This study employs a qualitative method, utilizing interviews with bank employees involved in the mortgage application process and literature studies related to banking policies. The findings reveal that mortgage approval involves a comprehensive evaluation of the borrower's financial capability, including credit analysis and compliance with banking regulations. Additionally, several challenges were identified, such as the lengthy administrative process and credit risk factors that the bank must consider. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that mortgage lending requires a balance between the bank's interests and customer needs, necessitating innovations in procedures and service optimization to improve process efficiency.

Through a nethnography approach, this study examines the comments of netizens in response to the issue, revealing various expressions of digital politics, social identity, and criticism of public policy. Using the Public Sphere theory, and media equation theory, this study highlights the dynamics of interaction between satirical media, public opinion, and digital political participation. he results of the study indicate that netizens' comments serve not only as a means of political expression but also as a reflection of collective negotiation and public discourse surrounding IKN policies. The findings indicate three predominant patterns in netizens' opinions. The first is a rejection of the IKN project, encompassing controversies over its development, concerns regarding its potential impacts, and widespread public skepticism. Second, the perspective of governance and leadership, including the management of the capital city and the political situation of Indonesia. and the third development project of the capital city is considered good which includes community support. This research contributes to a new understanding of digital political literacy and the importance of social media platforms in shaping contemporary political discourse. The novelty of this research lies in the use of nethnography to examine public responses in the context of satirical media, which is rarely the focus of political communication studies.

The usefulness of this research is to enrich the scientific paradigm in the field of Islamic Education Management, specifically in the study of Human Resource Management.This research is qualitative, employing interviews and observations as its methods. The research informants consist of madrasah principals and stakeholders, particularly educators and education staff at Madrasah Aliyah in Riau Province. Data collection techniques include interviews and observations, using data collection instruments as interview guidelines. The collected data is then analyzed.The findings of the study are as follows:(1) The planning conducted by the madrasah principal involves policy formulation through deliberations, discussions, and meetings with stakeholders, including vice principals, educators, education staff, and even parents, during the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Policies to enhance the competency and commitment of principals and educators are implemented through workshops, training sessions, and seminars.(2) The organization of work procedures by the madrasah principal includes direct coordination with teachers, delegation of duties to vice principals, clear job specifications, and structured task distribution based on the organizational hierarchy.(3) The management of stakeholder performance, particularly educators and education staff, focuses on self-competence, commitment, self-motivation, perseverance, humanity, economic factors, salaries, certifications, and effective leadership by the madrasah principal, including teacher development programs.(4) The supervision of stakeholder performance by the madrasah principal follows an open system monitoring model, which includes input, process, output, and outcome. The input refers to educators with at least a bachelor's or master's degree specializing in the required field of education. The process involves training, education, and supervision by the principal. The output is reflected in the quality of services provided to both internal and external stakeholders of the madrasah. The outcome is the achievement of organizational goals and the improvement of madrasah quality.Based on the research findings, it is concluded that the managerial competencies of madrasah principals enhance the commitment of Madrasah Aliyah stakeholders in Riau Province. Recommendations are proposed to the Provincial and District Education Offices to develop training programs for madrasah principals and stakeholders.

By evaluating the availability, accessibility, and affordability of these staple foods, the study investigates how local agricultural practices, infrastructure, and external factors like climate change and market volatility affect food security in the region. The findings reveal significant challenges in meeting the demand for rice and soybeans, despite the province's ability to achieve a surplus in corn production. The methodology employed in this study involves both qualitative and quantitative approaches. Primary data was gathered through field surveys, interviews with local farmers, agricultural experts, and policymakers, as well as secondary data from government reports, agricultural statistics, and market analyses. A comparative analysis was conducted to examine trends in food production, consumption patterns, and price fluctuations over the past five years. The study also incorporated geographic information system (GIS) mapping to assess the distribution of agricultural resources and the effectiveness of existing infrastructure in connecting farmers to markets. The findings suggest that despite the province's agricultural potential, South Sulawesi continues to face challenges in achieving full food self-sufficiency. The study recommends a multifaceted approach to addressing food insecurity and achieving food self-sufficiency, including improving rural infrastructure, adopting modern agricultural technologies, and diversifying food crops.

