ign. The population consisted of 122 teachers, all of whom were included as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis included descriptive analysis, prerequisite tests, and simple linear regression. The results showed that coaching-based academic supervision does not have a significant effect on teacher performance (p > 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.013 indicates that the contribution of coaching-based academic supervision to teacher performance is very low, accounting for only 1.3%, while most of the variation in teacher performance is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings indicate that coaching-based academic supervision has not been able to directly improve teacher performance, especially when its implementation is not carried out consistently and in depth. This study emphasizes that the effectiveness of coaching-based supervision is contextual and highly dependent on the quality of implementation and the support of the school’s organizational environment.

Abstract:From an Islamic perspective, marriage is not merely a civil matter, nor merely a family or cultural matter, but also relates to religious issues and events, as it is conducted to fulfill the provisions of Allah SWT and the…
he Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). A siri marriage is a marriage conducted without official state registration, thus having significant legal implications for women and children. While religiously, this marriage is considered valid, from a state legal perspective, unregistered marriages result in women losing their rights as wives, such as the right to maintenance, inheritance rights, and legal protection within the household. Furthermore, women in siri marriages lack a strong legal basis to file for divorce or assert their rights in court. Meanwhile, children born from siri marriages have only a civil relationship with their mothers, thus facing obstacles in obtaining birth certificates listing the father's name, inheritance rights, and rights to care and education from the father. Siri marriages are also often used as a way to freely practice polygamy without following proper procedures.

The results showed that the developed learning media was in the very feasible category based on the assessment of material experts and media experts with a feasibility percentage above 85%. The practicality test showed that teacher and student responses were in the practical to very practical category. The effectiveness test showed an increase in students' critical thinking abilities in the moderate to high category, and there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores. Thus, Android-based mathematics learning media using Smart Apps Creator is effective for improving the critical thinking abilities of high school students in West Sulawesi.
Abstract:Student brawls involving children remain a recurring social phenomenon in Indonesia and frequently result in serious criminal offenses, including those causing death. Children as perpetrators of criminal acts occupy a special…
ecial position within the criminal justice system; therefore, their criminal liability cannot be equated with that of adults. This study aims to analyze the criminal liability of children involved in brawls resulting in death and to examine the application of legal provisions in the Decision of the Tanjung Karang District Court based on the Child Protection Act and the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. The research employs normative juridical and empirical juridical approaches through the study of statutory regulations, analysis of court decisions, and interviews with law enforcement officers. The data were analyzed qualitatively to describe the implementation of juvenile criminal law. The findings indicate that child offenders may still be held criminally liable while observing the principle of the best interest of the child. Judges consider both juridical and non-juridical aspects, including the child’s role in the offense, age, psychological condition, and social inquiry reports, resulting in sanctions that emphasize rehabilitation rather than retribution. This study concludes that the application of juvenile criminal law in cases of brawls resulting in death is in accordance with prevailing legal provisions; however, improvements in the quality of case handling by law enforcement agencies are still necessary to ensure balanced and sustainable child protection and justice for victims.
Abstract:The teaching of fiqh munakahat in Islamic boarding schools is generally still dominated by a normative-legalistic approach, which emphasizes the determination of legal status, such as halal–haram or valid–invalid, based…
sed on texts and the authority of classical books. This approach is important in preserving the scholarly tradition of fiqh, but in practice it often does not encourage students to understand the legal objectives and social implications of fiqh provisions. This study aims to analyze how the maqāṣid syariah reasoning approach can be applied in the teaching of fiqh munakahat and how this approach influences the students' way of thinking. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design conducted at the Al-Ansor Islamic Boarding School in Padangsidimpuan. Data were collected through observation of the learning process in the classroom, discussions with students, and reflections from teachers during the field study. The results of the study show a shift in the students' way of thinking from a textual understanding of the law to a more reflective understanding, taking into account the social context and objectives of sharia. This research contributes by offering a more contextual, reflective, and relevant model of fiqh munakahat learning for the challenges of contemporary Muslim family life.
Abstract:The objective of this study is to examine the management of water production residues and to analyze their implementation in environmental accounting at PERUMDA Air Minum Mutiara Tirta, Gorontalo City. This study employs…
a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research informants were selected using purposive sampling, consisting of individuals who were considered knowledgeable and directly involved in the issues under investigation, including the Production Coordinator, Maintenance Division, Laboratory Officer of Zone 1, Assistant Manager of Secretariat and Public Relations, and the Accounting and Budgeting Officer. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation by applying data source triangulation to ensure data validity. The results indicate that the management of water production residues has been carried out in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); however, its effectiveness remains limited due to constraints in budget allocation, facilities, and waste treatment technology. In terms of environmental accounting implementation, the recognition, measurement, presentation, and disclosure of environmental costs have not been optimally integrated, as environmental costs are still recorded within general operational budgets without specific classification and detailed reporting. This condition reflects existing challenges in linking waste management practices with environmental accounting records. The main obstacles include limited technological capacity, insufficient human resources with expertise in environmental accounting, and the absence of specific regulations governing environmental cost recording. Therefore, clearer regulatory support, dedicated budget allocation, improved waste treatment technology, and employee training are required to ensure a more effective and sustainable implementation of environmental accounting.

Abstract:Amidst a digitized business landscape, Digital Leadership (DL) has emerged as a crucial predictor of Team Performance. However, a fundamental question arises: which dimensions of digital leadership truly drive performance…
e technical skills (tech-savviness), strategic vision, or relational skills? This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 51 articles to deconstruct digital leadership into four main dimensions: (1) Technological, (2) Visionary-Strategic, (3) Relational-Emotional, and (4) Structural-Managerial. The findings reveal an unexpected pattern: the technological dimension only acts as a hygiene factor, while the structural-managerial and visionary-strategic dimensions show the most consistent impact on team performance. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the relational dimension is highly context-dependent, strong in small Agile teams but NOT significant in large bureaucratic organizations. These findings suggest a reframing of the conventional assumption that “digital leaders” must start with technical expertise, and instead suggest that organizations should train digital talent in soft skills and strategic vision, or train existing visionary leaders in basic digital literacy.
Abstract:Social interaction that occurs on social media serves not only as a means of social interaction but also as a primary platform for information dissemination and public opinion formation. However, the ease of access and interactivity…
nteractivity of social media also pose serious challenges regarding the application of digital ethics. Freedom in social media is not limitless freedom. Digital ethics involves principles and norms that govern user behavior in creating, producing, and distributing content with full responsibility. The 2020 Digital Civility Index (DCI) report regarding changes in community behavior in social media usage and forms of communication interaction places Indonesia at the lowest rank in the civility index. Incivility in social media conduct by the community results in significant vulnerability and threats of division, unrest, and conflict within society. Digital ethics involves principles and norms that govern user behavior in creating, producing, and distributing content with full responsibility. Ethics and morals have an attachment to one another.
