The Action Model consists of 4 stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The study was conducted in 2 cycles, cycle I as many as 2 meetings and cycle II was conducted in 2 meetings. Data collection in the form of teacher and student observation sheets and questionnaires. The results of the analysis of teacher observations in cycle I obtained a score of 72.05% and cycle II 90.43% in the very high category. While the results of the analysis of student observations in cycle I obtained a score of 72.5% and cycle II 90% in the very high category. Then the results of the analysis of student questionnaires obtained a score of 90% in the very high category. dilatarbelakangi oleh pergeseran konsumsi berita ke platform digital serta tantangan media lokal seperti PRMN dalam bersaing dengan portal berita besar untuk menarik dan mempertahankan perhatian audiens.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang pernah mengakses konten PRMN dalam format video maupun teks. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedua variabel independen terhadap engagement audiens.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa format video YouTube dan format teks website sama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap engagement audiens, baik secara parsial maupun simultan,temuan ini juga menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar variasi keterlibatan audiens dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua format tersebut, sehingga menegaskan peran penting keduanya dalam membentuk perilaku audiens digital. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa format video dan teks memiliki peran yang sama penting dalam meningkatkan minat, memperpanjang durasi interaksi, serta mendorong partisipasi aktif audiens seperti like, komentar, dan share. Berangkat dari persoalan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis konsep mahar produktif dalam perspektif hukum Islam serta implikasinya terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian normatif (library research), didukung dengan pendekatan yuridis-normatif dan sosiologis-hukum. Sumber data terdiri dari Al-Qur’an, hadis, literatur fiqh klasik dan kontemporer, regulasi hukum positif Indonesia, serta penelitian terdahulu. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif-analitis dengan kerangka maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahar produktif memiliki dasar hukum yang sah dalam fiqh karena memenuhi syarat māl mutaqawwim. Praktiknya dapat ditemukan di beberapa daerah di Indonesia, seperti tanah di Minangkabau, ternak di NTB, dan peralatan usaha di Jawa. Mahar produktif terbukti memberikan dampak positif berupa pemberdayaan ekonomi istri, penguatan ketahanan rumah tangga, serta kontribusi dalam menekan angka perceraian akibat faktor ekonomi, meskipun masih menghadapi tantangan budaya yang memandang mahar sebagai simbol semata. Dari perspektif maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah, mahar produktif lebih selaras dengan tujuan syariat karena menghadirkan maslahat yang berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, mahar produktif memiliki prospek sebagai bagian dari ijtihad kontemporer hukum keluarga Islam, yang dapat dikembangkan melalui fatwa, regulasi, dan edukasi masyarakat, sehingga mendukung pembaharuan hukum Islam di Indonesia tanpa meninggalkan prinsip dasar syariat.

main criticisms of the Islamic world is the tendency to understand the Qur'an and Sunnah
literally without considering their historical and social context. He offers a double movement
methodology, an approach that traces the original meaning of the text in its historical
context, then applies it to modern conditions. This approach allows Islam to remain
relevant without losing its essence. In addition to the interpretation methodology, Rahman
also contributed to the reform of Islamic education, the integration of science with religion,
and the reconstruction of Islamic law based on the principle of maqasid al-shariah. He
emphasized the importance of reopening the door of ijtihad so that Muslims do not get
caught up in taqlid, namely the attitude of accepting Islamic law dogmatically without
critical evaluation. Rahman also criticized Islamic fundamentalism which tends to reject
modernity absolutely, as well as radical secularism which seeks to eliminate the spiritual
aspect of human life. According to him, Muslims must be able to adopt the positive aspects
of modernity, such as the development of science and technology, without sacrificing

This underscores the significant role played by the tasawwuf approach and tariqa in the Islamization process. Consequently, the prevailing Islamic thought embraced by the community is infused with the practices of tasawwuf. Tariqa, etymologically meaning a method of practice to achieve a goal, has witnessed a notable increase in its development within the Islamic community. In Sufi terminology, “tariqa” is a form of spiritual practice and soul training aimed at attaining haqiqa (the essence) and ma'rifa (gnosis). These practices and exercises are guided by a spiritual teacher known as a “mursyid” (guide) because the journey between Sharia and haqiqa, according to Sufi scholars, must traverse seven great mountains. Islam significantly influences the way of life in Aceh society, with its people adhering firmly and with a commitment to religious teachings. In essence, Islam is a way of life for the people of Aceh. Over time, Acehnese society has changed its outlook on life. Some individuals practice specific tariqa to draw closer to the Creator. Tariqas such as Qadiriyya, Shattariyya, and Naqshbandiyya are among those that have developed in Indonesia. Engaging in the practices of these tariqas will influence the behavioral patterns of society. Moreover, the religious understanding among the community will change. In other words, the evolving tariqa brings a distinctive spiritual enthusiasm to the religious life of Acehnese society.

ess in Sipange Godang Village in terms of non-financial aspects, financial aspects, and sharia principles. This study uses a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach. The research informants were three catfish hatchery entrepreneurs selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The business feasibility analysis was carried out based on legal, market and marketing, technical, management, socio-economic, environmental, and financial aspects using the Payback Period (PP), Break Even Point (BEP), and Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) methods. The results of the study indicate that the catfish hatchery business in Sipange Godang Village is feasible to be run and developed. Viewed from the non-financial aspect, the business has fulfilled the legal, market and marketing, technical, management, socio-economic, and environmental aspects, although strengthening the business legality is still needed. From a financial perspective, the business is able to recoup its capital, sales are above the break-even point, and its R/C ratio is greater than 1, making it financially viable. Based on Sharia principles, the business is run honestly and free from riba, maysir, and gharar.

Through a historical approach and analysis of manuscripts, colonial archives, and customary manuscripts, this research explains that the Sultanate of Jambi developed as a Malay-Muslim kingdom that made the principle of Adat Bersendi Syarak, Syarak Bersendi Kitabullah (ABS-SBK) as the basis of political and social legitimacy. The results of the research show that the relationship between customs and Islam in the Sultanate of Jambi is integrative and dynamic, especially in the field of siyasah and jinayat. Islam not only functioned as a religious identity, but also as a source of legitimacy for power and a socio-political instrument in the face of Dutch colonialism. The Sultanate of Jambi also played an important role in defending the Malay-Islamic identity and forming a customary government system that influenced the development of the Jambi society until the contemporary period.
