method used is a qualitative method with an auto ethnographic approach. The data collection technique used was interviews with 5 community leaders. The research results show that Pasue culture is a culture that has existed for a long time, and is practiced in the Ndao Island community (Ndao people). At a certain time, namely before the harvest season, there is a Kalela tradition, which is a tradition of visiting friends from one village to another bringing provisions from the harvest. The Christian pedagogical values contained in this culture are: 1) Friendship knows no boundaries, just as Christ called us his friends; 2) Friendship begins with a bond of promise and promises must be steadfast; 3) Chickens are cut and blood Chicken is a symbol (of life) that is shed for togetherness, therefore it must be maintained so that it continues to live together; 4) Eating together is a way to sit side by side in all circumstances, regardless of ethnic or religious differences. These teaching values are the basis for religious moderation in the Ndao Island community or Ndao people.

The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method with an Ex Post Facto approach. The population of this study is class X students of SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak for the 2023/2024 school year.The data collection techniques in this article are direct communication techniques and also use questionnaires. The validity test of the instrument is used to assess whether the instrument can accurately disclose the data of the variable being studied. The validity of the content and construct was assessed through expert assessment by three validators, consisting of two IT lecturers and one Informatics teacher, to evaluate the suitability of the questionnaire about learning interests and learning disciplines. The data from this research includes information about students of SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak class XA, XB, XC, XD, XE, XF, XG, XH, XI which amounted to 322 students who had previously been observed, this was done to find out the problems at SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak before a study was conducted. The research carried out included one bound variable, namely Learning Outcome (Y), and two independent variables, namely Learning Interest (X1) and Learning Discipline (X2) Variable Data for X1 and X2 was obtained from a questionnaire with a likert scale answer model of 4 (four) alternative answers that were distributed according to the sample needs to 167 students who were the research sample.

SMP Negeri 6 Satap Baraka, including supportive and inhibiting factors affecting the implementation of these strategies. The approach used is qualitative with a descriptive analysis. Data sources include the school principal, vice principal, PR team, committee, and the community. Data collection methods consist of interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that public relations management strategies to increase student enrollment at SMP Negeri 6 Satap Baraka include: 1) Operational Strategies such as the PR team having specific efforts or mechanisms to manage PR programs involving the community and school committee; 2) Persuasive and Educational Strategies including distributing brochures containing the school's vision, mission, and advantages, as well as conducting socialization to emphasize the importance of education for children; 3) Social Responsibility Strategies like door-to-door visits to maintain relationships between the school and the community, and participating in community and institutional activities; 4) Collaboration Strategies involving partnerships with local health centers and participating in community work activities; 5) Supporting factors such as community support and maintaining harmonious relationships fostering good school credibility; 6) Inhibiting factors such as inadequate road infrastructure and the majority of parents being farmers, making it difficult to reach them. The triggering factor discouraging enrollment in this school is the presence of more competitive schools with larger student bodies and an Islamic environment.

The stages in using the literature method include observing, analyzing, then identifying, then providing interpretation, and finally in the form of some evaluation of the research that has been done. There are 25 publication articles obtained from various domestic sources analyzed in this article. The articles used were reported from 2018 to 2024. By using PhET simulation, it feels easier to practice compared to real practicum, because visible media allows users to be more active in presenting subjects that are mastered, especially in traveling and stationary wave material. And by using this PhET virtual media makes students tend to be active and very enthusiastic in the learning process because the appearance of the PhET media is very different from other media. Based on this research, it can be concluded that learning stationary wave and traveling wave material can improve learning outcomes and improve critical thinking skills.

The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques by processing data from interviews and observations to draw conclusions so that they can answer the problems in the research. Based on the research results, it is known that: The village government has not optimally carried out its role in developing the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction considering that there are several indicators of the dimensions of the role that have not been optimal, causing the development of the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction to be less than expected. This includes, among other things, a lack of response from the community in activities. deliberations on planning the development of tourist attractions and the lack of an active role in managing tourist attractions. Budget limitations mean that it has not been optimal in structuring the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction. The results of data analysis conclude that science and technology are human achievements that must be utilized in understanding and practicing something. In line with this principle, science is actually a process experienced by individuals in their development. The poorer the knowledge, the narrower the insight in understanding something, the narrower a person's thinking about a science. In conclusion, development is a skill in the structure and function of the body or an increase in more complex abilities in a regular and predictable pattern as a result of experience and the maturation process. The ADDIE paradigm is employed in the research and development process. This learning media is developed through a sequential process consisting of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The participants in this study were eighth-grade students from Singkawang 4 State Middle School. The product feasibility testing step was conducted by a pair of media specialists and one material specialist. The research findings indicated that the feasibility evaluation conducted by media specialists obtained a score of 155 out of a total possible score of 168, placing it in the “very feasible” category. The examination conducted by material experts achieved a score of 71 out of a possible 80, placing it in the “very feasible” category. The mean score attained from the extensive evaluation of 33 eighth-grade students at Singkawang State Middle School 4 was 2550 out of a possible maximum score of 3036. The assessment categorized the score as “highly appropriate” for utilization as a learning tool.

The subject of this research covers aspects related to the commitment of madrasa heads in organizing the cultural governance of educational services at the State Tsanawiyah Madrasah in the Riau Islands, which consists of the leadership of the MTsN Riau Islands, as well as teachers and other educational staff. The data collection techniques are through documentation, behavioral observation, or interviews with participants. The data was then analyzed through three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research show that madrasa heads must be committed to taking real action to improve the quality of education at State MTs in the Riau Islands. Concrete steps that can be taken are to initiate teacher training programs, update the curriculum to reflect the latest developments, and strive for (tangible) facilities that are comfortable and conducive to learning. Madrasah heads must also try to always be open to input from all parties involved in the educational process.
