unity by distributing Raskin to villages where people have low incomes. And not all people get the chance to receive RASKIN because the quota is limited. There needs to be a selection in determining the eligibility of RASKIN for the right people and avoiding mistakes. The selection process can be completed using the application of computer science. Based on this, a decision support system is needed that can be used by the Sei Silau Timur village head's office staff in distributing RASKIN rice, which later this application can help and benefit the village community. This research uses the AHP method, which is carried out by comparing a matrix of several criteria and alternatives. The final assessment result is implementing the AHP method, where criterion 4, namely Total Income, is selected, with Alternative 1 named Selamet.

Abstrak : Sebagian dari masyarakat di Desa Sei Silau Timur di kecamatan Buntu Pane, Kisaran mempunyai penghasilan yang rendah. Dengan adanya kebijakan pemerintah dalam program penanggulangan pangan yang bekerja sama dengan pihak Bulog untuk meringankan beban masyarakat dengan menyalurkan raskin ke desa-desa yang masyarakatnya berpenghasilan yang rendah. Dan tidak semua masyarakat mendapatkan kesempatan penerimaan RASKIN karena kuotanya terbatas. Perlu dilakukan dengan seleksi dalam penentuan pemberian kelayakan RASKIN kepada orang-orang yang tepat dan menghindari kekeliruan. Proses seleksi tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan penerapan secara ilmu komputer. Bedasarkan hal tersebut maka diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat dipergunakan oleh petugas kantor Kepala Desa Sei Silau Timur dalam proses pembagian beras RASKIN, yang nantinya aplikasi ini dapat membantu dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat desa tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode AHP, dimana metode yang dilakukan dengan membandingkan matriks sejumlah kriteria dan alternatif. Hasil penilaian akhir yang terpilih merupakan implementasi dari metode AHP, dimana yang terpilih adalah kriteria 4 yaitu Jumlah Penghasilan dengan alternatif 1 bernama Selamet.

Abstrak: Usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) yang merupakan penopang utama perekonomian Indonesia perlu mendapat perhatian, karena mereka dapat menyerap tenaga kerja dan mengurangi biaya pengangguran dengan bersaing mendapatkan pekerjaan di sektor formal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu UMKM Dechefdefinzs dalam memasarkan produknya kepada calon konsumen. Metode yang digunaakan dalam pembuatan landing page dan website adalah metode waterall, dengan cara pengumpulan data, analisis data, pembuatan desain dari data yang dianalisis, pembuatan program, dan pengujian terhadap landing page dan website. Pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML dan PHP dengan framework Laravel yang mudah diterapkan saat ini dan jangka panjang. Dengan dibuatnya landing page dan website Dechefdefinzs diharapkan dapat memperluas dan menyebarkan produk-produknya secara luas di masyarakat, seperti kue tradisional, kue loyang, roti, menu nasi dan kue kering. Jamkrida Bangka which issues a surety bond certificate as an additional agreement to the main agreement between the project owner and the contractor. The system for submitting surety bond guarantee certificates at PT Jamkrida Bangka is still done manually starting from applying, completing the supporting document requirements, checking the suitability of the applicant's supporting documents, paying the guarantee fee, and printing the surety bond certificate as proof of guarantee. The system currently running will be developed into a web-based system to increase the speed of the administrative service process when applicants submit applications for surety bonds. The web-based system was developed using the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design method and Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a tool to develop in line with user needs. Sistem pengajuan sertifikat jaminan surety bond di PT Jamkrida Bangka masih dilakukan secara manual mulai dari mengajukan permohonan, melengkapi persyaratan dokumen pendukung, memeriksa kesesuaian dokumen pendukung pemohon, pembayaran biaya jaminan, dan pencetakan sertifikat surety bond sebagai bukti jaminan. Aplikasi Smart School merupakan solusi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan prosedur pendidikan di sekolah. Riset ini bermaksud untuk merancang aplikasi Smart School dengan menggunakan metode Prototype berbasis Web. Metode Prototipe memungkinkan pengembang merancang dan mengembangkan prototipe aplikasi yang dapat diuji oleh pengguna (guru, siswa, dan orang tua) sebelum menerapkan aplikasi sebenarnya. Hal ini akan membantu mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, mengumpulkan umpan balik dan memastikan bahwa aplikasi Smart School yang dihasilkan memenuhi harapan dan kebutuhan seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Aplikasi Smart School dirancang dengan banyak fitur yang beragam seperti pengelolaan data siswa, jadwal pelajaran, pengelolaan pekerjaan rumah dan ulangan, komunikasi antara guru, siswa dan orangtua, serta pelacakan kemajuan perkembangan pembelajaran siswa. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan antarmuka web seperti komputer, tablet, dan smartphone. The buzzer becomes an indicator indicating that the infusion bag is ready to be replaced and also through the Stuffing Machine the Internet of Things will inform the nurse via the Telegram application to inform that the infusion bag is worth replacing. This research aims to support SPBE-based informatics application management services for OPDs in Central Lombok Regency and the public. This SPBE design adopts the TOGAF 9.2 approach, and is also adjusted to the Presidential Regulation on Electronic-Based Government Systems in designing. This research focuses on the Informatics Application Management Program with business process architecture domain, service architecture domain, data and information architecture domain, application architecture domain, and technology (infrastructure) architecture domain. The result of this research is a blueprint that will be used as a solution or support for the running of SPBE in the Informatics Application Management Program.

