DIGITAL CAMPAIGN STRATEGY OF GEMARIKAN BY INDONESIA’S MINISTRY OF MARINE AFFAIRS AND FISHERIES

Abstract: Indonesia is the world’s second-largest fish producer, yet national fish consumption remains relatively low. To address this gap, the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries launched the Gemarikan (Eat More Fish) campaign,… aign, which has recently shifted to digital platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to reach wider and younger audiences. This study explores the digital communication strategies used in the Gemarikan campaign, employing a constructivist paradigm and descriptive qualitative approach. Data were gathered through interviews, observation of digital channels, and document analysis at the Directorate General of Strengthening the Competitiveness of Marine and Fishery Products. Findings show that the campaign relies on persuasive, visual, collaborative, and educational messaging. While digital media enables interactive and contextual communication, effectiveness is shaped by technical and cultural factors. The study highlights the need for data-driven, adaptive digital communication strategies to promote healthy and sustainable food consumption behavior.

The research highlights the critical role of financial literacy and customer satisfaction in cultivating stronger relationships between users and fintech platforms. The findings indicate that enhancing financial literacy and providing intuitive, user-friendly experiences not only elevate customer satisfaction but also encourage greater user loyalty. In light of the rising demand for informed decision-making and trust in digital financial services, fintech platforms that align with consumer expectations regarding education and service quality are better positioned to build long-term, meaningful relationships with users, thereby promoting sustained engagement and brand loyalty. Furthermore, the paper addresses the potential directions for future research focused on enhancing customer engagement with fintech platforms, particularly in the context of a highly competitive and awareness-driven market.

THE INFLUENCE OF MARKET RESEARCH, CONSUMER BEHAVIOR AND WORD OF MOUTH COMMUNICATION FOR SUSTAINABLE MARKETING OF ELECTRIC VEHICLE IN INDONESIA

Abstract: The rapid transition to electric vehicles (EV) is driven by global environmental concerns and the need to reduce dependence on fossil fuels. In Indonesia, EV adoption faces challenges related to market dynamics, consumer… behavior, and effective communication strategies. Marketing research and understanding consumer behavior aims to collect and obtain more detailed information and knowledge about customers towards electric vehicle products. Through this, it can understand customers and their tastes, preferences, reflect the future, and also help reduce the risk of product and business failure. Using Word of Mouth communication as part of a marketing strategy that can be carried out by companies in maintaining their business desires. In this article, the author tries to understand the concept of market research, consumer behavior, and the Word-of-Mouth communication model using a qualitative library observation approach, this study analyzes existing research on how these three factors contribute to the growth and long-term survival of the electric vehicle market. Market research provides insight into consumer preferences and market trends, offering important data to align EV products with consumer needs. Understanding consumer behavior is essential in overcoming perceived barriers, such as cost and infrastructure limitations, that hinder EV adoption. Meanwhile, word of mouth communication plays an important role in influencing consumer decisions by fostering trust and awareness of the benefits of EVs. The findings highlight the interconnections between these factors and their collective impact on the development of sustainable marketing strategies for EVs in Indonesia. This study provides valuable insights for stakeholders, including automotive companies and policymakers, in designing more effective marketing approaches that support the sustainable growth of the EV sector.

INNOVATION IN HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT: CHALLENGES AND DETERMINING FACTORS

Abstract: Innovation in human resource development (HRD) is a key factor in enhancing organizational competitiveness in the digital era. This study discusses various trends in HRD innovation, key success factors, implementation challenges,… allenges, and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of these innovations. The findings indicate that the utilization of digital technology, flexibility in workforce management, data-driven talent management, and gamification in training are the main trends in HRD innovation. The success of these innovations is influenced by management support, an innovative organizational culture, the use of technology, and employee engagement. However, several challenges remain, including resistance to change, skill gaps, and budget constraints. Therefore, organizations need to increase investment in HR technology, adopt digital-based training models, build an adaptive organizational culture, and develop flexible career development programs. By implementing these strategies, HRD innovation can be more effective in supporting organizational growth and preparing the workforce for the ever-evolving industry dynamics. EXPLORING THE POTENTIAL OF SOCIAL MEDIA AS A HEALTH COMMUNICATION PLATFORM FOR FILICIDE PREVENTION IN INDONESIA

Abstract: This study explores the potential of social media as a health communication platform for preventing filicide in Indonesia, focusing on disseminating information, reducing stigma, and engaging audiences. The study adopts… an exploratory approach based on secondary data, including the analysis of scientific literature, reports from the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) and UNICEF, and global campaigns such as #EndViolence. Research shows that social media can reach a broad audience, particularly the younger generation, through strategically designed educational content like infographics and videos. Empathy-driven campaigns utilizing real-life stories can also effectively reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, a primary cause of filicide. However, the study identifies challenges such as limited access in remote areas, potential misuse of platforms, and the sustainability of campaigns, which often pose obstacles. In Indonesia’s context, adapting global campaign models to local culture can enhance prevention outcomes. Collaboration among the government, non-profit organizations, and the community is key to ensuring long-term impact. By integrating technologies such as artificial intelligence and gamification, and implementing data-driven approaches, social media can become a powerful tool to drive behavioral change and raise public awareness about filicide prevention.

