gital Converter (ADC) practicum kit is needed to improve the ability of cadets. Based on this background, this study aims to design and simulate two ADC circuits, each of which is compiled by the integrated circuit (IC) ADC0804 and IC ADC0809 respectively. Three statistical formulas, namely mean error (ME), standard deviation error (SDE), and root mean square error (RMSE) are used to measure the performance of the two ADC circuits. Both ADC circuits are simulated using a Proteus 8.11 Simulator with 255 analog input voltages. Based on the result of the study, it is known that the ADC circuit compiled by IC ADC0809 is more accurate than the ADC circuit compiled by IC ADC0804. This is evidenced by a smaller error value, which is based on the simulation results of the ME, SDE, and RMSE values were 0.4210, 0.3410, and 0.5110, respectively. And, based on the measurement results, it has ME, SDE, RMSE respectively, namely 0.8510, 0.8110, and 0.9310.

Abstrak: Politeknik Penerbangan Medan adalah salah satu kampus di bawah Kementerian Perhubungan yang memiliki jurusan teknik telekomunikasi dan navigasi udara di Indonesia. Berdasarkan survei di lapangan, kit praktikum konverter analog ke digital diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuat taruna. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mensimulasi dua rangkaian ADC yang masing-masing disusun oleh IC ADC0804 dan IC ADC0809. Tiga formula statistik, yaitu mean error (ME), standard deviation error (SDE), and root mean square error (RMSE) digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja kedua rangkaian ADC tersebut. Kedua rangkaian ADC tersebut disimulasi menggunakan Simulator Proteus 8.11 dengan 255 tegangan masukan analog. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa rangkaian ADC yang disusun oleh IC ADC0809 lebih akurat dibandingkan dengan rangkaian ADC yang disusun oleh IC ADC0804. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai kesalahan yang lebih kecil, yaitu berdasarkan hasil simulasi memiliki ME, SDE, RMSE masing-masing adalah 0,4210, 0,3410 dan 0,5110. Dan berdasarkan hasil pengukuran memiliki ME, SDE, dan RMSE masing-masing adalah 0,8510, 0,8110, dan 0,9310.

To identify skin diseases, we usually have to see a doctor, but we still experience problems in dealing with disease identification. This is sometimes influenced by the community, sometimes they feel embarrassed to consult their skin disease to a doctor because the signs of skin disease have started to appear, consultation fees and drugs are relatively expensive. Current technological developments are able to process knowledge with artificial intelligence techniques. Due to the many symptoms of disease nowadays, it is necessary to make a system application with artificial intelligence that can diagnose skin diseases and provide solutions for skin diseases using one of the methods, namely the Naïve Bayes Classifier. Naïve Bayes is a simple classification algorithm where each attribute is independent and may contribute to the final decision. The goal is to produce an expert system website that helps the general public in diagnosing skin diseases and providing solutions for detected skin diseases. The results of this study concluded that based on the application of skin cancer diagnosis can display the results of skin cancer diagnosis decisions.

Abstrak: Kulit merupakan pembungkus yang elastis yang melindungi tubuh dari pengaruh lingkungan, kulit merupakan organ tubuh yang terletak paling luar dan membatasinya dari lingkungan hidup manusia. Penyakit kulit dapat disebabkan oleh jamur, virus, kuman, parasit hewani, infeksi bakteri dan lain-lain. Mengidentifikasi penyakit kulit biasanya kita harus ke dokter, namun masih mengalami kendala dalam menangani pengidentifikasi penyakit hal itu terkadang dipengarui oleh masyarakat terkadang merasa malu untuk mengkonsultasikan penyakit kulitnya ke dokter karena tanda-tanda penyakit kulit sudah mulai tampak, biaya konsultasi dan obat yang tergolong mahal. Perkembangan teknologi saat ini mampu mengolah pengetahuan dengan teknik kecerdasan buatan. Karena banyaknya gejala penyakit pada masa sekarang ini perlu dibuat aplikasi sistem dengan kecerdasan buatan yang dapat mendiagnosa penyakit kulit dan memberikan solusi dari penyakit kulit dengan salah satu metode yaitu Naïve Bayes Classifier. Naïve bayes merupakan algoritma klasifikasi yang sederhana dimana setiap atribut bersifat berdiri sendiri dan memungkinkan berkontribusi terhadap keputusan akhir. Tujuannya adalah menghasilkan website sistem pakar yang dan membantu masyarakat luas dalam mendiagnosa penyakit kulit dan memberikan solusi dari penyakit kulit yang terdeteksi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan aplikasi diagnosa penyakit kanker kulit dapat menampilkan hasil keputusan diagnosa penyakit kanker kulit.

