unity by distributing Raskin to villages where people have low incomes. And not all people get the chance to receive RASKIN because the quota is limited. There needs to be a selection in determining the eligibility of RASKIN for the right people and avoiding mistakes. The selection process can be completed using the application of computer science. Based on this, a decision support system is needed that can be used by the Sei Silau Timur village head's office staff in distributing RASKIN rice, which later this application can help and benefit the village community. This research uses the AHP method, which is carried out by comparing a matrix of several criteria and alternatives. The final assessment result is implementing the AHP method, where criterion 4, namely Total Income, is selected, with Alternative 1 named Selamet.

Dengan adanya kebijakan pemerintah dalam program penanggulangan pangan yang bekerja sama dengan pihak Bulog untuk meringankan beban masyarakat dengan menyalurkan raskin ke desa-desa yang masyarakatnya berpenghasilan yang rendah. Dan tidak semua masyarakat mendapatkan kesempatan penerimaan RASKIN karena kuotanya terbatas. Perlu dilakukan dengan seleksi dalam penentuan pemberian kelayakan RASKIN kepada orang-orang yang tepat dan menghindari kekeliruan. Proses seleksi tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan penerapan secara ilmu komputer. Bedasarkan hal tersebut maka diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat dipergunakan oleh petugas kantor Kepala Desa Sei Silau Timur dalam proses pembagian beras RASKIN, yang nantinya aplikasi ini dapat membantu dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat desa tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode AHP, dimana metode yang dilakukan dengan membandingkan matriks sejumlah kriteria dan alternatif. Hasil penilaian akhir yang terpilih merupakan implementasi dari metode AHP, dimana yang terpilih adalah kriteria 4 yaitu Jumlah Penghasilan dengan alternatif 1 bernama Selamet.

a hotel. This research aims to combine two data mining algorithms: clustering and classification. This research is expected to contribute to hospitality in improving the best services for tourists, especially in the City of Bali. Clustering algorithms are used to group the best number of hotels based on the four clusters selected from the k-means clustering algorithm. The classification algorithm using C4.5 determines the factors most dominant in determining the hotel rating level based on the gain ratio. The data used in this study results from observations on the website agoda.com in Bali of 51 data. The results of this study explained that cluster_0 is the highest-rated cluster, with a total number of 19 hotels found in claster_0. Data cluster0 is used for classification analysis using a decision tree, and the most dominant factor is the service factor, with an accuracy of 80%.

Abstrak: Pelayanan sangat mempengaruhi jumlah pengunjung yang menginap dihotel. Bali merupakan daerah wisata paling banyak dikunjungi oleh wisatawan mancanegara. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan pelayanan sangat penting untuk penentuan level rating dari hotel. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menggabungkan dua algoritma data mining yaitu clustering dan klasifikasi. Dengan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi perhotelan dalam meningkatkan pelayanan yang terbaik bagi wisatawan khususnya di Kota Bali. Algoritma Clustering digunakan untuk mengelompokkan dari jumlah hotel yang terbaik berdasarkan empat cluster yang dipilih dari algoritma clustering berupa k-means. Algoritma klasifikasi menggunakan C4.5 digunakan untuk mengetahui faktor apa yang paling dominan dalam menentukan level rating hotel berdasarkan gain ratio. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini hasil observasi di website agoda.com di bali sebanyak 51 data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan dataset cluster_0 merupakan cluster rating tertinggi dengan jumlah 19 hotel yang terdapat di cluster_0. Data cluster_0 digunakan untuk analisis klasifikasi menggunakan decesion tree, didapat faktor yang paling dominan adalah faktor layanan dengan nilai akurasi sebesar 80%.

The decision support system is able to provide alternative decision options that can be chosen by decision makers in Toko Anda v7 in determining suppliers of educational teaching aids. The method used in the decision selection process in this decision support system is Weighted Product (WP). Calculations using the Weighted Product (WP) method are able to provide decisions with fast and efficient calculations. The results of designing this decision support system are able to provide a ranking of alternative suppliers based on predetermined criteria.

K-Means Clustering is a data analysis method or Data Mining method that performs an unsupervised learning modeling process and uses methods that group data from various partitions. Abstrak : Mahasiswa semester 6 diwajibkan memilih mainstream matakuliah pilihan yang ada di kampus STMIK Royal. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti memilih 2 mainstraim matakuliah pilihan yaitu Logika dan Pemprograman, serta Basis Data dan Manajemen Informatika. Tujuan pemilihan matakuliah pilihan ini adalah agar mahasiswa lebih terfokus pada jurusannya. Proses pemilihan datanya, peneliti melakukan proses analisa dari hasil belajar mahasiswa. Data penelitian ini nilai semester 1 sampai semester 5. Seluruh data nilai hasil belajar mahasiswa dibagi menjadi 2 bagian yaitu teori dan praktek serta dibagi jumlah banyaknya matakuliah. untuk penggunaan yang banyak, maka dperlukan metode data mining dengan menggunakan k-means cluster. K-Means Clustering adalah metode analisis data atau metode Data Mining yang melakukan proses pemodelan pembelajaran tanpa pengawasan dan menggunakan metode yang mengelompokkan data dari berbagai partisi. Hasil pengelompokan k means clutering dengan 2 cluster yaitu cluster 0 kelompok mainstream matakuliah logika dan pemprograman dengan jumlah mahasiswa 28 orang, dan cluster 1 kelompok mainstream matakuliah basis data dan manajemen informatika dengan jumlah mahasiswa 72 orang dengan total keseluruhan 100 mahasiswa.

