e application of appropriate learning approaches, one of which is through the andragogi approach. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the andragogy approach in Package B learning at PKBM Citra Priangan, identify its supporting and inhibiting factors, and determine its impact on the involvement of learning residents. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using Miles, Huberman's model. The results of the study show that the principles of andragogy have been applied through experiential learning, participatory methods, learning flexibility, and the development of life skills programs. Supporting factors include family culture, tutor competence, and learning flexibility, while inhibiting factors are limited facilities, learning environment conditions, and heterogeneity of learning residents. The implementation of andragogy has been proven to increase the participation, motivation, and involvement of learning residents in the learning process. Thus, the andragogy approach effectively supports the implementation of Package B learning that is more relevant to the needs of learning residents

kan transformasi kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) agar mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi dan tuntutan lingkungan kerja yang semakin dinamis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji transformasi kompetensi SDM yang dibutuhkan pada era Society 5.0 melalui pendekatan library research. Data penelitian diperoleh dari berbagai sumber literatur berupa artikel ilmiah, buku, prosiding, dan publikasi akademik yang relevan dengan tema pengembangan SDM, transformasi digital, dan Society 5.0. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik content analysis melalui proses identifikasi, klasifikasi, interpretasi, dan sintesis berbagai temuan penelitian terdahulu. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi kompetensi SDM pada era Society 5.0 berfokus pada empat kompetensi utama, yaitu kompetensi digital, soft skills, kompetensi adaptif, dan kompetensi humanis. Kompetensi digital meliputi literasi teknologi, data, dan kecerdasan buatan, sedangkan soft skills mencakup kemampuan komunikasi, kolaborasi, kreativitas, dan kepemimpinan. Kompetensi adaptif diwujudkan melalui kemampuan belajar sepanjang hayat dan fleksibilitas dalam menghadapi perubahan, sementara kompetensi humanis menekankan etika, empati, integritas, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan organisasi dalam menghadapi era Society 5.0 sangat ditentukan oleh kemampuan mengintegrasikan kompetensi teknologi dan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan dalam pengembangan SDM.

The results of the study indicate that the success of establishing a bi’ah lughawiyah is influenced by the role of madrasah management, which includes planning language programs, organizing language activities, implementing Arabic language habituation, and continuously evaluating the programs. In addition, the support of madrasah principals, teachers, and the educational environment are important factors in creating an active and communicative language atmosphere. Strengthening the bi’ah lughawiyah not only improves students’ Arabic language skills but also forms an Islamic academic culture within the madrasah environment. The data were collected through documentation techniques from books, scientific journal articles, and academic publications related to the evaluation of Arabic language learning. The data were then analyzed using content analysis to identify, classify, and synthesize various concepts related to language assessment practices. The findings reveal that assessment in Arabic language learning should be authentic, contextual, and oriented toward communicative competence, while integrating linguistic elements with language skills. In addition, assessment should be conducted based on the principles of validity, reliability, objectivity, practicality, transparency, fairness, and sustainability. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive explanation of the assessment dimensions across the four Arabic language skills, along with their indicators and assessment techniques. These findings provide implications for educators in designing Arabic language assessments that are more systematic, communicative, and relevant to language learning objectives.

supporting the learning process. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach
using a library research method and comparative analysis. Data were obtained from
official documents, books, and relevant scientific journals. The results show that the 2013
Curriculum lesson plan has complete, detailed, and systematic components, providing
structured guidance for teaching, but it tends to be complex and burdens teachers
administratively. Meanwhile, the simplified lesson plan only consists of three main
components, namely learning objectives, learning activities, and assessment, making it
more flexible, practical, and efficient. In Social Studies learning, the simplified lesson
plan is considered more relevant as it accommodates contextual and student-centered
learning. However, the effectiveness of the simplified lesson plan highly depends on
teachers’ pedagogical competence in designing and implementing learning activities.
Therefore, teachers’ skills and creativity are required to ensure that the simplified lesson
plan can optimally achieve learning objectives.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus untuk menggali secara mendalam proses pembelajaran, interaksi, serta pengalaman guru dan siswa dalam penerapan model tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi PjBL melalui proyek pembuatan pop-up book kearifan lokal mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang aktif, kontekstual, dan bermakna, serta mendorong berkembangnya keterampilan HOTS dan kompetensi abad ke-21 (4C), yaitu berpikir kritis, kreativitas, kolaborasi, dan komunikasi. Siswa terlibat secara langsung dalam proses merancang, menyusun, dan mempresentasikan produk, sehingga pembelajaran tidak lagi berpusat pada guru. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi simultan antara PjBL, HOTS, dan keterampilan abad ke-21 dalam konteks pembelajaran IPAS berbasis kearifan lokal, serta penggunaan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengungkap proses implementasi secara nyata di kelas. Penelitian ini berkontribusi secara teoretis dalam memperkaya kajian pembelajaran abad ke-21 dan secara praktis memberikan panduan bagi guru dalam merancang pembelajaran inovatif, kontekstual, dan berbasis proyek di sekolah dasar.

The results indicate that the implementation of SPMI at SMK Negeri 10 Luwu has been systematically implemented through the PPEPP cycle (Mapping, Implementation, Evaluation, Control, and Standard Setting). Quality mapping is conducted periodically to identify achievements and needs for quality improvement. Program implementation is carried out through improving the quality of learning and collaborating with industry. Evaluations are conducted routinely to assess standard achievement, followed by control measures for improvement, and the establishment of new standards as a form of continuous quality improvement. This implementation contributes to graduates' work-readiness, characterized by competency in expertise, technical skills, practical abilities, and soft skills. However, obstacles encountered include limited infrastructure and uneven absorption of graduates into the workforce.

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of inclusive learning strategies in interventions for reading difficulties in dyslexic students at State Islamic Elementary School (MIN) 1 Karawang. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data were then analyzed using an interactive model that included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that strategy implementation was carried out through adaptive planning, differentiated learning, and individual development-based evaluation integrated into regular learning. Teachers modified materials, used visual media, segmented text, and continuously monitored student progress. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of strengthening teachers' pedagogical competencies in designing inclusive literacy interventions and the need for institutional support to ensure the sustainability of adaptive learning practices in madrasas.

Gen Z students (born 1997-2012) are digital natives who are pragmatic, creative, and highly dependent on technology for learning and personal branding. They favor visual-interactive methods, care about mental health/the environment, and focus on practical career outcomes (side hustles), but are prone to distraction and anxiety. Meanwhile, types of student attitude assessments generally include direct observation by lecturers, self-assessment, peer assessment, and daily journal entries. Aspects assessed include discipline, responsibility, honesty, cooperation, politeness, and initiative. This technique often uses a Likert scale or descriptive rubric. Therefore, it is crucial to pay attention to these items in the learning process at university. Powtoon is a web-based online animation and presentation creation platform that allows users to create engaging visual content, such as explainer videos, without requiring advanced graphic design skills. This application uses drag-and-drop features, ready-to-use templates, animated characters, and is supported by AI-based tools. This research uses a descriptive method, namely a research approach that aims to describe, explain, or map the characteristics of a phenomenon, situation, or population systematically, factually, and accurately based on data collected during the study. The results show the successful integration of Powtoon learning media with the responsible attitude of Gen Z students, evidenced by the existence of an orderly, understandable learning process and a high quality of understanding.