In addition, emphasis is also given to the strategies that companies need to take to improve the effectiveness of their HR management, especially in facing challenges in the digital and automation era. The conclusion emphasizes that adaptive and data-driven HR planning can help industrial companies maintain their competitiveness in the global market.

Abstract: This study aims to comprehensively analyze the capacity of educational institution leaders in managing institutional problem-solving processes through a qualitative literature review approach that focuses on integrating… theoretical concepts and contemporary educational leadership practices. The study highlights critical stages of leadership, including problem identification and diagnosis, the design of contextually relevant solution strategies, the implementation of adaptive actions, and reflection-based evaluation to ensure continuous improvement. The synthesis of the literature reveals that successful problem-solving is significantly influenced by leaders’ ability to integrate transformational, instructional, and adaptive leadership styles that foster collective participation, professional collaboration, and the establishment of a progressive learning culture. Effective leadership is characterized by reflective capacity, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to create a supportive work climate for innovation and change. Conversely, recurring challenges include limited resources, resistance to transformation, misaligned external policies, and administrative burdens that constrain managerial flexibility. Based on these findings, this study emphasizes the importance of developing context-based leadership models that position problem-solving as a core competency through enhanced data literacy, emotional intelligence, and continuous reflective learning. The main contribution of this article lies in strengthening the theoretical foundation of 21st-century educational leadership and providing practical recommendations for school leaders, policymakers, and leadership training developers to build resilient, adaptive, and continuously improving educational organizations.

Tinjauan Literatur: Efektifitas Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi dalam Pembelajaran IPS di Sekolah Menegah Pertama

Abstract: Differentiated instruction is a pedagogical approach aimed at addressing the individual needs of students by adapting teaching strategies based on differences in ability, interests, and learning styles. This approach is… increasingly relevant in the context of junior high schools, where classroom diversity necessitates more adaptive and inclusive teaching methods. This study aims to analyze the implementation of differentiated instruction in Social Studies subjects and assess its contribution to the quality of both the learning process and its outcomes. The method employed is a systematic literature review, identifying and analyzing scholarly articles obtained through the Publish or Perish software, which utilizes Google Scholar, focusing on publications from 2016 to 2025. The findings indicate that the application of differentiated instruction has a significantly positive impact on enhancing student engagement, academic achievement, the development of critical thinking skills, and a deeper understanding of concepts in Social Studies. This approach also succeeds in fostering an inclusive, adaptive, and participatory learning environment that encourages intrinsic motivation and boosts students’ self-confidence. The study emphasizes that the success of differentiated instruction heavily depends on teachers' ability to design and implement data-driven, responsive teaching strategies tailored to each student's needs. These findings are expected to serve as practical guidance for teachers in developing more effective instruction, enrich the academic discourse in the field of differentiated pedagogy, and contribute to the formulation of education policies that support diversity and equity in junior high school learning processes.

Transformasi Pembelajaran IPS melalui Pemanfaatan Teknologi Digital untuk Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa SMP

Abstract: The shift in educational paradigms driven by advancements in digital technology has had a significant impact on Social Studies (IPS) learning at the Junior High School (SMP) level. This study aims to examine how digital… technology can enhance student interest and engagement in IPS learning through a literature review approach. This study includes scientific articles published between 2023 and 2025 as primary references. The research findings indicate that the use of digital technology, such as flipped classroom models, interactive learning materials, and digital platforms, can encourage increased motivation and participation among students in IPS learning. However, the success of implementing this technology is highly influenced by several factors, including infrastructure readiness, teachers' competencies in integrating technology, and equitable access to technology. Adequate infrastructure readiness and teachers' ability to effectively utilize technology are key factors in creating engaging and meaningful learning experiences. Additionally, ensuring equitable access to technology for all students is crucial to ensure that every student can benefit from technology in learning. Based on these findings, this study recommends the development of continuous training programs for teachers to enhance their digital competencies and emphasizes the importance of implementing innovative teaching methods that can fully leverage the potential of technology. On the other hand, strengthening technology-based educational policies is also necessary to ensure that the implementation of technology in learning can be optimal and equitable. With the proper use of digital technology, IPS learning at the Junior High School level can become more engaging, interactive, and effective, thus supporting the overall improvement of education quality.

Abstract: This study aims to describe the implementation of educational services by school principals and to analyze the level of their leadership commitment in supporting the continuous improvement of education quality. As central… l figures in the governance of educational institutions, school principals play a multidimensional role, encompassing strategic, managerial, pedagogical, and symbolic functions that simultaneously influence the effectiveness of the school organization. The findings indicate that the principal’s level of commitment is positively correlated with the quality of strategic planning, resource management, and the development of a collaborative work culture oriented toward achieving institutional goals. Principals who demonstrate a high level of dedication to enhancing education quality tend to be more effective in building constructive supervision systems, establishing transformative visions and missions, and mobilizing stakeholder participation in data-driven decision-making processes. This study also affirms that the successful implementation of educational service programs is highly dependent on the principal’s capacity to navigate policy dynamics, resource limitations, and the socio-cultural complexities of the school environment. From a theoretical standpoint, this study reflects the relevance of transformational leadership and evidence-based management approaches as foundational to building adaptive and accountable educational institutions. The implications of this research emphasize that enhancing the professional capacity of school principals (in terms of integrity, managerial competence, and strategic vision) is a key determinant in realizing holistic, relevant, and sustainable educational service quality.
