l of e-government services through a review of five main feasibility dimensions, including technical feasibility, economic feasibility, legal feasibility, operational feasibility and schedule feasibility. This study identifies opportunities for developing village information system projects. The data collection process involved 15 users of e-government services. The results of this study indicate that based on the number of feasibility factors generated by the information system, it is 7.20 and is within the feasible threshold for development. The value of the system development risk obtained is quite low. It is necessary to add interactive features so that it can increase community participation in community services in the future.

Abstrak: Berbagai adopsi teknologi terus dilakukan pemerintah untuk menjamin pelayanan publik yang efektif dan efisien di era normal baru. studi ini membahas tentang Penggunaan Metode TELOS dalam pengukuran tingkat Kelayakan layanan e-government melalui peninjauan lima dimensi kelayakan utama antara lain kelayakan teknis, kelayakan ekonomis, kelayakan hukum, kelayakan operasional dan kelayakan jadwal. Studi ini mengidentifikasi peluang pengembangan proyek sistem informasi desa. Proses Pengumpulan data melibatkan 15 pengguna layanan e-government. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan jumlah factor kelayakan yang dihasilkan sistem informasi tersebut sebesar 7,20 dan berada dalam ambang batas layak untuk dikembangkan. Nilai resiko pengembangan sistem yang diperoleh cukup rendah sehingga perlu adanya penambahan fitur-fitur yang bersifat interaktif untuk dapat meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap layanan kemasyarakatan dimasa mendatang.

Abstrak: Kenaikan pangkat merupakan salah satu bentuk penghargaan yang diberikan kepada Pegawai Negeri Sipil atas prestasi kerja yang bersangkutan terhadap Negara dan sesuai dengan jabatan dan golongannya. Proses pengusulan kenaikan pangkat di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kabupaten Asahan saat ini berjalan secara manual, yaitu dengan memasukkan dokumen fisik sesuai syarat untuk kenaikan pangkat. Dalam hal ini, pengusulan kenaikan pangkat yang masih berjalan secara manual dengan menggunakan dokumen fisik tentunya mempersulit proses pengelolan dan terjadinya penumpukan dokumen. Oleh sebab itu, pemanfaatan MySQL sebagai database management dan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman akan menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi pengusulan kenaikan pangkat Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Asahan berbasis web dan internet yang memberikan fitur upload dokumen usulan berupa softcopy.

This study aims to create an application that can facilitate the management of stocktaking inventory of goods. The system development method uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) model. Which has the stages of planning, system analysis, system design, system implementation, system testing and system maintenance. Application improvement starts from system preparation to detailed system design terms, including database design, input output design, and Android-based technology. The information system is built using Android Studio using the Java programming language. This study resulted in a stock-taking application for inventory that stores information about stock taking inventory by displaying features of stock ownership data, inventory items, updating item data, and stocktaking inventory reports. It is hoped that PT. Barata Indonesia (Persero)Turbine Component Division will quickly, effectively, and efficiently in data processing stocktaking inventory of existing goods and compiling reports per period systematically.

Abstrak- Aktivitas stock opname dalam perusahaan memakan waktu yang relatif lama bergantung menurut banyaknya barang dan aset yang dimiliki, sebagai akibatnya perusahaan hanya bisa melaksanakan stock opname waktu akhir atau dalam keadaan tidak ramai (non-peak season). Kondisi ini mengakibatkan perusahaan tidak tertib dalam mengerjakan stock opname. Penelitian ini bertujuan menciptakan aplikasi yang bisa memudahkan manajemen stock opname persediaan barang. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan model SDLC (System Development Life Cyle) dimana mempunyai tahapan-tahapan Perencanaan, Analisis Sistem, Perancangan Sistem, Implementasi Sistem, Pengujian sistem dan Perawatan sistem. Perbaikan aplikasi dimulai dari persiapan sistem sampai termin desain sistem yang rinci, meliputi rancangan database, input output, sampai teknologi berbasis android. Sistem informasi dibangun menggunakan android studio menggunakan bahasa pemrograman java. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi stock opname persediaan barang yang menaruh informasi tentang stock opname persediaan barang dengan menampilkan fitur data stock opname, persediaan barang, update data barang dan report stock opname persediaan barang. Diharapkan bisa dipakai pihak PT. Barata Indonesia (Persero) Divisi Komponen Turbin secara cepat, efektif dan efisien pada pengolahan data stock opname persediaan barang yang terdapat dan menyusun laporan per periode secara sistematis.

