ent, employment opportunities, and community welfare. However, the development of this sector is often accompanied by environmental degradation due to weak ecologically sound management. This research uses normative legal methods with legislative, conceptual, and comparative legal approaches to analyze the role of environmental law as an instrument for realizing sustainable tourism in South Lampung.
The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a library research method with a normative legal approach. This research is qualitative normative, which emphasizes the analysis of legal norms. Data collection techniques are carried out through documentation analysis by identifying, reviewing, and interpreting legal sources, relevant literature, legal sources used include, Books, Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning environmental protection and management, Law Number 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism, and Government Regulation Number 27 of 2012 concerning Environmental Permits. Then a descriptive-analytical and thematic analysis is carried out, by grouping data into main themes and then drawing conclusions from a general to specific problem, in this case regarding Environmental Law as an Instrument for Realizing Sustainable Tourism in South Lampung.
The results of this study indicate that environmental law plays a fundamental role as a controlling instrument in realizing sustainable tourism in South Lampung Regency. Through the implementation of legal instruments such as environmental impact analysis (EIA), environmental permits, the precautionary principle, and the enforcement of legal sanctions, tourism activities can be directed to prevent ecosystem damage.

Employing a qualitative literature-based case study approach, augmented by systematic document and media content analysis of institutional publications, social media, and mass media reports, the research synthesizes global literature with Indonesian scholarship. Findings reveal that digital philanthropy in Indonesia actively contributes to sustainable development goals by strategically channeling Islamic philanthropy for societal impact and national welfare. Digital platforms facilitate enhanced stakeholder collaboration, fostering greater engagement and transparency. The study also illuminates the opportunities and challenges for governance within this digital ecosystem, highlighting issues such as data protection, accountability, and the need for robust regulatory frameworks. The research method used is a qualitative approach with literature study techniques and descriptive analysis of various relevant literature sources. The results of the study show that entrepreneurship education is able to form an entrepreneurial mindset, improve risk-taking skills, and foster creativity and courage to do business in the younger generation. Entrepreneurship education that is applied systematically and contextually also contributes to building a strong character and orientation to business opportunities. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that entrepreneurship education plays an important role as a strategic means in producing young entrepreneurs who are ready to face economic challenges in the modern era.

Gender equality initiatives play a crucial role in creating supportive ecosystems, promoting diverse leadership styles, and fostering inclusive organizational cultures conducive to sustainable business practices. Thematic analyses reveal specific success factors including robust social networks, targeted mentorship programs, and inclusive financial mechanisms. However, systemic barriers persist, notably limited access to capital, entrenched sociocultural biases, and insufficient digital literacy. Methodologically, research predominantly utilizes quantitative approaches, suggesting a need for integrated mixed-method frameworks to better capture nuanced entrepreneurial experiences. Geographical disparities indicate that women entrepreneurs face different challenges and opportunities across developed and developing contexts, underscoring the necessity for context-specific policy interventions. This review adds to our understanding by combining ideas from entrepreneurial ecosystem perspectives, Gender Empowerment Theories, and the Resource-Based View, providing a complete look at sustainable, fair, and digitally innovative business practices. urs and the deterioration of employee welfare, the mechanisms explaining how overtime causes an imbalance between work and personal life (Work-life Balance) have not yet been fully explored and pieced together. This narrative literature review aims to synthesize findings from key and recent studies published between 2000 and 2025. The goal is to form a conceptual framework of understanding how overtime can trigger burnout (emotional, mental, and physical exhaustion) and ultimately disrupt WLB. Based on four main theoretical foundations, namely Job Demands–Resources (JD-R), Conservation of Resources (COR), Effort Recovery Model, and Work–Home Resources Model, this review identifies three main pathway mechanisms: (1) Overtime increases job demands while simultaneously reducing opportunities for self-recovery. (2) Burnout, especially emotional exhaustion, acts as a psychological strain that mediates the effects of overtime. (3) The spillover effects of burnout trigger interference between work and home domain through time based conflicts and strain. Organizational support, job autonomy, family roles, marital status, gender and workload pressure are important moderators that can strengthen or weaken the relationship between each variable. While the theoretical contribution of this review lies in combining various perspectives into a conceptual model of the "overtime trap," its practical contribution lies in proposing implications for organizations, job redesign, fatigue management, and more adaptive work policies. Future research is expected to use longitudinal, mixed-method, and cross-cultural designs to validate, strengthen and expand this model.

