r companies in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province is PT. Jamkrida Bangka which issues a surety bond certificate as an additional agreement to the main agreement between the project owner and the contractor. The system for submitting surety bond guarantee certificates at PT Jamkrida Bangka is still done manually starting from applying, completing the supporting document requirements, checking the suitability of the applicant's supporting documents, paying the guarantee fee, and printing the surety bond certificate as proof of guarantee. The system currently running will be developed into a web-based system to increase the speed of the administrative service process when applicants submit applications for surety bonds. The web-based system was developed using the Object-Oriented Analysis and Design method and Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a tool to develop in line with user needs. The system design can also provide easy access for applicants who are far from PT offices. Jamkrida in Pangkalpinang.

Abstrak: Pada pengerjaan proyek yang beresiko cukup besar, maka pihak pemilik proyek meminta surat jaminan kepada pihak kontraktor sebagai bentuk kesungguhan melaksanakan pekerjaannya selama waktu tertentu. Di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, salah satu Perusahaan penjamin adalah PT. Jamkrida Bangka yang mengeluarkan sertifikat surety bond sebagai perjanjian tambahan dari perjanjian pokok antara pemilik proyek dengan kontraktor. Sistem pengajuan sertifikat jaminan surety bond di PT Jamkrida Bangka masih dilakukan secara manual mulai dari mengajukan permohonan, melengkapi persyaratan dokumen pendukung, memeriksa kesesuaian dokumen pendukung pemohon, pembayaran biaya jaminan, dan pencetakan sertifikat surety bond sebagai bukti jaminan. Sistem yang saat ini berjalan akan dikembangkan menjadi sistem berbasis web untuk meningkatkan kecepatan proses layanan administrasi saat pemohon mengajukan permohonan jaminan surety bond. Sistem berbasis web dikembangkan dengan metode Object-Oriented Analysis and Design dan Unified Modelling Language (UML) sebagai alat bantu, agar sistem dapat berkembang selaras dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Sistem yang dirancang juga mampu memberikan kemudahan akses bagi pemohon yang secara geografis cukup jauh dari kantor PT. Jamkrida di Pangkalpinang.

The prototype method allows developers to design and develop application prototypes that can be tested by users (teachers, students, and parents) before implementing the actual application. This will help identify user needs, collect feedback and ensure that the resulting Smart School application meets the expectations and needs of all stakeholders. The Smart School application has many features, such as student data management, lesson schedules, homework and test management, communication between teachers, students and parents, and tracking student learning progress. This application is designed with a web interface like computers, tablets and smartphones. The resulting Smart School application using the Prototype approach will be better able to meet changing user needs and help improve the quality of education in schools. Apart from that, web technology will make it easier to access and use applications by all stakeholders in the world of education.

Abstrak: Kemajuan teknologi informasi sudah meninggalkan efek yang substansial terhadap dunia pendidikan. Salah satu dampak tersebut adalah munculnya konsep sekolah cerdas. Aplikasi Smart School merupakan solusi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan prosedur pendidikan di sekolah. Riset ini bermaksud untuk merancang aplikasi Smart School dengan menggunakan metode Prototype berbasis Web. Metode Prototipe memungkinkan pengembang merancang dan mengembangkan prototipe aplikasi yang dapat diuji oleh pengguna (guru, siswa, dan orang tua) sebelum menerapkan aplikasi sebenarnya. Hal ini akan membantu mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, mengumpulkan umpan balik dan memastikan bahwa aplikasi Smart School yang dihasilkan memenuhi harapan dan kebutuhan seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Aplikasi Smart School dirancang dengan banyak fitur yang beragam seperti pengelolaan data siswa, jadwal pelajaran, pengelolaan pekerjaan rumah dan ulangan, komunikasi antara guru, siswa dan orangtua, serta pelacakan kemajuan perkembangan pembelajaran siswa. Aplikasi ini dirancang dengan antarmuka web seperti komputer, tablet, dan smartphone. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Prototype, diharapkan aplikasi Smart School yang dihasilkan akan lebih mampu memenuhi perubahan kebutuhan pengguna dan dapat membantu meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah. In addition, the application of Agile methods in the application development process can provide the flexibility and adaptability needed to deal with frequent changes in requirements. This study aims to investigate the implementation of the AngularJS framework in the design of a web-based acceptance system application using the Agile method. The results of the study show that the implementation of the AngularJS framework in the design of web-based acceptance system applications provides significant benefits. In conclusion, the implementation of the AngularJS framework in the design of web-based acceptance system applications using Agile methods can improve efficiency, quality, and user experience. Using AngularJS enables the development of responsive and interactive applications, while the Agile method facilitates adaptation to changing customer needs. Therefore, the use of AngularJS with an Agile approach should be carefully considered by organizations wishing to develop successful web-based acceptance system applications.

