. Currently, the development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is experiencing very rapid growth. The development of information technology, especially the internet, has provided many positive benefits for its users. However, the use of internet technology also has negative impacts that cannot be ignored. The increase in Cybercrime cases in Indonesia is also caused by the impact of advances in Information Technology. Based on this explanation, the aim of this research is to find out how to study law enforcement procedures for hacking victims on digital platforms and how to ensure that digital platform users are more regulated regarding cyber security. The research method used is a descriptive analytical method. The results and discussion in this research are that handling crime cases in the field of information and electronic transactions is a responsibility that has been established for investigators, especially cyber patrols, to investigate and uncover these crimes. The investigation process has a very important and strategic role in determining the success of criminal law enforcement. The quality of a good investigation greatly determines the possibility of success in the prosecution process and makes it easier to reveal material truths during the trial. In order to prevent cybercrime, it is important for individuals and governments to have a deep understanding of crime patterns in the digital realm as well as current and ongoing internet trends and behavior carried out by perpetrators of these crimes.

koh penting dalam kritik hadis kontemporer adalah Muhammad Syuhudi Ismail. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji metode kritik hadis perspektif Muhammad Syuhudi Ismail. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka atau literatur review. Sumber data utama adalah karya-karya Muhammad Syuhudi Ismail, khususnya "Kaedah Kesahihan Sanad Hadis" dan "Metodologi Penelitian Hadis Nabi". Data dikumpulkan melalui penelusuran dan penelaahan sumber literatur terkait, kemudian dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif-analitis dan interpretasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Syuhudi Ismail memperkenalkan metode rawi pertama (al-rawi al-awwal) yang fokus pada kritik sanad berbasis kredibilitas perawi pertama, yaitu sahabat Nabi. Dalam kritik matan, ia menekankan analisis makna secara kontekstual dengan mempertimbangkan latar situasi dan fungsi Nabi. Metode Syuhudi Ismail dinilai lebih sistematis, objektif, dan proporsional dibanding metode klasik. Namun, metodenya juga dianggap terlalu berfokus pada sahabat dan kurang teliti dalam kritik matan. Meski demikian, model kritik hadis Syuhudi Ismail tetap memberikan kontribusi positif bagi pengembangan studi hadis di Indonesia dan patut dipertimbangkan dalam upaya pemurnian hadis di era kontemporer.

ngan memanfaatkan perencanaan produksi digital melalui Google Spreadsheet dalam meningkatkan produktivitas UMKM.Melalui metode penelitian lapangan dan studi kasus pada beberapa UMKM, ditemukan bahwa integrasi Google Spreadsheet memungkinkan UMKM mengoptimalkan alokasi tenaga kerja, merinci perencanaan produksi, dan meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan. Ketersediaan data real-time memungkinkan pemilik UMKM untuk merespons dinamika pasar dengan lebih cepat dan efisien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM yang mengadopsi perencanaan produksi digital mencapai peningkatan produktivitas yang signifikan. Meskipun terdapat beberapa tantangan terkait pemahaman teknologi dan keamanan data, manfaatnya dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan daya saing UMKM menjadi lebih nyata. Penelitian ini memberikan landasan bagi UMKM untuk menggabungkan pengelolaan SDM dan perencanaan produksi digital dengan Google Spreadsheet sebagai solusi praktis untuk meningkatkan produktivitas. Rekomendasi disampaikan agar UMKM menyediakan pelatihan teknologi kepada karyawan, serta memperhatikan kebijakan keamanan data untuk memastikan keberlanjutan penerapan perangkat lunak tersebut. The population used in this study is taxpayers who own motorized vehicles registered at the SAMSAT Office in Southeast Aceh Regency. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents with the sampling method using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data used in this study is primary data from the result of distributing questionnaires. The test method uses the Valadity and Reliability test, Classical Assumption test, and Multiple Regression Analysis with the SPSS for Windows Version 25 program. The results of this study found that the variables of Taxpayes Awareness, Tax Sanctions, Tax Knowledge and Fiscus Services have a positive and significant effect on Motor Vehicle Taxpayer Compliance in District Southeast Aceh. With the result of this study it is hoped that the Southeast Aceh District SAMSAT office will continue to improve its performance so that people have confidence in paying taxes

ype of data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2018 - 2022. Samples were collected using the purposive sampling method. The amount of data observed was 92 companies, resulting in 46 companies or 230 observation data. Data were processed using the Eviews 10 Statistical Program to test hypotheses using logistic regression analysis. The results reveal that KAP size, audit tenure, audit fee, company size, and financial performance simultaneously influence audit quality, then the results of the t statistical test show that audit fees and company size have a positive effect on audit quality, but KAP size, audit tenure and financial performance have no effect on audit quality.

Untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi “Akhlak”, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Untuk mengumpulkan data, kuesioner dan observasi digunakan. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 45 karyawan dengan teknik random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil hipotesis Budaya Organisasi “Akhlak” diperoleh nilai thitung 6,768 > ttabel 2,018 dengan sig 0,000 < 0,005 yang secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil hipotesis Disiplin Kerja diperoleh nilai thitung 3,511 > ttabel 2,018 dengan sig 0,001 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil hipotesis Budaya Organisasi “Akhlak” dan Disiplin Kerja diperoleh dengan nilai Fhitung 51,105 > Ftabel 3,219 dengan sig 0,000 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Besarnya pengaruh determinasi Budaya Organisasi “Akhlak” dan Disiplin Kerja sebesar 70,9% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 29,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penulis.
