Abstract:This study aims to analyze the level of conformity of carbon emission disclosure based on Environmental Management Accounting (EMA) through the GRI 305 standard in companies included in the IDX LQ45 Low Carbon Leaders (LQ45LCL)…
Q45LCL) index during the period 2022–2024. The increasing global attention to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues encourages companies to improve transparency in environmental reporting, particularly regarding carbon emissions. EMA plays an important role as an internal accounting system that provides environmental information used in sustainability reporting. However, variations in the quality of carbon emission disclosure among companies indicate that the implementation of EMA is not yet fully optimal. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach by analyzing the level of disclosure conformity of GRI 305 indicators in sustainability reports of companies included in the IDX LQ45 Low Carbon Leaders index. The level of conformity is calculated by comparing the number of disclosed indicator criteria with the maximum number of criteria that should be disclosed. The classification of disclosure levels includes not applied, limited disclosure, partially applied, well applied, and fully applied. The results show that the level of carbon emission disclosure among companies varies across the observation period. Several companies demonstrate an increasing trend in disclosure, while others experience fluctuations or remain at a limited disclosure level. Overall, most companies fall within the partially applied category, indicating that carbon emission disclosure has not yet been comprehensively implemented according to the GRI 305 standards. These findings suggest that although companies in the LQ45LCL index are recognized as low-carbon leaders, improvements in the implementation of Environmental Management Accounting are still needed to enhance the transparency and completeness of carbon emission reporting.
Abstract:Although the discourse on educational marketing is theoretically established, empirical reality reveals a significant gap between strategic planning and operational execution. This failure is often rooted in weak resource…
e organization and the inability to translate strategy into tactical action. This study aims to analyze and compare the organizational patterns and implementation of educational service marketing across institutional levels, including Madrasahs, Islamic Boarding Schools (Pesantren), and Islamic Higher Education Institutions. Using a library research method, data were collected through a systematic search of current academic literature (2015-2025) by adapting the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) selection flow to ensure data synthesis validity. Comparative analysis reveals distinct organizational model divergences: madrasahs tend to use ad-hoc committee structures, pesantrens rely on the centrality of the Kiai's charismatic leadership as the primary brand ambassador, while higher education institutions are adopting professional, permanent marketing units. Nevertheless, the convergence of success across all three entities lies in the integration of Islamic values within the 7P marketing mix and the vital role of Human Resources as the forefront of service delivery. This study implies the urgency of a managerial transformation from an incidental approach to the institutionalization of sustainable marketing functions to bridge the execution gap and build public trust.
Abstract:For businesses in all industries, especially historic institutions that need to strike a balance between modernity and cultural preservation, digital transformation has emerged as a strategic necessity. With an emphasis…
on the Yogyakarta Palace environment, this study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology in accordance with PRISMA principles to examine the impact of organizational culture, digital leadership, and digital capabilities on digital transformation. From the Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar databases, 68 articles with peer review published between 2022 and 2026 were methodically found, vetted, and examined. The results show that organizational culture acts as a fundamental enabler that dictates the sustainability of transformation initiatives, digital leadership acts as a strategic catalyst for starting transformation, and digital capabilities offer the necessary organizational competencies for carrying out digital strategies. According to the integrative study, these three factors work together rather than separately, indicating that their simultaneous development is necessary for a digital transformation to be successful. This review presents practical implications for human resource management practitioners as well as a thorough theoretical framework for comprehending digital change inside legacy institutional settings.
Abstract:Digital transformation through Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers significant potential for enhancing elementary school teacher competence, yet its implementation remains largely technical and fragmented when detached from…
rom teachers’ religious and personal dimensions. This study addresses this gap by examining the integration of AI-assisted learning and Qur’anic tahsin development as a holistic model of teacher competency enhancement. Employing a qualitative case study design, the research was conducted at SD Negeri 200206 Padangsidimpuan, involving elementary school teachers, Islamic Religious Education teachers, school leadership, and facilitators of AI and tahsin training programs. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis, and analyzed using an interactive analytical model with methodological triangulation. The findings reveal that the use of AI tools—such as ChatGPT, Gamma, and Canva AI—significantly improves instructional effectiveness and strengthens teachers’ pedagogical and professional competencies. Furthermore, AI-integrated Qur’anic tahsin training, particularly in makhārij al-ḥurūf and tajwīd, enhances teachers’ Qur’anic recitation quality while reinforcing their religious and personal competencies. This study contributes a value-based, integrative framework for teacher professional development that bridges digital innovation and Islamic educational values. Despite its potential, the model faces challenges related to digital literacy disparities, infrastructural readiness, and the need for sustained mentoring. The study advances scholarly discourse on ethically grounded AI integration in elementary education.
