and trusted tax consultants because many tax consultants embezzle money and slow down the tax reporting process, as well as the lack of knowledge of taxpayers about all tax regulations, a complicated and frequently changing tax system, and also there are still negative public assumptions about taxes such as corruption in taxes that have been paid by taxpayers. The "Tax Me" application was developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) system development methodology. This application was developed as a forum for tax consulting services in collaboration with the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) institution which is able to provide transparent and reliable tax consulting services. "Tax Me" is expected to be able to provide education to taxpayers, overcome taxpayers' concerns about the tax calculation and reporting process as well as in choosing a tax consultant who can be trusted. In addition, several features of the "Tax Me" application such as: NPWP, Tax Calculation, Tax Consultation, Report & Check Annual Tax Return, E-Billing & Pay Tax, Tax Reminder and Tax Article.

Therefore, the implementation of an enterprise architecture (EA) framework is crucial to ensure a strategic alignment between educational goals and technology. However, before implementing the framework, schools must evaluate various factors that influence the suitability and effectiveness of EA, including current technology needs, staff competencies, existing infrastructure conditions, and other factors. This study gathers and analyzes data from related studies, and the results indicate the importance of understanding EA principles to optimize academic and administrative processes. By considering variables in the selection of the EA framework, evaluating school readiness, and identifying existing challenges, this research aims to assist secondary schools in effectively implementing EA. The expected outcome of this research provides theoretical support for the adoption of EA, thus facilitating more efficient strategic and operational planning in secondary schools.

Abstrak: Penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) secara luas telah meningkatkan efektivitas dan kualitas dalam manajemen, penelitian, dan pendidikan di institusi pendidikan. Di era digital ini, sekolah menengah dituntut untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan strategi pendidikan melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Oleh karena itu, penerapan framework arsitektur enterprise (EA) menjadi penting untuk memastikan aliansi strategis antara tujuan pendidikan dan teknologi. Namun, sebelum penerapan framework dilakukan, sekolah harus mengevaluasi berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi kesesuaian dan efektivitas EA, termasuk kebutuhan teknologi terkini, kompetensi staf, kondisi infrastruktur yang ada, dan faktor lainnya. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari studi terkait, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pentingnya pemahaman tentang prinsip-prinsip EA untuk mengoptimalkan proses akademik dan administratif. Dengan mempertimbangkan variabel-variabel dalam pemilihan framework EA, evaluasi kesiapan sekolah, dan identifikasi tantangan yang ada, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu sekolah menengah dalam mengimplementasikan EA secara efektif. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis yang mendukung pengadopsian EA, sehingga memfasilitasi perencanaan strategis dan operasional yang lebih efisien di sekolah menengah.

process and personal development of students. Through the development of an expert system-based counseling model based on backward chaining, this study seeks to discover trends in student behavior. The research process starts with problem analysis, goal setting, literature study, data collection, system design and implementation, and results analysis. It then moves on to counseling model development and implementation in the school setting. To determine the reasons for the unruly behavior of the kids, data were analyzed using a backward chaining methodology. UML Usecase diagrams are used in system design to define the roles of actors and users. The established counseling model, which consists of 14 behaviors, 67 phenomena/symptoms, and 14 rules, focuses on goals and methods to modify student behavior. Three students underwent system testing based on previously achieved goals from therapy. The findings revealed "Smoking," "Emotional Problems," and "Fighting" among the student behaviors. When the Backward Chaining-based counseling model is used, it is simpler for homeroom teachers to gather information about students' conduct from them and to offer remedies based on the transfer of professional knowledge without having to wait for the counselor guidance procedure