which is playing games, for developments in the gaming sector, especially the MOBA (Massive Online Battle Arena) genre game, is being hotly discussed. There are various kinds of MOBA genre games, one of which is the Mobile Legends game. Many E-Sport Mobile Legends teams, especially in Asia, make this phenomenon a business space to generate large profits. In this study, the researcher recommends a good machine learning algorithm to predict the outcome of Mobile Legends matches. Of the 600 match history data analyzed, this study recommends the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Random Forest (RF) algorithms as the right algorithms to predict the outcome of the match. Prediction results from each algorithm can reach 82% and 80% accuracy. These findings can help the E-sports analysis team build their match strategy.

Abstrak: Sebuah lembaga penelitian menjelaskan bahwa dengan 83,7 juta penduduk yang menggunakan Internet, Indonesia termasuk di dalam 20 besar pengguna internet secara global. Berbagai aktivitas individu atau kelompok membutuhkan jaringan internet, salah satunya adalah bermain game, untuk perkembangan pada sektor game khususnya game bergenre MOBA (Massive Online Battle Arena) sedang hangat diperbincangkan. Ada berbagai macam game bergenre MOBA, salah satunya game Mobile Legends. Banyak tim E-Sport Mobile Legends khususnya di asia menjadikan fenomena ini sebagai ruang bisnis untuk menghasilkan keuntungnya yang besar. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti merekomendasikan algoritma pembelajaran mesin yang baik untuk memprediksi hasil pertandingan Mobile Legends. Dari 600 data riwayat pertandingan yang dianalisis, penelitian ini merekomendasikan algoritma Artificial Neural Network (ANN) dan Random Forest (RF) sebagai algoritma yang tepat untuk memprediksi hasil pertandingan. Hasil prediksi dari masing-masing algoritma dapat mencapai 82% dan akurasi 80%. Temuan ini dapat membantu tim analisis E-sports membangun strategi pertandingan mereka.

Jimmy Fish UMKM has several activities to support its business, one of which is determining how much stock of fish fry is needed for each period. Jimmy Fish SMEs have problems in determining the amount of fish seed stock, Jimmy Fish SMEs still use estimates without definite calculations to determine the number of fish seed stocks. As a result of this problem, when someone wants to buy fish seeds, the number of stocks is not fulfilled (less), the number of fish seeds is depleted, and there is even an excess stock of fish seeds (only a few sold), so that activities at Jimmy Fish SMEs become less effective. The solution to the existing problems is to build an e-forecasing application using the wieghted moving average (WMA) method. The e-forecasting application is very important because it can predict the number of fish seed stocks for the next period using calculations from previous data. The e-forecasting application also provides convenience, speed and as a support system for making decisions on how many fish seed stocks must be fulfilled for the next period.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan dari penelitian sebelumnya, dimana hasil dari penelitian sebelumnya baru sampai pada tahap desain aplikasi. UMKM Jimmy Fish merupakan usaha yang menjual bibit ikan adapun bibit ikan yang dijual yaitu: ikan lele, ikan nila, ikan emas, ikan mujaer, ikan patin, dan ikan gurame. UMKM Jimmy Fish mempunyai beberapa aktifitas untuk mendukung usahanya salah satunya penentuan berapa jumlah stok bibik ikan yang diperlukan untuk setiap periodenya. UMKM Jimmy fish mempunyai permasalahan dalam menentukan jumlah stok bibit ikan, UMKM Jimmy Fish masih menggunakan perkiraan tanpa perhitungan yang pasti untuk menentukan jumlah stok bibit ikan. Akibat yang ditimbulkan dari permasalah tersebut, ketika ada yang ingin membeli bibit ikan jumlah stok tidak terpenuhi (kurang), jumlah stok bibit ikan habis, dan bahkan ada jumlah stok bibit ikan yang berlebih (hanya terjual sedikit), sehingga aktifitas pada UMKM Jimmy Fish menjadi kurang efektif. Solusi dari permasalah yang ada, dengan membangun aplikasi e-forecasing menggunakan metode wieghted moving average (WMA). Aplikasi e-forecasting sangat penting karena dapat prediksikan jumlah stok bibit ikan untuk periode selanjutnya menggunakan perhitungan dari data-data sebelumnya. Aplikasi e-forecasting juga memberikan kemudahan, kecepatan dan sebagai support system pengambilan keputusan berapa jumlah stok bibit ikan yang harus terpenuhi untuk periode selanjutnya.

