System implementation is done after the design is complete, followed by a testing phase to ensure system functionality and reliability. he AHP method is used to facilitate more objective and structured decision making in the employee selection process. This research involved interviews with MSME owners and related staff, direct observation in the employee selection process, as well as literature studies to gain an in-depth understanding of the concepts and applications of the AHP Method in the context of employee selection. The results show that the implementation of SPK using the AHP Method can improve objectivity, consistency, and efficiency in the employee selection process. Suggestions for the development and implementation of an effective SDM are also presented. This research contributes to the development of more scientific and measurable decision-making methods in human resource management, especially in the context of MSMEs.

koh penting dalam kritik hadis kontemporer adalah Muhammad Syuhudi Ismail. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji metode kritik hadis perspektif Muhammad Syuhudi Ismail. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka atau literatur review. Sumber data utama adalah karya-karya Muhammad Syuhudi Ismail, khususnya "Kaedah Kesahihan Sanad Hadis" dan "Metodologi Penelitian Hadis Nabi". Data dikumpulkan melalui penelusuran dan penelaahan sumber literatur terkait, kemudian dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif-analitis dan interpretasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Syuhudi Ismail memperkenalkan metode rawi pertama (al-rawi al-awwal) yang fokus pada kritik sanad berbasis kredibilitas perawi pertama, yaitu sahabat Nabi. Dalam kritik matan, ia menekankan analisis makna secara kontekstual dengan mempertimbangkan latar situasi dan fungsi Nabi. Metode Syuhudi Ismail dinilai lebih sistematis, objektif, dan proporsional dibanding metode klasik. Namun, metodenya juga dianggap terlalu berfokus pada sahabat dan kurang teliti dalam kritik matan. Meski demikian, model kritik hadis Syuhudi Ismail tetap memberikan kontribusi positif bagi pengembangan studi hadis di Indonesia dan patut dipertimbangkan dalam upaya pemurnian hadis di era kontemporer.

was conducted at Asy-Syifa Al-Inayah Middle School, Jambi City, with the aim of obtaining a description of student representation in solving mathematical problems. Subjects in this study were selected using purposive sampling based on visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles. It is hoped that this research will provide benefits in improving mathematics learning. The results of the research show that the representation of auditory students and visual students in solving mathematical problems each fulfills three indicators, while kinesthetic students only fulfill two indicators of mathematical representation. In presenting information, visual and auditory subjects each tend to present it in the form of images (geometry or number patterns) and create situations based on the problem given. Meanwhile, kinesthetic subjects tend to only create images to clarify problems and facilitate their resolution. In solving problems, both visual and auditory subjects are able to solve problems by making patterns based on the problem given and making conclusions from a pattern. It's just that auditory subjects can shorten problem solving steps by using mathematical expressions. Meanwhile, kinesthetic subjects experience problems in solving combinatorics problems, where they are unable to present images or patterns that can help solve the problem.
