This study develops a Decision Support System (DSS) that integrates the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to support objective and transparent student selection. A quantitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation at two state junior high schools in Banjarmasin City. Seven assessment criteria were applied: attendance, behavior, uniform neatness, extracurricular participation, academic grades, competition achievements, and disciplinary records. AHP was used to determine the weight of each criterion, while TOPSIS ranked students based on these weights. The web-based system was developed using PHP and MySQL and evaluated using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Results show that academic grades had the highest weight (28.5%), followed by attendance (22.3%) and competition performance (15.2%). The TAM evaluation yielded average scores of 4.32 for Perceived Ease of Use, 4.40 for Perceived Usefulness, 4.15 for Attitudes Towards Use, and 4.28 for Behavioral Intention to Use. The DSS produces accurate rankings, is well-received by users, and offers an efficient, fair, and replicable solution for data-driven educational governance in the digital era.

in this study aims to build a data structure modeling and facilitate the school MAS Islamiyah Hessa Air Genting in the assessment to determine the best teacher transparently and measurably by using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) algorithm. The TOPSIS method was chosen because it is able to provide ranking results based on the closeness of alternatives to the ideal solution. In this modeling, assessment criteria data such as pedagogical, professional, personality, social competencies, as well as other indicators such as teacher discipline and achievement are modeled structurally in a relational database. The results show that the designed data structure is able to support the decision-making process efficiently and objectively.

Abstrak: Penilaian kinerja guru merupakan aspek yang sangat penting dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan saat ini, namun sering terjadi saat proses penilaian kendala subjektivitas dan kurangnya sistem yang terstruktur, dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun pemodelan struktur data serta mempermudah pihak sekolah MAS Islamiyah Hessa Air Genting dalam penilaian untuk menentukan guru terbaik secara transparan dan terukur dengan menggunakan algoritma Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Metode TOPSIS dipilih karena mampu memberikan hasil perankingan berdasarkan kedekatan alternatif terhadap solusi ideal. Dalam pemodelan ini, data kriteria penilaian seperti kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, kepribadian, sosial, serta indikator lain seperti kedisiplinan dan prestasi guru dimodelkan secara terstruktur dalam basis data relasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur data yang dirancang mampu mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan secara efisien dan objektif.

QA) with the PPEPP cycle, namely Determination (P), Implemen-tation (P), Evaluation (E), Control (P), and Improvement (P). Some universities have implemented IQA with system. The problem is that the system does not line well with the PPEPP cycle, which results in unsatisfactory audit results. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well the university-owned AQI system features in line the PPEPP cycle and to highlight development opportunities. The method used Feature Oriented Domain analysis (FODA) and Acceptance Testing. This study delivered an analysis of IQA system features that consistent with PPEPP. The FODA results were validated by expert and tested with User Acceptance Test (UAT) with 89.98% user response that the system is acceptable. The research contributes to universities' understanding of the features necessary in the AQI system, which has an impact on the perfection of the university AQI system design in accordance with the PPEPP cycle.

Abstrak: Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi telah menyusun pedoman Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal atau yang dikenal dengan SPMI, yang diimplementasikan melalui Audit Mutu Internal (AMI) dengan siklus PPEPP, yaitu Penetapan (P), Pelaksanaan (P), Evaluasi (E), Pengendalian (P), dan Peningkatan (P). Beberapa perguruan tinggi telah mengimplementasikan AMI dengan sistem. Permasalahannya, sistem tersebut tidak sejalan dengan siklus PPEPP, sehingga hasil audit kurang memuaskan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi seberapa baik fitur sistem AMI milik perguruan tinggi sejalan dengan siklus PPEPP dan menyoroti peluang pengembangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis Feature Oriented Domain (FODA) dan Acceptance Testing. Penelitian ini menghasilkan analisis fitur sistem AMI yang konsisten dengan PPEPP. Hasil FODA divalidasi oleh ahli dan diuji dengan User Acceptance Test (UAT) dengan 89,98% respon pengguna bahwa sistem dapat diterima. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman universitas terhadap fitur-fitur yang diperlukan dalam sistem AMI, yang berdampak pada kesempurnaan desain sistem AMI universitas sesuai dengan siklus PPEPP.