Abstrak: Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi membuat stakeholder membutuhkan pelayanan yang mudah dan cepat. Salah satunya adalah layanan pencarian guru les yang mudah dan cepat. Orang tua yang memiliki kehidupan yang sangat sibuk dan materi sekolah yang berkembang sangat pesat membuat orang tua kurang bisa membantu anaknya belajar di rumah sehingga orang tua membutuhkan solusi berupa sistem informasi untuk memudahkan pencarian tutor. Dalam perkembangannya sistem informasi mengadopsi dengan menggabungkan arsitektur model view controller (MVC) dan restful web service karena pengembangan menggunakan arsitektur tersebut sangat mudah, cepat dan dapat dikembangkan menjadi multi platform. Kemudian dalam pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan pendekatan Agile Scrum Methodology yang mampu menyelesaikan pengembangan sistem dengan sangat cepat dan terorganisir. Komunikasi yang teratur dalam pendekatan Scrum ini membuat tim merasa nyaman karena setiap anggota saling mengetahui proses kemajuan dan hambatan masing-masing. The community processing salty groundwater so that it can be drunk is still not efficient, because it is still done manually by cooking the salty groundwater using a pot and stove to produce water vapor, then it is collected using a glass or other container. The purpose of this research is to produce an automatic distillation device using an electric water heater to be able to detect water temperature, salt content, and water level with rocks using the Arduino Uno Microcontroller. The method used in this study uses data collection and system development (prototype) methods. The results of the research resulted in an automatic distillation device that can separate the salt content in salty groundwater so that the water is suitable for consumption and also produces salt that can be used by the community for household needs.

Abstrak: Air tanah asin merupakan air yang berasal dari dalam tanah, memiliki kadar garam yang tinggi dan tidak layak untuk dikonsumsi. Masalah yang dihadapi masyarakat adalah kesulitan akan air bersih membuat masyarakat membeli air bersih untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari seperti minum, mandi, mencuci dan lain sebagainya. Masyarakat mengolah air tanah asin agar dapat diminum masih belum efisien, karena masih dilakukan secara manual dengan memasak air tanah asin menggunakan panci dan kompor untuk menghasilkan uapan air, kemudian ditampung menggunakan gelas atau wadah lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu alat destilasi otomatis menggunakan pemanas air listrik untuk dapat mendeteksi suhu air, kadar garam, dan level ketinggian air dengan batuan menggunakan Mikrokontroler Arduino Uno. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dan pengembangan sistem (prototype). Hasil penelitian menghasilkan suatu alat destilasi otomatis yang dapat memisahkan kadar garam pada air tanah asin sehingga air tersebut layak dikonsumsi dan juga menghasilkan garam yang dapat dimanfaatkan masyarakat untuk keperluan dalam rumah tangga.

Hastin can avoid shortages and excess stock due to better management, smoother communication with suppliers, and information on UD. Hastin's stock items can be known in real-time. Minyak makan merupakan produk rumah tangga yang sangat tinggi permintaanya. Oleh karenanya perlu pengendalian stok yang baik agar tidak kekurangan dan atau kelebihan stok. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UD. Hastin saat ini adalah keterbatasan dalam mengontrol stok persediaan karena masih dilakukan secara manual, yang menyebabkan kinerja yang lambat dan kurang efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian untuk merancang Supply Chain Management pada UD. Hastin menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL dengan menerapkan sistem berbasis web yang akan mempermudah dalam pengelolaan persediaan minyak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode kualitatif dengan studi pustaka dan studi lapangan. This study aims to improve the efficiency of product inventory management at Bakti Jaya Stores by implementing a technology-based and information-based Supply Chain Management system. The research method is a qualitative method, with data collection techniques through interviews with informants, conducting field observations, and also obtained from literature studies. This research produces a product stock management information system using Supply Chain Management that connects Bakti Jaya Stores with suppliers to maximize coordination between stores and suppliers, facilitates control of the flow of stock availability in stores, and makes it easier for store owners to make decisions related to purchasing and procuring goods by providing accurate inventory analysis and real-time product stock information.

Saat ini, toko tersebut masih mengelola persediaan produk secara manual dengan mencatat jumlah barang masuk berdasarkan catatan pemesanan. Penghitungan stok dilakukan dengan cara melihat langsung gudang, yang menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pengawasan stok secara akurat dan berisiko terjadi kekurangan atau kelebihan stok. Kendala tersebut dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dan operasional toko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan produk di Toko Bakti Jaya dengan menerapkan sistem Supply Chain Management berbasis teknologi dan informasi. Metode penelitiannya ialah metode kualitatif, dengan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara kepada narasumber, melakukan observasi ke lapangan serta juga didapat dari studi literature. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Sistem Informasi pengelolaan stok produk dengan menggunakan Supply Chain Management yang menghubungkan Toko Bakti Jaya dengan para supplier dapat memaksimalkan koordinasi antara toko dengan supplier, memudahkan pengendalian aliran stok ketersediaan barang di toko serta memudahkan pemilik toko membuat keputusan terkait dengaan pembelian dan pengadaan barang dengan menyediakan analisis persediaan yang akurat dan informasi stok produk yang real time.