Abstract:The phenomenon of increasing attention toward environmental and sustainability issues has driven companies to improve information transparency, moving beyond mere financial reports to include non-financial disclosures. One…
ne form of this transparency is realized through website-based sustainability reporting, which allows companies to convey sustainability information more openly and accessibly to stakeholders. On the other hand, capital structure decisions remain a fundamental factor that can potentially influence market perceptions of firm value, as they relate to the balance between internal and external funding in supporting operational continuity and growth strategies. This study aims to determine the influence of website-based sustainability reporting and capital structure on firm value through multiple linear regression analysis. Using a quantitative approach and secondary data obtained from annual reports and official company websites, the study focuses on issuers consistently listed in the IDX ESG Leaders index during the 2023–2024 period. The sample selection utilized purposive sampling, resulting in 20 companies with a total of 40 data observations. Firm value was measured using the Tobin’s Q ratio, the level of sustainability reporting disclosure was proxied through the Sustainability Report Disclosure Index (SRDI) based on GRI 2021 standards, and capital structure was measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The partial results of the study show that website-based sustainability reporting has a positive coefficient but no significant effect on firm value. Similarly, capital structure shows a positive direction but is not statistically significant. Furthermore, the two variables simultaneously have no significant effect on the firm value of IDX ESG Leaders issuers. These findings indicate that although website-based sustainability disclosure and capital structure tend to have a direct relationship with firm value, the influence is not yet strong enough to significantly affect market valuation within a group of issuers that already meet sustainability criteria. Consequently, the firm value of IDX ESG Leaders issuers is not solely determined by the level of website-based sustainability disclosure or the company's capital structure.

Abstract:This systematic literature review explores the interconnected dimensions of digital innovation, gender equality, and sustainability in women-owned small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The primary aim is to synthesize…
ze existing knowledge to address integration challenges these enterprises face. The researchers analyzed 436 peer-reviewed articles from the Scopus database, published between 2010 and 2025, using bibliometric and qualitative thematic techniques based on the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) methodology. Findings highlight that digital innovation significantly enhances market access, operational efficiency, and resource mobilization, empowering women entrepreneurs to overcome structural barriers. Gender equality initiatives play a crucial role in creating supportive ecosystems, promoting diverse leadership styles, and fostering inclusive organizational cultures conducive to sustainable business practices. Thematic analyses reveal specific success factors including robust social networks, targeted mentorship programs, and inclusive financial mechanisms. However, systemic barriers persist, notably limited access to capital, entrenched sociocultural biases, and insufficient digital literacy. Methodologically, research predominantly utilizes quantitative approaches, suggesting a need for integrated mixed-method frameworks to better capture nuanced entrepreneurial experiences. Geographical disparities indicate that women entrepreneurs face different challenges and opportunities across developed and developing contexts, underscoring the necessity for context-specific policy interventions. This review adds to our understanding by combining ideas from entrepreneurial ecosystem perspectives, Gender Empowerment Theories, and the Resource-Based View, providing a complete look at sustainable, fair, and digitally innovative business practices. Future research should focus on intersectional methodologies, longitudinal studies, and comparative analyses across diverse contexts.
Abstract:This study examines the implementation of character education at MTsN 3 Halmahera Utara through four focal values: religiosity, honesty, tolerance, and discipline. Using a qualitative naturalistic approach, data were collected…
lected from the head of the madrasah, teachers, and students through in depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The findings indicate that character education is organized as a whole school culture rather than a standalone program. Religiosity is strengthened through routinized worship practices that scaffold ethical conduct and self regulation. Honesty is fostered through teacher exemplarity, trust based learning situations, and clear behavioral norms related to academic integrity and everyday responsibility. Tolerance is cultivated as a relational practice through inclusive interaction norms and respect for differences in the school community. Discipline is reinforced through consistent routines, rule clarity, and guided accountability, though its internalization remains sensitive to family support and external influences. Overall, the study shows that coherent habituation, modeling, and institutional consistency are decisive for embedding character values in students’ daily behavior and for sustaining a constructive moral climate in the madrasah. The results suggest implications for school leadership, teacher development, and family engagement. Limitations include the single site design and scope, indicating the need for comparative and longitudinal studies.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the social function of bini traditional poetry in the maintenance of the socio-cultural identity of local communities in Londalusi, East Rote District, Rote-Ndao Regency. The focus of the research…
rch is directed at the identification of the educational, normative, symbolic, integrative, and communicative functions of oral traditions related to the life cycle of society, including birth, marriage, and death. This study uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic-descriptive design. Data was collected through in-depth interviews and documentation of traditional narratives submitted by two key informants, namely traditional speakers (manehelo) and local traditional leaders. Data analysis was carried out thematically to map the social function of traditional narratives in the context of people's social lives. The results of the study show that traditional narratives and traditional bini poetry play an important role as a medium for inheriting traditional values, collective memory, local cosmology, and inter-generational social ethics. This oral tradition functions as a means of informal education, a regulator of social norms, a symbol of representation of the Rote people's worldview, a strengthening of social cohesion, and a cultural communication medium that maintains the continuity of the socio-cultural identity of the local community. This research confirms that the oral tradition of bini is not just an aesthetic expression, but a living and adaptive socio-cultural system. These findings contribute to strengthening the study of oral literature and cultural anthropology, especially in the context of Indonesian archipelago communities.
