h is directed at four linguistic aspects, namely diction, syntax, coherence, and ambiguity, which have the potential to affect the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of information in BAP documents. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving five Suspect BAP documents as primary data analyzed through qualitative content analysis techniques using the interactive model Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The results of the study show that the use of diction in some BAPs does not fully reflect the suspect's literal statements, but is a narrative construction of the investigator that has the potential to cause meaning bias. In the syntax aspect, it was found that the sentence structure was long, ineffective, and layered so that it gave rise to the blurring of the subject of action and the flow of information. The aspect of coherence also shows irregularities in the organization of the chronology which results in the flow of events becoming illogical and making it difficult to understand the sequence of events. Meanwhile, referential and semantic ambiguity is found in a number of parts of the BAP, especially related to the use of unclear pronouns that open up the possibility of double interpretation. These findings indicate that the linguistic aspect plays a crucial role in the validity of BAP as a legal document. Linguistic inaccuracy has the potential to affect the interpretation of law enforcement officials and have an impact on the fulfillment of suspects' rights. This study emphasizes the need to improve language competence for investigators and the application of forensic linguistic principles in the preparation of investigation documents.

A total of 90 teachers were sampled, comprising 30 teachers for instrument try-out and 60 teachers as the primary research participants. Using a quantitative method with a correlational approach, this study examines the individual and simultaneous contributions of each variable.The findings indicate that teachers’ professional competence which includes mastery of subject matter, pedagogical skills, and managerial abilities enhances job satisfaction by strengthening confidence and task effectiveness. A strong and consistent madrasah culture characterized by discipline, collaboration, religiosity, and a harmonious work climate also contributes significantly to teacher job satisfaction by fostering a supportive institutional environment. Teacher work commitment likewise plays an important role, as highly dedicated and loyal teachers tend to experience greater job satisfaction. Collectively, the three variables demonstrate a significant combined relationship, reinforcing the notion that job satisfaction results from the interaction of professional, cultural, and psychological dimensions within educational institutions. The formulation of the research problem includes: (1) how HR competency influences the effectiveness of marketing educational services, (2) the influence of HR motivation and job satisfaction on service quality, and (3) the role of HR integration in educational marketing strategies. The results of the study indicate that HR has a strategic role in shaping the image and quality of educational services; HR competency and training improve marketing and service capabilities; HR satisfaction and motivation influence the quality of interactions with students and parents; and HR integration in marketing strategies is a key factor in the success of institutional promotion and branding. In conclusion, the success of marketing educational services is highly dependent on HR management and development, so educational institutions need to pay special attention to improving the quality, competence, and professionalism of HR to support competitiveness and customer satisfaction.

t Java. Principals who are far from democratic values such as deliberation or expressing opinions, Public Junior High Schools in Merauke are less able to control subordinates. This study aims to analyze the implementation of quality-based democratic leadership by Public Junior High School principals in Merauke Regency and identify supporting and inhibiting factors. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with primary data sources in the form of in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation in five Public Junior High Schools in Merauke, as well as secondary data in the form of archives and educational regulations. The results show that a quality-based democratic leadership style can create a collaborative work climate that improves teacher performance and the quality of educational services, if balanced with effective coordination, continuous motivation, and transparency in decision-making. However, obstacles were also found in the form of a lack of firmness of leaders in enforcing discipline, weak consistency in providing examples, and the influence of local culture that gives rise to personal sentiments. Supporting factors include active teacher involvement in school program planning, support from local government policies, and school accreditation that encourages quality improvement. The conclusion of this study is that democratic leadership of quality-oriented school principals is effectively implemented if accompanied by increased managerial competence, strengthening the role of the school principal as a motivator, and a commitment to transparency and professionalism.

This initiative was motivated by the 2022 PISA results, which revealed that more than 99% of Indonesian students could only solve problems at lower levels (Lower Order Thinking Skills), while less than 1% reached higher levels (Higher Order Thinking Skills). One of the underlying causes is the prevalence of a fixed mindset among teachers—the belief that intelligence is innate and difficult to change. This training aimed to cultivate a growth mindset based on Carol S. Dweck’s (2006) theory, which emphasizes that abilities can be developed through effort and learning strategies. The method employed was a reflective andragogical workshop involving material presentations, microteaching simulations, and collaborative reflections. The results indicated a significant improvement in teachers’ understanding of the growth mindset concept and its implementation in deep learning. Teachers began providing process praise, applying The Power of Yet strategy, and creating emotionally safe and collaborative classroom environments. Furthermore, the establishment of the Growth-Oriented Teacher Community of Mandailing Natal (KGB-Madina) emerged as a sustainable platform for sharing best teaching practices and fostering continuous professional growth.

The research instrument utilized the matching method, in which students were required to match pictures with the corresponding vocabulary items. The study was conducted at SMA YPPK St. Thomas Wamena, selecting the seventh-grade students as the population for the 2025/2026 academic year. The researcher applied a cluster sampling technique and selected 30 students as the research sample. Pre- and post-tests were given in order to gather data. Before and after the treatment, students' initial vocabulary mastery was measured with a pre-test, and their performance was evaluated with a post-test. The independent variable in this study was the use of posters, whereas the dependent variable was students’ vocabulary achievement. The findings of the data analysis of the students' vocabulary knowledge in the pre- and post-tests revealed that the t-test value was 17.40 and the t-table value was 2.045. Students' vocabulary competence improved significantly, as evidenced by the t-test value being greater than the t-table value (17.40 > 2.045). This result implies that the pre- and post-test results varied significantly.

The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with teachers who were members of the Kenanga KKG. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of training activities and the implementation of Canva in the learning process. The results indicate that the use of Canva can improve teachers' abilities in designing creative and communicative digital learning media. Furthermore, the collaborative training and mentoring activities within the KKG also fostered increased digital competence and teachers' confidence in innovation. Thus, the integration of Canva within the Kenanga KKG environment has proven effective as an effort to strengthen teacher professionalism in the digital era.
