Abstract:Religious moderation serves as a fundamental principle in the context of public service in Indonesia, where religious, cultural, and ethnic diversity demands fair, inclusive, and civilized governance. This study aims to…
analyze the role of religious moderation in public service policy in Indonesia, particularly in bridging the relationship between bureaucratic neutrality and social harmony within a multicultural society. To date, studies on religious moderation have largely focused on education and interfaith dialogue, while the dimensions of public policy and bureaucratic culture remain underexplored. Using a qualitative approach through policy analysis and literature review, this research examines how the values of religious moderation tawasuth (balance), tasamuh (tolerance), ‘adl (justice), and musawah (equality) can be integrated into an inclusive, fair, and ethical public service system. The findings indicate that the internalization of moderation values within public policy can strengthen governmental ethics, enhance public trust, and reinforce social cohesion amid diversity. This study also proposes a conceptual model called Moderation-Based Public Service Governance (MBPSG) as a new framework for public service management grounded in the values of religious moderation, balancing administrative efficiency with social justice.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation on organizational commitment among library staff of public senior high schools (SMA Negeri) in Jambi Province, both…
h directly and indirectly. The research employed a quantitative approach with a cluster sampling technique across three regions Jambi City, Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency, and Merangin Regencywith a total of 132 respondents, 97 of whom were included in the analytical sample. Data were processed using SmartPLS 3.0 through structural model testing (inner model) to examine causal relationships among variables. The results indicate that leadership style does not have a significant direct effect on work motivation, whereas organizational culture shows a strong and significant direct effect on the work motivation of library staff. Additionally, leadership style and organizational culture jointly have a significant impact on work motivation. Regarding organizational commitment, the findings reveal that leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation each have a positive and significant direct effect. Further results show that both leadership style and organizational culture exert significant indirect effects on organizational commitment through work motivation, suggesting that work motivation functions as a mediating variable in these relationships.
Overall, this study concludes that organizational culture is the most dominant factor influencing both work motivation and organizational commitment, while work motivation strengthens the relationship between leadership and cultural factors and the commitment of library staff. Therefore, efforts to enhance organizational commitment among library personnel in public senior high schools in Jambi Province should focus on cultivating a positive organizational culture, improving effective leadership practices, and providing continuous motivational support.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the attitudes and decisions of lower-class communities in adopting Islamic bank mobile banking services, with a specific focus on the BSI Mobile application. The research…
h applies the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) developed by Davis (1989), emphasizing two key constructs—perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness—as determinants of users’ attitudes and decisions. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 100 lower-class customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Sibuhuan. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique through SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that perceived usefulness significantly affects both attitude and decision to use, while perceived ease of use influences attitude indirectly. The R² value for attitude (0.743) and decision (0.654) shows that the model has strong explanatory power. These findings reveal that lower-income customers are more motivated by perceived benefits, such as convenience, time efficiency, and transaction security, rather than interface simplicity. From a practical perspective, the study suggests that Islamic banks should strengthen digital literacy, user assistance, and customer trust to enhance mobile banking adoption among lower-class communities.

The practicality test showed that the teacher’s response reached 89% and the students’ response reached 91%, categorized as very practical, indicating that the device was easy to use and engaging for students. The effectiveness test showed an average N-Gain score of 0.52 (moderate category) with 86.11% of students achieving mastery learning, signifying that the learning device was effective in enhancing students’ mathematical problem-solving abilities.
The integration of the realistic mathematics approach with local cultural elements (ethnomathematics) successfully created meaningful and contextual learning experiences while fostering students’ appreciation for their cultural heritage. Therefore, the developed learning device is feasible to be implemented as an innovative mathematics learning medium based on cultural contexts in junior high schools and madrasah.
Abstract:This study proposes a linear regression-based intelligent calibration approach to improve the accuracy of water turbidity sensor readings in an Arduino microcontroller-based embedded system. The primary objective of this…
research is to develop a mathematical model capable of converting analog values from the Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) into a numerical representation that reflects the actual water turbidity level in Nephelometric Turbidity Units (NTU). The calibration process was performed using a standard Hanna Turbidity Meter with water samples ranging from 0.56 NTU to 500 NTU. Measurement results demonstrated a strong linear relationship between the ADC value (495–686) and NTU, with an average system accuracy level above 90%. Comparison of sensor measurements with the standard instrument showed an error margin below 5%, confirming the reliability of the linear regression model in compensating for optical sensor nonlinearities.
