KONFIGURASI DAN MANAJEMEN WINDOWS SERVER 2008 DI SMK NEGERI 1 SETIA JANJI

Abstract: Abstract : This community service activity is held in SMK Negeri 1 Setia Janji on the students of RPL (Software Engineering), amounting to 23 people. The purpose of the implementation of this activity is to provide training… ing to participants about windows server 2008 management and implementation and configuration that has not been previously taught, so it is expected to improve the new skills for each participant. The method of implementing community service is done by providing training with the stages of the delivery of the material from the module and direct practice in the laboratory room. From the results of observations, interviews undertaken and the findings can be concluded that this community service activity provides a very large and targeted benefits, thereby providing additional insight and new knowledge in the field of information technology, especially windows server 2008 outside of learning that had been received by students in SMK Negeri 1 Setia Janji. Keywords: windows server 2008, configuration, management Abstrak : Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat  ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Setia Janji pada siswa-i jurusan RPL (Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak) yang berjumlah 23 orang. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada peserta mengenai manajemen windows server 2008 beserta implementasi maupun konfigurasinya yang sebelumnya belum pernah diajarkan, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan baru bagi diri masing-masing peserta. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan cara memberikan pelatihan  dengan tahapan penyampaian materi dari modul yang diberikan dan praktek langsung di ruang laboratorium. Dari hasil pengamatan, wawancara yang di lakukan serta  temuan  yang  kami  dapatkan  dapat  disimpulkan  bahwa  program  pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan manfaat yang sangat besar dan tepat sasaran, sehingga memberikan tambahan wawasan serta pengetahuan baru di bidang teknologi informasi, khususnya windows server 2008 di luar pembelajaran yang selama ini di terima oleh siswa-i di SMK Negeri 1 Setia Janji. PENYULUHAN KEPEMIMPINAN DAN BANTUAN HUKUM BAGI MASYARAKAT MARGINAL DI DESA ANTARA

Abstract: Abstrak: Bentuk aplikasi dari serangkaian teori pendidikan yang telah dipelajari di dalam kampus tentunya akan lebih bermanfaat apabila teori-teori ilmu tersebut kita bagi kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan inilah yang disebut… dengan pengabdian kita kepada masyarakat. Sebagai seorang akademisi baik dosen dan mahasiswa harus mampu bekerjasama dalam meujudkan Tri Darma perguruan tinggi dimana tempat kita membagi dan menimba ilmu pengetahuan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah tindakan nyata yang dapat kita lakukan untuk menambah wawasan masyarakat terhadap informasi yang akan kita bagikan, sehingga membawa kontribusi positif dalam masyarakat. Apalagi sekarang lagi hangat-hangatnya memperbincangkan tentang pemilihan kepala daerah, oleh karena itu penyuluhan tentang kepemimpinan dianggap perlu untuk di sosialisasikan kepada masyarakat. Harapan kedepannya adalah masyarakat mampu memilih pemimpin yang dapat menjadi contoh baik dalam setiap tindakan dan perkataannnya. Masyarakat diharapkan lebih hati-hati dalam memilih calon kepala daerah, tidak mudah terpengaruh citra dan kekuasaan yang dapat mendatangkan kerudian dalam masyarakat itu nantinya. Selain itu masyarakat tidak perlu takut terhadap tekanan yang mungkin saja datang untuk memaksa memilih jagoan mereka, masyarakat harus mendapatkan pencerahan tentang bagaimana hukum itu berlaku di kalangan masyarakat. Untuk itu selain membahas masalah kepemimpinan Universitas asahan juga bekerjasama dengan Yayasan Lembaga Bantuan Hukum – Cakrawana Nusantara Indonesia untuk memberi pemahaman kepada masyarakat tentang hukum, apa yang harus dilakukan masyarakat apabila tersangkut permasalahan hukum di lingkungannya, mengetahui hak dan kewajibannya dalam mentaati hukum tersebut. Harapan terbesarnya masyarakat di desa antara tidak tabu lagi terhadap permasalahan hukum, masyarakat desa antara berani untuk menghadapai permasalahan hukum yang mereka hadapi, masyarakat desa antara mampu memilih pemimpin yang tepat untuk memimpin daerah mereka. This activity is called our devotion to the community. As an academic both lecturers and students should be able to work together in realizing Tri Darma college where we share and gain knowledge. Community service is a real action that we can do to increase society's insight into the information we will share, thus bringing a positive contribution to society. Especially now more warmly discussed about the election of regional heads, therefore counseling about leadership is considered necessary for the socialization to the community. The future expectation is that people are able to choose leaders who can be good examples in every action and perfomance. The community is expected to be more careful in choosing candidates for regional heads, not easily influenced by the image and power that can bring in the society later. In addition people should not be afraid of the pressures that might come to force their heroes, the public should get an enlightenment about how the law applies to the public. In addition to discussing the issue of leadership, the University of Asahan also cooperates with the Legal Aid Foundation - Cakrawana Nusantara Indonesia to provide an understanding to the public about the law, what should the community do when it comes to legal issues in its environment, knowing its rights and obligations in complying with the law. The greatest hope of the community in the village between no longer taboo on legal issues, the villagers between daring to face the legal problems they face, the villagers between able to choose the right leader to lead their area. PENGENALAN DAN PELATIHAN BAHASA PEMOGRAMAN ANDROID PADA SISWA SMK NEGERI 1 AIR JOMAN - KISARAN

