The difficulty of the teacher in applying HOTS questions is due to the lack of information obtained by the teacher and the lack of sharing activities to compile HOTS questions. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training for vocational mathematics teachers in making HOTS questions. This community service activity is in the form of training for Mathematics Teachers of Denpasar Development Vocational School and involving all teachers of mathematics subjects. The partner in this dedication activity named I Made Surya Mega Widiastha, S.Pd is one of the mathematics teachers at the Denpasar Development Vocational School. The implementation of community service activities is carried out through three stages, namely planning, implementation, and reflection. Based on the results of the questionnaire given to the partners and to the school, the results of the service have been able to run well.

Abstrak: Rendahnya HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) siswa berdasarkan hasil PISA 2015 dalam matematika menunjukkan karakteristik pembelajaran matematika masih terbiasa dengan soal-soal Lower Order Thinking Skills (LOTS). Berdasarkan hal tersebut, perlu dikembangkan soal matematika HOTS di jenjang pendidikan sekolah menengah Kejuruan. Kesulitan guru dalam menerapkan soal-soal HOTS dikarenakan kurangnya informasi yang diperoleh guru serta minimnya kegiatan sharing untuk menyusun soal HOTS. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk memberikan pelatihan bagi guru matematika SMK dalam membuat soal-soal HOTS. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa pelatihan kepada guru matematika SMK Pembangunan Denpasar dan melibatkan semua guru mata pelajaran matematika. Mitra pada kegiatan pengabdian ini bernama I Made Surya Mega Widiastha, S.Pd merupakan salah satu guru matematika di SMK Pembangunan Denpasar. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, implementasi, dan refleksi. Berdasarkan hasil kuisioner yang diberikan kepada pihak mitra maupun ke pihak sekolah diperoleh hasil pengabdian sudah dapat berjalan dengan baik.

Abstrak : Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pelatihan pengaruh teknologi dan motivasi kinerja anggota polsek porsea ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman yang diharapkan dapat menghasilkan pengetahuan baru dengan adanya teknologi yang berkembang saat ini. Adapun sasaran dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk dapat menambah wawasan pengetahuan tentang hadirnya teknologi-teknologi baru dan juga menjadikan motivasi kerja yang tinggi. Kegaiatan pelatihan pengaruh teknologi dan motivasi kinerja anggota polsek porsea dalam dunia kriminal ini disajikan dengan metode ceramah, demontrasi video dan tanya jawab. Manfaat yang di peroleh dari kegiatan ini antara lain dapat meningkatkan kinerja anggota polsek porsea dalam pengetahuan teknologi yang ada kepolisian, sehingga anggota bekerja sesuai bidang dan dapat menguasai betul teknologi yang ada di kepolisian agar bekerja secara secara profesional. Ini membuktikan agar terciptalah suasana yang aman dan kondusif bagi masyarakat.

This dedication activity is carried out using lecture, demonstration, and practice methods accompanied by questions and answers. The lecture method is used to explain the introductory concept of the introduction of Adobe Photoshop software as one of the media in processing images. The demonstration method is used to show a work process that is the stages of introducing tools in Adobe Photoshop software and knowing each of its functions, while the training method is to practice directly how to design posters in the application. While the question and answer method is to give participants the opportunity to consult to overcome obstacles in understanding the material that has been obtained. The final results of this activity are expected to add insight to students in designing posters as a way to present or convey information.

Abstrak:Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan sehari bagi siswa-siswi dalam mendesain poster menggunakan software adobe Photoshopsebagai salah satu cara untuk menambah dan mengembangkan kemampuan dan kreatifitas siswa-siswi di SMA Negeri 5 Tanjungbalai.Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah parasiswa-siswi SMA Negeri 5 Tanjungbalai yang berjumlah lebih kurang 18 orang.Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metodeceramah, demonstrasi, dan latihan yang disertai tanya jawab. Metodeceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan konsep pengantar dari pengenalan software adobe Photoshopsebagai salah satu media dalam mengolah gambar. Metode demonstrasidipakai untuk menunjukkan suatu proses kerja yaitu tahap-tahapmengenalan tool-tool yang ada pada software adobe Photoshopdan mengetahui masing-masing fungsinya, sedangkanmetode latihan untuk mempraktikkan langsung cara mendesain poster pada aplikasi tersebut. Sementara metode tanya jawab untukmemberi kesempatan para peserta dalam berkonsultasi untuk mengatasi kendaladalam memahami materi yang sudah didapat.Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini diharapkan dapatmenambah wawasanbagi para siswa dalam mendesain poster sebagai salah satu cara dalam menyajikan atau menyampaikan informasi.

