This study aimed to analyze the correlation between cigarette smoke exposure levels and serum triglyceride levels in students to identify cardiovascular risks among the productive age group. This study employed an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 83 participants were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Participants' levels of exposure to cigarette smoke were assessed, and their serum triglyceride levels were analyzed using the GPO-PAP enzymatic method. Statistical analysis was performed to determine the significance of the association between smoke exposure levels and serum triglyceride levels. The findings indicate no statistically significant correlation between the level of cigarette smoke exposure and serum triglyceride levels among the study participants (Spearman's rho, p = 0.882). Most participants were classified as having mild cigarette smoke exposure and exhibited serum triglyceride levels within the normal reference range. Furthermore, the relatively homogeneous exposure levels and the young age of the participants may have contributed to the limited variability observed in the study. In conclusion, mild cigarette smoke exposure was not significantly associated with serum triglyceride levels among young adults.

This study aims to analyze plastic waste management and its implications for community economic activities in the Mardika Market area of Ambon City. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with a literature study and document analysis approach. Data were obtained from publications from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the National Waste Management Information System (SIPSN), scientific journals, government reports, and various relevant documents. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that plastic waste management in the Mardika Market area still faces various challenges, including the high use of single-use plastics, limited community participation, and the suboptimal implementation of the Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle (3R) principles. These conditions have implications for the cleanliness and comfort of the market environment, which can affect community economic activities, especially visitor comfort and trading activities. Therefore, synergy between the government, traders, and the community is needed to improve the effectiveness of plastic waste management to support the creation of a clean, comfortable, and productive market environment.

ious formation as an effort to shape changes in behavior, spiritual awareness and morals of inmates while serving their sentence. The research method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation of development officers, spiritual mentors and inmates. The research results show that the Islamic spiritual guidance model is implemented through religious lectures, learning to read the Koran, Islamic studies, congregational prayers, dhikr, and daily moral development. Guidanceis carried out on a scheduled basis and involves cooperation between correctional institutions and religious leaders. Islamic spiritual guidance has a positive influence on changes in the attitudes and behavior of inmates, such as increasing discipline, awareness of worship, mutual respect, and decreasing deviant behavior in the correctional environment. Supporting factors in implementing this program include support from officers and enthusiasm of the inmates, while inhibiting factors are limited facilities and a lack of spiritual mentors.

This study aims to determine the level of HIV/AIDS prevention knowledge among adolescent students and to analyze its association with health information exposure. A cross-sectional study was conducted among 189 students at Institut Ilmu Kesehatan Pelamonia in 2026, recruited via random sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using the Chi-square test (α = 0.05). A total of 66% of respondents had sufficient knowledge of HIV/AIDS prevention; however, 48% had never been exposed to related health information. A significant association was found between health information exposure and knowledge level (p = 0.04; OR = 3.4; 95% CI: [complete]). Health information exposure is significantly associated with HIV/AIDS prevention knowledge among adolescent students. Health education institutions should strengthen structured and sustainable HIV/AIDS education programs to prepare students as future health professionals.

Through a qualitative descriptive approach and literature analysis, this article highlights the importance of Pancasila education, digital literacy, and the role of educational institutions in strengthening national character. The study's results indicate that collaboration between families, schools, and communities needs to be strengthened so that Pancasila is not only cognitively understood but also practiced in the social behavior of Generation Z.

ccounting practices in Indonesian companies, particularly in financial reporting, management accounting, auditing, internal control, and accountant competencies. The study applies an interpretive qualitative approach through document-based case synthesis and thematic analysis of thirty-five recent national and international studies published within the last five years. The analysis identifies five major themes: automation of routine accounting activities, cloud-based accounting information systems and enterprise resource planning integration, artificial intelligence and robotic process automation in accounting and auditing, the transformation of accountants into digital analysts and business advisors, and governance challenges related to data quality, ethics, cybersecurity, and internal control. The findings indicate that Indonesian companies benefit from digital accounting through faster reporting, improved information quality, more efficient operations, and better decision-making. Nevertheless, the transformation is constrained by uneven digital literacy, limited readiness of accounting human resources, resistance to system change, weak data governance, and the need for stronger ethical safeguards. This study contributes to accounting literature by providing a qualitative synthesis of digital transformation in Indonesian corporate accounting practices and by offering practical implications for companies, accountants, auditors, and accounting education institutions.

Penelusuran dilakukan pada basis data Google Scholar menggunakan Harzing's Publish or Perish dengan kata kunci kontaminasi mikrobiologis dan cemaran bakteri air bersih Indonesia, dibatasi pada rentang tahun 2020 hingga 2025. Setelah skrining judul, pemeriksaan duplikasi, dan pengecekan kelengkapan metadata mengikuti alur seleksi bergaya PRISMA, diperoleh 115 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria kelayakan untuk dianalisis. Hasil menunjukkan tren publikasi meningkat tajam pada 2024 dan 2025, menyumbang lebih dari separuh total artikel. Air minum umum dan depot air minum isi ulang mendominasi objek penelitian dengan proporsi 73,9%, sementara Coliform dan Escherichia coli menjadi parameter yang paling banyak diuji sebesar 66,1%, umumnya menggunakan metode Most Probable Number. Wilayah penelitian masih terkonsentrasi di Pulau Jawa, sedangkan tidak satu pun artikel yang secara eksplisit meneliti kontaminasi parasitologis ditemukan sepanjang periode tersebut. Temuan ini menunjukkan penelitian kontaminasi air bersih di Indonesia masih terkonsentrasi secara tematik, objek, dan wilayah, sehingga membuka peluang riset yang luas pada aspek parasitologis, sumber air non-komersial, serta wilayah di luar Pulau Jawa.

Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan, bahwa putusan Pengadilan Tinggi Jakarta Nomor 358/Pdt/2019/PT.DKI, tanggung jawab debitor yang melakukan wanprestasi (cedera janji) dalam perjanjian kredit dengan jaminan hak tanggungan meliputi kewajiban melunasi seluruh sisa utang pokok beserta bunga, serta menghadapi konsekuensi eksekusi objek jaminan oleh kreditor demi memulihkan kredit bermasalah.
