Luffa acutangula (L.) Roxb. plants contain many carbohydrates and sources of nutrients needed by microbes to multiply. The mineral content of gambas in the process of local microorganisms for soil fertility is calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), and felium (Fe) which are very supportive in the process of soil fertility. In this study, the mixture given to Histosol soil is the content of Oryctes rhinoceros (Linn.) Scarabaeus. larvae faeces: Kolarhino and Local Microorganisms (MoL) of Luffa acutangula (L.) Roxb. gave a positive impact on Histosol soil both physically and chemically.

essibility. This study aims to analyze branding and digital promotion strategies implemented by street coffee MSMEs in Kotabumi, North Lampung, to enhance sales competitiveness. A qualitative case study approach was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with business owners and employees, direct observation, and documentation of digital promotional activities on social media platforms. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, comprising data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that branding strategies were implemented through brand identity development, including business name, logo, color consistency, booth design, and product differentiation. Digital promotion strategies mainly utilized Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business through product photos, coffee-making videos, and promotional content. These strategies positively impacted market reach, customer acquisition, and sales stability. However, several constraints were identified, such as limited resources, inconsistent visual identity, and suboptimal content management. This study concludes that consistent branding and planned digital promotion are essential to strengthening competitiveness and ensuring the sustainability of street coffee MSMEs.

The findings reveal that although the enterprise has not formally implemented a structured business model, all nine elements of the BMC are naturally reflected in its operational practices. The customer segments consist of students, workers, and the wider community seeking affordable and fast-serving meals. The value propositions emphasize affordability, consistent flavors, and friendly customer service. Key resources include human resources, equipment, raw materials, and financial capital, while key partnerships involve employees, suppliers, and customers. Revenue streams arise from food and beverage sales and delivery services, supported by direct sales channels and simple promotional strategies. This study aligns with the literature highlighting the importance of BMC in strengthening MSME competitiveness (Alifiyah & Budiman, 2021; Dwisanto & Ifghaniyafi, 2024). This study employs a normative juridical research method, utilizing secondary data in the form of statutory regulations and legal literature. The findings indicate that regional autonomy provides local governments with greater capacity to understand and respond to the objective environmental conditions of their respective regions. Environmental law enforcement is implemented through administrative sanctions, criminal sanctions, and civil liability based on the principle of strict liability. The role of local governments is therefore crucial in ensuring the sustainability of environmental functions and in safeguarding community welfare through effective environmental governance.

CSR is measured through a disclosure index based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards using content analysis. This research employs a quantitative associative approach with secondary data obtained from annual reports and sustainability reports of seven cement companies. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to test the hypotheses. The results indicate that ROA has a positive and significant effect on firm value, suggesting that efficient asset utilization enhances market perception. CSR disclosure also shows a positive and significant effect on firm value, supporting the legitimacy theory that socially responsible practices strengthen corporate reputation and investor confidence. These findings highlight the importance of integrating financial performance and sustainability strategies to enhance firm value, particularly in capital-intensive and environmentally sensitive industries such as cement.

The main focus is directed at three key issues: the right to environmental information, the right to repair, and regulatory challenges related to greenwashing practices. By using a narrative literature review approach, this article examines various academic and policy sources to evaluate the extent to which consumer protection has been integrated into circular economy strategies. The findings show that although positive initiatives have been taken, regulatory implementation remains weak and often fails to provide effective protection mechanisms for consumers. The policy implications proposed include strengthening standards for environmental claims, expanding the right to repair across sectors, and increasing sustainability literacy at the consumer level. This article aims to enrich academic discourse and serve as a foundation for consumer-based policy development in support of the circular economy agenda.

tudy with an ethnographic approach to document the use of suluk and jawokan in various traditional ceremonies, rituals, as well as aspects of the social and spiritual life of the community. Data collection methods include direct observation, in-depth interviews, and searching related literature. The research results show that suluk and jawokan have an important role in traditional ceremonies, traditional medicine, and religious rituals, used for various purposes such as healing, protection, and communication with ancestral spirits.
Apart from that, suluk and jawokan reflect cultural values and local wisdom passed down from generation to generation. This research concludes that preserving suluk and jawokan as part of intangible cultural heritage is very important to maintain the identity and cultural sustainability of the people of Cirebon-Indramayu. The mysticism of suluk and jawokan is oral literature that developed among the people of Cirebon-Indramayu as a vehicle for expression in expressing ethics, aesthetics and transcendent values in deeper social and religious realms.
Based on the research results, the students' writing level is very enthusiastic, so that students are able to express ideas, thoughts, and messages in writing poetry or mantras. It turns out that based on the table, 70% of students like writing, 15% dislike it, and 15% are hesitant. Learning to write requires continuous practice. For this reason, teachers as facilitators and motivators for students, should offer strategies in the form of methods and media that are interesting for students. The strategies used by teachers determine the success of learning. To achieve writing skills, a lot of practice is needed. Appropriate and varied writing exercises will make it easier for students to learn the language and have a big influence on learning other subjects. Therefore, the role of teachers and their creativity in the learning process also determines the success of students in learning the language, especially writing lessons.

ne form of this transparency is realized through website-based sustainability reporting, which allows companies to convey sustainability information more openly and accessibly to stakeholders. On the other hand, capital structure decisions remain a fundamental factor that can potentially influence market perceptions of firm value, as they relate to the balance between internal and external funding in supporting operational continuity and growth strategies. This study aims to determine the influence of website-based sustainability reporting and capital structure on firm value through multiple linear regression analysis. Using a quantitative approach and secondary data obtained from annual reports and official company websites, the study focuses on issuers consistently listed in the IDX ESG Leaders index during the 2023–2024 period. The sample selection utilized purposive sampling, resulting in 20 companies with a total of 40 data observations. Firm value was measured using the Tobin’s Q ratio, the level of sustainability reporting disclosure was proxied through the Sustainability Report Disclosure Index (SRDI) based on GRI 2021 standards, and capital structure was measured by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The partial results of the study show that website-based sustainability reporting has a positive coefficient but no significant effect on firm value. Similarly, capital structure shows a positive direction but is not statistically significant. Furthermore, the two variables simultaneously have no significant effect on the firm value of IDX ESG Leaders issuers. These findings indicate that although website-based sustainability disclosure and capital structure tend to have a direct relationship with firm value, the influence is not yet strong enough to significantly affect market valuation within a group of issuers that already meet sustainability criteria. Consequently, the firm value of IDX ESG Leaders issuers is not solely determined by the level of website-based sustainability disclosure or the company's capital structure.

ncy. This study aims to analyze the implementation and outcomes of deep learning training for teachers at the UPTD SDN 22 Sampean. The study used a qualitative approach with a field study design. The subjects were elementary school teachers who participated in the deep learning training. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques.
The results of the study indicate that immersive learning training improved teachers' conceptual understanding and practical skills in developing immersive learning-based teaching materials. Teachers began designing lessons oriented toward conceptual understanding, active student engagement, and reflection on learning. These findings indicate that practice-based training is effective in supporting the implementation of immersive learning in elementary schools. This study recommends the need for ongoing training and implementation support to ensure the sustainability of immersive learning in the classroom.