One example of its development in this millennial era is the development of data processing tools in the form of a repository system. The repository is a storage-based service that offers digital materials in various formats managed by certain parties to its users. UPT.PTPH North Sumatra Province is a government agency engaged in the plant and horticulture sector that does not yet have a computerized information system. To obtain related information, workers or staff must manually search for the desired data. The prototyping model used in the design proved to be adaptive in dealing with change. The results of the study reveal that a multi-platform-based financial statement repository system in the form of websites and Android applications can speed up the report processing process, provide valid financial data and a more transparent and structured data management process.

Abstrak: Peran teknologi informasi dan sistem informasi merupakan dua bagian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Keduanya berkembang atas respon urgensi manusia, yang kemudian memiliki pengaruh dan implikasi yang cukup krusial pada zaman ini. Perkembangan keduanya yang cepat dan variatif, mengikuti dari aspek peningkatan kebutuhan manusia terhadap informasi secara cepat dan akurat. Salah satu contoh dari perkembangannya pada zaman millenial ini adalah berkembangnya alat bantu pengolahan data berupa sistem repository. Repository adalah sebuah fasilitas storage-based service yang menawarkan bahan digital dalam berbagai format yang dikelola oleh pihak tertentu kepada kalangan penggunanya. UPT.PTPH Provinsi Sumatera Utara adalah instansi pemerintah yang bergerak di sektor tanaman dan hortikultura yang belum memiliki sistem informasi terkomputerisasi. Untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait, para pekerja ataupun staff harus secara manual mencari data yang diinginkan. Prototyping model yang digunakan dalam perancangan terbukti adaptif dalam menangani perubahan. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa sistem repository financial statement berbasis multi platform berupa website dan aplikasi andoid dapat mempercepat proses pengerjaan laporan, memberikan data keuangan yang valid serta proses pengelolaan data yang lebih transparan dan terstruktur.

many factors such as the price of other precious metals, the price of crude oil, the performance of the stock exchange, and the exchange rate of currencies. This study discusses gold price forecasting using the multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that the best model is in the data distribution of 70%: 30% for training and testing, with a MAPE of 4.7% Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of multiple linear regression method produces a fairly good model for gold prices forecasting. Besides, the correlation analysis show that the price of other precious metals greatly influences the price of gold where in this case the silver price whose correlation value is 0.87.