Abstrak: Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) merupakan suatu teknologi informasi yang berfungsi untuk mengumpulkan, mengelola, menyimpan, dan menyajikan segala data yang berkaitan dengan kondisi geografis suatu wilayah yang berkembang secara online. Banyak berbagai instansi atau perusahaan yang belum menerapkan teknologi sistem informasi geografis untuk memperoleh berbagai informasi yang diperlukan, salah satunya Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Simalungun. Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Simalungun masih belum memiliki sistem yang dapat memetakan lahan pertanian padi, sulitnya dalam mengetahui informasi lokasi lahan pertanian padi, jarak tempuh ke lahan pertanian padi yang sangat jauh. Dengan adanya berbagai permasalahan yang ada maka tujuan dibuatnya Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) dapat membantu Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Simalungun dalam melakakukan pengolahan data, untuk meningkatkan kinerja dalam memantau lahan pertanian padi menjadi lebih efesien dan efektif, dan mempermudah dalam memperoleh informasi atau akses terhadap data lahan pertanian padi. Perancangan sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan perangkat lunak, desain, pembuatan kode program, pengujian, pendukung atau pemeliharaan. Hasil yang diperoleh dengan adanya sistem ini nantinya pengguna dapat melihat berbagai lahan pertanian padi yang ada di Kecamatan Ujung Padang Kabupaten Simalungun yang disertai dengan nama desa, alamat, jumlah petani, produksi panen, titik koordinat, dan rute ke lokasi lahan pertanian padi yang berbasis website.

Pengembangan aplikasi penjualan berbasis android lebih efesien digunakan untuk masyarakat dalam melakukan proses jual-beli karena lebih familiar dimasyarakat. Maka dari itu pengem-bangan sistem yang dilakukan peneliti adalah aplikasi berbasis android dalam proses penjualan serta untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambangan aplikasi android ini adalah prototype dengan beberapa tahapan komunikasi, rencana cepat, pemodelan dan desain cepat, desain cepat, konstruksi prototipe, dan pengiriman dan umpan balik penyebaran. Abstrak: Tujuan kegiatan pendidikan dan pengajaran di perguruan tinggi adalah untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas dan efektif. Therefore, this study has goal to compare the music steaming applications’ user experience of the Joox and Spotify by using User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. There are 6 scales assessed by UEQ, including attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. Data was collected by distributing online questionnaires and obtained as many as 104 responses that could be processed. The results show that both applications have positive impressions which are indicated by the average value of each scale greater than 0.8. This indicates that these two applications are considered quite fun, effective, easy to understand, and innovative. However, the comparison’ results show that between Spotify and Joox is not significantly different, with Spotify scores slightly better than Joox.

Abstrak: Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi, cara masyarakat mendengarkan musik juga mengalami perubahan dengan munculnya banyak aplikasi streaming musik. User experience suatu aplikasi berperan penting untuk menarik dan mempertahankan pengguna aplikasi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk membandingkan user experience dari aplikasi streaming musik Joox dan Spotify dengan metode User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Terdapat 6 skala yang dinilai oleh UEQ yaitu daya tarik, kejelasan, efisiensi, ketepatan, stimulasi, dan kebaruan. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring dan diperoleh sebanyak 104 jawaban yang bisa diolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua aplikasi memiliki impresi positif yang ditandai dengan nilai rata-rata setiap skala lebih besar dari 0.8. Artinya kedua aplikasi ini dinilai cukup menyenangkan, efektif, mudah dipahami, dan inovatif. Meskipun demikian, hasil perbandingan menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan antara Spotify dan Joox tidak terlalu signifikan, dengan nilai Spotify sedikit lebih unggul daripada Joox.
