PENDAMPINGAN DESAIN TATA LETAK GUDANG EFISIEN MENGGUNAKAN METODE ARC–ARD BERBASIS SIMULASI FLEXSIM DI PT MIKRON PRESISI INDONESIA

Raka Fahrezi Putrapriatna, Mariyadi, Budiyan, Inten Tejaasih
Abstract: This study aims to design the warehouse tata letak at PT MIKRON PRESISI INDONESIA that experiences post-relocation irregularities in production facilities, along with adjustments to the area area and available rental costs.… ts. The absence of a racking system and clear classification of goods has caused the storage, retrieval, and work safety processes to not run efficiently. The research approach uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through field observations, interviews, and documentation. The tata letak design was carried out by implementing the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Activity Relationship Diagram (ARD) methods, then tested through simulations using FlexSim software with two operator scenarios. The simulation results showed that the proposed alternative tata letak design was able to improve the workflow by grouping goods into seven categories and arranging shelves based on the level of proximity of activities. However, the utilization rate of operators is still relatively low, namely 17.65% and 19.78%, due to the periodic pattern of goods arrival and efficient search times due to a more structured storage system. These findings indicate opportunities for human resource optimization through reducing the number of operators or adjusting workloads. The resulting tata letak design makes a practical contribution to improving warehouse space efficiency and operations, and can be used as a reference for applications for companies with similar characteristics.

PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI PELAYANAN PERIZINAN TERPADU (SIPINTER) DI DINAS PENANAMAN MODAL DAN PELAYANAN TERPADU SATU PINTU KABUPATEN TANGERANG

Nur Annisaa, Riny Handayani
Abstract: Abstract This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Integrated Licensing Service Information System (SIPINTER) at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office (DPMPTSP) of Tangerang Regency. The research… earch is grounded in issues of low institutional responsiveness in following up on complaints, mismatches between actual service completion time and the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and uneven public socialization of the system. This study employs a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, using 3-dimensional e-government success model, namely Support, Capacity, and Value, as the analytical framework. Data were collected through field observation, regulatory documentation review, and in-depth interviews. The findings indicate that the Support dimension is backed by strong political will, allocated funding, and multi-channel socialization that has driven growth in registered users, though technical assistance responsiveness outside office hours remains weak. The Capacity dimension shows adequate human resources and staff competence, but the technological infrastructure remains prone to disruptions such as OTP delivery failures and server downtime. The Value dimension has produced tangible benefits in efficiency and service transparency, yet this value is undermined by document processing delays exceeding SOP standards, driven by a "digital red tape" practice among internal verification officers. This study recommends strengthening online technical support and adopting contingency resource mechanisms to improve service. Keywords: SIPINTER, e-government, licensing service, DPMPTSP, Support-Capacity-Value model   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Penerapan Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu (SIPINTER) di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Tangerang. Rosario Bembuain, Polikarpus Lalamafu, Aresyama Hein Temmar, Alaslan, Amtai
Abstract: Money politics, referred to as "the mother of corruption," is a major and frequent problem in Indonesia’s direct leadership succession processes. Voter choice is not merely a procedure; the electoral process is an important… rtant instrument to correct, assess, evaluate, and improve the administration of government. If vote-buying is allowed to continue, its impact can be significant and even harm the state or regions. Candidates who win through vote-buying have the potential to maintain power in an unhealthy manner. This study aims to analyze the role of the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) of Tanimbar Islands Regency in efforts to prevent vote-buying during the 2024 Regional Head Election. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Findings indicate that Bawaslu implemented various preventive strategies, such as public outreach, vulnerability mapping, and anti–vote-buying patrols. However, several constraints were identified, including limited human resources, difficult and remote geographic conditions, and a local political culture that remains tolerant of vote-buying transactions. This study recommends increasing community participation, utilizing technology in oversight activities, and strengthening cross-institutional collaboration to make efforts to prevent vote-buying more effective.

IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PEMASYARAKATAN DALAM PEMENUHAN HAK PELAYANAN KESEHATAN WARGA BINAAN DENGAN HIV DI LAPAS NARKOTIKA KELAS IIA JAKARTA

Devy Elzanila Rahmah Dhany, Rahmawati, Rahmawati
Abstract: Pelaksanaan kebijakan pemasyarakatan dalam pemenuhan hak pelayanan kesehatan warga binaan dengan HIV/AIDS masih menghadapi persoalan mendasar yang bersifat menyeluruh. The implementation of correctional policy faces ongoing systemic obstacles in fulfilling the health service rights of inmates with HIV/AIDS. Despite Law Number 22 of 2022 on Corrections mandating equivalent health services for inmates, practical challenges persist, including a shortage of medical personnel, inadequate dissemination of regulations, misaligned bureaucratic procedures, and limited support from non-governmental organizations. This study argues that these barriers significantly hinder the realization of humane and dignified health services for inmates with HIV/AIDS. Using George C. Edwards III's policy implementation model, the study examines these issues at the Class IIA Narcotics Correctional Institution in Jakarta. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, it draws on in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis with 13 informants. Findings indicate that while policy implementation is underway, it is not yet fully optimal; disposition emerges as a strength, but medical resource limitations and weak regulatory communication remain significant barriers. Through Edwards III’s four dimensions—communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure—the study identifies gaps and strengths to guide more effective health service delivery for inmates with HIV/AIDS.
