. Currently, the development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is experiencing very rapid growth. The development of information technology, especially the internet, has provided many positive benefits for its users. However, the use of internet technology also has negative impacts that cannot be ignored. The increase in Cybercrime cases in Indonesia is also caused by the impact of advances in Information Technology. Based on this explanation, the aim of this research is to find out how to study law enforcement procedures for hacking victims on digital platforms and how to ensure that digital platform users are more regulated regarding cyber security. The research method used is a descriptive analytical method. The results and discussion in this research are that handling crime cases in the field of information and electronic transactions is a responsibility that has been established for investigators, especially cyber patrols, to investigate and uncover these crimes. The investigation process has a very important and strategic role in determining the success of criminal law enforcement. The quality of a good investigation greatly determines the possibility of success in the prosecution process and makes it easier to reveal material truths during the trial. In order to prevent cybercrime, it is important for individuals and governments to have a deep understanding of crime patterns in the digital realm as well as current and ongoing internet trends and behavior carried out by perpetrators of these crimes.

This describes the lack of public awareness and concern regarding the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness. The aim of this community service activity is firstly to provide knowledge of non-traditional threats, especially human security issue to residents of RT 03 RW 05, Tirta Siak Village, Payung Sekaki District, Pekanbaru City. Second, increase citizens' insight into Islamic conceptions of environmental cleanliness, and third, grow and increase citizens' awareness and concern in solving waste problems. Service activities start from the observation stage, carrying out counseling, recruiting volunteers, and monitoring. The result of this service activity is that residents' knowledge about the threat of environmental damage and good waste management techniques has increased. The increase in knowledge can be seen in the questionnaire results which reached 83%. Apart from that, residents' awareness and concern for environmental cleanliness is also starting to be seen from implementing the 4R concept in daily life and the formation of environmental care movement by carrying out routine mutual cooperation actions and monitoring the environment.

The researcher made Mrs. Nurmalia Puspitarini as interviewee and main informant from BCA side; she is the Head of Service BCA Sumenep. The interviewee was chosen because she knows directly the strategy of employees quality development which is done by BCA. The result shows that the strategy of employees’ quality development of BCA Sumenep is done through training and education method. Training and education programs were done by on the job training, pre-service education and coaching, and also off the job training, regular training, e-learning, smartsolution reward program, video-based training, worklife balance, community of practice, and service dialogue. Coaching program, e-learning and regular training succeed to increase the employees’ quality and work rate. One of its side effect is increase weight, which is usually distressing for women due to the increase risk of suffering from many diseases such as heart attack, type-2 diabetes mellitus, sleep apnea, certain cancer, osteoarthritis, and asthma. The study aim was to identify the difference weight gain occurence between 3 monthly and 1 monthly injected contraception users in Muara Village- Suranenggala District. This research method uses comparative analytic studies using cross sectional resulting research which measured in interval scale. The sample is all 3 months KB injecting participants as much as 30 respondents and 1 month KB injections as much as 30 respondents. The data is analysis using t-test. The result showed a ρ value of 0,005 which meant there was a difference in weight gain occurence between the users of 3 monthly and 1 monthly injected contraception. The 3 monthly injection had been proven increasing the incidence of weight gain compared to the 1 monthly one. It was suggested that midwives should give proper counselling regarding to side effect of increasing weight gain during the use of 3 monthly contraceptive injection to be aware of by the users. Further investigation on other influencing factors of weight gain among contraceptive injection users.

is law complements a series of regulations that already regulate crimes of sexual violence. The specialty of this law is that it provides more comprehensive regulation of sexual violence crimes, which are currently increasingly diverse. One of the interesting things regulated in the law is related to rehabilitation efforts for perpetrators of criminal acts of sexual violence. This article will discuss rehabilitation efforts for perpetrators of sexual violence which aim to recover perpetrators from their deviant acts, namely sexual violence. This research uses normative research methods with a conceptual approach and a statutory approach. The results of this research indicate that providing rehabilitation measures according to the Criminal Code is a type of action that can be imposed simultaneously with criminal sanctions or separately by referring to the judge's considerations. Meanwhile, the provision and mechanism of rehabilitation measures for perpetrators of sexual violence as regulated in Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence still requires further regulations issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Ministry of Health to be implemented optimally

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas pelayanan perizinan penanaman modal di DPMPTSP Kota Batam, dengan menggunakan teori Campbell. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif,adapun instrument penelitiannya yaitu pedoman wawancara, dokumentasi, sumber data penelitian ini adalah hasil wawancara. Adapun hasilnya adalah pelaksanaan pelayanan perizinan berbasis online di Kota Batam sudah berjalan dalam memberikan kemudahan perizinan tetapi masih belum efektif. Pada indikator keberhasilan program, masih lemahnya antusias dan pemahaman masyarakat sebagai pelaku usaha terkait dengan OSS, indikator kedua keberhasilan sasaran,masih banyak pelaku usaha yang tidak tahu pentingnya legalitas bagi pelaku usaha. Pada indikator ketiga kepuasan terhadap program, memiliki nilai hasil indeks kepuasan masyarakat yang bermutu dan pengaduan melalui SPAN Lapor langsung direspon oleh DPMPTSP. Pada indikator keempat input dan output,pentingnya sosialisasi kepada masyarakat dalam menggunakan pelayanan izin usaha OSS-RBA, selain itu masih adanya perizinan yang dikeluarkan tidak sesuai SOP karena sistem OSS tidak dapat diakses sehingga DPMPTSP tidak bisa memverifikasi. Pada indikator kelima pencapaian tujuan menyeluruh, perizinan berbasis online sudah tercapai dalam tujuannya meskipun dalam pelaksanaanya masih ada beberapa kendala.