Systems Study Program, still faces challenges in increasing the percentage of students who graduate on time. This study aims to identify factors that influence students' on-time graduation and build a prediction model using the multiple linear regression method. This method was chosen because it is able to analyze the simultaneous influence of several independent numeric variables on one dependent variable, making it suitable for studying the complex relationship between factors that influence student graduation. The independent variables analyzed in this study include GPA, parental income, and student part-time jobs with student graduation as the dependent variable. The results showed that parental income and part-time jobs had a significant positive effect on on-time graduation, while GPA had a negative effect. The model built had an R² value of 0.6153 and a standard error of 4.0653, indicating that the model was quite strong and accurate. These findings recommend Universitas Royal to strengthen the academic monitoring system and support working students, as well as design policies based on students' socio-economic conditions to increase the on-time graduation rate.

Abstrak: Kelulusan tepat waktu merupakan indikator penting dalam mengukur keberhasilan pendidikan tinggi serta mencerminkan efektivitas proses akademik di perguruan tinggi. Universitas Royal, khususnya Program Studi Sistem Informasi, masih menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan persentase mahasiswa yang lulus tepat waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kelulusan tepat waktu mahasiswa serta membangun model prediksi menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda. Metode ini dipilih karena mampu menganalisis pengaruh simultan beberapa variabel independen numerik terhadap satu variabel dependen, sehingga sesuai untuk mengkaji hubungan kompleks antar faktor yang memengaruhi kelulusan mahasiswa. Variabel independen yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini meliputi IPK, penghasilan orangtua, dan pekerjaan sambilan mahasiswa dengan kelulusan mahasiswa sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penghasilan orangtua dan pekerjaan sambilan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kelulusan tepat waktu, sedangkan IPK justru memiliki pengaruh negatif. Model yang dibangun memiliki nilai R² sebesar 0,6153 dan standar error 4,0653, menandakan model cukup kuat dan akurat. Temuan ini merekomendasikan Universitas Royal untuk memperkuat sistem monitoring akademik dan mendukung mahasiswa yang bekerja, serta merancang kebijakan berbasis kondisi sosial-ekonomi mahasiswa guna meningkatkan angka kelulusan tepat waktu.

Currently, SNM Store places orders by contacting suppliers one by one via telephone to inquire about item availability. This method is time-consuming and may lead to delays in fulfilling item requirements. To address this issue, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed to assist in efficiently determining the best supplier. One method that can be used in this system is MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis). MOORA is known to be effective in handling multi-criteria decision-making by simultaneously optimizing multiple objectives. This method also reduces subjectivity by assigning weights to each criterion and uses simple and fast calculations to evaluate the available alternatives. The objectives of this research are to identify the key criteria in supplier selection, apply the MOORA method in an efficient and user-friendly evaluation and selection process, and improve the operational efficiency of SNM Store in procurement so that item availability can be ensured in a timely manner.

Abstrak: Dalam dunia bisnis, pemilihan supplier memegang peranan penting dalam memastikan kelancaran operasional perusahaan. Supplier bertanggung jawab menyediakan bahan baku dengan kualitas konsisten, pengiriman tepat waktu, dan harga kompetitif. Proses seleksi supplier memerlukan evaluasi terhadap berbagai kriteria seperti kualitas produk, ketersediaan, pengemasan, harga, dan garansi. Toko SNM saat ini melakukan pemesanan dengan menghubungi supplier satu per satu melalui telepon untuk menanyakan ketersediaan barang. Metode ini memakan waktu dan dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan barang. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan (Decision Support System) yang dapat membantu dalam menentukan supplier terbaik secara efisien. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam sistem ini adalah MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis). MOORA dikenal efektif dalam menangani keputusan multi-kriteria dengan mengoptimalkan berbagai tujuan secara bersamaan. ning. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Learning Management Systems (LMS) among higher education institutions in Indonesia. This analysis is crucial for assessing the effectiveness of LMS use by universities in Indonesia, enabling investments in LMS to yield optimal results. The study employed the D&M IS Success Model and PLS-SEM to evaluate the relationships between various variables, including system, information, service quality, user satisfaction, and benefits. Simple random sampling was used to collect data from 170 universities in Indonesia. This study employed PLS-SEM to investigate the observed variables, including validity and reliability testing, which involves assessing reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity. This current study found that all the hypotheses were accepted with p-values below 0,05. These findings contribute to universities paying attention to aspects of system, information, and service quality in Learning Management Systems (LMS) to improve user satisfaction and create a positive perception of benefits. Therefore, this research yields significant results that contribute to higher education in Indonesia, as well as the advancement of knowledge in management information systems.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan Learning Management System (LMS) di perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Analisis ini penting untuk menilai sejauh mana efektivitas penggunaan LMS oleh universitas-universitas di Indonesia, sehingga investasi dalam LMS dapat mem-berika n hasil yang optimal.Penelitian ini menggunakan model D&M IS Success Model dan metode PLS-SEM untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara berbagai variabel, termasuk kuali-tas sistem, informasi, layanan, kepuasan pengguna, dan manfaat. Teknik simple random sampling digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari 170 perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan PLS-SEM untuk mengkaji variabel-variabel yang diamati, ter-masuk pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas, yang mencakup penilaian reliabilitas, validitas konvergen, dan validitas diskriminan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis diterima dengan nilai p di bawah 0,05. Temuan ini mendorong universitas untuk memberikan perhatian pada aspek kualitas sistem, informasi, dan layanan dalam penggunaan LMS guna meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna dan menciptakan persepsi posi-tif terhadap manfaatnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan hasil yang signifikan bagi perguruan tinggi di Indonesia serta turut berkontribusi dalam pengembangan ilmu di bidang sistem informasi manajemen.