Abstract: Teknologi mampu mendigitalisasi pekerjaan manusia yang awalnya manual menjadi otomatis dan tentunya memakan waktu yang lebih singkat dan akurasi yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan hasil yang dikerjakan oleh manusia. Tetapi masih banyak perusahaan perusahaan yang belum menerapkan teknologi ini. Penggunaan framework AngularJS dalam pengembangan aplikasi web telah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna dan kemudahan pengembangan. Selain itu, penerapan metode Agile dalam proses pengembangan aplikasi dapat memberikan fleksibilitas dan adaptabilitas yang diperlukan untuk menghadapi perubahan persyaratan yang sering terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi implementasi framework AngularJS dalam desain aplikasi sistem penerimaan berbasis web menggunakan metode Agile. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi framework AngularJS dalam desain aplikasi sistem penerimaan berbasis web memberikan manfaat yang signifikan. Dalam kesimpulannya, implementasi framework AngularJS dalam desain aplikasi sistem penerimaan berbasis web menggunakan metode Agile dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, kualitas, dan pengalaman pengguna. Penggunaan AngularJS memungkinkan pengembangan aplikasi yang responsif dan interaktif, sementara metode Agile memfasilitasi adaptasi terhadap perubahan kebutuhan pelanggan. Where the control and monitoring is still done manually, namely through a switch or remote control . This becomes a problem that arises when there is negligence in extinguishing it or in the ignition process. So we need a system that can turn on the air conditioner in every theoretical room or laboratory room remotely. So that the work feels lighter and more effective. In designing this control system, a NodeMCU ESP8266 module is used, which acts as the brain of the remote control system and with a DHT11 temperature sensor that can monitor room temperature. The IR Transmitter sensor acts as a connecting medium between the NodeMCU ESP8266 module and the Air Conditioner engine to regulate the temperature. So that in this way, this control system can make it easier for officers to control the Air Conditioner in the STMIK Royal campus room.

Abstrak: Air conditioner merupakan sebuah komponen penting pada suatu ruang di jaman sekarang ini. Dikarenakan fungsinya sebagai pengatur sirkulasi udara di dalam ruangan yang sebelumnya panas dan pengap menjadi sejuk dan nyaman. STMIK Royal Kisaran yang merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi dibidang komputer yang memiliki banyak sekali air conditioner di setiap ruangannya, baik pada ruang teori serta diruang laboratorium. Di mana pada pengontrolan dan pemantauannya masih secara manual, yaitu melalui sakelar atau remot kontrol. Hal ini menjadi satu persoalan yang timbul ketika terjadi kelalaian dalam memadamkannya ataupun dalam proses penyalaannya. Sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat menyalakan air conditioner di setiap ruang teori maupun ruang laboratorium dengan jarak jauh. Sehingga pekerjaan tersebut teras lebih ringan dan efektif. Dalam perancangan sistem kendali ini digunakan sebuah modul NodeMCU ESP8266, yang berperan sebagai otak dari sistem pengendalian secara jarak jauh dan dengan sensor suhu DHT11 yang dapat memantau temperatur suhu ruangan. Sensor IR Transmitter sebagai media penghubung antara modul NodeMCU ESP8266 ke mesin Air Conditioner untuk mengatur temperatur suhu. Sehingga dengan demikian, sistem kendali ini dapat mempermudah petugas dalam mengontrol Air Conditioner di ruangan kampus STMIK Royal.

This study aims to redesign the immunization information system to help manage medical records and maintain the quality of health care services. The design of the developed immunization system may include information on the processing and reporting of immunization data in hospitals to enable medical staff to report results to immunization services quickly and accurately. The research method used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection was conducted through observations, interviews, and literature review from studies of researchers and practitioners. The system development method adopts the waterfall method. This study's results indicate that technology is an appropriate method to more efficiently support data processing and reporting when valid data are available.