Abstract: Abstract: The community of society is one of main activities required by a lecture as part of the tri dharma which aimed to apply and implement the scientific competence a lecturer to contribute positively especially for… society needs. Vocational High School is a vocational school that is required to be ready to enter the world of work, therefore the SMK graduates are required to have the skills and knowledge that will be used in the workplace. Students of vocation especially in the majors of Software Engineering must have skills in computer science, such as programming skills. In the 2013 curriculum used by SMKN1 Air Joman, there are already programming subjects, but still local content and yet the discovery of mobile programming. Though mobile programming is currently one of the most popular programming, especially Android. This is not separated from the rapid development of the Android operating system, so people are competing to make the application. The advantages of android is its opensource and easy to develop, supported by a lot of android users including SMK students, so students can build and develop an android application and implement it on their respective devices so that it can be used as needed and not close possibly to be commercialized. Keywords:programming, mobile programming, android     Abstrak: Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu kegiatan wajib yang harus dilaksanakan oleh seorang dosen sebagai bagian dari tri dharma perguruan tinggi yang bertujuan untuk menerapkan dan mengimplementasikan kompetensi keilmuan yang dimiliki guna memberikan kontribusi positif bagi kebutuhan masyarakat. Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan sekolah kejuruan yang dituntut untuk siap masuk ke dunia kerja, maka dari itu lulusan SMK diharuskan mempunyai Skill dan pengetahuan yang akan dipergunakan dalam dunia kerja. Siswa SMK terutama pada jurusan Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak harus memiliki keterampilan dalam ilmu komputer, seperti keterampilan programming. Pada kurikulum 2013 yang digunakan oleh SMKN1 Air Joman, sudah ada mata pelajaran programming, tapi masihbersifat muatan lokal dan belum ditemukannya pemrograman mobile. Padahal pemrograman mobile saat ini menjadi salah satu pemrograman yang paling diminati, khusunya Android. Hal ini tidak lepas dari pesatnya perkembangan sistem operasi Android tersebut, sehingga orang berlomba – lomba untuk membuat aplikasinya. Kelebihan dari android adalah sifatnya yang opensource dan mudah dikembangkan, didukung dengan pengguna android yang sangat banyak termasuk siswa-siswa SMK, dengan demikian para siswa bisa membangun dan mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi android dan mengimplementasikannya pada perangkat masing-masing sehingga bisa digunakan sesuai kebutuhan dan tidak menutup kemungkinan untuk bisa dikomersilkan. ANALYTIC NETWORK PROCESS IN DETERMINING RECIPIENTS OF EDUCATION GRANTS NORTH SUMATRA PROVINCE

Abstract: This study aims to apply the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method as a decision support tool in determining the eligibility of education grant recipients in North Sumatra Province. The background of this research arises&#8230; from the large number of grant applicants compared to the available budget, as well as the absence of clear and objective evaluation standards. The ANP method was chosen because it allows the interdependence between assessment criteria such as institutional feasibility, performance and achievement, social and educational impact, and accountability and transparency to be analyzed comprehensively. Data were obtained through interviews, documentation, and observation at the North Sumatra Provincial Education Office. The results of the ANP model show that the criterion with the highest weight is accountability and transparency (0.44), followed by social and educational impact (0.31). Among the three alternatives, community-based education foundations (A2) obtained the highest total weight (0.30), indicating that they are the most eligible recipients of education grants. The implementation of the ANP-based decision support system produces valid and consistent ranking results (CR < 0.1), enabling faster, fairer, and more transparent decision-making. Therefore, the ANP method contributes significantly to improving governance, objectivity, and accountability in the distribution of education grants in North Sumatra Province.

