The purpose of this research is to create a decision support system using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, which facilitates the determination of priority handling of community complaint reports at the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia Bengkulu Representation. This decision support system is built on a web-based platform using PHP programming language with a MySQL database that can be accessed offline by the admin of the Ombudsman. With the existence of this priority recommendation, it is expected that work will become more effective and efficient, as resources can be focused on reports that most need attention. Based on the test data used, which consists of 12 Community Complaint Reports from July 2024, it was found that the priority handling recommendations for community complaint reports were derived from 3 reports with the highest final AHP values. The recommended priority handling reports are registration number 0021/LM/VII/2024/BKL with a final AHP value of 2.074, registration number 0020/LM/VII/2024/BKL with a final AHP value of 1.964, and registration number 0018/LM/VII/2024/BKL with a final AHP value of 1.866.

The method used in this study involves retrieving movie details from the TMDB API and ratings from the MovieLens 32M Dataset (2010-2023). Each model's performance is evaluated using evaluation metrics such as RMSE and MAE. The results of this study indicate that Neural Collaborative Filtering achieves the best prediction performance (RMSE = 0.785423, MAE = 0.581262), followed by the hybrid model (RMSE = 0.800863, MAE = 0.660872), while Content-Based Filtering produces low performance and limits the capabilities of the hybrid model. In conclusion, these findings highlight the superiority of latent feature-based models such as NCF that learn directly from user interaction patterns over content-based approaches in the context of modern recommendation systems.

Abstrak: Sistem rekomendasi menjadi semakin penting seiring berkembangnya platform streaming. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membandingkan kinerja Content-Based Filtering, Neural Collaborative Filtering dan kombinasi keduanya dalam sistem rekomendasi film. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan pengambilan detail film dari TMDB API dan rating dari dataset MovieLens 32M Dataset (2010-2023). Setiap peforma model dievaluasi dengan menggunakan metrik evaluasi seperti RMSE dan MAE. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Neural Collaborative Filtering mencapai kinerja prediksi terbaik (RMSE = 0.785423, MAE = 0.581262), diikuti oleh model hybrid (RMSE = 0.800863, MAE = 0.660872), sementara Content-Based Filtering menghasilkankan peforma yang rendah dan membatasi kemampuan model hybrid. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menyoroti superiotas model berbasis latent feature seperti NCF yang belajar langsung dari pola interaksi pengguna dibandingkan pendekatan berbasis konten dalam konteks sistem rekomendasi modern.

Using mixed-method methodology integrating blockchain system design, stakeholder analysis, and economic simulation, this research develops a comprehensive technology framework combining blockchain transparency, smart contract automation, and sustainable tokenomics with novel mathematical models. The system implements dynamic pricing algorithms based on Automated Market Maker (AMM) mechanisms, multi-objective optimization for supply chain efficiency, and reputation-based consensus protocols. Simulation results demonstrate that VegeChain implementation can improve supply chain efficiency by 35%, reduce food waste by 28%, and increase consumer trust by 42% measured through validated stakeholder satisfaction surveys (n=456) using 5-point Likert scales with statistical significance p<0.001. The system is implemented using an Arduino Uno microcontroller and supporting devices, including an ESP8266 Wi-Fi module, an ultrasonic sensor, a soil moisture sensor, a stepper motor and a servo motor. Telegram serves as the monitoring tool, sending notifications connected to the Arduino via a Wi-Fi network. Test results showed that the system operates effectively: the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor functions as a water level reader, and the stepper motor opens and closes the water gate. Soil moisture monitoring uses a soil moisture sensor to measure the water content in the soil. If the sensor detects dry soil conditions or a moisture level below 60%, the servo motor will rotate 15° to close the water channel. Conversely, if the sensor detects wet or moist soil conditions, the servo motor will rotate 0° to close the water channel.