In running SPBE, the Central Lombok Regency Government, especially the Department of Communication and Informatics, participates in developing SPBE, one of which is in the Informatics Application Division which has an Informatics Application Management Program. This research aims to support SPBE-based informatics application management services for OPDs in Central Lombok Regency and the public. This SPBE design adopts the TOGAF 9.2 approach, and is also adjusted to the Presidential Regulation on Electronic-Based Government Systems in designing. This research focuses on the Informatics Application Management Program with business process architecture domain, service architecture domain, data and information architecture domain, application architecture domain, and technology (infrastructure) architecture domain. The result of this research is a blueprint that will be used as a solution or support for the running of SPBE in the Informatics Application Management Program.

Abstrak Saat ini, meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan pelayanan publik yang efisien, efektif, transparan dan akuntabel publik. Berbagai aplikasi di rancang agar dapat mewujudkan sistem kerja yang transparan dana akuntabel serta adanya peningkatan proses kerja yang cepat, tepat, dan akurat. Maka dari itu, Pemerintah daerah kini mengembangkan e-Government atau di pemerintahan Indonesia dikenal sebagai Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE). Dalam menjalankan SPBE Pemerintah Kabupaten Lombok Tengah khususnya Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika ikut serta mengembangkan SPBE salah satunya pada Bidang Aplikasi Informatika yang memiliki Program Pengelolaan Aplikasi Informatika. Dalam penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menunjang layanan pengelolaan aplikasi informatika berbasis SPBE bagi OPD yang ada di Kab. Lombok Tengah dan juga publik. Perancangan SPBE ini mengadopsi pendekatan TOGAF 9.2, dan juga di sesuaikan dengan Peraturan Presiden tentang Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik dalam melakukan perancangan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Program Pengelolaan Aplikasi Informatika dengan domain arsitektur proses bisnis, domain arsitektur layanan, domain arsitektur data dan informasi, domain arsitektur ap-likasi, dan domain arsitektur teknologi (infrastruktur). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu suatu blueprint yang nantinya akan dijadikan solusi ataupun penunjang berjalannya SPBE dalam Program Pengelolaan Aplikasi Informatika.

Where the control and monitoring is still done manually, namely through a switch or remote control . This becomes a problem that arises when there is negligence in extinguishing it or in the ignition process. So we need a system that can turn on the air conditioner in every theoretical room or laboratory room remotely. So that the work feels lighter and more effective. In designing this control system, a NodeMCU ESP8266 module is used, which acts as the brain of the remote control system and with a DHT11 temperature sensor that can monitor room temperature. The IR Transmitter sensor acts as a connecting medium between the NodeMCU ESP8266 module and the Air Conditioner engine to regulate the temperature. So that in this way, this control system can make it easier for officers to control the Air Conditioner in the STMIK Royal campus room.

Abstrak: Air conditioner merupakan sebuah komponen penting pada suatu ruang di jaman sekarang ini. Dikarenakan fungsinya sebagai pengatur sirkulasi udara di dalam ruangan yang sebelumnya panas dan pengap menjadi sejuk dan nyaman. STMIK Royal Kisaran yang merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi dibidang komputer yang memiliki banyak sekali air conditioner di setiap ruangannya, baik pada ruang teori serta diruang laboratorium. Di mana pada pengontrolan dan pemantauannya masih secara manual, yaitu melalui sakelar atau remot kontrol. Hal ini menjadi satu persoalan yang timbul ketika terjadi kelalaian dalam memadamkannya ataupun dalam proses penyalaannya. Sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat menyalakan air conditioner di setiap ruang teori maupun ruang laboratorium dengan jarak jauh. Sehingga pekerjaan tersebut teras lebih ringan dan efektif. Dalam perancangan sistem kendali ini digunakan sebuah modul NodeMCU ESP8266, yang berperan sebagai otak dari sistem pengendalian secara jarak jauh dan dengan sensor suhu DHT11 yang dapat memantau temperatur suhu ruangan. Sensor IR Transmitter sebagai media penghubung antara modul NodeMCU ESP8266 ke mesin Air Conditioner untuk mengatur temperatur suhu. Sehingga dengan demikian, sistem kendali ini dapat mempermudah petugas dalam mengontrol Air Conditioner di ruangan kampus STMIK Royal.
