To enhance the effectiveness of technology use, strengthening infrastructure, digital literacy training, and optimizing the use of blended learning methods are necessary. Thus, the integration of technology in learning can be more optimal in supporting students' academic processes.

s and economic losses. Fire disasters are one of the serious threats in various environments, including Correctional Institutions (Lapas). Prisons have a high potential risk of fire due to various factors, such as the use of unsafe electrical equipment, overcrowding, lack of adequate fire fighting facilities and riots that lead to fires. The purpose of the study was to determine the picture of the attitude of preparedness related to fire disaster management among correctional officers at Pohuwato Prison. The type of quantitative descriptive research , the population of all Correctional Officers at Pohuwato Prison recorded in 2024 was 71 people. Sampling used the Non-Probability Sampling method with the Purposive Sampling technique . The technique was chosen based on certain considerations according to the research criteria. A sample of 59 respondents was obtained. The single variable analyzed was related to the attitude of preparedness. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using reliability and normality tests . The results of the study showed a picture of the attitude of preparedness of correctional officers with a sufficient category of 56 respondents (94.9%). It was concluded that the attitude of preparedness of correctional officers was still sufficient and there was a need for counseling or training related to fire disaster management at Pohuwato Prison.

This research aims to analyze the prospective added value stemming from the pempek businesses in Melayu Sub-District, Tenggarong, Kutai Kertanegara. The acquired data underwent meticulous processing, tabulation, and subsequent analytical examination, characterized by both descriptive and value-added analyses, utilizing the Hayami model. The research showed that the managed pempek businesses are predominantly of small scale, utilizing relatively simple technology. On average, a single production cycle yields 126.64 kg, or monthly output of 633.2 kg. The value-added analysis reveals a figure of 186,734 IDR per kg, with a commendable value-added ratio of 70.95%. This signifies that the conversion of belida fish into pempek not only imparts substantial value but also presents a highly promising avenue for further expansion and development.

the development of halal certification in West Java MSMEs in 2023, identify the challenges faced, and evaluate the government's efforts and targets in supporting the acceleration of halal certification. This research approach is qualitative, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with the Secretary of the Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency (BPJPH) and supported by statistical data related to the development of halal certification. The findings show that the development of halal certification in West Java in 2023 shows significant achievements with the realization of 189,886 certificates, although it is still faced with challenges in MSME literacy, administrative obstacles, and limited BPJPH resources.

The results of the study show that: 1) The implementation of human resource development based on the value of paddle baimbai at SMPIT Robbani is carried out based on teamwork and collaboration. Meanwhile, in SMPIT ANIC is based on morals and self-potential. 2) Programs implemented at SMPIT Robbani include APNI, IHT, Kombel, Morning Instruction, Training, Workshop, Supervision, Coaching, tahsin and teacher tahfizh. At SMPIT ANIC, there are training, mentorship, leadership development, character development and English learning. 3) The obstacles faced by SMPIT Robbani are the time of activities at the same time as other activities, lack of understanding, limited human resources, difficulties in implementation, and lack of motivation. The challenge faced is maintaining commitment. Meanwhile, the obstacles to SMPIT ANIC are limited time and availability of resources, underestimating training, resistance and motivation. The results of the study provide insight into the importance of ethics education for notaries, supervision from authorized institutions, and enforcement of codes of ethics in maintaining the integrity of the notary profession in Indonesia.