INTUITIVE UI DESIGN FOR MANGROVE TREE DETECTION APP

Abstract: Abstract: The rapid degradation of mangrove ecosystems threatens coastal biodiversity, shoreline stability, and carbon sequestration capacity, particularly in areas experiencing intense human activity. However, community-based&#8230; -based participatory mangrove monitoring remains limited due to the lack of accessible and user-friendly digital tools. This study aims to design an intuitive mobile application for mangrove tree detection and participatory ecological monitoring using a User-Centered Design (UCD) approach. The research was conducted iteratively through user needs analysis, prototype development, and usability evaluation involving local governments, conservation practitioners, and non-expert users. The proposed application integrates machine learning for automated mangrove recognition with geospatial visualization and real-time feedback to support field-based monitoring. Usability evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) yielded an overall score of 82.3, categorized as excellent usability, indicating high user satisfaction and intuitive interaction. The results demonstrate that integrating UCD and machine learning enhances usability, user engagement, and the accuracy of mangrove documentation under real field conditions. Overall, this study presents a field-ready, user-centered mobile solution that bridges usability engineering and participatory mangrove monitoring as a replicable model for inclusive ecological application development.   Keywords: Carbon sequestration; mangrove monitoring; mobile application; user-centered design; usability evaluation   Abstrak: Degradasi ekosistem mangrove yang semakin cepat mengancam keanekaragaman hayati pesisir, stabilitas garis pantai, dan kapasitas sekuestrasi karbon, terutama di wilayah dengan aktivitas manusia yang intens. Namun, pemantauan mangrove secara partisipatif berbasis komunitas masih terbatas akibat kurangnya perangkat digital yang mudah diakses dan ramah pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang aplikasi mobile yang intuitif untuk deteksi pohon mangrove dan pemantauan ekologi partisipatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan User-Centered Design (UCD). Penelitian dilakukan secara iteratif melalui analisis kebutuhan pengguna, pengembangan prototipe, dan evaluasi kegunaan dengan melibatkan pemerintah daerah, praktisi konservasi, serta pengguna non-ahli. Aplikasi yang diusulkan mengintegrasikan pembelajaran mesin untuk pengenalan mangrove secara otomatis dengan visualisasi geospasial dan umpan balik waktu nyata guna mendukung pemantauan di lapangan. Evaluasi kegunaan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) menghasilkan skor keseluruhan sebesar 82,3 yang termasuk dalam kategori kegunaan sangat baik, menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna yang tinggi dan interaksi yang intuitif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi UCD dan pembelajaran mesin meningkatkan kegunaan, keterlibatan pengguna, serta akurasi dokumentasi mangrove dalam kondisi lapangan. COMPARISON OF BILSTM, SVM FOR PBB-P2 TAX POLICY SENTIMENT ANALYSIS

