These three Hadiths teach techniques that can help individuals manage their emotions effectively, such as seeking protection from Allah, changing physical conditions to relieve tension, and restraining from anger. From the perspective of contemporary psychology, these strategies resemble emotion regulation approaches found in theories such as cognitive reappraisal and emotion regulation strategies, which aim to change perception or physiological responses to negative emotions. This research also reveals how teachings in the Hadith can be used as a foundation to understand emotion regulation more holistically, integrating both spiritual and psychological dimensions. Through this understanding, the study highlights the importance of integrating Islamic teachings with contemporary psychological principles to create a more comprehensive approach to managing human emotions, particularly anger, in the modern world.

It can be concluded that the application of murottal method in RA Perwinda 4 Madining, Soppeng, proved effective in improving the ability to read and memorize the Qur'an children through an interactive and fun approach. The use of murottal audio from famous reciters/qariahs helps the child hear and imitate the correct recitation as per Tajweed, while the combination with creative methods like hand gestures and hijaiyah card games keeps their engagement. The study showed a significant increase in the ability to memorize short Surahs, from an average of 21.9% in the pre-cycle to 85.9% in the second cycle. This approach also supports the natural formation of Islamic character, making the murottal method an effective and innovative strategy in learning the Qur'an at an early age.

and vomiting. About 50-80% of pregnant women experience nausea and vomiting in early pregnancy, typically between 6-12 weeks of gestation, due to gastrointestinal and psychological distress. One therapy to reduce the discomfort of nausea and vomiting during pregnancy is the use of citrus lemon aromatherapy. Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of inhaling citrus lemon aromatherapy on the degree of nausea and vomiting (emesis gravidarum) in pregnant women during the first trimester. Methods: This paper uses a type of qualitative research whit a case study design. Results: The results of the nursing implementation stated that after the administration of citrus lemon aromatherapy inhalation, there was a decrease in the PUQE-24 score, namely from the category of moderate nausea and vomiting with a score of 12 to no nausea and vomiting with a score of 3. Conclusion: The effect of inhaling citrus lemon aromatherapy on the degree of nausea and vomiting (emesis gravidarum) in pregnant women during the first trimester is quite effective in helping to reduce nausea and vomiting in pregnant women.

The research was conducted in March-May 2024. The research location was at SMP Negeri 1 Cina, Bone Regency. Respondents were 35 students consisting of 19 male respondents and 16 female respondents. strategy in improving students’ reading comprehension, which focuses on literal meaning and descriptive text. This research used quasi-experimental research design involving an Experimental class and a control class. The sample of this research were students of VII B as the experimental class, which consisted of 31 students, and the students of VIII A as the control class, which consisted of 31 students. The data was collected through pre-test and post-test. The result confirmed that the mean score of the experimental class had increased from 44.87 to 73.83. On the other hand, in the control class, it has increased from 48.29 to 62.64. The result of the test was analyzed statistically by applying 0.05 level significance. The researcher found that the value of the t-counted was higher than the t-table (4.59 > 1.67). In the other words, the implementation of choral reading strategy can develop students’ reading comprehension of the eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 13 Palu. This strategy has a significant impact on the English learning process, especially helping students in reading comprehension to find information about the text and understand the entire meaning of the text, so that students can practice choral reading as their independent reading comprehension strategy in the future.
