y and social responsibility, understanding the relationships between these organizational capabilities becomes crucial for competitive advantage. Using a quantitative methodology, this research employed saturated sampling of 87 managers from fast-fashion companies across major Indonesian cities including Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and Medan. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The measurement model demonstrated strong reliability and validity, with all constructs exceeding recommended thresholds for Cronbach's Alpha (0.832-0.873), Composite Reliability (0.883-0.911), and Average Variance Extracted (0.603-0.671). Discriminant validity was confirmed through Fornell-Larcker criterion and HTMT ratios below 0.85. The findings reveal that ethical leadership, innovation adoption, and creativity function as complementary organizational resources that collectively enhance company performance rather than operating in isolation. These results provide empirical evidence for the synergistic effects of leadership behavior, technological orientation, and creative capacity in driving organizational success. The study contributes to management literature by demonstrating the integrated nature of these capabilities and offers practical guidance for fast-fashion companies seeking sustainable competitive advantage through ethical practices, systematic innovation, and creative organizational cultures.

Results demonstrate that AI implementation has achieved significant improvements in operational efficiency, particularly in automated patent classification, prior art searching, and examination support systems. Approximately 190,000 AI patents were granted globally between 2000-2022, reflecting increasing technological importance. In Indonesia, AI implementation must align with Law No. 13 of 2016 on Patents as amended by Law No. 65 of 2024. The landmark Thaler v. Vidal case confirms AI cannot be an "inventor" but can serve as an assistive tool with significant human contribution. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 55 finance professionals occupying leadership roles across various organizations. The study assessed their levels of AI literacy and examined its relationship with their perceived leadership effectiveness. The results reveal a significant positive correlation between AI literacy and leadership effectiveness, indicating that leaders with higher AI literacy are better equipped to drive innovation, make strategic decisions, and successfully adapt to technological change. This study aims to identify key systemic risk factors of medical emergencies related to sunnah cupping and propose an integrative framework combining Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) with modern clinical standards. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed using a systematic literature review of peer-reviewed journals, clinical reports, Islamic texts, and contemporary fatwas. Thematic analysis revealed five major risk categories: lack of medical screening, unlicensed practitioners, hidden comorbidities, absence of emergency protocols, and poor understanding of medical safety. Reported complications included hypovolemic shock, infections, and prolonged wound healing—especially in patients with undiagnosed diabetes or coagulation disorders. The study also found that public misconceptions equating religious merit with clinical safety further worsen these risks. The research highlights the urgent need for standardized medical and sharia-based training, certification systems, and public education. Collaboration among healthcare professionals, Islamic scholars, and educational institutions is essential to establish a safe, accountable, and spiritually valid model of sunnah cupping. Integrating medical protocols with fiqh compliance can significantly reduce emergency incidents, enhance practitioner competency, and preserve the prophetic nature of the practice within a modern health framework. These findings offer a strategic path for safer implementation of prophetic medicine across Muslim communities.

The sample in this study was 20 Physical Education teachers, both male and female teachers spread across 10 Mitra SMKs. The research instrument was a research questionnaire consisting of 40 statements. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis which was expressed in the form of a percentage. The results of the study indicate that the Perception of Physical Education Teachers on the Performance of Students of the Introduction to School Fields (PLP) Department of Sports Education, University of Riau in 2023: Case Study at SMK Pekanbaru City is included in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 50%, namely the majority of Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions were 10 people. In the good and less categories with the same percentage of 25% or 5 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions. Meanwhile, the results of the categories of each indicator include pedagogical competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 60% or 12 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions, social competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 75% or 15 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions, personality competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 65% or 13 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions, and professional competence, the majority are in the sufficient category with a large percentage of 70% or 14 Physical Education teachers who gave perceptions. To achieve this, a systematic literature review is conducted, establishing a structured theoretical framework by drawing on findings from previous research. The study concludes that essential language competencies for global business success include verbal communication, writing skills, cross-cultural understanding, listening, and negotiation abilities. Among these, verbal skills in English, as an international language, are especially crucial in settings such as presentations, meetings, and negotiations. Effective verbal communication requires not only mastery of grammar but also the ability to use non-verbal cues, like intonation and body language, to reinforce and clarify messages. These competencies are emphasized as crucial for professionals who wish to excel in the global business landscape, where effective communication can significantly influence outcomes. The theory of Path-Goal has 4 indicators, namely steering leadership, supporting leadership, participatory leadership, and achievement-oriented leadership. The method used in this study is quantitative method. The research location is in the Batam area of Sekupang District by taking 7 villages, from Tiban Baru, Tiban Lama, Sungai Harapan, Tanjung Riau, Tanjung Pinggir, Patam Lestari, and Tiban Indah Villages. Data was collected using questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents spread across 7 sub-districts. The data is analyzed using a percentage formula. Based on the results of research from the four indicators of directed leadership get a percentage value of 77.86% with the good category, supporting leadership gets a percentage value of 77.6% with the good category, participatory leadership gets a percentage value of 72.2% with the good category, and achievement-oriented leadership gets a percentage value of 78% with the good category. The conclusion of the four indicators consisting of 12 statements using the percentage formula that public perception produced for the assessment of the overall leadership indicators of Muhammad Rudi as Mayor of Batam is 95.52% is at the Likert scale interval of 81-100% with the very good category.

s business faces the challenge of unpredictable monthly fluctuations in consumer demand, which often lead to supply imbalances, overproduction, or lost profit opportunities due to stockouts. This study aims to implement and analyze the accuracy of the Single Moving Average (SMA) quantitative forecasting method in predicting Sate Padang Hapis sales volumes for June 2026. Model performance was evaluated by assessing mathematical accuracy across two time-interval variations: 3-month and 5-month moving averages. Projection error rates were rigorously measured using Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD), Mean Squared Error (MSE), and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) parameters. The analysis reveals that the Single Moving Average model with a 5-month interval yields projections closest to actual data, achieving the lowest error rates (MAD: 28.00; MSE: 1,304.00; MAPE: 2.28%). Implementing this forecasting model provides management with an objective basis for decision-making, enabling the effective and efficient optimization of raw material logistics and supply management.