Abstract: Abstract: The policy to increase the Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) in Indonesia often elicits mixed reactions from the public. Some support it because they believe it can strengthen regional fiscal capacity,&#8230; ity, while others reject it because they are concerned that it will increase the economic burden on the community. Understanding public sentiment towards this policy is important for evaluating the effectiveness of the policy and formulating appropriate communication strategies. This study aims to analyze public sentiment towards the PBB-P2 increase policy using data uploaded on Platform X (Twitter). The data were collected through crawling with the keyword “building tax,” then processed through several preprocessing stages before classifying tweets into positive and negative sentiments. Two models were used: Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM). Results show that SVM outperformed BiLSTM, achieving training accuracy of 99.4% and testing accuracy of 85.9%, with accuracy 0.8595, precision 0.8536, recall 0.8595, and F1-score 0.8449. Meanwhile, BiLSTM achieved training accuracy of 86.9% and testing accuracy of 82.9%, with accuracy 0.8294, precision 0.8150, recall 0.8294, and F1-score 0.8080. These findings suggest SVM is more effective in classifying public sentiment and can support better evaluation of regional tax policies.             Keywords: sentiment analysis; PBB-P2; BiLSTM; SVM; X platform     Abstrak: Kebijakan kenaikan tarif Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaan (PBB-P2) di In-donesia sering memunculkan beragam reaksi dari masyarakat. Sebagian mendukung karena dianggap dapat memperkuat kapasitas fiskal daerah, sementara lainnya menolak karena kha-watir menambah beban ekonomi masyarakat. Pemahaman terhadap sentimen publik atas ke-bijakan tersebut penting untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas kebijakan dan merumuskan strategi komunikasi yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sentimen masyarakat terhadap kebijakan kenaikan PBB-P2 menggunakan data unggahan di Platform X (Twitter). Data dik-umpulkan melalui proses crawling dengan kata kunci “pajak bangunan” kemudian diproses melalui beberapa tahap preprocessing sebelum diklasifikasikan menjadi sentimen positif dan negatif. Dua model digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu Support Vector Machine (SVM) dan Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SVM memiliki kinerja lebih baik dibandingkan BiLSTM, dengan akurasi pelatihan 99,4% dan akurasi pengujian 85,9%. Nilai akurasi 0,8595, precision 0,8536, recall 0,8595, dan F1-score 0,8449. Sementara itu, BiLSTM memperoleh akurasi pelatihan 86,9% dan akurasi pengujian 82,9%, dengan akurasi 0,8294, precision 0,8150; recall 0,8294; dan F1-score 0,8080. DATABASE OPTIMIZATION FOR THE ROYAL MENGAJAR APPLICATION SUPPORTING CROWDSOURCED ACADEMIC CONTENT

Abstract: Abstract: The development of digital learning systems requires not only effective content delivery but also database consistency and performance, particularly when used at scale by lecturers and students. Weaknesses in database&#8230; atabase design can lead to data duplication, relational violations, and transaction failures that compromise system reliability. This study designed the Royal Mengajar application using PHP and MySQL, supported by JavaScript, HTML, and Bootstrap 5. The Crowdsourced Academic Content model enables lecturers to contribute learning materials openly, while students evaluate them through a user rating system. The objective of this research is to design and optimize the database architecture of the Royal Mengajar application by implementing multiple control mechanisms—namely views, triggers, transactions, and constraints—to enhance data efficiency, consistency, and integrity in digital learning environments. Database optimization focuses on the use of views to improve query efficiency, triggers to maintain automatic consistency, transactions to ensure atomicity in multi-table operations, and constraints to preserve data integrity. The results show that views reduced the average query execution time to 0.12 seconds, triggers maintained consistency without manual intervention, and constraints achieved 100% referential integrity. The application of these mechanisms significantly improved system speed, reduced data redundancy, and enhanced information reliability, thus reinforcing the sustainability of Royal Mengajar as a community-driven learning platform Keywords: crowdsourced academic content; constraint; database optimization; trigger.   Abstrak: Pengembangan sistem pembelajaran digital tidak hanya menuntut penyajian materi, tetapi juga konsistensi serta kinerja basis data ketika sistem digunakan secara masif oleh dosen dan mahasiswa. Kelemahan rancangan database dapat menimbulkan duplikasi data, pelanggaran relasi, dan kegagalan transaksi yang memengaruhi keandalan sistem. Penelitian ini merancang aplikasi Royal Mengajar berbasis PHP dan MySQL dengan dukungan JavaScript, HTML, dan Bootstrap 5. Model Crowdsourced Academic Content memungkinkan dosen berkontribusi secara terbuka, sedangkan mahasiswa melakukan evaluasi melalui user rating system. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan mengoptimalkan basis data aplikasi Royal Mengajar melalui penerapan berbagai mekanisme pengendali, seperti view, trigger, transaction, dan constraint, guna meningkatkan efisiensi, konsistensi, dan integritas data dalam sistem pembelajaran digital. Optimalisasi database difokuskan pada penerapan view untuk efisiensi query, trigger untuk menjaga konsistensi otomatis, transaction untuk memastikan atomicity pada operasi multi-tabel, serta constraint guna menjamin integritas data. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan view menurunkan rata-rata waktu eksekusi query menjadi 0,12 detik, trigger menjaga konsistensi tanpa intervensi manual, dan constraint memastikan integritas referensial tercapai 100%. Penerapan mekanisme ini berdampak pada peningkatan kecepatan sistem, berkurangnya redundansi, serta keandalan informasi yang lebih tinggi, sehingga mendukung keberlanjutan Royal Mengajar sebagai platform pembelajaran berbasis kontribusi komunitas. SELECTION OF POSYANDU CADRES IN LUBUK KILANGAN DISTRICT USING THE OPTIMAL HYBRID AHP–TOPSIS METHOD