The system for submitting surety bond guarantee certificates at PT Jamkrida Bangka is still done manually starting from applying, completing the supporting document requirements, checking the suitability of the applicant's supporting documents, paying the guarantee fee, and printing the surety bond certificate as proof of guarantee. The system currently running will be developed into a web-based system to increase the speed of the administrative service process when applicants submit applications for surety bonds. The web-based system was developed using the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design method and Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a tool to develop in line with user needs. Sistem pengajuan sertifikat jaminan surety bond di PT Jamkrida Bangka masih dilakukan secara manual mulai dari mengajukan permohonan, melengkapi persyaratan dokumen pendukung, memeriksa kesesuaian dokumen pendukung pemohon, pembayaran biaya jaminan, dan pencetakan sertifikat surety bond sebagai bukti jaminan. This research aims to perform sentiment analysis on user reviews found in the Google Play Store review column. The methods used for sentiment analysis are Naive Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN), and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The test results show that with a 10% test data and 90% training data proportion, the SVM method achieves the highest accuracy of 95%. Naive Bayes follows with an accuracy of 87%, and K-NN with an accuracy of 75%.

Abstrak: Aplikasi Mobile JKN adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dibuat untuk mempermudah administrasi kesehatan di Indonesia sejak tahun 2017. Aplikasi ini telah diunduh lebih dari 10 juta pengguna dengan 484 ribu ulasan beragam positif, negatif, dan netral. Rata-rata rating yang diberikan pengguna adalah 4,5 bintang dari 5 bintang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis sentimen terhadap ulasan pengguna yang terdapat di kolom review Google Play Store. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis sentimen adalah Naive Bayes, K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN), dan Support Vector Machine (SVM). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan proporsi data uji sebesar 10% dan data training sebesar 90%, metode SVM mencapai akurasi tertinggi sebesar 95%. Diikuti oleh Naive Bayes dengan akurasi 87%, dan K-NN dengan akurasi 75%.

This study uses a qualitative research method by explaining more about the analysis related to MDTA, data collection techniques through observation and documentation. Based on the research results obtained, the application of a geographic information system to determine the location of MDTA can display information and points of location of MDTA in Asahan District easily and accurately. So that it can be concluded, the geographic information system that was built can make it easier for the Ministry of Religion and the community to search for information on MDTA locations in Asahan District.

Abstrak : Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah sebagai lembaga pendidikan islam yang dinaungin Kementrian Agama. Permasalahan yang terjadi selama ini sulit mendapatkan informasi mengenai fasilitas dan pemetaan mengenai lokasi sekolah MDTA yang tersebar di Asahan, masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam memberi informasi sekolah MDTA. Tujuan penelitian ini membangun aplikasi sistem informasi geografis dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mencari lokasi sekolah MDTA di Kabupaten Asahan, mendapatkan informasi mengenai fasilitas MDTA , dapat membantu dalam menambahkan data lokasi-lokasi sekolah MDTA, serta melakukan update data mengenai sekolah MDTA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan lebih menjelaskan analisis berkaitan dengan MDTA, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, penerapan sistem informasi geografis untuk mengetahui lokasi MDTA dapat menampilkan informasi dan titik lokasi MDTA di Kabupaten Asahan dengan mudah dan akurat. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan, sistem informasi geografis yang dibangun dapat mempermudah Kementrian Agama dan masyarakat dalam melakukan pencarian informasi lokasi MDTA di Kabupaten Asahan.

The results of the study found that when the user places the KTP on RC522, the condition of relay 1 will become NC to turn on the motorcycle's ignition system, then relay 2 will turn on the motorcycle's starter for 5 seconds, then it will turn off automatically. for relays, arduino provides pure 5VDC voltage. The conclusion from this study , RFID cards and KTP is have different serials, and different numbers, RFID cards have a serial combination of 9 numbers and letters, while KTP has a serial combination of 27 numbers and letters.

Banyak nya sepeda motor, meningkatkan pencurian sepeda motor (curanmor), dan kecelakaan yang diakibatkan penggunaan dibawah umur. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian untuk meminimalisir curanmor, dan pemakaian sepeda motor oleh anak dibawah umur, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian mendapati ketika user meletakan KTP pada RC522, maka kondisi relay 1 akan menjadi NC untuk menyalakan sistem pengapian sepeda motor, kemudian relay 2 akan menyalakan stater sepeda motor selama 5 detik, kemudian akan mati secara otomatis. untuk relay, arduino memberikan tegangan 5VDC murni. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini,kartu RFID dan KTP memiliki serial yang berbeda, dan jumlah yang berbeda, kartu RFID memiliki serial kombinasi 9 angka dan huruf, sementara untuk KTP memiliki serial kombinasi 27 angka dan huruf.