Perancangan SPBE ini mengadopsi pendekatan TOGAF 9.2, dan juga di sesuaikan dengan Peraturan Presiden tentang Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik dalam melakukan perancangan. nately, there are some crucial challenges to the fundamental requirements of EA in the tourism sector. There is still partial implementation, a lack of understanding of the technological advances used in Banjarmasin city tourism promotion, a lack of understanding of the implementation in an application architecture framework design and the technology to be used, not having good documentation in the design of application systems and slow services in tourism promotion. There is no certainty of normative standardization for system development operating procedures. This research aims to design the Zachman Framework (ZF) Application architecture as an Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) methodology, to visualize spatial data. This application is designed to assist users in displaying spatial data in the form of interactive maps that can be accessed via the internet. The software development method used is the iterative and incremental method with the Zachman Framework approach to application design. Data was collected through surveys and interviews at the Department of Culture, Youth, Sports and Tourism (DISBUDPORAPAR) of Banjarmasin City, with the current number of tourism data being 55 tourist attractions. This application can later be used to introduce tourist attractions in Banjarmasin City to the wider community, including tourists visiting this city.

Belum adanya kepastian standarisasi normatif untuk prosedur operasi pengembangan sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang arsitektur Aplikasi Bakunjangan Zachman Framework (ZF) sebagai metodologi Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP), untuk memvisualisasikan data spasial. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk membantu pengguna dalam menampilkan data spasial dalam bentuk peta interaktif yang dapat diakses melalui internet. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah metode iteratif dan inkremental dengan pendekatan Zachman Framework untuk perancangan aplikasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui survey dan wawancara pada Dinas Kebudayaan, Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata (DISBUDPORAPAR) Kota Banjarmasin, dengan jumlah data pariwisata saat ini yakni 55 tempat wisata. Aplikasi ini nanti dapat digunakan untuk memperkenalkan objek wisata di Kota Banjarmasin kepada masyarakat luas, termasuk wisatawan yang berkunjung ke kota ini.

This study aims to investigate the implementation of the AngularJS framework in the design of a web-based acceptance system application using the Agile method. The results of the study show that the implementation of the AngularJS framework in the design of web-based acceptance system applications provides significant benefits. In conclusion, the implementation of the AngularJS framework in the design of web-based acceptance system applications using Agile methods can improve efficiency, quality, and user experience. Using AngularJS enables the development of responsive and interactive applications, while the Agile method facilitates adaptation to changing customer needs. Therefore, the use of AngularJS with an Agile approach should be carefully considered by organizations wishing to develop successful web-based acceptance system applications.

Tetapi masih banyak perusahaan perusahaan yang belum menerapkan teknologi ini. Penggunaan framework AngularJS dalam pengembangan aplikasi web telah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan kemudahan pengembangan. Selain itu, penerapan metode Agile dalam proses pengembangan aplikasi dapat memberikan fleksibilitas dan adaptabilitas yang diperlukan untuk menghadapi perubahan persyaratan yang sering terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi implementasi framework AngularJS dalam desain aplikasi sistem penerimaan berbasis web menggunakan metode Agile. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi framework AngularJS dalam desain aplikasi sistem penerimaan berbasis web memberikan manfaat yang signifikan. Dalam kesimpulannya, implementasi framework AngularJS dalam desain aplikasi sistem penerimaan berbasis web menggunakan metode Agile dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, kualitas, dan pengalaman pengguna. Penggunaan AngularJS memungkinkan pengembangan aplikasi yang responsif dan interaktif, sementara metode Agile memfasilitasi adaptasi terhadap perubahan kebutuhan pelanggan. Where the control and monitoring is still done manually, namely through a switch or remote control . This becomes a problem that arises when there is negligence in extinguishing it or in the ignition process. So we need a system that can turn on the air conditioner in every theoretical room or laboratory room remotely. So that the work feels lighter and more effective. In designing this control system, a NodeMCU ESP8266 module is used, which acts as the brain of the remote control system and with a DHT11 temperature sensor that can monitor room temperature. The IR Transmitter sensor acts as a connecting medium between the NodeMCU ESP8266 module and the Air Conditioner engine to regulate the temperature. So that in this way, this control system can make it easier for officers to control the Air Conditioner in the STMIK Royal campus room.

STMIK Royal Kisaran yang merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi dibidang komputer yang memiliki banyak sekali air conditioner di setiap ruangannya, baik pada ruang teori serta diruang laboratorium. Di mana pada pengontrolan dan pemantauannya masih secara manual, yaitu melalui sakelar atau remot kontrol. Hal ini menjadi satu persoalan yang timbul ketika terjadi kelalaian dalam memadamkannya ataupun dalam proses penyalaannya. Sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat menyalakan air conditioner di setiap ruang teori maupun ruang laboratorium dengan jarak jauh. Sehingga pekerjaan tersebut teras lebih ringan dan efektif. Dalam perancangan sistem kendali ini digunakan sebuah modul NodeMCU ESP8266, yang berperan sebagai otak dari sistem pengendalian secara jarak jauh dan dengan sensor suhu DHT11 yang dapat memantau temperatur suhu ruangan. Sensor IR Transmitter sebagai media penghubung antara modul NodeMCU ESP8266 ke mesin Air Conditioner untuk mengatur temperatur suhu. Sehingga dengan demikian, sistem kendali ini dapat mempermudah petugas dalam mengontrol Air Conditioner di ruangan kampus STMIK Royal.