able to arrange the classroom action research (CAR). However, this desire is constrained by the limited opportunities given to them attending CAR training. Most of them do not have enough knowledge about CAR preparation. In addition to being unfamiliar with research methods, they also lack knowledge of how to plan and compile their reports. Seeing this problem, this dedication activity became a concrete effort to help teachers, especially members of the Secang GTT-PTT Honorary Forum at Secang District, to provide training and mentoring for the preparation of CAR increasing the knowledge about CAR development. This community service was carried out within 4 months. This activity was attended by 25 participants. The method of activities carried out to resolve partner problems was through training and mentoring divided into 5 meetings at the SDN 2 Secang hall. Material presented at the first meeting were: (1) PTK concept; (2) preparation of background, problem identification and formulation of topics and problems; (3) looking for sources of reference related to the topic, as well as the design of the CAR implementation; (4) preparation of results and discussion; and (5) finalization of the report.

Abstrak: Permenpan-RB Tahun 2009 tentang Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) tidak hanya ditujukan kepada guru PNS saja namun guru secara umum. Anggota Forum Tenaga Honorer GTT-PTT Kecamatan Secang memiliki keinginan yang kuat untuk mampu menyusun PTK. Namun, keinginan tersebut terkendala dengan terbatasnya kesempatan yang diberikan kepada mereka untuk mengikuti pelatihan PTK. Sebagian besar dari mereka tidak memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup mengenai penyusunan PTK. Selain awam dengan metode penelitian, mereka juga tidak memiliki pengetahuan tentang bagaimana merencanakan dan menyusun laporannya. Melihat masalah tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian ini menjadi upaya konkret dalam membantu guru terutama anggota Forum Tenaga Honorer GTT-PTT Kecamatan Secang untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan penyusunan PTK dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang penyusunan PTK. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam waktu 4 bulan. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 25 peserta. Metode kegiatan yang dilaksanakan guna menyelesaikan permasalahanmitra adalah dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dibagi menjadi 5 pertemuan bertempat di aula SDN 2 Secang. Materi yang disampaikan dalam pertemuan pertama adalah: (1) konsep PTK; (2) penyusunan latar belakang, identifikasi masalah serta perumusan topik dan masalah; (3) mencari sumber rujukan terkait topik, serta desain pelaksanaan PTK; (4) penyusunan hasil dan pembahasan; dan (5) finalisasi laporan.

The use of social media for business activities has a very positive impact on improving the welfare of the community economically. To achieve these objectives, training and coaching to the public regarding the use of social media are held. The training was carried out at the Pesona Rhabayu Housing Community of Patam Lestari Village, Sekupang District, Batam. The training was conducted by monitoring and tutorials on how to use social media properly, including information dissemination on the Information and Electronic Transaction Law (UU ITE) so that the community has a legal basis for using social media. The first result of this dedication is that people's understanding of the ITE Law can be seen from discussions and questions and answers, secondly, people's ability to access and utilize social media for business facilities by forming a social media group as a forum for the community to promote their efforts.

Ketersediaan dosen yang memadai, antusiasme peserta, dan dukungan kepala sekolah merupakan pendukung terlaksananya kegiatan PKM ini.Adapun kendala yang dihadapi adalah kemampuan peserta menggunakan porgram aplikasi ini masih rendah.Manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini antara lain peserta dapat mengetahui tentang arti pentingnya penggunaan Micrososft Excel terutama menggunakan tabel pada pengolahan nilai suswa yang selalu digunakan oleh para guru-guru di sekolah dalam memasukkan nilai siswa dan aplikasi formula dasar dalam mempercepat pengolahan data lainnya.