Abstrak: Peramalan harga merupakan bagian dari pengambilan keputusan ekonomi. Melakukan peramalan terhadap kenaikan dan penurunan harga emas harian dapat membantu investor memutuskan kapan harus membeli atau menjual komoditas. Harga Emas bergantung pada banyak faktor seperti harga logam mulia lainnya, harga minyak mentah, kinerja bursa saham, dan nilai tukar mata uang. Penelitian ini membahas peramalan harga emas dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear ganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model terbaik terdapat pada pembagian data pelatihan 70% dan pengujian 30%, dengan MAPE sebesar 4.7%. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan metode regresi linear ganda menghasilkan model yang cukup baik untuk peramalan harga emas. Selain itu, analisis korelasi menunjukkan bahwa harga logam mulia lainnya sangat mempengaruhi harga emas dimana dalam hal ini variabel harga perak yang nilai korelasinya 0.87.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi para peternak konvensional khusunya peternak di Desa Kota Pari, yaitu kendala dalam melakukan promosi diluar daerah baik luar Desa maupun luar provinsi. Pada proses jual beli konvensional peran serta tengkulak juga berpengaruh, sehingga mengakibatkan harga ternak menjadi murah untuk peternak dan menjadi sangat mahal untuk pembeli. Kondisi ternak juga menjadi menurun dikarekan setres dan makannya tidak terjaga pada saat dipasarkan di pasar ternak tradisional. Proses pengangkutan juga menjadi mahal jika ternak tidak laku dipasar ternak. Aplikasi Marketpalce hewan qurban dan aqikah berbasis website mengatasi semua permasalahan penjualan konvensional. Aplikasi yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemprogram PHP dan database MySQL. Apilkasi marketplace hewan qurban dan aqikah berbasis website menjadikan penghubung peternak kambing dan sapi di desa Kota Pari dengan pembeli yang dapat dijangkau dari berbagai daerah dan seluruh penjuru dunia. Pada Aplikasi juga di sediakan berbagai jenis qurban dan aqikah, baik pembelian hewan qurban dan aqikah seperti biasa ataupun pilihan paket qurban dan aqikah yang sudha dimasak oleh penjual. Sehingga aplikasi yang dibangun memudahkan penjual dan pembeli hewan qurban dan aqikah.

rveyed regarding the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is an attempt to critique the Lowy Institute's assessment. The COPRAS-AHP hybrid method was used. The AHP method, especially in the pairwise comparison section, is used as a method to determine the validity of the criterion weights. Five criteria were used in determining the ranking of the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic in countries in the Southeast Asian region. Each criterion is given a weight that is determined subjectively but by considering the level of importance of each criterion. The weighting of the criteria by using pairwise comparison resulted in: test per population, positive per test, vaccine per population, recovered per positive, deaths per positive. This study produces conclusions that are not much different from the Lowy Institute release. Indonesia is one of the countries where the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic is at a low level, Indonesia is ranked 10th out of 11 countries in the Southeast Asia region, with a utility value 16.29%.

Abstrak: Salah satu lembaga yang menyatakan buruknya penanganan Covid-19 di Indonesia adalah Lowy Institute. Pada 13 Maret 2021 menempatkan Indonesia di peringkat 89 dari 102 negara yang berhasil disurvei berkenaan dengan penanganan pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan upaya kritisi terhadap penilaian Lowy Institute. Digunakan metode hibrid COPRAS-AHP. Metode AHP, khususnya pada bagian pairwise comparison digunakan sebagai metode untuk menentukan validitas bobot kriteria. Digunakan lima kriteria dalam menentukan pemeringkatan penanganan pandemi Covid-19 pada negara-negara di kawasan Asia Tenggara. Masing-masing kriteria diberikan bobot yang ditentukan secara subjektif namun dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat kepentingan masing-masing kriteria. Pembobotan kriteria dengan menggunakan pairwise comparison menghasilkan: kriteria tes per populasi, positif per tes, vaksin per populasim, sembuh per positif, meninggal per positif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan yang tidak jauh berbeda dengan rilis Lowy Institute. Indonesia adalah salah satu negara dengan penanganan pandemi Covid-19 berada dalam level yang relatif rendah, peringkat 10 dari 11 negara di kawasan Asia Tenggara, dengan nilai utilitas 16,29 %.