Meanwhile, the advancement of digital technology, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI)–based learning media, offers new opportunities to improve the quality of learning in elementary schools. This study aims to analyze the existence of Civic Education and the use of AI-based learning media in supporting students’ social-emotional development. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach and was conducted at SD Negeri 0722 PTPN IV Lubuk Bunut. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that Civic Education plays a significant role in fostering students’ social attitudes, empathy, and responsibility, while AI-based learning media enhance students’ learning motivation and engagement when implemented appropriately and in accordance with developmental stages. The integration of Civic Education, AI-based media, and developmental psychology perspectives contributes positively to students’ social-emotional development in elementary education.

In addition, violations of the prudential principle and weak internal controls led to investment decisions being made without adequate risk considerations and opened opportunities for collusion between internal and external parties of the company. The findings of this study emphasize that fraud is a direct consequence of governance system failure rather than merely the actions of individuals. Therefore, this study recommends the need for comprehensive governance reform through strengthening risk management, enhancing the transparency of investment reporting, and implementing independent oversight mechanisms to prevent similar cases in the future.

HiVisitScreen is a modern, website-based digital platform developed as an educational medium to provide up-to-date information on HIV/AIDS, facilitate safe and confidential health access, and reduce the spread of HIV. This descriptive quantitative study, using a cross-sectional design, aimed to describe user satisfaction with the HiVisitScreen website among 150 active students at Gorontalo State University (UNG). User satisfaction was measured using the 13-item End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) questionnaire. The results show that overall, users were satisfied with the HiVisitScreen website, with a total mean score of 3.45 (Satisfied category). Among the five EUCS dimensions, Ease of Use had the highest mean score of 3.51 (Highly Satisfied category), emphasizing the application's user-friendliness and accessibility. Meanwhile, the Content dimension received the lowest mean score of 3.40 (Satisfied category), indicating that while the information is relevant and clear, improvements are needed in the completeness and suitability of the content to specific user needs, supporting the plan to add prevention features for serodiscordant couples. The HiVisitScreen website has successfully met user expectations and has the potential to function as an effective website-based intervention in HIV case management within the campus environment.

The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study showed that teachers used several learning strategies, namely communicative strategies, group discussions, presentations, questions and answers, and role plays. The strategy is applied to increase students' speaking courage, ability to convey ideas, and their involvement in the learning process. However, the effectiveness of the strategy is still influenced by several obstacles, such as low student confidence, limited learning media, and suboptimal feedback by teachers. This study concludes that the teaching strategy of Indonesian teachers has been able to support the improvement of students' speaking skills, but still requires continuous innovation, especially in media development, strengthening motivation, and providing opportunities for wider speaking practice.

primary students in an Indonesian Islamic school. A hybrid Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) model was designed to analyse students’ cognitive patterns, attention, and engagement. Using a mixed-methods design, the research involved 60 students aged 8–10 at MIS Terpadu Alhijrah Bintuju. The model processed multimodal classroom data to generate adaptive feedback and personalized learning pathways. Results showed significant improvements in attention (+18%), memory recall (+22%), and problem-solving (+25%) after eight weeks of AI-assisted learning. Qualitative findings revealed higher motivation, engagement, and self-regulation. The study demonstrates that culturally aligned AI systems can effectively enhance early cognitive development and promote learner autonomy in Islamic primary education.