Abstrak: Rekam medis dikelola sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan untuk menciptakan informasi yang harus dipelihara dan disimpan dengan baik sehingga informasi tersebut dapat dengan mudah diakses pada saat dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi fakta bahwa petugas masih membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk mengumpulkan informasi dalam kegiatan pelaporan, karena jumlah pasien yang imunisasi terus bertambah setiap harinya. Waktu yang dibutuhkan cukup lama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendesain ulang sistem informasi imunisasi untuk membantu pengelolaan pelaporan medis sebagai upaya menjaga kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Rancangan sistem imunisasi yang dikembangkan dapat mencakup informasi pengolahan dan pelaporan data imunisasi di rumah sakit agar tenaga medis dapat melaporkan hasil secara cepat dan akurat kepada layanan imunisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi literatur hasil penelitian peneliti dan praktisi. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi merupakan cara yang cukup untuk mendukung pekerjaan pengolahan data dan pelaporan secara lebih efisien ketika tersedia data yang valid.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelola persedian barang atau inventory dan mempercepat pekerjaan karyawan dalam mengatasi permasalahan persedian sparepart di Gudang. Metode dalam penelitian ini menerapan Supply Chain Management adapun tahapannya yaitu dengan melakukan manajemen terhadap bahan baku, produksi, sampai distribusi kepada konsumen akhir dengan cara yang paling hemat dan efektif. Proses pengusulan kenaikan pangkat di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kabupaten Asahan saat ini berjalan secara manual, yaitu dengan memasukkan dokumen fisik sesuai syarat untuk kenaikan pangkat. Dalam hal ini, pengusulan kenaikan pangkat yang masih berjalan secara manual dengan menggunakan dokumen fisik tentunya mempersulit proses pengelolan dan terjadinya penumpukan dokumen. f an Air Conditioner (AC) is needed for the coolness of a room. Many air conditioners in the office and educational environment make air conditioning health checks quite time and effort-consuming. To save time and effort in checking the health condition of air conditioners, then designed a device that can check the health of air conditioners by utilizing UHF RFID to identify each air conditioner. This device is divided into 2 parts, the first is an AC condition sending device that detects room temperature and current in the AC. Second, the receiver of the AC condition functions to find out the AC condition and sends the AC condition to mobile device. This experiment was carried out on 3 AC units. Each air conditioner is in a different room with a type of dividing wall made of glass and gypsum. The test results of this device are in a room with a length of 10 meters, the device can detect AC conditions. The air conditioner is in a different room with glass and gypsum walls, the device can still read the condition of the air conditioner.

Abstrak: Kondisi ruangan yang nyaman merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan suatu pekerjaan dan proses pembelajaran. Untuk membuat ruangan tetap nyaman, suhu di dalamnya harus sejuk. Menjaga kesehatan Air Conditioner (AC) sangat dibutuhkan untuk kesejukan sebuah ruangan. Banyaknya AC di lingkungan kantor dan pendidikan membuat pemeriksaan kesehatan AC cukup banyak memakan waktu dan tenaga. Untuk menghemat waktu dan tenaga dalam melakukan pemeriksaan kondisi kesehatan AC, maka dirancang sebuah alat yang dapat melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan AC dengan memanfaatkan UHF RFID untuk mengidentifikasi masing-masing AC. Alat ini terbagi menjadi 2 bagian, yang pertama adalah alat pengirim kondisi AC yang mendeteksi suhu ruangan dan arus dalam AC. Kedua, penerima kondisi AC yang berfungsi untuk mengetahui kondisi AC dan mengirimkan kondisi AC tersebut ke perangkat seluler admin. Percobaan ini dilakukan pada 3 buah AC. Setiap AC berada di ruangan yang berbeda dengan tipe dinding pemisah yang terbuat dari kaca dan gipsum. Hasil pengujian perangkat ini berada di dalam ruangan dengan panjang 10 meter, perangkat dapat mendeteksi kondisi AC. Pada AC yang berada di ruangan yang berbeda dengan kaca dan dinding gipsum, perangkat tetap dapat membaca kondisi AC tersebut.

Abstrak: Pondok pesantren ABC merupakan salah satu Pondok Pesantren yang ada di Kabupaten Madiun, selain pondok pesantren di lingkungan ponpes tersebut juga terdapat SMP dan SMA yang dinaungi satu yayasan yang sama. Pondok pesantren ABC juga menerapkan teknologi informasi sebagai salah satu pendamping kegiatan operasional nya. Banyaknya karyawan dan guru yang terdapat di pondok pesantren, SMP dan SMA menimbulkan kesulitan pada bagian kepegawaian untuk pengelolaannya. Cara pengelolaan yang sedang berjalan di bagian kepegawaian dirasa tidak lagi mencukupi, karena teknologi informasi yang ada untuk menunjang pekerjaan mereka belum berfungsi optimal sebagai pendukung strategi. Kerangka kerja zachman dipilih agar perencanaan dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah yang strategis, mudah dipahami dan bisa menjadi kontrol untuk pengembangan sistem informasi ke depan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa blue print rancangan sistem yang dipetakan didalam bentuk matrik Zachman yang dilihat dari sudut pandang Planner dan Owner.

Smart Home memiliki beberapa keunggulan seperti memberikan kenyamanan yang lebih baik, keamanan dan keselamatan yang lebih terjamin, serta penghematan penggunaan listrik. Dengan mengimplementasikan perangkat Smart Home di rumah atau kantor, perangkat listrik akan dapat bekerja secara otomatis sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Pengguna juga dapat memantau dan mengontrol perangkat listrik di rumah dari jarak jauh melalui saluran komunikasi seperti melalui jaringan internet, Wi-Fi atau bluetooth. Sifat khusus dari mikrokontroler yaitu ukurannya yang kecil, hemat daya dan kelenturan listrik, menjadikan mikrokontroler sangat cocok digunakan sebagai rekorder / perekam data pada aplikasi yang tidak membutuhkan kehadiran operator.