The relationship between per capita income, economic growth, and inflation reflects societal well-being. This study analyzes the impact of per capita income and inflation on economic growth in Indonesia from 1998 to 2023. The aim is to determine the effect of per capita income and inflation on economic growth, both partially and simultaneously. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that per capita income and inflation significantly affect economic growth. Per capita income has a positive impact, while inflation significantly influences economic growth. This study recommends economic policies that consider the effects of per capita income and inflation to promote sustainable economic growth. The research uses a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis, using secondary data from BPS and the World Bank. The variables studied are economic growth (dependent variable), per capita income (independent variable X1), and inflation (independent variable X2). Data were collected from documents and annual reports, with validity from official sources and reliability tested over 26 years. Data analysis shows that independent variables affect the dependent variable by 50.9%. The results indicate that per capita income and inflation significantly influence Indonesia's economic growth. Economic policies should consider these two factors to achieve sustainable economic growth.

The results of this research show that by incorporating the straight-line depreciation method (tax) into its fixed asset depreciation, with a total accumulated depreciation smaller than declining balance (tax), PTPN III has saved on taxes, thus achieving its tax planning objectives.

d. The participants selected were 23 teachers who teach English at all levels of education, ranging from primary school to university. The data was collected through a survey distributed using google form, the survey was conducted to gather the experiences, and opinions of the teachers regarding the challenges they face in teaching English. The results showed that the different ability levels of students, time constraints, availability of teaching resources, and the perception of English as a foreign language were the main challenges faced by the teachers. To overcome these challenges, teachers use various strategies, including attending training and seminars, using technology in teaching, and conducting continuous evaluation and assessment. In addition, collaboration among teachers and increased professional training are also considered important in overcoming challenges in English language teaching. The findings provide valuable insights for the development of more effective strategies and policies to improve the quality of English language teaching in schools.

This study aims to describe the implementation of e-government in the use of m-paspor applications at the Immigration Office Class II TPI Tanjung Uban. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The theory used from Harvard JFK School of Government, with several indicators including Support, Capacity and Value. The results showed that the implementation of e-government in the use of m-paspor applications has run in accordance with the objectives but has not been optimal in one of the indicators. In the Support indicator, support in the form of SOP’s and m-paspor policies, direct socialization and through social media as well as supporting infrastructure at the Immigration Office Class II TPI Tanjung Uban is quite good. In the Capacity indicator, the availability of financial resources is intended for socialization needs, the information technology infrastructure in the service process looks adequate to facilitate the community, but in the process of implementing the application there are still several obstacles, including frequent application errors, payment codes do not come out, limited quotas and so on, as well as the availability of human resources derived from receiving CPNS selection analysis S1 immigration and has been provided with periodic training by the Directorate General of Immigration. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Governance of Cultural Heritage in Lingga Regency using the theory of governance from Widyananda (2008) with four indicators. The method used is qualitative descriptive with 10 informants and uses data collection techniques and tools in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study found that in the management of Cultural Heritage in Lingga Regency that the Cultural Office involved related parties, namely the Cultural Preservation Agency, cultural activists and regional and provincial apparatus organizations to succeed in management, in its management the Lingga Regency Cultural Office encountered problems regarding geographical location, lack of budget and weak human resources owned, knowing this, the Cultural Office carries out policies to overcome these problems by submitting proposals to the National Research and Development Agency for Culture, collaborating with other related agencies and by conducting routine mutual assistance to Cultural Heritage. In the process of Cultural Heritage Governance in Lingga Regency, it can be said that there is less role in technology in the media social sector.
