Method: Using descriptive research with a nursing care approach. Results: The results of the study showed that the signs of hallucinations decreased after the rebuke was carried out. Using descriptive methods by managing patients arranged in nursing care, functions to create systematic, real and precise descriptions of the facts. The results of focused therapeutic actions on conversing with other people for 3 days can reduce the signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations. This is proven when conversing with other people, the patient focuses on the conversation and can avoid whispers that are not real to the patient. . The World Health Organization in 2021 stated that the prevalence of schizophrenia in the world increased to 26 million people. Hallucinations are one of the symptoms of mental disorders where a person experiences changes or disturbances in sensory perception involving the five senses. The most common hallucination is auditory hallucination. One of the non-pharmacological treatments that can be done in patients with auditory hallucination is Murottal Therapy. Murottal therapy is a therapy by reading or listening to Al-Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the nursing process regarding the application of murottal therapy as an effort to control auditory hallucination. The research method used is a case study with the target of schizophrenia patients with auditory hallucinations at Banyumas Hospital. After Murottal Therapy for 6 days, the results showed that the patient could control his hallucinations as evidenced by the Auditory Hallucination Rating Scale score which decreased, score of 22 on the first day and a score of 10 on the sixth day. Therefore, it can be concluded that Murottal Therapy Surah Ar-Rahman verses 1-78 which is performed once a day for 6 days with a duration of 16 minutes, has proven effective for controlling auditory hallucinations in schizophrenic patients.

Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitiatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan pembelajaran pendidikan inklusi yang diterapkan pada anak berkebutuhan khusus penyandang ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) di SD Muhmadiyah 1 Bangkalan, Madura, Jawa Timur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan wawancara dan observasi, Pendidikan inklusi yang di terapkan di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bangkalan sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun belum adanya pelatihan guru shadow (pendamping) yang menunjang penerapannya. Pendampingan guru dalam proses pembelajaran maupun diluar pembelajaran juga sangat berperan penting, terutama pada anak berkebutuhan khusus penyandang ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) yang memiliki perbedaan dengan sisiwa lainnya seperti kurangnya fokus saat pembelajaran yang berakibat lambatnya menangkap materi yang disampaikan. measuring glomerular filtration rate, accurately reflecting kidney function. This study aims to evaluate Cystatin C levels based on gender among patients with kidney function disorders at the Prodia Cibubur clinic laboratory. The research was conducted from February to March 2023 using a descriptive cross-sectional approach. The sample comprised 120 patients with kidney function disorders selected through total sampling. The findings indicate that 16 patients (13.3%) had normal Cystatin C levels, while 104 patients (86.7%) had elevated Cystatin C levels. Notably, among males, 61 individuals (50.8%) tended to exhibit higher Cystatin C levels, suggesting a greater potential for kidney function disorders due to factors such as activity intensity, body mass influence, and hormonal factors.