Systems Study Program, still faces challenges in increasing the percentage of students who graduate on time. This study aims to identify factors that influence students' on-time graduation and build a prediction model using the multiple linear regression method. This method was chosen because it is able to analyze the simultaneous influence of several independent numeric variables on one dependent variable, making it suitable for studying the complex relationship between factors that influence student graduation. The independent variables analyzed in this study include GPA, parental income, and student part-time jobs with student graduation as the dependent variable. The results showed that parental income and part-time jobs had a significant positive effect on on-time graduation, while GPA had a negative effect. The model built had an R² value of 0.6153 and a standard error of 4.0653, indicating that the model was quite strong and accurate. These findings recommend Universitas Royal to strengthen the academic monitoring system and support working students, as well as design policies based on students' socio-economic conditions to increase the on-time graduation rate.

Abstrak: Kelulusan tepat waktu merupakan indikator penting dalam mengukur keberhasilan pendidikan tinggi serta mencerminkan efektivitas proses akademik di perguruan tinggi. Universitas Royal, khususnya Program Studi Sistem Informasi, masih menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan persentase mahasiswa yang lulus tepat waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kelulusan tepat waktu mahasiswa serta membangun model prediksi menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda. Metode ini dipilih karena mampu menganalisis pengaruh simultan beberapa variabel independen numerik terhadap satu variabel dependen, sehingga sesuai untuk mengkaji hubungan kompleks antar faktor yang memengaruhi kelulusan mahasiswa. Variabel independen yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini meliputi IPK, penghasilan orangtua, dan pekerjaan sambilan mahasiswa dengan kelulusan mahasiswa sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penghasilan orangtua dan pekerjaan sambilan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kelulusan tepat waktu, sedangkan IPK justru memiliki pengaruh negatif. Model yang dibangun memiliki nilai R² sebesar 0,6153 dan standar error 4,0653, menandakan model cukup kuat dan akurat. Temuan ini merekomendasikan Universitas Royal untuk memperkuat sistem monitoring akademik dan mendukung mahasiswa yang bekerja, serta merancang kebijakan berbasis kondisi sosial-ekonomi mahasiswa guna meningkatkan angka kelulusan tepat waktu.

ctive system that can assist users and workshops in planning maintenance and managing battery inventory effectively. This study aims to develop a battery lifespan prediction model for motorcycles using the Double Moving Average (DMA) method. The model is built based on historical data from 12 motorcycle units, including usage frequency, duration, terrain conditions, and maintenance habits. Forecasting is conducted through two stages of moving averages followed by trend parameter calculations. Evaluation results show that the model has a high level of accuracy, with MAPE = 0.10, MAD = 1.68, and RMSE = 2.14, indicating very low prediction errors. In addition, DMA is also used to forecast product demand at PT Anugerah Karya Abiwara Kisaran to prevent stock shortages. The system is developed using Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access and has proven effective in supporting maintenance planning and inventory control. With its high accuracy and efficiency, the results of this study provide tangible contributions to decision-making in battery maintenance and inventory management.

