Abstract:This study aims to analyze population dynamics and the challenges of sustainable development in Indonesia from a social, economic, and environmental perspective. Population dynamics, including population growth, urbanization,…
tion, internal migration, and changes in demographic structure, have become determining factors in the success of development. The method used is a qualitative approach with a literature review sourced from official documents, scientific journals, and reports from international institutions. The results show that rapid population growth and uncontrolled urbanization have led to spatial inequality, reduced green open space, pressure on public infrastructure, and increased environmental degradation. Furthermore, unpreparedness in spatial planning and weak integration of population data into development policies exacerbate socio-economic imbalances between regions. The shift in demographic structure toward a predominance of the productive age group presents the opportunity for a demographic bonus, but also the risk of a demographic burden if not balanced by improvements in the quality of human resources. This study emphasizes that successful sustainable development requires data-driven, gender-equitable, environmentally friendly, and participatory population policies. The integration of technologies such as Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and spatial analysis is a strategic step in realizing inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable development for future generations.
Abstract:This study investigates how Word of Mouth, service quality, and brand image influence B2B customer loyalty at As-Syifaa Pharmacy in Majalengka, with customer satisfaction acting as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach…
proach was applied using the SEM-PLS method, drawing on data from 300 purposively selected customers. The analysis included measurement of validity and reliability, followed by structural model testing to identify both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The findings reveal that Word of Mouth, service quality, and brand image each play a meaningful role in enhancing customer satisfaction, which in turn becomes the strongest predictor of customer loyalty. Satisfaction was also found to mediate the effects of the three antecedent variables, either fully or partially, highlighting its central role in shaping long-term business relationships. These results indicate that building B2B customer loyalty requires more than consistent operational performance; it also depends on maintaining a credible brand reputation and fostering positive relational communication within the business network. Based on these insights, the study recommends strengthening service standards, reinforcing brand consistency, and managing interpersonal communication to support sustainable loyalty among B2B partners.
Abstract:Waste management problems in Indonesia have become a crucial challenge, especially in major cities. This study aims to analyze the comparative implementation of waste management policies in Pekanbaru City and Padang City…
using the George C. Edward III policy implementation model. This qualitative research with a literature study approach analyzes four variables: communication, resources, bureaucratic structure, and disposition. The results show that Pekanbaru City faces significant constraints in all four variables, with a waste management achievement of 66.49% and even experiencing a waste emergency status in 2025. In contrast, Padang City achieved 94.02% and received various international awards. This difference is caused by more effective policy communication, massive community empowerment through 182 waste banks, strong fiscal commitment with a budget of Rp 70 billion, solid multi-stakeholder coordination, and a high implementer disposition in Padang City.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the effect of the application of Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) on the learning interest and ability to write narrative texts of grade IV students of UPT SDN 21 Bangkala, Jeneponto Regency.…
ncy. The research background is based on the needs of Indonesian learning that is closer to the students' local cultural experiences so that learning becomes meaningful and relevant. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experiment design of the non-equivalent control group design that involves two groups, namely the experimental group that received CRT treatment and the control group that used conventional learning. The research instruments included learning interest questionnaires, narrative text writing tests, observation sheets, and documentation. The results showed a significant difference between the two groups after the treatment was given. The average post-test score of the experimental group's writing ability reached 82.14, a significant increase from the pre-test score of 58.71. Meanwhile, the control group only increased from 57.42 to 69.28. The learning interest of students in the experimental group also increased from 62% to 86%, much higher than the control group which only increased from 60% to 71%. The t-test showed a significance value of < 0.05 on both variables, which means that CRT had a significant effect on students' learning interest and narrative text writing ability. Normalized gain analysis corroborated these findings, where the experimental group was in the high improvement category. Overall, this study emphasizes that the integration of local cultural elements through the CRT approach is able to increase student participation, motivation, and academic performance, especially in writing narrative texts. The results of this study imply that CRT is feasible as an alternative to Indonesian learning strategies that are more communicative, contextual, and in favor of the cultural diversity of students
Abstract:The delivery of the first harvest by the people of Kolimasang Village to the King of Sagu in Adonara represents a symbol of agrarian relations rich in cultural and spiritual meaning. In Lamaholot tradition, the king is not…
ot only a political–traditional leader but is also regarded as a representation of cosmic power that must be respected. In this perspective, the delivery of the first harvest becomes a kind of “rite of passage” from the profane world (the field) to the sacred world (the palace). Within Lamaholot tradition, this relationship is known as the 4A: Atadiken (Human), God, Nature, and Ancestral Spirits.
The findings show that the procession of delivering the first harvest has been practiced for generations since the establishment of the Adonara Kingdom. The procession is carried out for two consecutive days, Tuesday and Wednesday, during the harvest week and month, usually March or April. On Tuesday, the ritual takes place in the fields during the first harvest, the yields of which are taken to the King of Adonara in Sagu. On Wednesday, the procession takes place in Lewo Sagu Atu Matang – Tanah Kota Dolu Wewang (the palace of the Adonara king), the site of the migration of King Arkian Kamba (the first Islamic King of Adonara). Both processions are preceded by traditional ritual prayers (Bao Lolon) addressed to God, Nature, and the Ancestral Spirits (3A). The equipment involved in the procession includes the harvest yield, tuak (palm wine) in bamboo containers, coconut-shell cups, gongs and drums, spears, machetes, and traditional clothing. In the procession, the king and his kin receive the harvest in a ceremonial welcome marked by traditional rituals, during which the king wears royal attire: the lipa sarong, a jacket, and a cap. The harvested produce is not only given to members of the royal family for consumption but also distributed to the wider community (ribu ratu). A tradition that remains preserved to this day—and considered the most essential—is the distribution of the first harvest by the king and his family to widows, the poor, orphans, and abandoned children. This symbolizes love, fairness, and equitable sharing—values that continue to be upheld today.
Abstract:The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) presents both opportunities and challenges for elementary education. Teachers play a strategic role in preparing young learners to understand and adapt to technology…
critically, creatively, and ethically. This study aims to analyze the role of elementary school teachers in integrating AI concepts through simple coding activities, as well as to identify the strategies and challenges encountered during implementation. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, using interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis as data collection techniques.
The findings reveal that teachers serve as digital learning facilitators, innovators in designing coding-based learning activities, and ethical guides who help students use technology responsibly. Simple coding activities effectively foster students’ logical thinking, creativity, and digital collaboration skills. However, limited technological infrastructure and insufficient teacher training remain major obstacles to sustainable implementation. Therefore, systemic support through educational policy, professional development, and adaptive curriculum design is essential.
Integrating AI concepts through simple coding in elementary schools not only enhances digital literacy but also cultivates ethical awareness and social responsibility toward technology. With collaborative support from educators, institutions, and policymakers, elementary education can become a foundational stage for shaping a generation that is intelligent, creative, and morally grounded in the era of artificial intelligence
