pencatatan histori transaksi.

from the large number of grant applicants compared to the available budget, as well as the absence of clear and objective evaluation standards. The ANP method was chosen because it allows the interdependence between assessment criteria such as institutional feasibility, performance and achievement, social and educational impact, and accountability and transparency to be analyzed comprehensively. Data were obtained through interviews, documentation, and observation at the North Sumatra Provincial Education Office. The results of the ANP model show that the criterion with the highest weight is accountability and transparency (0.44), followed by social and educational impact (0.31). Among the three alternatives, community-based education foundations (A2) obtained the highest total weight (0.30), indicating that they are the most eligible recipients of education grants. The implementation of the ANP-based decision support system produces valid and consistent ranking results (CR < 0.1), enabling faster, fairer, and more transparent decision-making. Therefore, the ANP method contributes significantly to improving governance, objectivity, and accountability in the distribution of education grants in North Sumatra Province.

-based participatory mangrove monitoring remains limited due to the lack of accessible and user-friendly digital tools. This study aims to design an intuitive mobile application for mangrove tree detection and participatory ecological monitoring using a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach. The research was conducted iteratively through user needs analysis, prototype development, and usability evaluation involving local governments, conservation practitioners, and non-expert users. The proposed application integrates machine learning for automated mangrove recognition with geospatial visualization and real-time feedback to support field-based monitoring. Usability evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) yielded an overall score of 82.3, categorized as excellent usability, indicating high user satisfaction and intuitive interaction. The results demonstrate that integrating UCD and machine learning enhances usability, user engagement, and the accuracy of mangrove documentation under real field conditions. Overall, this study presents a field-ready, user-centered mobile solution that bridges usability engineering and participatory mangrove monitoring as a replicable model for inclusive ecological application development.

Abstrak: Degradasi ekosistem mangrove yang semakin cepat mengancam keanekaragaman hayati pesisir, stabilitas garis pantai, dan kapasitas sekuestrasi karbon, terutama di wilayah dengan aktivitas manusia yang intens. Namun, pemantauan mangrove secara partisipatif berbasis komunitas masih terbatas akibat kurangnya perangkat digital yang mudah diakses dan ramah pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang aplikasi mobile yang intuitif untuk deteksi pohon mangrove dan pemantauan ekologi partisipatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan User-Centered Design (UCD). Penelitian dilakukan secara iteratif melalui analisis kebutuhan pengguna, pengembangan prototipe, dan evaluasi kegunaan dengan melibatkan pemerintah daerah, praktisi konservasi, serta pengguna non-ahli. Aplikasi yang diusulkan mengintegrasikan pembelajaran mesin untuk pengenalan mangrove secara otomatis dengan visualisasi geospasial dan umpan balik waktu nyata guna mendukung pemantauan di lapangan. Evaluasi kegunaan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) menghasilkan skor keseluruhan sebesar 82,3 yang termasuk dalam kategori kegunaan sangat baik, menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna yang tinggi dan interaksi yang intuitif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi UCD dan pembelajaran mesin meningkatkan kegunaan, keterlibatan pengguna, serta akurasi dokumentasi mangrove dalam kondisi lapangan. This study aims to optimize the digitalization of faculty performance documents based on cloud computing using the Agile Unified Process (AUP) approach, which is implemented in the development of a cloud-based system by utilizing Google Drive as the storage medium for digital faculty performance documents. The AUP methodology was chosen for its ability to combine flexible iterative and incremental principles, allowing the system to adapt quickly and continuously to user needs. Testing using Equivalence Partitioning, based on the functional and non-functional requirements of the system, has shown results in accordance with expectations.
