Heuristic evaluation method was used to test the feasibility of the user interface and analyze the appearance of the interface from the energyre-int.com website. This test was conducted using questionnaires with 34 respondents of reinsurance consulting services users. The results obtained from testing on the Severity rating scale and using the Eight Golden Rules are recommendations for improvement on aspects that have a value of 1 which means that there are errors but can be ignored; Help and documentation with a value of 0.99, the Error Prevention aspect with a value of 0.98, and the Match between system and the real world aspect with a value of 0.91.

Abstrak: PT. Energi Mandiri Internasional didirikan pada 22 November 2011 sebagai pialang dan konsultan reasuransi dan konsultasi manajemen risiko untuk memastikan stabilitas keuangan dari pengguna jasa reasuransi. Website perusahaan tersebut; energyre-int.com sebagai wadah untuk mengiklankan perusahaan dengan fitur surat elektronik untuk menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan calon klien. Heuristic evaluation merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk menguji kelayakan user interface dan menganalisis tampilan antar muka dari website energyre-int.com. Pengujian ini dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan 34 responden pengguna jasa konsultasi reasuransi. Hasil yang didapat dari pengujian dalam skala Severity rating dan menggunakan aturan Eight Golden Rules adalah rekomendasi perbaikan pada aspek yang memiliki nilai 1 artinya ada kesalahan tapi bisa diabaikan; Help and documentation dengan nilai 0,99, aspek Error Prevention dengan nilai 0,98, dan aspek Match between system and the real world dengan nilai 0,91.

In Software Define Network, it still needs a lot of research, especially security, because it is the most important part in the network. One solution that can be used as security is a firewall. With the firewall, every data traffic will be monitored and also determine the entry and exit of data. In this research, a firewall will be implemented at the data link layer which will use a tree topology in the software define network and POX as the controller. The results of this study produce a firewall program with the python programming language which is placed on the POX controller. The code modification has successfully blocked, controlled, and monitored each packet based on the rules on the firewall.

Abstrak: Software Defined Network belakangan ini menjadi satu arsitektur baru pada sistem jaringan komputer yang menawarkan satu kemudahan dengan sistem kontrol terpusat. Pada arsitektur Software Defined Network akan memisahkan control plane dan data plane. Dimana control plane akan ditempatkan pada controller yang bertugas mengatur serta menyediakan segala keperluan yang ada pada sistem jaringan. Pada Software Define Network masih perlu dilakukannya banyak riset khususnya bidang keamanan, karena keamanan merupakan bagian terpenting dalam jaringan. Salah satu solusi yang dapat digunakan sebagai keamanan adalah firewall. Dengan adanya firewall maka setiap lalu lintas data akan dapat dimonitoring dan juga menentukan keluar masuknya suatu data. Pada penelitian ini akan diimplementasikan firewall pada data link layer yang akan menggunakan topologi tree pada software defined network dan POX sebagai Controllernya. Hasil pada penelitian ini menghasilkan satu program firewall dengan bahasa pemrograman python yang ditempatkan pada pox controller. Modifikasi kode telah berhasil untuk memblokir, mengontrol dan memonitoring setiap paket berdasarkan rule pada firewall.

Abstrak: Menyebarnya virus covid-19 yang terjadi sejak awal tahun 2020 mengakibatkan pelarangan berkumpul/berkerumun, salah satu dampak pada dunia pendidikan adalah diberlakukannya perkuliahan online/e-learning. Beberapa aplikasi e-learning yang di gunakan adalah classroom dan googlemeet, hal ini tentu mengakibatkan perubahan minat belajar terhadap mahasiswa. Perubahan tersebut terekam dalam nilai dari perkuliahan online yang telah berjalan selama dua semester yang mana dapat diekstrak menjadi pengetahuan dengan bantuan data mining rough set dan aplikasi rosetta. he system, experts can use the certainty factor (CF) method. This method can overcome reality with a level of certainty based on facts so that it can explain the confidence of an expert. CF can be applied in an expert system to build a program that can diagnose a set of rules. In this study CF was implemented in an expert system diagnosing seahorse disease. Sea horses have a high trading value, both in living and dead conditions. Therefore, sea horses, including animals that are protected by population. In this study, developing an expert system application that can diagnose seahorse disease can help determine the level of trust of experts and users who use related cases. Based on the test results, it shows that CF is able to cope well and has a high level of accuracy.

Abstrak: Informasi yang dihasilkan dalam diagnosa dimungkinkan menggunakan ungkapan ketidakpastian. Misalkan dengan penggunaan pernyataan mungkin (maybe), kemungkinan besar (probably not), hampir pasti (almost certainty) dan pernyataan tidak pasti lainya. Untuk mengatasi ketidak pastian pada sistem pakar dapat menerapkan pendekatan certainty factor (CF). Metode ini mampu mengatasi ketidakpastian dengan mendefinisikan tingkat kepastian berdasarkan fakta sehingga dapat memaparkan keyakinan seorang pakar. CF dapat diterapkan dalam sistem pakar untuk membangun suatu program yang dapat mendiagnosa berdasarkan suatu set aturan. Pada penelitian ini CF diimplementasikan pada sistem pakar diagnose penyakit kuda laut. Kuda laut memiliki nilai jual perdagangan yang tinggi, baik dalam keadaan hidup maupun mati. Oleh sebab itu kuda laut termasuk hewan yang dilindungi populasinya. Penelitian yang dilakukan menghasilkan sistem pakar yang mampu mendiagnosis serta memberikan solusi untuk penyakit kuda laut dengan menggunakan pendekatan CF dalam penanganan ketidakpastian. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menunjukkan CF mampu mengatasi ketidakpastian dengan baik dan memiliki tingkat akurasi yang tinggi.

Abstrak: Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kualitas siswa sekolah menengah adalah dengan membentuk kelas favorit di mana kelas akan menjadi kelas unggulan dibandingkan dengan kelas lain. Siswa akan dipilih berdasarkan 3 variabel, yaitu indeks kehadiran, nilai rata-rata semester dan juga etika siswa itu sendiri.