Abstrak: Ketidakmampuan dalam memantau usia pakai aki sepeda motor secara akurat dapat menyebabkan kerusakan mendadak, mengganggu aktivitas pengguna, serta meningkatkan biaya perawatan. Permasalahan ini diperburuk oleh tidak tersedianya sistem prediktif yang membantu pengguna dan bengkel dalam merencanakan perawatan serta mengelola persediaan aki secara efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model prediksi usia pemakaian aki sepeda motor dengan menggunakan metode Double Moving Average (DMA). Model dibangun berdasarkan data historis dari 12 unit sepeda motor yang mencakup frekuensi penggunaan, durasi, kondisi medan dan kebiasaan perawatan. Proses peramalan dilakukan melalui dua tahap perataan bergerak, yang kemudian diikuti dengan perhitungan parameter tren. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa model ini memiliki tingkat akurasi yang tinggi, dengan nilai MAPE sebesar 0,10, MAD sebesar 1,68, dan RMSE sebesar 2,14, yang mengindikasikan tingkat kesalahan prediksi yang sangat rendah. Selain itu, metode DMA juga diterapkan untuk meramalkan permintaan produk pada PT Anugerah Karya Abiwara Kisaran guna mencegah terjadinya kekurangan stok. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan Visual Studio 2010 dan Microsoft Access, serta terbukti efektif dalam mendukung perencanaan perawatan dan pengendalian persediaan. Hasil dari simulasi menunjukan seluruh perangkat saling terhubung dengan baik, ditandai dengan berhasilnya pengujian ping IP antar perangkat. uality in order to take appropriate mitigation measures. This study aims to analyze the use of Neural Network (NN) algorithms in predicting air quality in cities. The method used is the application of the NN model, especially the Multilayer Perceptron (MLP), which is trained using historical air quality data such as dust particle levels (PM10, PM2.5), carbon monoxide (CO) gas, and temperature. The data used in this study came from urban air quality monitoring stations collected over a period of time. The results show that the Neural Network algorithm can provide quite accurate predictions of air quality with a low Mean Absolute Error (MAE) value, showing the effectiveness of the model in predicting f fluctuations in air quality. The conclusion of this study is that Neural Network algorithms, specifically MLPs, are an effective tool for air quality prediction, which can be used as a basis for urban air quality management policies.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan algoritma Neural Network (NN) dalam memprediksi kualitas udara di perkotaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penerapan model NN, khususnya Multilayer Perceptron (MLP), yang dilatih menggunakan data kualitas udara historis seperti kadar partikel debu (PM10, PM2.5), gas karbon monoksida (CO), dan suhu. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari stasiun pemantauan kualitas udara di perkotaan yang dikumpulkan selama periode waktu tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Neural Network dapat memberikan prediksi yang cukup akurat terhadap kualitas udara dengan nilai Mean Absolute Error (MAE) yang rendah, menunjukkan efektivitas model dalam memprediksi fluktuasi kualitas udara. This study aims to evaluate the maturity level of IT governance at UBP Karawang to ensure alignment with the university's strategic goals and identify areas requiring improvement. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method based on COBIT 2019, with data collected from 92 respondents, analyzed through goals cascade mapping and maturity level measurement. The evaluation results across 14 COBIT 2019 domains indicate that the IT governance maturity level at UBP Karawang is at Level 4 (Quantitatively Managed) with a score of 3.86 and an average gap of 1.13 from the expected level. The findings suggest that while IT governance at UBP Karawang is well-managed, there is still room for improvement. Therefore, several recommendations are proposed to optimize IT governance effectiveness, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the achievement of the university's strategic objectives.

Abstrak: Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi (TI) di perguruan tinggi sangat krusial untuk mendukung aktivitas akademik dan administratif. Pusat Data dan Informasi (PUSDATIN) UBP Karawang mengelola berbagai layanan TI, seperti Sistem Informasi Perguruan Tinggi (SIPT), e-learning Buana Online Course (BOC) dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kematangan tata kelola TI di UBP Karawang guna memastikan keselarasan dengan tujuan universitas serta mengidentifikasi area yang memerlukan perbaikan. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode deskriptif kuantitatif berbasis COBIT 2019, dengan data diperoleh dari 92 responden, dianalisis melalui pemetaan goals cascade dan pengukuran maturity level. Hasil evaluasi pada 14 domain COBIT 2019 menunjukkan tingkat kematangan TI UBP Karawang berada di Level 4 (Terkelola secara Kuantitatif) dengan skor 3.86, serta rata-rata gap 1.13 dari tingkat yang diharapkan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun tata kelola TI di UBP Karawang telah terkelola dengan baik, masih terdapat ruang untuk perbaikan. Oleh karena itu, beberapa rekomendasi diajukan guna mengoptimalkan efektivitas tata kelola TI, menjamin kepatuhan terhadap regulasi, serta mendukung pencapaian tujuan strategis universitas.
