Abstract:Blood group examination is a blood grouping system based on the type of antigen. Examination of blood groups with antisera reagents, namely examination of blood groups with antisera reagents obtained from in vitro supernatant…
atant cultures derived from mouse cell immunoglobulin hybridization. Examination of blood type with serum is an examination that uses blood type A as anti-B, blood type B as anti-A, and blood type O as anti-AB. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile of the ABO system blood group examination using antisera reagents and serum slide method. The research method used was descriptive with samples of the ABO system blood group using antisera and serum reagents for 30 respondents using probability sampling technique. The materials used are human blood groups A, B, AB and O and anti-A, anti-B, anti-AB reagents. Data analysis was descriptive in the form of a profile table of the results of the ABO system blood group examination using antisera and serum reagents. The results of the study revealed that the results of blood group A were 7 (23%), blood group B were 7 (23%), blood group AB were 8 (27%), and blood group O were 8 (27%). The results obtained showed that the antisera and serum reagents had differences in the blood group examination results, namely the grade of agglutination produced by the serum was different from that of the antisera. It can be concluded that the results of blood grouping with antisera and serum reagents can be used for blood group examination. However, compared to antisera reagents, the results are better using antisera reagents compared to serum.
Abstract:The rapid advancement of digital technology has fundamentally reshaped consumer behavior globally, with social media becoming the primary channel for product information seeking. Approximately 51% of Indonesians rely on…
user reviews before purchasing, and 62% have bought products under the direct influence of Social Media Influencers (SMIs). Despite this, the psychological mechanisms linking influencer characteristics to purchase intention remain fragmented across sectors and platforms. This systematic literature review synthesizes nineteen empirical studies published between 2020 and 2025, spanning beauty, fashion, gadget, and sustainable product sectors across multiple countries, to examine how Source Credibility (attractiveness, trustworthiness, expertise) and Parasocial Interaction (PSI) jointly shape consumer purchase intentions. Three core findings emerge: (1) trustworthiness is the sole credibility dimension that is universally and consistently significant across all contexts, fundamentally challenging assumptions about the equal contribution of the three credibility dimensions; (2) PSI operates not as a single mediator but as a multi-pathway psychological bridge through hedonic value, brand attitude, vicarious experience, and social-personal value whose specific active pathway is contingent on platform, product type, and cultural context; and (3) generational and cultural moderators systematically shape which credibility dimension most powerfully drives PSI. A Proposed Integrative Conceptual Framework and a synthetic cross-study comparison matrix (Table 2) consolidate these findings. Results offer strategic implications for influencer marketing practice and identify priority directions for future research.

ive method with a Descriptive approach. The data used are primary data in the form of interviews, Observations and Documentation with the owner of the Depula Adzra business. The results of the study show that the calculation of selling prices using the cost plus pricing method shows a difference with the selling price set by the business. The selling price of goat kabuli rice according to Depula Adzra is IDR 1,000,000, while based on the cost plus pricing method it is obtained at IDR 1,269,055. Conversely, on the beef kabuli rice menu, the selling price according to Depula Adzra is IDR 800,000, while the calculation result of the cost plus pricing method is IDR 1,037,673. This difference shows that the determination of selling prices in the business is not entirely based on systematic cost calculations.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze consumer segmentation in the traditional culinary business of a Madurese duck rice and fried chicken restaurant in Konawe Regency. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection…
lection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants consisted of the owner, employees, and customers who had visited the restaurant two or more times. The analysis was conducted based on four types of market segmentation: geographic, demographic, psychographic, and behavioral. The results of this study indicate that this restaurant has a fairly broad market segment, encompassing both local and out-of-town customers, with consumers predominantly students, office workers, and families. Authentic taste, affordable prices, and fast service are the main factors attracting customers. Geographic segmentation indicates potential for expansion due to the increase in out-of-town visitors on weekends. Demographic and psychographic segmentation indicate that customers have a high interest in traditional, spicy dishes. Behavioral segmentation indicates the presence of loyal customers and repeat purchasing patterns. These findings provide important recommendations for businesses to develop more effective marketing strategies tailored to the characteristics of their target market.
Abstract:This study aims to characterize the effect of food additives on the quality of meatballs made from palm mushrooms (Volvariella volvacea) and mocaf flour. Meatballs were made with a formulation of 70% palm mushrooms and 30%…
0% mocaf, and the addition of carrageenan, CMC, and STPP at concentrations of 0.25%, 0.5%, and 1% with 9 treatments. The parameters analyzed included yield, water content, protein, fiber, organoleptic and production cost. The results showed that the yield ranged from 82.15–96.39% and was significantly different between treatments. Water content was 65.01–70.60%, while the highest protein and fiber content was obtained with the addition of 0.25% carrageenan, respectively 10.53% and 7.97%, respectively. The type and concentration of food additives significantly affected the yield, water content, protein, fiber and texture but did not significantly affect the color and taste of palm mushroom and mocaf flour meatballs.

roach with a survey method. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire, with a total sample of 54 respondents. The data analysis technique applied was multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that (1) resilience has a positive and significant effect on adaptive behavior, (2) mindset has a positive and significant effect on adaptive behavior, and (3) resilience and mindset simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on adaptive behavior. Descriptive findings based on business type indicate that the highest levels of resilience and adaptive behavior are found in restaurant businesses, while relatively lower levels are observed in bakery and pastry industries. Based on business duration, entrepreneurs who have operated longer tend to demonstrate better adaptive capabilities compared to newer businesses. This study recommends enhancing digital literacy training, strengthening entrepreneurial mindset, and providing business mentoring programs to improve the adaptive capacity of MSMEs in facing digital transformation.

The conclusion of this study found that there is a relationship between compliance with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and efforts to prevent occupational diseases in nurses at Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital Banda Aceh. It is recommended that nurses increase efforts to prevent occupational diseases by continuing to use PPE even though sometimes it is not provided in hospitals, such as masks.
