This research aims to reveal the challenges and opportunities as well as strategies in developing human resources at Annur Fatmah Trawas Vocational School, Mojokerto. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. The data sources used were school principals, teaching staff and educational staff at Annur Fatmah Trawas Vocational School, Mojokerto. The research results show that there are challenges faced in implementing inservice training such as lack of motivation, limited time, and lack of preparation. However, there are also opportunities that can be utilized, such as support from superiors, competent presenters and supporting facilities. Apart from participating in training at school, teaching and education staff also carry out informal self-development. The human resource development process through the inservice training program is carried out in several steps, namely identifying needs, program design, program implementation and evaluation. In this way, teaching and education staff experience benefits such as increasing insight, abilities, skills, and increasing adaptability. So that the inservice training program provides real benefits, which have an important role in improving the quality of education.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan riwayat abortus, riwayat sectio caesarea dan paritas terhadapkejadian retensio plasenta pada ibu bersalin di Rumah sakit Muhammadiyah Palembanng tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif bersifat survei analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional dimana variabel independen dan variabel dependen diambil pada waktu yang bersamaan menggunakan data primer dengan populasi 1.705 orang dan jumlah sampel diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling yaitu sebanyak 94 responden. Hasil penelitian analisis univariat dan bivariat dari 94 responden diketahui ibu yang mengalami retensio plasenta (6,4%), riwayat abortus (43,6%), riwayat Sectio Caesarea (48,9%), dan paritas tinggi (47.9%), sedangkan hasil analisis bivariat ada hubungan riwayat abortus (ρ value= 0,006), ada hubungan signifikan Riwayat Sectio Caesarea (ρ value= 0.012) dan paritas (ρ value= 0,010), dengan kejadian retensio plasenta pada ibu bersalin. Kesimpulan ada hubungan riwayat abortus, riwayat sectio caesarea dan paritas terhadap kejadian retensio plasenta pada ibu bersalin di Rumah sakit Muhammadiyah Palembanng tahun 2022. Saran untuk lebih meningkatkan pelayanan Kesehatan di Rumah Sakit dengan mengadakan penyuluhan mengenai faktor apa saja yang bisa menyebabkan terjadinya retensio plasenta pada ibu bersalin sehingga bisa mengurangi angka kejadian retensio plasenta

d. The participants selected were 23 teachers who teach English at all levels of education, ranging from primary school to university. The data was collected through a survey distributed using google form, the survey was conducted to gather the experiences, and opinions of the teachers regarding the challenges they face in teaching English. The results showed that the different ability levels of students, time constraints, availability of teaching resources, and the perception of English as a foreign language were the main challenges faced by the teachers. To overcome these challenges, teachers use various strategies, including attending training and seminars, using technology in teaching, and conducting continuous evaluation and assessment. In addition, collaboration among teachers and increased professional training are also considered important in overcoming challenges in English language teaching. The findings provide valuable insights for the development of more effective strategies and policies to improve the quality of English language teaching in schools.

One of its side effect is increase weight, which is usually distressing for women due to the increase risk of suffering from many diseases such as heart attack, type-2 diabetes mellitus, sleep apnea, certain cancer, osteoarthritis, and asthma. The study aim was to identify the difference weight gain occurence between 3 monthly and 1 monthly injected contraception users in Muara Village- Suranenggala District. This research method uses comparative analytic studies using cross sectional resulting research which measured in interval scale. The sample is all 3 months KB injecting participants as much as 30 respondents and 1 month KB injections as much as 30 respondents. The data is analysis using t-test. The result showed a ρ value of 0,005 which meant there was a difference in weight gain occurence between the users of 3 monthly and 1 monthly injected contraception. The 3 monthly injection had been proven increasing the incidence of weight gain compared to the 1 monthly one. It was suggested that midwives should give proper counselling regarding to side effect of increasing weight gain during the use of 3 monthly contraceptive injection to be aware of by the users. Further investigation on other influencing factors of weight gain among contraceptive injection users.