nline services using WebQual 4.0 and Im-portance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods to evaluate the suitability between user expectations and perceptions. The research method used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to active users, then analyzed using the WebQual Index to measure the overall quality of the system as well as the IPA to determine improvement priorities. The results showed that the quality of SeTARA Online was relatively good with a WebQual Index value of 0.798. However, there is still a gap between user expectations and satisfaction with a negative gap value of -0.238. The IPA analysis identified indicators in Quadrant I as priority improvements, especially in the aspects of service interaction and information presentation. These findings underscore the need for continuous development of features and technical support to optimize the user experience. The conclusion of this study suggests that there should be improvements in priority indicators to increase user satisfaction, as well as strengthen the effectiveness of online learning. Advanced research can expand variables, compare with other platforms, and combine quantitative and qualitative analysis methods for more comprehensive results.

es various IT services, such as Sistem Informasi Perguruan Tinggi (SIPT), e-learning Buana Online Course (BOC), and others. This study aims to evaluate the maturity level of IT governance at UBP Karawang to ensure alignment with the university's strategic goals and identify areas requiring improvement. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method based on COBIT 2019, with data collected from 92 respondents, analyzed through goals cascade mapping and maturity level measurement. The evaluation results across 14 COBIT 2019 domains indicate that the IT governance maturity level at UBP Karawang is at Level 4 (Quantitatively Managed) with a score of 3.86 and an average gap of 1.13 from the expected level. The findings suggest that while IT governance at UBP Karawang is well-managed, there is still room for improvement. Therefore, several recommendations are proposed to optimize IT governance effectiveness, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the achievement of the university's strategic objectives.

Abstrak: Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi (TI) di perguruan tinggi sangat krusial untuk mendukung aktivitas akademik dan administratif. Pusat Data dan Informasi (PUSDATIN) UBP Karawang mengelola berbagai layanan TI, seperti Sistem Informasi Perguruan Tinggi (SIPT), e-learning Buana Online Course (BOC) dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kematangan tata kelola TI di UBP Karawang guna memastikan keselarasan dengan tujuan universitas serta mengidentifikasi area yang memerlukan perbaikan. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode deskriptif kuantitatif berbasis COBIT 2019, dengan data diperoleh dari 92 responden, dianalisis melalui pemetaan goals cascade dan pengukuran maturity level. Hasil evaluasi pada 14 domain COBIT 2019 menunjukkan tingkat kematangan TI UBP Karawang berada di Level 4 (Terkelola secara Kuantitatif) dengan skor 3.86, serta rata-rata gap 1.13 dari tingkat yang diharapkan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa meskipun tata kelola TI di UBP Karawang telah terkelola dengan baik, masih terdapat ruang untuk perbaikan. Oleh karena itu, beberapa rekomendasi diajukan guna mengoptimalkan efektivitas tata kelola TI, menjamin kepatuhan terhadap regulasi, serta mendukung pencapaian tujuan strategis universitas.