Abstract: Abstract: Posyandu cadres play an important role in supporting community health services at the village and sub-district levels. However, the selection process for the best cadres is often carried out subjectively without&#8230; t clear and standardized criteria. This condition can lead to a decline in service quality and reduced cadre motivation. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to provide assessments that are objective, measurable, and accountable. This study aims to optimize the Posyandu cadre selection process in Lubuk Kilangan District through the development of a decision support system based on a hybrid method: Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The AHP method is applied to determine the weight of each selection criterion based on its level of importance through pairwise comparisons. Subsequently, TOPSIS is used to rank candidates according to their proximity to the ideal solution. The methodology includes a literature review, primary data collection through interviews and questionnaires with stakeholders (community health centers, cadres, and village officials), as well as the implementation and testing of the AHP–TOPSIS–based system.             Keywords: Posyandu, Cadre, AHP, TOPSIS, Decision Support System     Abstrak: Kader Posyandu memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung layanan kesehatan masyarakat di tingkat desa dan kelurahan. Namun, proses pemilihan kader terbaik masih sering dilakukan secara subjektif tanpa acuan kriteria yang jelas dan terstandarisasi. Kondisi ini dapat mengakibatkan penurunan kualitas pelayanan serta rendahnya motivasi kader. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu sistem penunjang keputusan yang mampu memberikan hasil penilaian yang objektif, terukur, dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan proses pemilihan kader Posyandu di Kecamatan Lubuk Kilangan melalui pengembangan sistem penunjang keputusan berbasis metode hybrid Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Metode AHP digunakan untuk menetapkan bobot masing-masing kriteria pemilihan kader berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan melalui perbandingan berpasangan. Selanjutnya, metode TOPSIS digunakan untuk melakukan pemeringkatan calon kader berdasarkan kedekatannya terhadap solusi ideal. COMPARISON OF K-MEANS AND K-MEDOIDS FOR DRUG DATA CLUSTERING

Abstract: Abstract: Ineffective drug demand management can lead to problems such as imbalanced drug distribution, excess stock, or shortages in community health centers. To address this, data mining can be utilized to support the&#8230; planning and control process of drug inventory. Clustering techniques were chosen because they are able to group drug data based on certain characteristics, thus identifying stable and unstable drug supply patterns. This study aims to group drug data at Simpang Kawat Community Health Center in Jambi City, which can be used as a reference in planning drug needs in the next period. Data grouping is divided into three categories: slow-moving, medium-moving, and fast-moving. The research data includes attributes of drug name, initial stock, receipt, inventory, usage, and final stock, with a total of 1758 data sets, which were processed using the CRISP-DM framework through the RapidMiner application. Cluster quality evaluation was carried out using the Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI). The results showed that the K-Means algorithm obtained a DBI value of 0.175, smaller than K-Medoids which obtained a value of 0.354. Because a smaller DBI value indicates better cluster quality, K-Means provides more optimal clustering results than K-Medoids. Through these clustering results, community health centers can utilize drug cluster information to support more efficient drug procurement planning, as well as reduce the risk of excess or shortage of stock.             Keywords: data mining; clustering; k-means; k-medoids; davies-bouldin index

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE AHP METHOD TO DETERMINE PRIORITIES IN PUBLIC COMPLAINT HANDLING

This decision support system is built on a web-based platform using PHP programming language with a MySQL database that can be accessed offline by the admin of the Ombudsman. With the existence of this priority recommendation, it is expected that work will become more effective and efficient, as resources can be focused on reports that most need attention. Based on the test data used, which consists of 12 Community Complaint Reports from July 2024, it was found that the priority handling recommendations for community complaint reports were derived from 3 reports with the highest final AHP values. The recommended priority handling reports are registration number 0021/LM/VII/2024/BKL with a final AHP value of 2.074, registration number 0020/LM/VII/2024/BKL with a final AHP value of 1.964, and registration number 0018/LM/VII/2024/BKL with a final AHP value of 1.866.