Based on this issue, a structured system is needed. The purpose of this study is to construct decision support systems for determining PIP fund recipients using Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method. Data was collected using questionnaires, documentation, and observation techniques. Respondents consisted of 8 students from SDN 014672 Tanjung Alam. Criteria include number of dependents, homeownership status, attendance rate, and students final grades. System was developed using CodeIgniter 3 as framework, MySQL as database software, and InnoDB as database engine. ARAS method was applied to rank available alternatives. Based on calculations, first rank was obtained by alternative 6 (Malika Hendra As-Syifa), second rank by alternative 7 (Mutia Indah Sari), and third rank by alternative 8 (Rafa Kavindra). This study is expected to be further developed by applying other DSS methods, performing regular system maintenance, and integrating system with school data to improve accuracy and usability.

Namun, masih ditemukan penerima anggaran PIP yang kurang tepat sasaran, di mana bantuan diberikan kepada siswa yang kurang memenuhi kriteria, sementara siswa yang lebih membutuhkan tidak menerimanya, termasuk di SDN 014672 Tanjung Alam, Kabupaten Asahan, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem terstruktur. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan penetapan pemeroleh anggaran PIP menggunakan metode Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS). Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik angket, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Responden adalah 8 siswa SDN 014672 Tanjung Alam. Kriteria meliputi jumlah tanggungan orang tua, status kepemilikan rumah, tingkat kehadiran, dan nilai akhir siswa. Sistem dirancang menggunakan CodeIgniter 3 sebagai framework, MySQL sebagai database software, dan InnoDB sebagai database engine. Perhitungan dengan metode ARAS digunakan untuk merangking alternatif yang ada. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang dilakukan, peringkat pertama diperoleh oleh alternatif 6 yakni Malika Hendra As-Syifa, peringkat kedua diperoleh oleh alternatif 7 yakni Mutia Indah sari, dan peringkat ketiga diperoleh oleh alternatif 8 yakni Rafa Kavindra. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut dengan menerapkan metode Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) lainnya, melakukan pemeliharaan sistem secara berkala, serta mengintegrasikan sistem dengan data sekolah untuk meningkatkan keakuratan dan kemudahan penggunaan.

WhatsApp has emerged as a widely used solution due to its accessibility, privacy features, and cross-platform compatibility, offering users a sense of convenience. This study examines the role of Perceived Convenience in the acceptance and use of WhatsApp in secondary education in Medan City using the UTAUT2 Model. A survey was conducted with 439 respondents from 8 secondary schools in Medan and analyzed using SEM-PLS with SmartPLS-4. The results indicate that social influence, hedonic motivation, habit, and perceived convenience positively impact the intention to use WhatsApp. Additionally, facilitating conditions, perceived convenience, and intention to use significantly influence actual usage behavior. However, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and price value do not affect either intention or behavior in using WhatsApp. Moderating variables such as age, gender, and experience partially moderate the relationships between independent factors and WhatsApp usage intention and behavior. This study contributes by incorporating Perceived Convenience into the UTAUT2 Model and affirming its role in educational technology adoption.

Abstrak: Kemajuan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam komunikasi dan pembelajaran. Metode pembelajaran tradisional memiliki keterbatasan dalam menyediakan lingkungan belajar yang cepat dan interaktif, sehingga diperlukan teknologi yang mudah diakses, meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan guru, serta nyaman digunakan. WhatsApp menjadi salah satu solusi dan banyak digunakan karena mudah diakses, privasi yang ditawarkan, serta kompatibilitas lintas platform sehingga memberikan kenyamanan yang dapat dirasakan pengguna ketika menggunakannya. Oleh karena itu, Penelitian ini menguji peran Persepsi Kenyamanan terhadap penerimaan dan penggunaan WhatsApp dalam pendidikan menengah di Kota Medan menggunakan Model UTAUT2. Survei dilakukan pada 439 responden dari 8 sekolah menengah di kota Medan, dan dianalisis dengan SEM-PLS menggunakan SmartPLS-4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa social influence, hedonic motivation, habit, dan perceived convenience berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Sementara itu, facilitating conditions, perceived convenience, dan behavioral intention berdampak positif pada use behavior. Namun, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, dan price value tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat maupun perilaku penggunaan WhatsApp. Variabel moderasi usia, jenis kelamin, dan pengalaman memoderasi sebagian hubungan antara faktor bebas terhadap niat dan perilaku penggunaan WhatsApp. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dengan menambahkan variabel persepsi kenyamanan (perceived convenience) ke dalam Model UTAUT2 dan menegaskan perannya dalam adopsi teknologi pendidikan.
